Jacob Miles was great, no pressure, showed me cars in my price range in other Jef Wyler and told me he can arrange for test drive the next day. I don't have idea to book the car on that day, We drove 2 cars that night and picked the 2015 Nissan Rogue.I will definitely send people to this dealership.

I had no intention of buying a brand new Cadillac, but the excellent customer service I was shown by Harold McPeek and Tyler Yarnell was beyond compare. I visited several dealerships on the day I bought my new car. None could hold a candle to the service I received at Jeff Wyler Cadillac. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. The process was quick and painless. Kudos to these great guys!

My truck broke down a couple weeks ago, so I was shopping for a new one. I printed off 7 different trucks we planned on shopping for and making a whole day of it to find the best one. The first place we stopped was Jeff Wyler Kia and I'm glad we did. They were packed so they told me they were going to get a sales man from the Nissan dealer next door (skeptical first), but Im sure glad they did. Andrei made my buying experience top notch! He talked to me an my girlfriend like a real person, and a friend at that, not just another guy trying to make a quick sale! My opinion I wouldn't have drove away with a new truck if anyone else tried to sell it to me. Everyone else their was very friendly as well, overall great experience!Thanks a ton Andrei!

Chris Patton and Mike Jasper made my car buying experience painless and easy. I was in a tough situation being upside down in my current loan, and my credit is mediocre at best. Mike said he would figure it out for me, and he did. Chris was very friendly and answered all my questions as I made the switch from Honda to Nissan. I was able to get what I wanted, with no money down and just a slight payment increase. They never made me feel like my situation was inconvenient. I have always purchased from the Wyler Family, and will continue to give them my business!

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge and I love it. John and Tania were very helpful with my purchasing process. I would highly recommend John Reed as a sales consultant. He was very attentive and made sure that I felt appreciated. Even though he had several customers before I drove off the lot he took the time out to go over some important details regarding the car. He also did a follow up call 48 hours later to see if I had any additional questions which I really did appreciate. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had yet. Marcus Campbell was nothing short of amazing. My credit is terrible, I have a repo on my record and I didn't have a lot down but he did not give up on me. He worked literally allll day long to make sure I would be leaving the lot with a car. Not only did he get me approved but I drove off the lot with a brand-new 2016 Nissan Versa with a very affordable monthly payment. Whether you go to Nissan or Kia... ask for Marcus Campbell !

Excellent service, from the payment that I wanted to the advice on the warranties. Very patient and a lot of attention to client. Jacob was the sales man that help me find the vehicle that accommodated the needs that me and my family were looking for. I drove the car with no rushing or pressure to close a deal. Campbell, the finance man even gave some reeses cups to my kids (they didn't have time to trick or treat because was the hallowen night). This is the place to by a good vehicle and I'll definetly reccomend this place. I got a new car with 10 years or 100k warranty, water proof seats, great space inside but most importantly safe for my family . I'm a first time Cadillac owner. I didn't purchase my Cadillac from a Cadillac dealer but I had to take my car in for a service problem that was covered under warranty. It wasn't until then that I fully became aware of the Cadillac "experience." John Reed was the first person I met when I came in. He directed me to the service desk where I was helped by Shane Ancona. Shane took excellent care of me and set me up with an appointment at a later date next month. I told him that I needed help understanding the technology of the vehicle and was directed back to John. John spent roughly 45 minutes going over everything the car had to offer from the navigation system to connecting me with Onstar. He went above and beyond to help me understand my car. I truly know what he means now by the Cadillac "experience." I wish I could clone John!

I'd like to recognize Jon Bowles (sales consultant) for his excellent customer service. I stopped into the dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon to learn about/test drive a Nissan Rogue to be used as a fleet vehicle. Even though the vehicle would be ordered directly from the manufacturer through my fleet company and there was no financial incentive for Jon or the dealership, he took time to answer all my questions about the vehicle and the Nissan brand.It has been my exerience (with other brands/dealers) that as soon as I mention I am looking at a ordering a fleet vehicle, that it is difficult to get any sales reps to assist me. This is not the case with Jon. Thank you for your time, assistance, and professionalism.

