Did my homework...i thought i knew which cars i wanted to just look at... Salesman, TONY MAGGIO , invited me to sit down and talk...no VIPER-LIKE approach...but warm, willing to listen and review my needs.. Raw, chilly, rainy Sunday and Tony suggested some "test drives"... no pressure to decide, to put $ down...but a suggestion to return and discuss further possibly looking at more inventory... i returned in 2 days and purchased a FORD FUSION ! I had just started my car search the day I went into Jannell Ford, and assumed it was going to be a few weeks before I found something that fit my needs. I met with Tony Maggio who sat me down to discuss at length what I was looking for. Tony then discussed my needs with Evan Hagan, and together they decided that a 2012 Honda Pilot would be a great fit for me and my family. It was the first car they brought out to show me, it was exactly what I needed, and it is the car I eventually purchased. Although at the very top of my price range, Kathy Mulvehill helped me navigate a plan to get this car to a payment that worked for me. VERY friendly, helpful and professional all around! This past Sunday my husband & I went to Jannell Ford to look at Escapes. I had recently driven a Ford from a car rental agency in Austin, TX and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the driving experience. BTW - we were going to go to BMW too, but cancelled that appointment. So we walked in without an appointment and we greeted in a very friendly way by Jack Bresnahan. He immediately took us out to see their inventory and offer us a test drive. After the drive, my husband was hooked on the Escape's feel of the road, interior appointments/technology, and overall experience. After looking at all of the offerings, we went with the top-of-the-line, ruby, red 2.0 Escape that was in the showroom. The 0% financing made this a "no brainer/intelligence test" that was hard to pass up!Fast forward 24 hours we were picking up our car! I bet we could have picked it up even sooner than 5 PM Monday (that was due to my work schedule). We also signed up for the maintenance package, another easy choice.All in all, the Jannell Ford team, and Jack made this car buying purchase for my husband & I easy as pie, and nearly as tasty!Thank you so much for a customer-friendly environment (yes we watched the Patriot's game in the showroom) and a style of service that makes me look forward to getting my oil changes. This is our third purchase with Jannell and once again we walked away completely satisfied. Our Sales Rep Mike Kinney made the process easy. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, the price range and model of vehicle. After test driving the final two vehicles I was interested in, I made the decision to go with the sedan rather than the SUV.There was never any pressure to go with one or the other. His only concern was me being happy with the choice I had made. He went out of this way to be sure everything would be perfect when I picked up the vehicle. He made the process simple.When it came to finance, I was happy to see Joanne again who had handled our previous two sales. She's an absolute pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate the effort put into finding and delivering my truck. I had terrible experiences at other dealerships and was planning on abandoning my search for a new F150 truck. After another dealer never came through with delivery on a truck that I put a deposit on, Tony and Evan stepped in and located exactly what I was looking for. This was after waffling (e.g. almost buying but backing out at the last minute) about a truck on their lot that wasn't perfect. I always felt like they were truly interested in helping me versus the other dealerships that really didn't seem to care about much of anything. The truck I was interested in was picked up the next day in PA and delivered to me after having a fabulous spray-in bed liner added. The transaction was painless. The price was competitive. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary stuff. Tony was always available (I spoke or texted him multiple times on days off) and Evan spent a bunch of time with me unexpectedly when I was trying to figure out what to do. Night and day experience when compared to the other dealerships I interacted with. Thank you.

I've been looking to see, and drive a regular cab f-150 with the Eco-boost engine for maybe three years . My local ford was no help at all, I'll leave it at that. At Jannell they got me in the car, let me drive it and ask questions. No pressure at all. Left there with a copy of the window sticker and a written offer, and left to consider. What a change from other dealers and I want them to know I appreciated their time.

I bought my company truck from Jennell so we bring the truck to get oil changes at the service center. We have had four oil changes over the year at the Jennell service center and EVERY time I wait at least an hour to get the vehicle back for a oil change !! I always have a scheduled appointment so it's not like I'm walking in to get fit in the schedule last minute! The hour wait hurts since I am working but the worse part is the wifi service NEVER works ! So I sit with my laptop unable to connect getting zero work done while they slowly change my oil and kill my whole morning! I will be trying a different service center after giving them four chances !

I initially went to Jannell to learn about options for my son. I was up front with Joe Daddio and told him I was just trying to learn. He spent an hour with me sharing valuable knowledge. When I went looking a new Explorer he questioned what I was looking for, and then directed me to a used car which not only had everything I could possible want, but saved me a lot of money. I contacted Jannell Ford after my 85 year old mother had turned in a leased vehicle and purchased another 3 year lease on a new Ford Focus. There was some minor damage to the front end of the vehicle in which she turned in. Ford sent a bill for the damage in excess of $800. I spoke with Ed Clarke who was very helpful in helping us contact the necessary people to speak with. To make a long story longer, both Ed Clark and the General Manager of Jannell Ford looked the matter for us for several days. Thanks to their professionalism and assistance we did not have to remit a payment for the minor damage. Greatly appreciated. I had my maintenance done there the entire lease and always had a great experience. So I knew I only wanted to go there. Jack Bresnahan, my sales guy, found what I was looking for in a day and the deal was closed that night. Joanne Hudson, the business manager, was great covering all the financial aspects and had me laughing the whole time. When I went to pick new Ford Escape Eddie Clark, the sales manager, was awesome. There was a minor detail that needed to be addressed on my terminating lease. Eddie and his team not only solved the issue, they do very generously. I would never think of going any where else for my car needs. Eddie, Jack and Joanne were fantastic, as I'm sure all of the employees of Jannell Ford are.

