A few months ago my wife and I went to trade in our Lexus ls460. We had interest in the Jaguar xjl a salesmen by the name of Rupy helped us even though the dealership closed 10 minutes before we arrived. More then helpful knowing that he couldn't complete the sale that evening Rupy still never brushed us off.
