We saw a Jaguar XF at the Miami Auto Show and visited Jaquar of Palm Beach for a test drive. Ken Comiskey was our sales rep and he is a rock star. We took a test drive in a Florida torrential rain storm and the XF handled so well that we bought the car we test drove. Ken did an outstanding job explaining the XF features and made the sale happen. The XF is an outstanding blend of luxury car and sports car and we are delighted with our purchase. If you own a Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, etc. check out the XF. It's the most fun to drive sedan we've ever driven. And go to Jaguar of Palm Beach and ask for Ken Comiskey. He's a pro.

My wife was traveling to visit her sister in Palm Beach. Her Jaguar XF died while driving. She called me and said the dash warning lights were all on and that the engine had died and would not restart. Her car is under warranty and so she called this dealership to arrange for them to pick up and evaluate the car. The car died in her sisters gated community and the security policy there is that a security guard waits with all disabled vehicles until they are picked up. My wife walked to her sister's house. I called this dealership the next day and spoke with "Bob". Bob proceeded to claim that the problem was caused by soda spilled on the gear shift knob. In fact he stated that "there was so much soda spilled on the gear shift knob that it got inside the shift module and even shorted out the battery". I expressed surprise that so much liquid could even get inside the shift module. I told him my wife needed to get back home and to go ahead and fix the car. I then called my wife and she told me that shehad spilled a few ounces of soda on the console when she missed the cup holder (right next to the shift knob) two days before. I mentioned that Bob said it was so much soda that it even shorted out the battery. She first reiterated that it was only a few ounces spread over the entire console and then stated that the battery was working fine as she had turned on the flashers before leaving the car. She then called the security office at her sister's gated community. She spoke with the officer that waited with her car and was told that the flashers were on for approximately 2 hours until the car was picked up. I called Bob back and told him that the battery was not shorted out by the soda as witnessed by the security officer. He became very angry and I was then informed that the security guard was not a mechanic?! He then said he would get the battery covered by the warranty and we would not have to pay for it but that we would have to pay for a new shift module as he had already told the warranty vendor that the problem was due to the large volume of soda spilled on the knob and that they therefore denied coverage. I replied that first of all the volume of liquid spilled was only a few ounces and that his story of the volume being so large that it shorted out the battery was simply not true as confirmed by the security officer. Secondly. I asked him how it is even possible for a large amount of liquid to get inside the module. The shifter knob is literally in the panel and only a few inches away from the cup holder. Shouldn't it logically be resistant to liquid? Bob (condescendingly) told me it was like spilling a drink on my laptop and expecting the warranty company to cover it. I told him that first of all that was a bad analogy since my laptop does have a built in cup holder next to the keyboard and secondly that the small amount of liquid (again 2-3 ounces spread over the entire console) was not the problem. He then asked if I wanted him to fix the car or not and told me to take it up with Jaguar (doesn't he represent Jaguar?!). I told him to fix the car as they are the warranty dealer and my wife needed to return home. My wife goes to pick up the car the next morning as soon as they call to tell her it's ready. She asks Bob for the console they took out. He pauses for several seconds and says they threw it away. She says they just fixed it and it must therefore be on top and even offers to get it out herself. He pauses again then says the trash truck just came before she got there. She (realizing she is being lied to) then asks for the name of their waste company (man I love my wife!). Bob looks panicked and tells her to hold on. He leaves for several minutes and finally comes back with a part and says he "found it". My wife paid and left. She brought the part home and not surprisingly it does not look like her console and does not have any soda on or in it! I'm going to confirm with my dealership that this part is not for my wife's car. Oh and we have to take the car to the Louisville dealership where we bought it as the warning lights are back on. This dealership (Palm Beach) is a clip joint and totally took advantage of my wife while traveling. We paid them almost $1700, they lied about the condition of the car, they gave my wife a different part back after she pressed them for the part they purportedly replaced, and the car is still not fixed! This is my last Jaguar purchase and avoid this dealership if you possibly can!!!