I called on a Friday to make a appt for service on my Cadillac. They gave me a spot for Monday morning. I asked if I could drop it off on Sunday was told that was fine. The vehicle was idling rough and has a metal clacking noise in the front. At around 3 I called to check on my vehicle and was told it woul be in to service in about a hour or so. Well 2 days later after no calls I called again. Said they had problems finding out the problem finally got the master mechanic and he diagnosed it as the bolts from the drive shaft had backed out of the transmission. ( apparently a lot of people have had this according to reviews on Internet ). During this conversation I had asked if they could check out my navigation , it can't find places that have been there for 20 plus years. He said sure no problem. They also said they couldn't duplicate the rough idle so it should be ready later. So still no phone call, I call back in on Saturday morning only to be transferred to the service dept 4 times and the phone would ring for awhile then someone would pick it up and hang up. This went on for 6 min. Finally just went out to pick up my car without ever speaking to anyone. When I got there a very nice lady was at the service desk said she was filling in that day and she would get my car that it looked like it was ready. When she returns with my car she acknowledged that she could feel the rough idle herself from driving it from service to garage. This was the second time I have had my car in this shop , the first time I was very impressed they found a issue wrong with it that I hadn't ask them to check out, which ment thru had really checked out the car over and beyond my original problem. This time was a total disaster. My car still idles rough and the clacking noise is still there now it has a strange feeling in the steering , after they said they aligned it. Very dissatisfied Also apparently checking the navigation wasn't ever done there wasn't anything written down about that at all.

I had inquired about a used car on Jeff Wylers website. Within ten minutes of putting in my inquiry, I got a phone call from one of their representatives setting up an appointment for me to come in and take a look. When I did show up for my appointment Carolyn Campbell took care of me and did a wonderful job. She worked with the fact that I am a first time buyer, I only had a set amount down , and that my credit score was pretty low. Luckily she was able to put me into a 2016 Kia Forte that I fell in love with. She even got me in with an Allstate insurance representative, named Ron Bryant, that is located in the dealership, that got me a great policy that was three times cheaper that my current insurance provider wanted. After it was all said and done Carolyn's husband, Marcus, which works there as well, made sure that my car got all cleaned up before the keys were handed over to me. Overall my experience was great as a first time buyer. I will definitely stick with Kia from now on.

We decided it was time to replace a well wore 13 year old vehicle with basically the cheapest lease we could find. I talked to several other area dealers and every one of them required $2000 or more down to get the $149.00 a month payment we were looking for. While searching the internet on 9/10/16 I came across a $149.00 a month 2016 Kia Forte lease with $0 down at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. Figuring there were some undisclosed fees or security money needed I contacted them through the web site. Almost immediately I was contacted by Brian Landers assuring me that that was not the case. He sent me pictures of several cars they had on site that would fit the bill. When I arrived Monday morning he had a car waiting to check out and test drive. He also mentioned that for $3.00 more a month I could move up to higher model with more features. After test driving both I went with the better equipped model. Brian was very helpful without being pushy or high pressure. We all know what a fine line that can be. They showed me the price of the vehicle, all factory rebates and dealer discounts with absolutely no hidden or undisclosed fees. I had actually planned to check out a couple other offers at different dealers but decided this was right for me and drove home a 2016 Kia Forte 5. Highly satisfied with Brian, the Wyler Kia staff and my new Kia. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had to date.

