I can't say enough positive things about jbainfiniti and everyone on their staff. I've been getting my car service and buying cars from them for the past 12 years and I've never once went in and felt like I wasn't the owner. Steve Weissberg is the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he always goes above and beyond to get you the best deal as if it were him making the purchase. If you're looking for a car he is definitely the man to talk to and will get you the most for your dollar. Steve, JR in the service department and the rest of the staff are the reason I will continue to always do business at jbainfiniti even if it isn't to buy an Infiniti.

Doug treated me great from the time he found out that I really wanted to buy the car I found at JBA. My adult son and I flew into BWI from Denver where Doug picked us up, took us shopping for a cooler to keep water and soft drinks cold on our trip home. Then he took us to the dealership. While I was taking care of the finance side of the deal, he took my new car out to fill the gas tank for me. We had a tight time frame and needed to be back in Colorado on the 4th day of our trip. This is the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. I didn't even intend on buying when I went to test drive and Doug Stadler and the JBA Infiniti team sold me almost immediately. It took a little longer than I expected because there literally droves of customers, but I suppose that speaks to the quality of service. All in all, it was quick, painless and I love my car. If you keep deleting - I will keep writing. That's not an issue. I refuse to not let the world know how horrible this place is. I bought a car from Harley who was my sales agent, will treat you like trash after you purchase a car from him. After 2 months, my car needed new rotors and they claim it passed "MD inspection." Honestly, that isn't even a selling tool and don't let them use it as a selling tool. They tried to say it could be because of my driving. I worked on vehicles for a long time and, by the way my rotors looked, it was already bad when I purchased in. They refuse to work with me and said to call back and speak to a manager. I asked for the manager to call me and get a response of "He's busy so you need to just keep calling." If my business and customer service was important enough, he would have found the time to call. Anyways, don't purchase from here unless you want new rotors within two months. :) Again, JBA - if you want to delete this review to save your star reviews, go right ahead. I will keep posting. Everyone deserves to be treated right as customers and you don't do that.

I visited JBA Infiniti on 4/2/16 and had a very good experience with salesman Steve Weissberg-he was authentic and understood we knew a lot about the vehicle we wanted and let us decide on our own without input-This was refreshing. We test drove the vehicle alone so we could drive and discuss without pressure. With the internet consumers are very knowledgable and we want a fair deal for the money we spend. Thank you for a great experience and the vehicle I wanted-Yes I bought it and am HAPPY! I like the owner of JBA commercials also-he is real and portrays a man who you want to do business with.Terence also was a pleasure to work with-no pressure just the facts. I generally hate shopping for cars...like most people. I'm a woman, I have a budget, and I know enough about cars to be able to make an informed decision but I expect that my salesman know more than I do. I don't like to be "worked over" and I hate most traditional sales tactics...I sound hard to please, don't I? ?? I guess that makes my incredible experience with EVERYONE at JBA Infinity even more impressive. My husband is a disabled veteran and was no longer able to drive his truck because of injuries sustained during his last deployment. I came down to Maryland from Pennsylvania because he fell in love with one of the used cars on their lot. I came alone because travel for my husband is difficult and I wanted to be able to surprise him with the car as a Christmas present. My salesman, Brandon Trotman, was fabulous. We instantly had great rapport and I felt very confident in his abilities. Once we got to the negotiation phase and I wasn't happy with they numbers he brought me, he didn't leave "to talk to his sales manager" he actually brought him into the office! Russ Blummer (the manager) was polite and respectful from the first moment we spoke. He dealt fairly with me and when I explained my situation and my intention for the car he did absolutely everything I needed to make the purchase happen...he shook my hand and asked me to thank my husband for his service. I nearly broke down in tears at the lengths these men went to to help me do something wonderful for my hero. ?? The good feelings and great service didn't stop there! The finance manager, Terrence Abraham, was also incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Brandon and Russ at JBA...the four hours it takes me to get down there and home again are a minimal price to pay to work with these wonderful gentlemen!

I visited this dealership looking specifically at a vehicle they had on their lot. I would not recommend them as they were not very eager to win your business. Harley answered my inquiry and wasn't very through in answering my questions. Then when I asked if they could do better on pricing I never heard back. I continued to pursue this vehicle by going and looking at it to find out it was a little different than what was described online and also when I asked about the price again I was told they really don't have much room. With that said, I value everyone's time and decided it wasn't worth the asking price knowing I could pay less and get more features for that same price. A day later they dropped the price $2,000 .... So much for only having a few hundred dollars in there as wiggle room. I just felt like they didn't need or want the sale and that it really didn't matter either way.