We went in hoping to trade in our 2013 Explorer on a 2016 Expedition. At first we were alarmed at the low trade in offer. They produced an auto check report that showed the Explorer had been in 2 accidents before we bought it as a CPO vehicle. They took the time to demonstrate to us how the accidents hurt the value, and that due to worn tires and other issues, dealership 1 shouldn't have sold it as a CPO vehicle. We can't expect them to absorb the loss we took as a result of dealership 1's apparent dishonesty. They also took the time to show us a used alternative that would have helped ease our burden getting out of the Explorer. They were sympathetic to our situation.

Just purchased a used Ford Explorer. Incredible, no stress, experience! After dealing with high pressure sales tactics at some of the other local dealerships, I stopped in at Jannell. Glad I did. The salesman, Scott Ruisi, was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. Although I was undecided about what to buy, Scott kept in touch with me and I came back multiple times to drive cars. Each time I returned, the customer service I received from Scott was great. Overall - excellent dealership to deal and work with. I owned a 2003 Ford Expedition (purchased brand new) and loved that truck. Unfortunately 13 years later it was time for a new one. The need for a family truck was no longer and my husband feel in love with the Ford Edge. Great experience and because they stay open late I was able to go after work with plenty of time to look around and take my time (they even said they would stay open for me). I'm the type of guy who takes care of my trucks but drives them into the ground. My last F150 had over 250K miles on it and I dreaded parting with it for two reasons 1) I loved my old truck and 2) I don't like dealing with dealerships. Ive always been nervous about searching for a new car in a actual dealership. The first thing that comes to mind when i think of the word dealership would be " sharks", "thieves", and so on. This opinion soon vanished when i met with a sales rep at Jannell Ford of hanover,ma. I was greeted with a warm welcome. They didn't make me feel like i was being attacked or pressured into buying anything. Instead they helped me find the perfect car for my life style. Of course i already did have a couple cars in mind : ) The staff at Jannell were very informative with all there models on the lot. I learned a lot about ford and its history that day while car shopping. When it came time to purchase my new ride they helped me set up a reasonable payment plan for the new car i was going to finance as well as a extended warranty. I left Jannell ford that day feeling confident and satisfied with my service. I will be picking my new car up in the next day!

I was looking for a new F150. They did not have what I wanted in their inventory and searched other dealers to find the truck. They picked the truck up, and had the bed liner and tonneau cover installed as well. The team was proactive, not pushy, and very helpful in the process. We also figured out most of the financing over the phone, so I wasn't at the dealer for an extended time.

It was a no pressure environment, and the salesman I worked with, Mike Kinney, was a true professional and wealth of knowledge. I actually believe they gave me a fair value on my trade-in, which I was expecting to take a bath on. I walked in pre-approved for a loan, and they were able to beat my banks rate and spare me a service fee. I'd buy another car from them again, they offer as painless a car-buying experience as I've ever had.

I had purchased a used vehicle from Jannell Ford many years ago and decided to return in September to purchase a new Ford Escape. We browsed the lot and we were greeted by Joe Daddio when we entered the beautiful showroom. We did not make a decision than but waited a bit. Due to unexpected Medical bills we were not able to purchase a new vehicle. Joe made several suggestions and we purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback. Joe was professional and knowledgeable and we are so glad that he was our salesperson. I felt that I was disappointing him by not being able to purchase a new vehicle but he was very sensitive to our circumstances and he just wanted us to have the best vehicle possible in our price range.

Went in for a test drive with no intention of buying. After test drive I was asked to make an offer so I low balled an offer and the haggle began. So with no intention of buying I played the game. Yesterday I expected a brief visit for scheduled maintenance, but it was extended when it turned out my 2011 Fusion SEL needed front brakes. While I had the time, I walked the lot to see what might be there that was newer but low mileage. Back in the Sales Office I sat with Jack Bresnahan to go over options that might allow for a newer SEL and perhaps lower payments. We reviewed new car pricing as well. As we were looking at a few possibilities in the lot, and not finding anything of interest, he ran into a 2015 Fusion Titanium with 23,345 miles the general manager was driving. Within an hour or so the paperwork was done and it was exactly what I was looking for. In the past the numbers didn't allow for the jump, but all of a sudden everything fit and the car is great and is fully loaded; in fact, beyond what I expected. The entire process was nicely handled, including the financing paperwork with Joanne Hudson. Very pleased and only paying about $9.00 a month more for huge upgrade.

