Service Light Came on 1st Time......

Service was excellent....notice of service needed became lit on dash...called up to make appointment- car was purchased in Baltimore...pulled in and was told service would take 1.5 hours...Waited in nice lounge area, looked at showroom cars, read a mag...and Don came out to tell me the car was done and is being washed......a few minutes later , the car pulled up-clean and serviced....GREAT !!!

Loyal Jaguar owner since 2003. 2003 x type, 2009xf, 2012xf and now 2016xfs and 2016f typeR. Jaguar service has been a key to returning. Recently sold my Mercedes SL 500 to a private party and had a chance to get another one. Chose to get the f type r instead. Abner, Gary and Phillip were very willing get a deal going. First time visit to the dealership for service. It was an impressive experience with a loaner car available, the trim part replacement and recall item taken care of as scheduled and in addition ---- upon 128 point inspection a problem (water pump leak) was found and corrected within two hours.Don Byrd was excellent / informative over the phone and in person relative to setting up this service for me and getting it done in a timely manner once I arrived at the Dealership .Everyone that participated was courteous and accommodating.

I gave a 5 star rating because on every visit to this dealership has been exceptional. From making sure they understand what you want repaired, explaining what the mal function was and why it happen, explaining the price (and for a luxury dealership the prices are not as high - I know because I also own a Mercedes Benz), making sure you are comfortable if you waiting on the service, providing transportation if you need to leave tour vehicle and making sure your car is clean on the exterior. I have owned a 2012 Jaguar XF and wanted to change it up to a brand new 2016 XF. Abner is a no nonsense guy, a genuine human being who does not try to nickel and dime his customers. It is very clear that they thrive on loyalty, and I will remain loyal to Jaguar for years to come, especially this dealership. They have a great sales team and an amazing service team. I have been to the Mercedes dealerships in the area and the BMW dealers, and none of them can hold a candle to Jaguar's level of dealership experience and pleasure. The process is never bothersome, pushy, or pressured. I look forward to grabbing an F-Type from this dealer in a few months.

After picking up my car the 'engine coolant light came on'. Rather than taking a chance of it overheating when bringing it back, Corbet sent a nice young man to my home to check the pressure and put more coolant in my new radiator.

Very professional

I had an appointment to have the service department fix a scratch on the hood of my car caused by a faulty leaper emblem. They took my car and took me right a way to the car rental personnel. I was off on my way within 15 minutes of my arrival. The car was completed by the date that was quoted and I was completely satisfied.

Our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrated the ability to describe the auto in terms that my wife understood. The auto handled lovely and even though my wife was undecided at first, Rene explained the advantages of the auto and once he got my wife to drive it, she was sold. Sales guys as good as the stunning cars!

I have bought many high end cars from every brand and dealership but Gary was truly exceptional. On the day I bought my F type I was also at Fields BMW comparing and test driving an M4. The difference in the experiences were night and day. Not just this experience but against many other car buying experiences Gary really stood out. I visited on the Saturday, Gary understood my needs instantly and read me like a book. Within minutes we were test driving and he really sold the car potential. He had clearly listened to my needs. Very few sales guys do that the these days and wonder why they don't sell. He never pushed, knew my buying position and just kept in touch in a friendly patient way. Once I decided to proceed he came to my office and delivered the paperwork. The deal was signed at a great price, terms and process. Amazing buying experience from start to finish

I called Jaguar/Astin Martin/Lotus Orlando about an ad in AutoTrader for a used Lotus Elise. From that moment on it was nothing but smooth and professional all the way to driving the car out the door. I am out of state (MA) and Gary immediately provided updated photos, info, contact with their service team, agreements etc. He picked my Dad and I up at the airport in a luxury Jaguar sedan with cold waters waiting. The car was cleaned full of gas, and fully serviced, but there was no pressure going into the test drive. The car proved to be everything it was promised to be and we completed the paperwork that was also already prepared including all of the out-of-state tax forms. The dealership in general is beautiful and all the staff we interacted with (including the service technicians) were friendly and knowledgable. They even showed us how to remove the rear clam (an after market modification) before we started our road trip back to Boston. The thing to note here is that the Elise was likely the cheapest car on their lot, paling in comparison to the other new and used Astin's and Jaguars, but they treated us like we were buying the a million dollar car. I was so happy with the service, that I got Gary's business cards to keep in the car to hand out when people inquire about where I got it. I have bought a number of vehicles and this has been the best experience by far- well worth the plane trip to buy from Jaguar Orlando.

Scheduled a appointment for a test drive, within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealer I was out on my test drive. I arrived back at the dealer and in 10 minutes the deal was made. I have bought over 60 cars in my lifetime and this was the fastest I have made a deal. Best car buy of my life

Found the only F type "R" with the options I wanted at Orlando Jaguar, over 1100 miles away from me. I have never bought a car in this manner and was quite nervous about getting there and finding an unpleasant surprise of some sort.I had a couple of surprises, but all of them serendipitous. I found my salesman, Abner, to be very polite, accommodating and helpful. He offered me his best price without haggling (though I tried). I confirmed this after speaking to some local dealers. My salesman offered to pick me up at my hotel the morning after my flight. I was introduced to everyone of importance at the dealership and treated like a celebrity by all. My salesman took me through all the features of the car including smartphone apps that worked with my car and were very useful. Though they are 1100 miles away, I would consider making the trip again should I buy/lease another Jaguar. Thank you Abner and Jaguar Orlando. I love my car!

I came in to look at new Jags and ran into my service manager, Corbet, by accident. I needed a small warranty item repaired and he squeezed my car in and serviced while i took a test drive. Great Service.Gary was great as well. No pressure and willing to spend as much time as i wanted.

I bought a used car from Abner Marrero. He is very honest and helpful. I live in NJ and called him to ask about the vehicle. His discription was very accurate. I flew down to Florida to see some cars. Abner was the only honest guy. This dealership is also fair. We worked out a price without the normal dealer pain. Abner did all the work to make it happen since I was in NJ. He even found the best transportation to get the car to NJ. I had the car delivered in August and the car is perfect. I would buy another car from Abner for sure, he is a good guy.