I received excellent service from Lani LaFavors and JBA Infiniti. Nationwide Infiniti is the closest dealership to me, but after numerous unsatisfactory visits to Nationwide, Infiniti Customer Care recommended JBA Infiniti and I could not have been more pleased. JBA Infiniti is professional, courteous, provided a loaner and was able to make warranty repairs that Nationwide Infiniti shrugged their shoulders over. JBA Infiniti is well worth the extra drive for me.

JR Smith was my service writer and did an excellent job of scheduling my appointment right away (next day). He also recommended doing an oil change because I was so close to 5k miles, so he actually saved me a trip in the near future. i'm good to go for the winter. He also filled up my gas tank, had the car washed and ready go to before the end of my work day. I have never experienced such high level of customer service at a car dealership for service. Kudos to all of the folks at JBA for getting it right!

I've owned 4 Infiniti's over the past 20 years and JBA has serviced them all. They deliver quality service at competitive prices and provide customers with a comfortable waiting area. What differentiates them for me is the fact that so many of their staff have been there for years. If they were not being treated well I doubt they would have stuck around. I waited almost a year to write this review of my 2012 37 (AWD). I wanted to see how this preowned car with 29,000 miles and one year old, performed a year later. So far no problems, it's been a good car, a little high on gas, getting 21-22 mpg highway. Rides nice, acceleration kicks in like lightening around 30 mph. My 2002 BMW 330 had faster initial acceleration and a smother transmission, but it was ridiculously expensive to maintain and became very unreliable. So after test driving the Lexus G 350 AWD and the Acura TL 6 speed sports sedan, I am very happy with this car. It is as close as you can get to the ride and feel of a BMW.

I've been taking my Infiniti G35 to JBA since I purchased it as a used car from them over five years ago. Most of the time, my service appointments have been handled by Byron Smith, better known as "JR", who has proven to be one of the best service people I have ever encountered. He seems to genuinely care about you and your car and he almost makes getting your car serviced a pleasure. The facilities at JBA are always clean and the waiting area, is brightly lit and always has edibles of some sort to snack upon. Kudos to JBA and JR.

Went to purchase 2 cars that have been sitting on the lot for over 100 days a piece. Ricky would not budge on the price of the car no matter what and insisted that my car i was trading in was worth 15000 when the exact same car is currently sitting on their lot for 25000. Now i know they are a dealership so they are trying to make money too but trying to make 10,000 off a customer then nickel and dime for a car that has been on the lot for so long. all the while being rude and making A$$ H01e remarks every few minutes is not how one does business. I can not believe he is still working there. When he is sitting at his desk he was just sitting watching youtube videos and watching movies and music on his phone.

I would like to express my sales and service experience with JBA Infiniti in Maryland. I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 vehicles from this particular dealership. From the time you walk in the door they make you feel very welcome, whether you are buying or just browsing. Tyrone Carr, my sales expert, took the time to take me on 3 tests drives until I was satisfied with the vehicle I was considering buying. My last purchase was a 2012 FX-35 Limited Edition. Throughout the transaction there was no pressure sale and was given plenty of time to make my own decision. JBA strives on delivering not only quality vehicles but top-notched customer service. They take time with you explaining all the services they have to offer from their sales department to their service department reassuring no matter whatever issue arise, they are there to give you total satisfaction with your new purchase. My service expert, Byron Smith, take time to make sure my vehicle is always up on its scheduled maintenance and is always on top of any questions or problems I may have. And I have to give recognition to their carwash team, Justin, who takes much pride is detailing my vehicle every time I bring it in for service or in for "just a car wash". Rich was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in (G37 Sport),and the whole dealership was very friendly and welcoming. When we came in for our second and final test drive prior to deciding on the car, we ended up driving away in a new G37xS. We had not planned to move so quickly, but Rich and the rest of the staff made it very easy and troublefree to do so. This was absolutely the greatest car buying experience I have ever had! I found the car with the right color and option on their website, this was past 8 pm. Almost 8:30 I e-mailed JBA Infinity and asking what would be the best number they could give for 24-month lease with no money down. At 8:37 Ricky Thompson, the sales manager e-mailed me the number with only first payment out of pocket expense. The next day I asked him to e-mail me the Lease Worksheet. Upon examining the figures with my wife, we accepted and made a deposit and told Ricky we will drive 4 plus hours to pick up the car the next day. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like VIP by Tyrone Carr, who was great at showing us the car and answering all our questions. We took a test drive while he went over all of the details about the car. Tyrone was a pleasure to work with, he even helped us and drove our rent a car to Enterprise to try to turn it in. John Doherty in finance was fast, courteous, not at all pushy, professional and respectful. We left the dealership with a great deal on a great car. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and you will not be disappointed. I am looking forward in the next two years to deal with them again.