I have dealt with two other Jeff Wyler dealerships in the past. And I must say that for the most part , I have enjoyed dealing with them.However , not as much , as I did here !! Marcus Campbell was one of the hardest working sales people I have had the pleasure of dealing with !! He went out of his way , to bring the vehicle to my home for me to look at and test ride. And after the sale , he later brought paperwork that needed to be completed to my home as well !! Went to dealership to ask for an appraisal on my existing Kia, in preparation for purchase of a new 2016/2017 Kia. After time spent at dealership, I was finally given a price range for my car. Used car manager ask me if the price range was what I thought it should be? And, started to discuss price of purchasing a new Kia. After I told him, I wasn't interested in purchasing a new Kia that day, and only wanted to know the appraised value of my Kia so I could prepare a budget for purchasing a new Kia, he seemed to get upset and asked me if the price range quoted for my car was in my expected range? After repeated attempts to explain to him that I only wanted to know the price range for my car and didn't answer his question about price that I expected, he got aggressive with me and called me Confrontational. I told him I didn't have a price in mind because I had not completed any research and was planning to buy a new Kia but wanted wanted to know how much I could get for my existing car before making a decision. This word confrontational started to bothered me, as I was only attempting to get information to help make an informed decision. I spoke with the sales manager and complained about being called confrontational. Sales manager said he would speak to the used car manager and said they were not in the business of appraising cars, as I understood this and only wanted information to help make an informed decision before purchasing a new car.

My wife and I studied heavily our options for a new SUV. It took a while to get toexploring Nissan Nissan, but when we did it was a great decision. As soon as we walked into Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield, OH the very favorable and supportive experience began. We were gently asked if we had any questions about the Nissan SUVs by the sales person. We do not like to feel pressured, so the approach suited us nicely. We took considerable time comparing models, and Roy Rivera, the sales rep, was very patient and gave us all the time we needed to consider as many aspects of the different models as we could. We finally settled on the Murano, and even then we had many questions. Mr. Rivera answered our questions and remained totally supportive, never putting pressure on us in any respect. This is the main reason we didn't go to another Nissan dealer to make comparisons. When it was apparent that we were serious about the Murano, we met the sales manager, Tania. She was very friendly and made it clear she would make every possible to effort to earn our business. My wife and I were convinced of her sincerity and decided that we would have no problem working with her and Roy Rivera during the negotiation phase. We are very pleased with the buying experience, with all of the staff at Jeff Wyler Nissan, and especially with our new Murano SL. We would not hesitate to send anyone we know to Jeff Wyler Nissan, and we would absolutely recommend they ask for Roy Rivera, who was professional in every aspect.

Mr. Reed was phenomenal! He was NOT the person who sold me the car (there were two other individuals involved) but he was the one who delivered the car to me. I totally understand the concept of teamwork and Mr. Reed was more than gracious and never spoke an unflattering word about his co-workers. From a customer service perspective, it was a bit disheartening that my salesperson was not there to deliver the car. I felt like the sale was made so good-bye. I am certain that was NOT the message intended, but that is how I felt. Mr. Reed was so professional yet personable that I was thrilled he was the person to deliver the car!Mr. Reed took his time with me, making sure I understood and was comfortable with even the smallest details! On a scale from 1 to 10 i would rate my car buying experiecnce a 4 . It took about 6 hours the day i got there on a monday night and it was so long the whole process . I wanted a suv but left with a kia soul 2016 with 9 miles . I test drove the suv thinking that would be the car that I was going to get .The soul is a nice car I didnt test drive it at all if I would have I dont think it would have been purchased by me and to think that I have to pay for it for 72 months its kinda depressing . I feel like if youre paying for a vehicle you should be able to pay for a vehicle that you are happy in . It seems like the need a better selection of cars to pick from for people like me with credit issues . im NOT going to say I am a happy customer because right now i dont feel happy driving this car the sales rep Michael Smith was nice overall i did refer him someone and she got a better looking car than me which made me think wow her selection process was better than mines . I didnt have to get a brand new 2016 thats what the dealer wanted me to get and I didnt have to get a kia soul its also what they wanted me to get .