I had been to another luxury car dealership and was not impressed with the salesperson taking care of me. I was recommended by a friend who had purchased Jaguars in the past from Ken. When I called to set up an appointment he was very courteous and answered the questions I had at that time. When entering the showroom I met Ken who was so easy to speak to. Told him what I was looking for and he was very informing, took the time to answers all my questions. I found the car I was looking and he was on target finding my beautiful car. I had called him with some questions after taking the booklet home reading about my XE. Called him and he answered all my questions, if not available a call was returned promptly. He called me when my car was available and set up an appointment to pick up my car. When arriving he was there to greet me so nice, knowledgeable, professional &I felt very reassured that all my questions would be addressed. The presentation seeing my car was a wonderful experience which I will not forget soon. He went over all the features of the car (which I may need another visit) and he told me to call and would help me with whatever questions I have. Having Ken as my salesman made my Jaguar experience along with his many accolades so perfect. Would highly recommend him.

But Lance, in an understated way, took me through all the necessary steps, explaining all that I needed to know. Took delivery of a new 2016 Jaguar F-type S AWD about a week ago. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. My Sales Specialist, Jumo Smikle did everything possible to make me comfortable with the transaction. He showed me many cars that fit my needs and delivered my dream car at the right price. When I went to the finance office to finalize the deal with the Finance Manager, Britt Henriksen, there we no games and everything was explained very clearly. With no exaggeration, I was out of his office in 15 minutes. If you want a no pressure environment, great prices and very respectable folks to deal with, go to Palm Beach Jaguar. Ask for Jumo. You'll be happy you did.

After owning 7 Jaguars, servicing 5 at this particular dealership, and purchasing 2 I would firmly have service on my side. Not the case. Instead I have a condescending service manager who actively makes the case to both me and corporate that a seat can wear out in 2 years and 12,000 miles on an $80,000 car. This is a shameful act of poor customer service and I'm done wasting my money with these folks.

We recently purchased a new 2016 Jaguar F Type R convertible. We live 500 miles from the dealership. All of the preliminary details were handled via the phone with our sales associate, Lance Pain. All of the paperwork was in order and ready upon our arrival. Our trade in was immediately attended to and the presentation of our new car was nothing short of spectacular. Lance gave us a complete tour of the dealership and went through a comprehensive demonstration of all of the features of our new car. We trailered our new car home and Lance was a huge help in getting the car loaded and secured. That is over and above service in my book. I highly recommend Jaguar Palm Beach and would definetely purchase from them again.

I called for my scheduled maintenance and made an appointment for the following day. Dropped the car off at 830. Called at noon, car not ready, called at 4, car not ready. Finally I call back at 5 and they said to check again tomorrow morning. Don't make an appointment if you cannot fulfill the service.

Recently, I bought a pre-owned XJ8 from this shop.This is my second purchase from them in 7 months (another XJ8) and ,once again, I had a great experience. I used to sell cars myself (BMW) and so for me to be impressed takes some doing! They repaired a hidden problem that surfaced after my delivery at no charge to me and it was not a cheap repair. I worked with Ken Comiskey again and negotiated a VERY reasonable price. A manager, Jim Horton was also very congenial ,engaging and helpful. The Service mgr. Pete was simply marvelous.He's attentive, very friendly and he and his service team found the problem and rectified it with expediency and effectiveness. I will continue to tout and recommend this organization!