I purchased a CPO vehicle from Rich, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Complete no-pressure attitude and he got me a decent price for my trade-in, but more importantly, he was extremely cordial and friendly throughout the entire process. Moreover, there were a few things I wasn't completely happy with after purchasing the car and taking it home, and Rich coordinated getting everything perfect for me which I really appreciated. Resulting from that, my limited interaction with the service department was also positive, and I got a new loaner vehicle while mine was out of commission. Aaron Collins was by far the best auto salesperson that I have dealt with in quite a while and I am not a easy sale. He ALWAYS followed up and did what he said he was going to do. No hidden agenda just plain straight up honest business. He was knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. What a pleasant experience! From the moment I arrived at the dealership Rich Robbins was there to thoughtfully guide me with my purchase with absolutely no pressure. He had carefully read my email with my requirements for a car and had the cars ready to show me. I immediately felt comfortable and was able to make a decision. He answered all my questions and when I wanted to take a day to decide, he gave me his cell phone number to call if I had any questions (and I did!) He had all the answers to my questions and once I decided I would come in to buy the car -- Hurricane Sandy delayed the process by two days, he met me outside, handed my loaner car over to the service department and had me in my new car in under 2 hours. I appreciated the time he spent programming my phone, keys and showing me the features in the car and he says I can call if I have any other questions. Our salesman, Rich, was extremely supportive and customer centric. When we explained our needs, he quickly adapted and found us the car that we wanted. He anticipated a missing part on the car and ordered it in advance. We very much appreciated Rich's recognition that our time was valuable.Only area of improvement:We requested a 1%/2% price break off the online list price of the vehicle and we did not get it. However we believed the EX35 to be a great value so we bought at list. However getting something (anything) would have been a better conclusion and resulted in perfect customer satisfaction.PS: He made it up for us on an order of new floor mats and gave us a bit of a discount. JBA was fine on this transaction. Nothing outstanding. There were some e-mails where the salesperson called me by the wrong name. Overall, it seemed to take a bit longer than necessary to get the paperwork. Also, they did not deliver the car on time as originally promised. Small things but an only average impression. We had a previous very bad experience with this dealership when trying to purchase our previous Infiniti. We finally drove much further to Nationwide Infiniti and purchased the vehicle there. We decided to give JBA another chance because of its more convenient locaiton for us. We overall would rate the entire experience a 6 or 7 out of 10.

I had researched the car and lease price I was looking for very well and was told that the dealership can match what any other dealership can. After being told later on that the lowest price cannot be matched, I was given price and term options. When I agreed and came in to purchase the car the price seemed higher and I was told that this car had a price increase.I also chose a 39 month lease vs. an 18 month lease which was on promotion, because I was told the 39 month lease was less. Five days after my purchase I was told by the dealership that I was previously inquiring that they can give me the same care for significantly less. Additionally, the lease term for an 18 month lease was much less than that of a 39 month - the opposite of what you told me. When I inquired about trying to make some type of accomodation to recognize the other dealerships price, the response was full of excuses that the price increase of the car I got was not realized at the time of sale. That was not true as I explained above. In addition, when attempting to make a gesture of courtesy, I was offered free maintenance service, which was of no value to me. I felt that this was a way to just get around the situation and not being straightforward.In addition, the dealership purchased my car. Firstly, I was offered $200 over the Carmax appraisal by the other Infiniti dealership. I assumed taht this dealership would do the same, however when I asked I was told that the only the actual Carmax appraisal amount would be given. I was told that it would take approximately 7-10 days to receive my check. This transaction was not a trade-in, and I gave a clear title at the time of sale. This should have been no different than the sale of any vehicle anywhere in which case you should have made payment at the time you took my car. I then did not receive my check for 20 days, only after I had to call to inquire what had happened to it.