This is my 5th Cadillac bought, 3 of which was purchased at Camargo Cadillac, the experience there was fair to poor, nothing like my Purchase at Jeff Wyler. The staff was very friendly and curious and very efficient. Tyler and Harold made the purchase very easy and actually fun. Harold even spent 2 1/2 hours today in 95 degree heat explaining all the options and gadgets, before arriving to pick it up this morning he even preset a lot of the option for us. This SUV has every bell and whistle you could imagine and now that I know how to operate it is not so intimidating. The others dealer didn't spend but maybe 15 minutes tops, the staff and owner of Camargo made us feel like we were beneath them, nothing at all like Harold and Tlyer. I just wanted to take a minute to tell about my experience at Jeff Wyler Kia. It was a very good experience. Steve Gardner was the salesman who helped me and he could not have been more helpful, pleasant or professional. When Steve approached my son and I, after introducing himself, he asked what features I was looking for in a Kia. When I told him, he showed us several cars and encouraged us to sit in each of them and to drive any that we wanted to. It took me a while to make up my mind, but I never felt pressured to buy a particular car or any car for that matter. Also, it was a very hot day, and Steve offered my son and I something to drink several times, After deciding on the car I wanted and completing the paperwork, Steve got the car, which was in the showroom, had it cleaned and ready for me to drive home. All of the other staff that I met that day were very nice and helpful. I love my Kia Soul and I feel confident that if I would have any issues in the future I will receive the best service. I would highly recommend purchasing a car at Jeff Wyler Kia and I would highly recommend Steve Gardner. He is not just a salesman, he is a person who truly cares about his customer.

First of all tried to beat me up on my trade in offering way to little....then on the new kia optima I bought I found a deep gouge in the bumper after a terrible wash job that they did fix ....and now I am still trying to get the second key for a new car that they can't find.The funny part of this they fired the salesman that sold me the car....I liked this guy I don't think this was his fault the dealership seems to be very dysfunctional.

We went to this dealership already knowing what we were looking to purchase after finding it on their website. I sent in a request via the website for more information about the vehicle and was promptly sent a reply by Mr McPeek. When we arrived he came and met us and took us for a test drive, all the while not pressuring us or giving us the "sales pitch". He was kind and let us ask questions and gave us honest answers.The purchasing part was easy, with the price quickly being agreed upon, even for us getting more on trade in than we thought. Although the paperwork is extreme, it's out of their hands due to all of the title transfers and such, since we lived out of state.I would strongly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Harold McPeek.

I had an amazing day today. I took my Nissan in for an oil change. While I waited I looked through the looking glass at the Cadillac dealership. I walked in looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima for a new one. Brian Landers is a terrific salesman. He showed me several different options. I took the 1.6L Turbo for a test drive and loved it. Brian and I were able to compromise on an acceptable deal and a couple hours later I drove out of the dealership in a new car. Not once did I feel pressured or intimidated by Brian. We chose Jeff Wyler for location and this was a good experience all around. Our second CTS but this was a new dealership for us. Good selection of cars, but all dealerships have cars. What sets them apart is the staff. Everyone we talked to was professional and courteous. John Reed was our salesman and we had a direct -easy conversation with no hassle. John is knowledgeable and he taught us a few things. We came in to "shop" for a CTS and bought the same day. What makes John outstanding is that he goes the extra mile. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure the transition to the new mode CTS was easy. Financing with Selwyn Brown and again very efficient at getting the job done. We even got an insurance quote the same day from Kayla. Fair price and great staff. I received a follow up phone call from Harold Peak who I originally contacted via the internet, prior to the sale. We went in looking for a certified pre-owned or used car after a recent accident totaled my previous Altima. The sales manager (a woman, she never gave her name or introduced herself) asked us to come into her office instead of speaking with the sales associate on the floor. Immediately, the pressure was on to buy a new vehicle instead. She tried to convince us by explaining that I could get 0% interest on the new vehicle and not a used, but we explained that we were going to pay cash and we were still interested in a used vehicle. She asked us "Why would you want to buy someone else's junk?" and explained that she bought a used car and it was junk. Mind you, they sell certified and used cars which this sales manager would view as "junk." My dad was a dealer for 30 years and I have only ever owned used cars. Used does not mean poor quality, it just means someone else has owned it. If it is well maintained, used can be a good value for a customer. When I tried to explain that I thought used would provide the value because you could get more than basic features for a reasonable price, she cut me off and dismissed that notion and told me that a '14 or '15 car was totally depreciated and obsolete because of the 2016 Altima "redesign." I explained that new cars depreciate quickly too and she dismissed me again and tried to pressure us to buy a new 2015 Altima they still have on their lot, which is more than a year old so no wonder they want to get rid of it. (I thought the 2015 models were going to be obsolete anyway) The sales manager was rude, didn't listen to what we were asking for, and didn't even try to mask the upsell. She claimed she could "make us a good deal because it is a blowout weekend" but when we asked the sales associate what the price would be, he quoted MSRP for the new car. We never found out the supposed "deal" we could get. This new 2015 car also had a large scrape on the front left side, which we pointed out. We then asked, again, to see the used and certified cars they have available (one of which I had emailed and inquired about from their website), and they spent 20 minutes "looking around the lot to see what they might have." Finally, tired of waiting for what we had asked for originally, I asked for my license back to leave and asked why they can't just walk me through the inventory they have on their website, and the sales manager said "what is on the internet isn't accurate." And I said, "Fine, but shouldn't your sales associates know what kinds of cars you have available?" We told her we weren't happy about her customer service and how she was pushing for a new car because "all used cars are junk" and she denied saying that used cars are junk. She denied it over and over again and never apologized. She just finally threw her hands up and said "Fine. Have a nice day." She was obviously not wishing us well. Ironically, one of her salesmen emailed me today asking if I had a trade-in because "they are always looking for good used cars." He didn't get the memo that used cars are junk, evidently. Overall, an unpleasant experience. This is not a dealership I would trust because they cared more about their bottom line than the customer's budget or desires.