I have actively been looking for a Solara SLE convertible with low mileage for several months as a present for my 30th anniversary to my wife who has loved that car for years. I finally found one on ebay, with Jaguar Palm Beach Florida. I expected to call and speak to a sales person that specialized in ebay transactions, which meant I expected a sales person that was indifferent, impatient, and certainly not attuned to my needs. I could not have been more wrong, as I spoke to Mr. Jumo Smikle. Mr. Smikle was professional, soft spoken, yet classy and attuned to what my needs would be. When I bought the vehicle he matter of fact stated that he had many calls on the Solara, but yet I was made to feel like I was the only person looking to buy the car. He did not rush me, listened intently and made me feel like I was the only person Jaguar of Palm Beach had as a client. Mr. Smikle helped with the financing, which I received a fantastic rate, helped with the transfer of my registration to Massachusetts from Florida, and even drove the Solara 40 minutes to my condo in Pompano Beach. The last time I purchased a car was at Jaguar Palm Beach in 2007. While looking for a new car I found a car at the dealer and contacted Ken Comiskey who I was introduced to back in "07. Ken is the best! He made the process of buying my new car the easiest it has ever been. Even thought the car was not a Jaguar he knew about every feature and option. Brian was very friendly and helpful, and the buying experience was as much a pleasure as it could be. Friendly staff, beautiful store, competent finance dept. However after a few weeks I was interested in learning which engine I had in my used Jaguar, I called the service dept. and found that I was actually misinformed about the engine which I was told was a 5.0 but is in reality a 4.2 about 85 horsepower less than the 5.0 and takes a different type of oil. Everything is great with the car and I have absolutely no complaints.

After test-driving one at a competitor in Jacksonville, I searched online for a low-mileage XF with the extended manufacturer's warrantee only available on CPO vehicles from Jaguar dealers. I found a beautiful car at Jaguar Palm Beach that was less expensive even than the competitor-- and with the extended warranty. Upon calling the dealer, I was greeted by Internet Sales Manager Harry Hanson, Jr., who was truly enthused by these special cars. Harry was professional and knowledgeable about the Jaguar lineup and history and about the vehicle in question. He tactfully ascertained my interests and skillfully guided the conversation while accommodating every question I had. Though I had already secured financing at a very good rate, he indicated he thought he could get me an even better rate. Harry deftly "reserved" the vehicle with a credit card binder and helped me set an appointment, which required travel for me. Harry followed up politely to confirm, sent promised documents (CPO Program Guide, credit application), and well-taken pics of the car. When I arrived at the dealer, Sales Associate Ken Comiskey greeted us as planned, brought us into a room, shut the blinds, and along with the theme song from the movie 2012 Space Odyssey and fog, presented our vehicle-- gimmicky but pretty cool stuff. Ken knowledgeably walked us through each and every feature of the vehicle, taking time to point out things like how to turn off inadvertently activated steering wheel shifters. He also pointed out some additional features available as dealer add-ons at our local dealer (e.g., fold-down rear seat release handles). I found the Jaguar we were interested in on line. I spoke with Harry Hanson and he was very sincere, honest and prompt. We put down a deposit pending further discussions. I was than contacted my Cori Ridley and again I received the same excellent service. We agreed on a price and my wife and I drove 220 miles to meet Cori and purchase the car. I dealt initially with Cassie and then Jumo in their online Sales department and could not be happier with the way I was treated. Admittedly purchasing a used car, even a certified one is a leap of faith when you are literally across the country, but the car arrived exactly as described, i.e. in perfect condition. CHECK THE MATH. While negotiating the price of a used car, their first counteroffer omitted $1,000 from the agreed trade-in value. I then made another offer after correcting their math which was accepted. Every iteration of the sales document reflected the incorrect terms. Some counted things twice, some were just plain wrong. I found it intriguing that every mathematical error was in their favor (I would have paid more with their math).After explaining the errors in their math and telling them exactly what the Retail Buyers Order should read, they then retracted their acceptance of the offer.Oh, and they also showed me auction records of cars similar to the one I was interested in and told me that my offer was less than what the car would sell for at auction... my offer was over $3,000 more than the auction prices they showed me! I believe they are either trained to fudge the math to garner additional profit, or they have the math skills of a kindergartner. Even the Sales Manager I worked with made repeated mathematical errors.

My recent purchase of a Jaguar XJL was the second vehicle I have bought from Palm Beach Motorcars. The first, three years ago was an XF. The Sales Associate I worked with was Mr. Jumo Smikle. I got to know Jumo whenever I needed to bring my XF in for servicing. Even though I was not in the market for a new vehicle at that time, Jumo made it a point to come out to the service department to "chat me up". Naturally we built a relationship and when it came time to acquire a new vehicle I called upon Jumo to assist me. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his products. His mannerism is friendly and open; aggressive but not "pushy". His follow-up was good and he kept his promises and commitments. After my vehicle was delivered he came to my home to give me a personal tutorial on the operating systems of the car. No one has ever done that before. Even though this dealership is farther from my home than several other luxury dealerships in the area, it is worth going the extra miles. Bob Bohm in the service department has also been very helpful to me in the past. It is obvious that this dealership wants to build long term relationships with their clientele. It shows in virtually all facets of how they conduct business. Obviously I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great car and a great dealership experience.

