Jeff's Motorcars inventory of quality cars matched with a professional, helpful and customer focused sales staff made my shopping and buying a car a pleasure. I shopped for several months and was never pressured into "buying" a vehicle, but was encouraged to make the right decision. After an extended test drive and several weeks of shopping at other locations and many other dealer web sites, I determined the car Jeff's was offering was the best choice. When it came to negotiating a price the sales team, Rob and Hans, worked with me to agree on a price that reflected the value I was striving for and the return on investment they are in the business to gain...such results sustain customers and successful businesses. I inquired about the service department and stopped by to meet "TK" and found that his professional approach was just as impressive as the sales staff. And in closing the deal, Vinnie, was professional and efficient in completing the paperwork. Great experience!

I found the perfect car

I had searched for sometime for a Buick Lacrosse within my price range and personal preferences. I drove from out of town but it was well worth it .When I pulled in their parking lot and saw it , it was even nicer than the photo. A couple hours later I left with a car I love , at a fair purchase price. The employees were easy to do business with also.

I have been looking for a car for 8 months in a 75 mile radius. I have dealt with many many car salesman and a wide varsity of SUV's. Very Good Experience

Our experience with Jeff's Motor Cars was in May of 2015. Our sales rep was Hans who was very friendly. He frequently kept in touch with us as we were considering other vehicles. We negotiated our deal with Hans and he was very good to work with. He did his best to accommodate us. We did have a titling issue that we had to correct ourselves as the car was not titled as expected. Also we had some minor mechanical issues that they ended up coming through on and addressed in good faith. Overall a very good experience and we would highly recommend Hans and Jeff's Motor Cars.

Best car buying experience I have ever had!

I had to replace my wife's SUV. I found the exact SUV I wanted on Jeff's Motorcars website. I drove over from another county. I was met at the door by the manager and introduced to a very nice salesman, Hans Wolf. Hans had the SUV brought around and showed me around the car. I was test driving the SUV within ten minutes of getting on the lot. They worked with me to get the price I wanted and the rate from my own bank. Each stage of the process was explained and any questions I had were answered right away. I had papers signed and keys in hand within a couple of hours of arriving on the lot. They have made buying a car easy and the best experience I have had with a dealer. Thank you Jeff's Motorcars staff.

Very Happy

Our shopping experience was here was really good. Rick Zeller was our salesman. We were there to look at an Acura that we saw online but, it was already gone. Look Over Paperwork with Microscope

The finance manager overcharged me $1,300. Refunded it when I called him out and went to refinance my loan. Guarantee he wouldn't have had I not noticed and called. Make sure you look over your paperwork!!!

Top-notch experience

These guys are great to work with, zero sleaze factor. John was very fair, accommodating and no-pressure. They have good quality product, especially higher-end like BMW. The store is a trek from Cleveland, but well worth it. I highly recommend them.

Pleasant experience

I was really joyful for John in service, He is full of enthusiasm, everyone I dealt with were so professional. They change new tyres and lubricants and make the used car like a new car. In another place, there are many luxury cars, such as Ferrari, Aston Martin and Maybach, so,cool! keep up the excellence!

I was able to negotiate the entire purchase price via email, as the distance between my home and the car was almost 90 minutes. Upon arrival, Cody presented himself as professional, customer focused and knowledgable. The overall experience was pleasant and handled quickly and efficiently. I'm not going to lie, I was extremely nervous coming to a smaller dealership that I had never heard of before. However Devon was AWESOME! He really related to me on a personal level. Howard was great too. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the Jeep that I wanted. However I ended up with a car that is pretty great! It's a great place that I recommend for everyone to check out.

Although I have been to Jeff's on numerous occasions I had never purchased a vehicle until now. I needed to downsize and was looking for a nice, clean, reliable, low mileage used car and found an ideal choice at Jeff's.. I had been viewing cars from various locations, various models and also wanted to trade my current vehicle which was also a consideration in my decision to buy from Jeff's. I received the type of vehicle I was looking for, the trade in value I needed and the bottom line cost that fit my budget. So far I am very happy with my choice as the car is exactly what I needed and wanted to replace my SUV. When the time comes for me to upgrade I will certainly consider a return trip to Jeff's as both Devon and David were very professional, accommodating and helpful in aiding me in completing my quest for a replacement vehicle.

Very Happy!