The salesperson was excellent in all factors. I did have a feeling of being belittled by one of the persons on the front desk. I dropped a paper off for Mr. Carr and the indivual read it and determined it was not important and I had to insist that he give the information to Mr. Carr.Later, that week when I returned the same rude person made a comment that I could not hear but see him turn to another person on the desk and that person smirked along with the subject of this paragraph. I recently purchased a used G coupe from JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City MD. My experience all around was truly exceptional. I thoroughly researched the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase 2 weeks prior to stepping foot inside the dealership, so I knew what I wanted and I was ready to buy. My sales person, Tyrone Carr, was personable and delivered great product knowledge. He immediately directed me to several vehicles of interest within my price range. Tyrone accompanied me on a test drive of the car I eventually purchased and provided a complete tour of the dealership grounds including the showroom, customer service lounge, and service department. After deciding on the perfect car, we were able to reach a more then fair price which was on par with Kelly Blue Book value and competing dealership prices. The Finance Manager at the time, Ricky Thompson, was also cordial and efficient in processing my deal. Now 3 months later I have brought my car in 3 times for regular service/detail and continue to experience outstanding customer service. Needless to say I am a very satisfied customer and I plan on purchasing from JBA Infiniti again in the future.

I met with Rich a year ago while thinking about trading in my FX35 for the QX56. After test driving I realized I preferred the FX35. Rich kept in touch with me and emailed me about specials for a new FX35, but I decided to wait a bit. A year later I was ready and emailed Rich about coming in again. Rich got back to me right away with some pricing and set up an appointment for a test drive. He was very helpful and honest with price negotiating and explained all the new features while I test drove the car. On the day of pick up, things went very smoothly and Rich spent about an hour showing me how everything works in the car and helping me set things up. Rich was great to work with, as was the finance guy John, who was not pushy at all like finance guys tend to be. And yes, I was making love to that beautiful piece of machine. The education was very much appreciated and you've given me tons to think about. Automobile purchasing for many people (me included) can be a painful experience and though I didn't purchase a car from you, you have earned my business when the time comes.Decisions, decisions, decisions....I am decided on one thing, the Infiniti M Sport will be my next vehicle. The question for me is timing and ideal cost. I am still undecided however on my best options (lease vs purchase; and new vs certified pre-owned). I've never leased a car before and have never had a car payment over $500. Sure, we aren't talking about a Maxima here but a Maxima on super steroids....lol. My experience at JBA Infiniti was the best automobile buying experience ever. My wife and I submitted an online inquiry and received a phone call from Jason (Internet Sales Manager) within minutes of hitting the "submit inquiry" button. Jason arranged a visit to the dealership to discuss desired option packages, available colors, etc., on our visit we were acquainted with the vehicle (and not pressured for a quick sale). We then met with Dennis who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in..............believe me I tested his product knowledge (I had already conducted my research and knew exactly what I wanted before setting foot into the dealership). We then told them the exact vehicle that we were looking to purchase (exterior color, interior color, options, etc.); after conducting an inventory search they (JBA) discovered that they did not have the exact vehicle that we desired in their inventory. Instead of trying to pressure us into a sale of an in-stock unit, Jason, Dennis, and Kenny located the exact vehicle that we wanted and had it transferred to them (at no charge to us). Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that they beat every other dealers price in town!I highly recommend JBA Infiniti to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, these guys are the definition of the word "professional".

I was in the market for a specific vehicale and JBA happened to have one in stock. I was leary about driving an hour to an auto dealership, having had bad experiences at dealerships in the past that wound up wasting a lot of my time because they played games. That said, this turned out to be quite the opposite. I had such a positive experience that I had to come to this site and let everyone know about it. The customer service was fantastic. Sal in particular was just great to deal with. He was down to earth, genuinely cared about what I was looking for, and was willing to work with me on everything. You can't say that about many dealers. The quality was great as well. Everything was completed correctly from the paperwork end and the detailing the car got was fantastic (don't know the guys' names who did it, but thanks!). Everyone that I dealt with at the dealer was incredibly friendly and made sure I was taken care of at every turn. The price was right as well, coming in under Kelly Blue Book.Long story short, I will be back, even though it is an hour from where I live. What a great experience.