Flawless experience! First talked to Harry for internet sales on Jaguar I found online. Next I visited dealership and worked with Lance Pain for vehicle observation and questions. Car was fully detailed and very clean. Showroom is amazing. A week later I flew in to finalize deal. Lance picked me up at airport and took 45 minutes to help me with orientation on all of the cars' sophisticated features. He called me the next day and made sure drive home and car were satisfactory. I saw the Jaguar online and I was very impressed with the quality and number photos of the car. The Internet Mgr. I talked with was very informative and answered all of my questions. Today I brought in my Jaguar to have a minor issue looked at. We bought the car just a little over two weeks ago and this is the second minor electrical issue. Now I know that for some people this alone would be irritating, honestly they're petty issues, I'm just overly cautious. It is a bit out of the way for me to bring the car there but in all fairness EVERYONE I have encountered at Palm Beach Motors is beyond accommodating and a joy to be around. When I pull into the service area I feel like their concierge hostess Sonjia is a family friend! I'm greeted with a great big hello, and sometimes a hug! She alone would be reason to write a review but it doesn't stop there. Lance, our salesman, has been excellent with any questions or concerns I had. Even after the sale he still continues to offer any assistance with anything that may come up. Even going above and beyond what I'm sure his typical duties are. Both JR and Allen in service were very customer service oriented. My overall experience with PBM is and I'm sure will continue to be a pleasant one. My wife and I ordered the new F-Type in Sept. 2012. We met with Don Cody, who conducted our pre-purchase order and ultimately the actual ordering and sale of our F-Type. From the onset, the Palm Beach Motor Cars sales experience was very easy and comfortable. Every employee we encontered was very professional, courteous, and willing to assist without ever giving the sense of being pushy or over-bearing. Because the F-Type was a new vehicle for Jaguar and was in preparations for production, the ordering process and details took longer than a typical order. Don was accessible at all times and freely passed on updates during the ordering process. In June of 2013, We took possession of our F-Type. The final deal signing was stress free and pleasant. There was one minor manufacturer glitch with the vehicle upon receipt. With our schedule in mind, Don set an appointment to have the car serviced. I met with Service Advisor Alan. He was very courteous, and listened intently to the trivial discrepancies I had found. I was provided another Jaguar for use until our car was completed. Later the same day, I was notified our car was ready. Alan reiterated my dscrepancies for the car to ensure my concerns were covered, what had occurred in terms of the glitch, and what they did to rectify the situation. Hands down, the best experience with vehicle purchase and repair. I do highly recommend Palm Beach Motor Cars.

I contacted this dealership 10:00 pm via email after seeing a car online that captured my attention. I received a call as well as an email response 9:00 am the following morning. This was impressive. Cassie invited me for a visit assuring me that the car would be available when I arrived. I traveled 300 miles to make the purchase so I arrived at closing. Although, it closing time Jumo (salesman) greeted me with a courteous smile. He was polite and patient. He did not pressure me for the sale at all. I have previously dealt with Alpine Jaguar in Fort Lauderdale and had no complaints with their sevice department. However, after buying four cars there over the past ten years, they started taking my business for granted and did not have a good selection of used XK's for me to choose from. So, I called Palm Beach Motorcars and went to see them on 12/29/12. They treated me extremely well from start to finish and I ended up purchasing a 'Newsed' 2011 XK Convertible on my first visit. Their follow-up has been great. They are a no-haggle dealership and cut me an excellent deal, along with superior service. I felt so positive about my first experience that I returned and leased a new 2013 XF 2.0 last week. I cannot reccomend Palm Beach Motorcars and Lance Paine highly enough. Keep away from this dealer at Dixie highway Palm Beach Motor.I purchase my first used XJL Jaguar in Sarasota FL,I had a small problem with my FM radio I took it to Palm beach motor on Dixie highway, After a hour the service manager came and told me we ran a inspection on your car and found I needed rear brakesI was some what surprised because the car was guarantee from the dealer Any way after spending $1,14.22 I called my original dealer in Sarasota FL to complain. With out any disagreement they ask me to send them a MPI inspection sheet from the dealer claiming my brakes needed replacement and they would immediately refund my money. Palm Beach Motors refused to give me the MPI inspection sheet, giving me excuses like we lost it ,Its not in my computer etc etc. I called the Jaguar headquarter, after on week they told me they are not getting in value. This will be my last Jaguar KEEP AWAY FROM PALM BEACH MOTOR ON DIXIE HIGHWAY