We have been looking for the perfect convertible for me for almost two years! There were lots of cars out there just not the ONE! We went to Jeff's Motorcars in Canton to look at a Volvo convertible that had the colors we wanted and really low miles. Hans had the car waiting for us to test drive as soon as we got there. Excellent car,value, and atmosphere

My wife, and I drove 2.75 hours to look at a high quality Cadillac I spotted on the web. I considered the car an exceptional value, and doubted the vehicle would still be available after 2 weeks of snow, kept us from travelling. Mark Farina kept in touch through numerous emails, and welcomed us upon arrival at the dealership. The car was as pictured on the Jeff's web site, and Mark provided a great car buying experience. Mitch was able provide us with a great financial package, which placed us within $9 of our anticipated car payment, with a better APR than expected. I also enjoyed strolling through the dealership, and viewing the vasr arrey of high level cars. The nice bathrooms were also a pleasant surprise. The bar has been set!!

WOW!! This was our first time shopping for a car and my wife and I visited several dealerships in the span of 45 days. None of the those experiences compare to the one we had at Jeff's. We live 3hrs away and they put up with me constantly calling (10x in 2 days) to ask questions. They comprimised on price and offered terrific trade in value for a car they were not likely to make any money off, they did this just to help us afford the car we wanted. Hans and Howard are not your average car dealers. They are fair, comprimising and very friendly. At one point when it seemed we couldn't work out the financing, Howard told me "perhaps this isn't the car for you, sometimes this happens"...it didn't try to sell me a car I couldn't afford or push me into something else. He was honest and fair. This is the expectation I now have for car dealerships, Jeff's has set the bar. Everyone else needs to up their game!

Great Customer Service..especially Mark Farina

There customer service is too good and can't describe it in words, Especially Mark Farina. Looks like they sell high quality cars...I worked with Mark for a BMW Convertible 3 series...The car looks brand new and well maintained. I'm glad I found a great dealer to buy luxury cars..I'll buy the cars here for rest of my life.

Didn't by one here!

Test drove nice cars here. They do have nice cars. But they really low balled my nice trade in, and could not justify or explain it. Thank goodness I am not stupid, and knew how to do my own research before coming in this place. Had a hard time leaving the dealership due to their pressure, and after I left, I received repeated phone calls that afternoon, pressuring me to make up my mind. Had to tell them to leave me alone. I went to a Mercedes dealership in Akron the very next day and got treated the way most dealerships sell cars these days, with respect and courtesy, and got offered an honest trade in allowance. Have the nice BMW in my garage as my reward for walking away from this ridiculous place. If you go here, fight to preserve every dollar because they are fighting to get it from you

I recently purchased a used BMW Z4 from Jeff's Motorcars. As this was an out of state purchase and the first car I have ever bought sight unseen I was a little apprehensive to say the least. However, Hans, my salesman, provided me with a top quality car and made the buying experience trouble free. I would recommend Hans and Jeff's Motorcars to anyone in the market for a great used car.

Great place to find any type of car

I went to Jeff's and Hans helped me. I test drove several different cars and Hans knew each of the cars very well. They were very patient and professional with me. Very prompt with phone calls and finance got me a good rate. The next time I need a car, Jeff's will be the first place I go for sure.

More than fantastic experience!

My experience was so wonderful at this dealership! I was so afraid to go "car shopping" alone, but after finding Hans Wolf -- I lost my fear! I found out that he really did care about me and my uncertainty about buying. But I wasn't "alone"! He was there with me every step of the way. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and he did everything he could to help me find it! I received phone calls and emails with pictures of various cars. Once I found one I loved I asked him to hold on and I'd be right there! He was very patient with me and answered all my questions and more! He was also very helpful after the sale! Excellent service and experience

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my car, everyone was very helpful and professional. The salesman even went out of his way to pick me up at my house and drive me to the dealership to pick up my car. I financed my car and they worked to find me the best deal and interest rate. The finance person was very knowledgeable and went over all the details and options available. Everyone was very friendly and professional and there wasn't any high pressure sales tactics or hidden charges. Amazing Experience at Jeff's in North Canton

Had an awesome experience selling my new wife's Toyota Corolla. They absolutely took care of us as if we were the most important customer only. I came in with a logical price and they made it happen with no problem. After the sale they even let me take a "dream" car home for the weekend as a wedding gift to take my new wife out. Would recommend Jeff's as they are even picking up my wife's new SUV to detail it when she is at work. Very unhappy and disappointed

I'm very unhappy with my experience at jeffs motorcars. I was interested in a truck they were selling. I test drove the vehicle twice and told the sales rep that I needed to finish up some stuff at my credit union. The next morning I get a call saying they are shipping the truck to Michigan for auction. So instead of waiting a couple more days for me to overpay for the truck, they would rather ship it away to auctioned off for half of what I was going to pay. Needless to say I'm very upset over it and won't be back.

Outstanding experience in car buying!

