Staff is friendly, from the sales personnel to the mechanics. Their automobile maintenance work is well done. So glad we purchased our Ford Escape their earlier this year!

It was a low pressure environment. The sales associate, Jeff Woodard, was nice to deal with and seemed like an honest guy. Definitely a more pleasant experience than what we've had with other local dealerships hands down.

Friendly sales people and managers. Delivery of new cars needs more attention - inspection of new cars for defects and cleaning car for delivery.

I bought my car here, it is a deisel. Even when I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND TELL THEM TO HAVE THE DEISEL AVAILABLE FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT they are too incompetent to do so. this makes the oil change take twice as long! It has happened to me twice now and I wilL NOT be back to this place. EVER!!!!!!!