We live on the north shore but were down the south shore visiting friends. We were in an extreme need for a new vehicle. It was a beautiful day so we walked on to the lot at Jannell Ford and were greeted very kindly by Mike. He took the time to show us many pre owned vehicles. We came across a Fusion ( which we had been looking for ). After a test drive and going inside we were greeted by Ed and Kathy the finance manager. I must give an A+ to this dealership for their organization and attention to our needs. We love the vehicle and it also came with a Pre Owned Certified Warranty. I went to Best Chevy, Boch, Prime, Copeland, and Tufankjian. I was not happy with the customer service at all. The prices were good but I felt disrespected and not appreciated. If I was going to give you $30k, you could at least pretend to be grateful. At the very last second I decided to check out Jannell. I walked in and was greeted by Evan Hagan who proceeded to speak with me and not at me. I told him that I had previously owned a F-150 and really wanted to see if I could find one I loved and at a good price. I checked online before I went in and showed the picture on my phone to Evan who thoroughly explained the benefits of this specific truck. He even told me upfront that this truck did not have 4 wheel drive and asked if this was important to me. I never even knew that these trucks came with RWD. We quickly agreed to a price and then moved onto my trade. He walked me through how they evaluate my trade and he even convinced me to not get it detailed before I had it appraised. He told me to save my money. I entered the showroom at 7:40pm Thursday night and agreed to all of the pricing at 9:01 Friday morning. I'm being very honest when I say that Evan Hagen was 99% responsible for me buying from Jannell. I spent a good week trying to get honest quotes and delivery dates from about six other dealerships. Car salesman have a reputation and we all know what it is....whether true or not. This is NOT the case with Evan Hagen. He didn't sell me a car, he helped me purchase what I want. I hope in the future that I will have the opportunity to send friends and relatives to Evan since I know that he will work closely with them and guide them through the car buying process.

we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to my sons wedding in philly, and the back brakes seized, another $600, on the way home we heard noises coming from the rear, we didn't tell the grandkids, so papa and I white knuckled it home the 300+miles home, all the way home scared that something else was going to happened and we would end up dead,,, colonial ford told me it was a preown certified ford car, had a 30 day warranty, and gave me a sticker,it wasn't until talked to dell at colonial ford that I realized that I was a sucker,,,this is the dealership they warn u about, dell was no help, actually insulted, bullied and hung up on me when I called him on sat 6/27 from philly, on the way home I am trying to figure how the heck am I going to solve this mess, well I chose to take that lemon of a car to jannell ford in hanover, so glad I did,,,i asked shawn in the service dept for a diagnostic on the lemon, and lo and behold,,,,2 inner tie rods end were inservicable and the rear differential was leaking beyond limits, I couldn't believe it, we could have had an accident at any second from the moment of purchase, what ifs just kept going on and on in my head, I had made a $20,000 mistake at colonial,,,so, now, I want options, I want out of this lemon and away from anything to do with colonial ford,,,so now I am in jacks hands, what a difference,,,then eddie came into the picture and then joanne, I am now thinking,,,is this team of professionals really working this hard for me,,,YES THEY ARE,,finally I felt safe and secure,,,and in a real preown ford certified car, that had paperwork to prove it, a real warranty not 30days, from shawn in service, to jack and eddie in sales and then joanne in finance,,what an dfference,,,papa and I where treated with respect, this is where we should have gone in the first place,,,and the next time we purchase a car this is the dealership to go to, they are honest and respectful. from stem to stern a real professional dealership where the customers concerns and safety do come first, my car pymt is a bit higher but I could not put a price on peace of mind when safety of ourselves and grandkids are in the car, don't make my mistake, don't white knuckle your driving experience ,,don't go anywhere else,,,go to jannells, they will take good care of you,,,

I had no problems. I brought my C Max in for a customer satisfaction software update. I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle ride to the mall; shopped for an hour and was picked back up. The shuttle driver was very social and pleasant.The only improvement I would recommend would be the service tech to explain exactly what was updated. I wrongly assumed I could find it online so I didn't ask, my fault.P.S. nice new building, need to fix the driveway. :)

2013 Ford Escape: I hit my passenger side mirror on the side of the garage and broke the glass. I called the service center that afternoon and they ordered a new replacement and said it would be there overnight. I went to Jannell the next day, no appointment, and they got my car in and repaired the broken mirror in 35 mins. I was so happy with the service. I will be back next week for a tune up:)

I was looking for a specific truck color etc. I found exactly what I was looking for at jannell. called dealer I was 200 miles away dana told me truck was available and is extremely clean. I gave deposit and made my venture out to dealer a week later. dana was aware of day and time I was arriving. Half way through my trip I reached out to let dana know I was on schedule. he then tells me he was off but another sales man was expecting me . Well I arrive at dealer to find truck filthy . Salesmen told me it was clean last week but do to high pollen count they cant keep vehicles clean . I then said me and wife will get something to eat can he please clean truck, his response, Ill try we are very busy . He managed to get truck washed it was far from clean not one panel on truck that was not scratched or dented, I was very dissatisfied not to mention put four inquiries on my credit with out my authorization bad business.