Like everyone else, car buying can be a less than desirable experience. However, the 2011 Nissan Armada that I recently purchased was a very simple and pleasurable experience for me. I purchased a 2010 Corolla XRS, I live in Miami Florida and I brought the vehicle from this dealer in Ohio. From the beginning to the end of the transaction everything went perfect. They sent me the documents, I signed them and sent them back, no problem. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Jeff's Motorcars is unmatched anywhere

There is no dealer that can out perform the staff at Jeff's Motorcars. Howard Cruz is a real used car manager. He trusts his staff and their knowledge of the product that they are selling, then he is like the frosting on the cake. I have purchased rare collector cars from them, that can't be located online. Within the past few years, I have purchased a 97 Cobra with 4000 miles, an 06 GTO with 5000 miles, as well a rare Jaguar and Mustang GT. They also have an amazing selection of high end Luxury Imports located in their indoor showroom.

A fantastic buying experience.

We did very well on our Lexus LS430. The car was immaculate and exactly what we were looking for. The dealership gave us confidence from the moment we arrived that we would find a great LS here. The price was so good that we were at the dealership before it opened the morning after we saw it on cars.com. The next best deal on a comparable LS was over 500 miles away! We had been looking for over a month and thought we were going to be waiting even longer, but instead this beautiful car is in our garage. Thank you Jeff, Howard, Gretchen, and everyone that was part of this A++ buying experience.

Great Experience

I went to Jeff's for the 1st time last year based on the reputation. I saw a car I liked Online and "yes" it was on the lot. I ended up negotiating a price on the car I went there for which was win win. What I enjoyed most was the whole process. Looking at a couple cars/ test driving two cars in case the one I liked didn't pan out, negotiating & then going through the finance part I was in and out in a couple of hours. The easiest part was negotiating "Thank God" I've walked out of other dealerships after being there for hours just negotiating when they just try to wear you down. Jeff's doesn't do that. At least in my experience.

Bought a beautiful BMW from Jeff's Motorcars! They had a great selection to choose from, & the manager got personally involved to make sure I got just the right car for me. Internet Purchase of 1991 Vet

Based upon the photos online of a 91 Vet advertised... I was very impressed. I call Jeff's MotorCars and covered in detail with the salesperson, my corvette checklist. Each and every line item. They were honest, helpful and described the condition of the Vet accurately. I then made a credit card deposit for the Vet upon receiving a Bill of Sale via email. One week later I drove to Canton, Ohio to take delivery of the Vet. Upon arrival I was given immediate, prompt, courteous, and professional attention. The 91 Vet was even better than I imagined in person and after checking out the car, I completed the purchase. I drove the Vet back to Illinois and the car performed wonderfully....it's really Fast and starts on a dime...as soon as you turn the key! Besides a couple of minor issues that needed attention (which one can expect from a 15+ year old 1991 car)..... I am Extremely Happy with my Vet. My title came in like 2 weeks! Fast! I believe Jeff's MotorCars goes above and beyond the call of duty in servicing their customer and am VERY Happy with everyone I dealt with. Everyone was very professional and NICE! As far as buying a used car from a Dealer.... believe me...Jeff's MotorCars is way ahead of their peers. I have my Vet safely tucked away for the winter ...can't wait for summer!

Buying Online

You have to watch these guys. I bought car from them without seeing it in person and relied on their evaluation of the car via the phone while walking them through the car from bumper to bumper. They weren't truthful, as they were aware of a physical problem that they had attempted to fix - and in hindsight I realized there had been a deliberate intention to hide that problem with the photo representations of the car. They were difficult to work with in resolving the problem after the sale.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I visited Jeff's dealership with my 16 year old daughter to look at a vehicle we viewed online. I want to first say their website is so easy to navigate and very helpful. You will have most of your questions answered by their website before even arriving at the dealership. Upon arrival my daughter and I walked up to the vehicle we were interested in and within 2 minutes were approached by a very nice man. He introduced himself to us and took time to find out our purpose. He then asked if we wanted to look inside of the vehicle. He sent a young man, Robby, out to us with keys and a license plate in hand. My daughter was involved as the center of the experience and felt as though her satisfaction was important. We were thrilled with the option of taking the vehicle overnight to think and discuss further with her dad. We returned the next day, which happened to be a Sunday and met another man Vic who helped us thru the financial details and got us a great interest rate on our loan. Good Buying Experience

Jeff's Motorcars is a full service dealer specializing in very clean, high-end automobiles. The inventory is mostly 1 - 3 year old imports that have been well cared for and are detailed to look new on the lot. There are also later model domestic cars available that are also in very good condition. You will not find 'junk' at this dealer. The sales personel are knowledeable and very focused on finding you the vehicle that you want. Once you find the right car, they will work through all aspects of the sale very professionally and you will and end up with a very fair deal. Once the sale is made they will follow through with any issues or concerns to make sure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer if you want a very nice vehicle at a fair market price and want to work with professionals that know the business and want you to satisfied enough to buy all of your vehicles from them.