I have always been leary of car salesmen. They always seemed pushy and arrogant. That was not the case at Jeff Wyler Nissan, Cadellac, Kia in Fairfield. Jon Bowles, the salesman was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Eric was also great too. Jon also took the time to show me how all the buttons and features worked in my new car, which I greatly appreciated because I am a visual learner. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I walked in Jeff Wyler expecting to receive the same usual confrontation salesmen give at any car lot but I what I received was the greatest customer appreciation service ever. I had just come from the United States Army and I was not too sure on what I wanted as far as in a car. A salesmen by the name of Andrei Golod approached me and gave me a welcome home hand shake, I have never had such friendly customer service in my life and his appreciation for the military gave me a wonderful experience. I was able to find the perfect car for me and my financial budget, I now drive an amazing 2013 Kia Forte because of this salesmen and I could not be more please. My advice would be to get there before they run out of cars because with that man as a salesmen, Jeff Wyler will surely be taking over the Tri-State area. We met Andrei at the Kia Used Car dept in Fairfield. There were 2 specific cars we were interested in, but still took some time to look around at other vehicles on the lot as well. Andrei took us on test drives right away. He worked with us to get a fair price on the vehicle we chose. Then it was on to finance where we worked with Selwyn. All the paperwork was ready to be signed in a matter of about 20 minutes or so. He was very friendly, explained everything.Dealing with Andrei and Selwyn was fantastic. The entire process from arriving at the dealership to leaving with the car was the SHORTEST amount of time it has EVER taken when we have purchased a car, which was very much appreciated. I am 26 years old and this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I was very anxious and hesitant, worried I was going to be "ripped off" and buy a car that broke down on my way home. He called multiple times to set up an appointment for us to check out the car. During our appointment, John was down to earth and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. Went into Wyler Nissan after visiting other makes available in the area and found Chris Patton willing to answer all my questions without the usual pressures put on you by most dealers. I returned several times and ended up leaving the dealership with a new Nissan Pathfinder. Chris and all the people you will meet while working with the dealership during the process of possibly obtaining a new or used vehicle end up making for a very Pleasant Experience. Yes I will recommend that people visit Wyler Nissan.

