I was looking for a 2016 Ram Ecodiesel. Not only did James Oneal have the best prices around, but Keith made the entire process as easy and convenient as possible. A quick email, a few phone calls, and I was at the dealer signing papers. The entire time spent at the dealership, including the test drive, was less than 2 hours. Keith was able to offer a great price on my trade-in, and it made the drive from Newnan worth it. I would absolutely buy from James Oneal again.

I never thought buying a truck 1000 miles away would be so easy. Great communication by everyone in the process. Keith did a great job at finding me the truck I wanted and worked a good trade deal for me. After driving 2 hours into TN looking at trucks that were either more package than I wanted or ridiculous fees that I didn't even know what they were for, I decided to make the 3 hour drive from Alabama to Bremen GA and James O'neal DCJR. No regrets well worth the drive and got over 26 mpg driving home in the new ecodiesel. Give them a try....I think they'll earn your business!

I had been looking at trucks for about 4 months before I finally found the dealer in Bremen. It really seemed like I was not going to get a truck the way dealers had been treating me. No return calls and a general lack of care.That all changed when I contacted Keith. From the beginning he made sure to answer all my questions. I received emails from other people in the dealership introducing themselves and asking if they could help. They really wanted me as a customer. So, I made the appointment for a Saturday. When we walked in the door we were kindly greeted and it was like I was dealing with an old friend from high school. Questions were asked and I was shown all the answers to my questions. Not once was I given the hard sell. I felt like I was completely taken care of and in a no pressure situation. On the drive home, I had ZERO buyers remorse. I knew I had gotten the best deal I could. I knew I had made the right decision and I slept soundly that night.I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

I recently inquired about a used Dodge truck, the first person I talked to was very Rude, the second person I talked to was better but couldn't finish talking to me and try to close a deal because he and the owner had to go on a hunting trip, and the third person tried to make things right but failed also. I was lied to and jerked around and the truck was sold out from under me before I could even test drive it.

I identified a truck I was interested in at this dealership through autotrade and called the dealership. I gave them the details of the vehicle I would be trading and we worked out most of the details of the trade over the phone. This was critical to me since I live approx 170 miles from the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, the salesman I had dealt with on the phone told me there was a mix up between him and the sales manager as to the yr of my vehicle and they reduced what they previously offered me for my trade by over $5,000. The sales manager was no where to be found when this news was delivered and they made no attempts to try to make this right. I would never consider dealing with these people again and would caution others against it.

Recently bought a 2004 dodge diesel from James O'Neal dodge. Within the first 48 hours the truck was running poorly. Took it back and the dealership said nothing was wrong with it. I then pointed out some problems I had noticed that were clues of bigger problems. Service manager and salesman said that these were normal and said I should not have bought a high miles truck. 150k was not high miles for a diesel is what I was told before the purchase. Long story short I now have a 16000 dollar. Truck. With a blown motor and no recourse. I am a working class man. And only bought from them because I though. They wold sell me a quality truck and stand behind it. But boy was I wrong. They knew the truck wasn't right when they sold it to me. But they sold it anyways. Lesson learned. Will never set foot on they're lot ever again.

I dealt with this dealereship over the internet about the purchase of a Dodge Challenger. I told the dealership I had a trade, and they asked for some pictures. I sent the pictures and they made an offer. I asked the saleman, Ricky Morris, to send me some figures to take to my credit union. This was on a Friday. On Monday he sent me an email saying they overpriced my trade and would no longer be interested. They knew exactly what they were getting because of the pictures. Instead of keeping their word and earning a customer, they break their word. Deception and lies. I'd say this pretty well describes my first and last dealing with these people.

This was my first experience with internet purchasing of a vehicle and it eliminated much of the negotiations that take place with typical auto purchases. I had performed a search for a blue Dodge truck and one was offered from James O'Neal Dodge at an exceptional price. There were several communications between myself and Keith Hicks of James O'Neal and basically all details were worked out via email. When I went to the dealership it took less than an hour to finalize the details and the transaction was complete. Keith Hicks and the personnnel of James O'Neal were great to work with.

All of the option packages and models can be confusing, but having them side by side to compare in person was tremendously helpful. We negotiated the deal via email and phone. Than I drove over 600 miles to finalize the deal. I was worried that my pickup would be sold or they would not honor the negotiated trade-in value of my vehicle; however, I left very PLEASED!!! Not only was my pick-up waiting for me and they honored the agreed trade-in value but they had all paperwork ready for my signature. I think I was back on the road in about an hour. I arrived one hour after closing time to pick up my vehicle. Wesley was patiently waiting. Even though it was late on a Saturday night, the young man professionally completed the business transaction and additionally gave me a tour of the dealership. He was excited and proud to show me over 40 years of pictures and articles about his families' involvement in the automotive industry. I do believe we were inside a showroom and office spaces that have been in place for over 30 years. I peered through my spectacles to read a few articles and look especially at the pictures from the 60's. Even though I am hard of hearing, I heard the young man's stomach growling and I realized it was then 2 hours after closing time. I am an old man and have completed thousands of business transactions literally all over the world. Most of the time I shake my head in anguish and wonder where the professionalism and pride has gone from American owned businesses and share these experiences with other old men that don't have much else to do.