My experience at JBA Infiniti was very positive and resulted in the purchase of a used M35. I called the dealership on a Thursday and was given to Rich Robbins. Rich patiently listened to some of my questions and then to my experiences up to that point. Because he answered my questions (which were somewhat undefined at that time), was very direct, knowledgeable, and the dealership appeared to have some cars that were interesting, I decided the hour drive to JBA Infiniti was worth my time.I went fairly early Saturday morning as advised by Rich, in order to avoid the busiest part of the day. Because of extensive car shopping among many different makes and models previous to calling Rich, my choices had been narrowed down to two different Infinitis, the G35 and the M35. Once there, Rich listened to my analysis of where I was in the purchasing experience without trying to push me in any one direction and added some information about the cars which assisted me in my thinking. He took me on a tour of the lot to examine the current stock of cars and once again, offered information about the cars I was interested in. He also discussed cars in general and was sensitive to some of my uncertainty. In fact, he let me wander off on tangents and even other cars than what I had talked about as he sensed, I believe, my need to explore every possibility. At his suggestion which I assume was based on what he was hearing from me, he had me take 2 or 3 test drives. The M35 he suggested suited not only the direction I wanted to go in, but the price range also. There was a sale that was unknown to me on a car that was similar to the car I was most interested in and because of that, we ended up test driving the very car that would be purchased later.After the test drives, Rich helped me refine my thoughts about the choices, but again only asking pertinent questions that did not push me in one direction or the other. I called my wife to query her about what I thought she would object to regarding the car I had chosen. Rich left the desk and while on the phone with my wife who had reservations, apparently told the manager, Richard Holday, what my situation was and showed me a figure that was very desirable for me. I told him that we would buy the car if my wife didn't object based on her one major reservation. He arranged for me to take the car home for my wife's approval, even though I lived an hour away. She liked it. My wife and I came back and bought the car.During an interval of time when arrangements were being made earlier, I had conversed with Salvatore Pasta, another salesman. He was congenial and easy to talk with as were the other staff at the front desk and elsewhere. I was supplied with things to drink and every effort was made to make my visit there amenable. This all happened in one day, but yet, I did not feel rushed or pushed to do anything that I did not want to do. Ricky, the financial person, was very efficient and answered all of my questions. These gentlemen, especially Rich, were providing a service that made the sale for me instead of being how sales people can be at times that negatively impact on a purchase.Because the car had a few things to be repaired, the car was brought back a several days later and a loaner was provided. Shannon, the service representative, was very supportive and did a wonderful job in taking care of some things that were unplanned for. The car had to be left for finishing the next day, but Shannon had a fellow representative drive the car to a mutually agreeable place fairly near my home to avoid the long drive back to the dealership. Matt was easy to work with. he is a relativelyt new sales person and on questions that I had that he did not have answers for he was quick to fin out the answer and get back to us. My wife and I were negotiating on the purchase of a QX56 on 2/19/2011. While spending a few hours waiting on the salesman and sales manager going back and forth, we were told they are selling the model we were negotiating for to another buyer who had just walked in because they were going to get full retail value. My wife and I were completely taken back with the lack of integrity this dealership had shown. The mere fact that the sales manager did not even respect us enough to come over and discuss their motive completely shows the lack of character I expect when purchasing a $70,000 vehicle from a dealership.

It was a pleasure working with Rich the entire process was absolutely great! We agreed on a mutually acceptable lease-price with no time consuming nonsense and unnecessary sales tricks. We were looking to lease an FX 35 AWD for about a month, but Rich offered us the best price - we simply could not refuse it. Rich was both respectful and patient. As a matter of fact, the purchase part of the process took about 30min, from the moment we walked into the showroom. Afterward, Rich took almost an hour to make sure that my wife understood every button in the car. The dealership closed at 9, but Rich stayed with us until 11pm to meticulously explain the details of the deal and all the features of the car. I highly recommend JBA Infiniti and Rich Robbins in particular to anyone who wants to be pleasantly surprised while shopping for a new car. By the way, did I mention that Infiniti FX 35 rocks:-)?