We recently purchased the Nissan Pathfinder at Jeff Wyler Fairfield with the greatest help from Andrei Golod. After gave some test driving, we found the exactly model we love but without the ideal color. Andrei helped us to get the right one at the end. This purchasing could not been done quickly without Andrei's assistance. He not only showed what Nissan could offer us, but also using his professional knowledge help us through the whole process. It was a wonderful experience, we thanks Andrei the most.

I bought a SRX Cadillac on 12-31-15. My salesman was John Reed. John was exceptional. He was very thorough and showed me how to operate all aspects of my new car. John, the manager and staff were extra-ordinary in their efforts to satisfy a customer. At first I was skeptical because I had been involved with so many other car salesman (not at Wyler) who did not live up to their word. I told John Reed in the parking lot (while looking at cars) what I wanted my payment to be and he said he could make that happen. My husband and I entered the dealership and to our surprise we drove home with a brand new 2016 SRX with the payments we requested.After this experience I can assure you Jeff Wyler (Fairfield) will be the only place I go to from this point forward should another car be purchased. John Reed will be the only salesman I use at this dealership based on the experience I recently had. John was great, honest, lived up to his word, delightful and very pleasant, a true professional. I highly recommend this dealership due to their honestly and hard work to get me my desired payment. . Chris was very helpful and informative. He showed us all of the trucks on the lot that where equipped the way we wanted it. He even found one that was not on the lot in a color they did not have. I can't say enough about Chris.

A family member recommend we talk to Michael Jasper and his team. He assured us that they were a straight up no game playing dealership. Honestly, I did not want to drive an hour to buy a car. Especially one that was for my husband! But we did and bought a beautiful, fully loaded 2016 Cadillac SRX the same day. In the 38 years we have been married, my husband has NEVER EVER made a major purchase the same day. That says it all about these guys. They were outstanding. None of the "let me talk to my manger", intelligence insulting game playing we have experienced at other dealerships. AND they were just as helpful after the sales.

All the guys I worked with went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at an amazing price. They listened to everything I said, made recommendations even though I wasnt sure what I was looking for and ultimately helped me drive away in the car I wanted but didnt think I could afford. They stayed late to help me make sure I understood all the features of my car and even unloaded my trade in and packed it in my new car while i was filling out paperwork.... even down the CD in my CD player. I couldnt be happier with the service I received from the moment I walked in. They made sure that i was completely satisfied and happy with my purchase down to every small detail. James Campbell, listened so closely to what I said that he was able to figure out how to get me in the car of my dreams without settling. He is a true team player and I was so impressed that he worked so well with everyone to ensure that I got what i wanted. You will not find the stereotypical car salesman here. Harold McPeek, I would recommend to all of my family and friends any day... heck, even strangers. He took my experience from above to beyond. I didnt just shake his hand, I hugged him when I left. I went out to begin looking for another vehicle on Tuesday Dec 1st, not planning on buying thatnight (just starting to look) and not even thinking about a NEW car. But when my mom and I gotout of our car at Jeff Wyler's Used Cars in Fairfield, Pete Verbitski saw us and came over to find out what we were interested in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! Everyone was very pleasant and approachable, it felt like a family from the very second i walked through the door.. I really would like to thank Chris Patton! I walked in with "not so hot credit" just to name a few ,its not often you will find a dealership that will fight for you , but with Chris Patton and the amazing finance department, I was able to walk away with a 2013 Nissan Altima SV with 23k and warranty with a note under the amount expected to pay!! When I walked into the dealership on Sat. I needed a specific car for my road trip 6 days later on Fri. I needed the 16' blk ESV premium, with a specific interior (kona bro), and upgraded rims. They didn't have that specific one on the lot. John reassured me, "you tell me what you want and I'm going to make it happen". I was never once in doubt that he could get me what I wanted, all the while treating me like I was his only client. His customer service was out of this world. By Tues. He had done a dealer trade from cross country and my car was ready to pick up just the way I wanted. I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience with John, and the finished product just blew my mind.