I brought my Jag to be serviced by this dealer's service department for a noise I was hearing from below my steering column while accelerating and my front suspension was clunking. The first problem regarding the noise was fixed in about a week and a half through much arguing with my extended warranty company (no fault of palm beach even though I would have appreciated a faster turn around time). As per the 2nd issue regarding the suspension, my service adviser informed me that i needed to replace my 2 front control arms and although they were only partially covered by my warranty i would only have to pay the difference of about 20 dollars for each side. Of course I agreed thinking that was a great deal to get rid of a clunking noise that has been a great nuisance for months now. I picked up my car from Jaguar and everything appeared to be fine. I finally got off of the highway about 25 minutes later only to hear the same clunking noise from my suspension return again! I drove home because it was too much to go back to the dealership again. I went home and left my car running on the driveway as I went to get something out of the trunk and saw that my brake lights were ON but nobody was in the drivers seat! I couldn't believe that a problem I was never having before was now something I had to deal with. Of course I took the car back in the next day and they said it was a defective brake switch that the technician was able to fix for me in the service drive. But the suspension was still a problem- the technician who worked on my car said that he had informed the adviser that this noise would NOT be resolved by the replacement of the control arms however i was NEVER informed of this MINOR detail! The adviser forgot to tell me that the money I was putting down for this part and labor was NOT going to fix the problem? I soon learned that if I wanted the noise to go away it would cost me an additional $1,100 to replace the front suspension entirely. After arguing in the nicest way possible, I was only given 10% off my bill and so of course, wanting the problem resolved, I agreed to having them replace the suspension hoping this would be the last time I had to visit this dealership. When I returned at a later date to pick up my car I found that the brake lights were fixed, and the suspension was much quieter. I started driving home on the highway again and went to put on my cruise control only to learn that it would NOT activate! I could not believe what I was seeing. ANOTHER PROBLEM I HAD NEVER HAD WAS now apparent in my car! After repeatedly trying to activate the cruise control, a yellow light came on my dash saying cruise control was unavailable. I called them back of course and they told me to bring it back in. I said there was no way I was willing to come back there again so they agreed to pick up my car. They picked it up a few days later when I was available in perfect condition other than the cruise control issue and I got it back today with the ENTIRE REAR PORTION OF THE HEADLINER PEELED OFF FROM THE CEILING OF MY CAR!!!! I know I had a VERY SMALL portion of just beginning to peel away near the rear brake light, but NOT LIKE THIS. The car is not even drivable because I cannot see out of my rear window! I have called them and spoken to the service adviser again and he put up a fight telling me that the car arrived to him in this condition. I am at my whits end and cannot believe that such prestigious dealership as this one claims to be would be nickel and diming me to death like this. I am convinced that they are intentionally doing this things to my vehicle so that I am having to deal with these problems each time they return it. I don't know what else to do, I need some resolution but there is nobody there who is willing to fight for the consumer and make my situation at least tolerable. I am a very honest person, always give people the benefit of the doubt, and it takes a lot for me to write something like this but I urge any one reading this to just stay clear of this place especially if you did not buy your car there to begin with. I never want any one else to go through what I have gone through with this place.
