I found my dream car the Maserati GTS at Jackie Cooper thru cars.com. It was a great experience dealing with them. I needed to purchase and get my car shipped to the state of Utah. Everyone at Jackie Cooper had excellent customer service skills from answering every question to helping get the process done smoothly. I was extremely impressed by the sales rep Christopher Duperre who was polite, helpful, patient and made the car buying experience a real pleasure. In fact, Christopher went into the dealership on a sunday even when they were closed to meet the shipping company to get me the car in Utah and saved me the delay. People like Amy the online rep and Doug from the finance department were also very professional. I was given all the information accurately and quickly and it did not seem as though I was purchasing a car from 1200 miles away. It was a very pleasant experience and I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car to check them out. You will not regret it. And If I need another car in the future I will definitely go to them again. Thank you!

John Green and Jackie Cooper will forever have my business. They are all about the life time value of my business. John, Ray, Chuck, We actually had fun buying a car didn't we? It was painless & fast. They have turned a transaction into a friendship, which I value more than they know. I just drove off in my Q50, the 5th car purchase from them. Each one nicer than the last. They won my business when they serviced my very first new car ever. My Sentra was a 10,000 car in 1992, they treated me like I had the most expensive car on the lot. I will never forget how proud I was of my little car and how their genuine appreciation for my business was stamped to memory. It's those type of people with whom I want to conduct business with and it is their customer service practice that I follow in my own business. My Fiance and I looked at an Infiniti Q60 and Mark Hughes helped us. Although we did not buy a car, not due to the dealership just couldn't fit the payment in our budget; they were very professional and accommodating. I found the car I wanted at Jackie Cooper Imports but I live over 400 miles away. Even with the distance they made the buying process so easy. Everyone was so helpful and responsive: Jason with the internet correspondence, Jeff and Tracey with sales and customer service all the way through, and Chuck with the financials. From start to finish, I had the car I wanted in no time at a competitive price and no hassles or issues. I'm loving the car, by the way...2015 Infiniti QX70 in Iridium Blue.

I recently bought a 2014 Mercedes GLK. After calling and speaking with Amy, the internet represent, I was placed with Doc to help assist me in the buying process. Doc put me in the car I asked to test drive and wanted to know what my full expectations of a new car were. I am in love with my purchase and Doc was such a great help. He helped me understand what my buying options were and what would be offered to me during the finance part of the evening. They all stayed late and made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. I will buy from this dealership again.

Our trip to Jackie Cooper Imports led us to a fantastic salesman named Doc. Doc was easy to work with and I never once felt pressured into purchasing anything we didn't feel was necessary. Chuck (our finance guy) was just as professional as Doc and made our experience a pleasure. Our SUV purchase was the best car buying experience we've had!!

Taking a new vehicle in for a service issue is never great but Frank at JC Imports help to put my at ease and made the entire process seamless. From getting me into a loaner, to updating me with texts as to the status of my car and the repairs, he was spot on. They did a great job on my warranty work and I had my car back in four days. Great place to buy and to have a vehicle serviced as well. Next time I am in the market for a Volvo I will definitely look at their inventory on this site. Thanks for a great experience Frank and the rest of the staff at JC Imports!

The one thing I can say is the 2007 BMW 650i I purchased from Jackie Cooper Imports is a pleasure to drive and own. I purchased it mid December. The first minor problem I had was the books were not in the car. Have you seen these things(bmw)? I requested that my salesman provide me with books. He stated the dealership would not pay for them he would have to. Okay, not a problem for me. He must have seen it in my face that I doubted he was going to do anything about it. So, he assured me he would. RIGHT... Anyway, Called him later because I hadn't received them or my papers to register the car from their top notch accounting dept. He stated he would talk to someone and see where they were. UH did you forget YOU were going to buy them. Never heard from him again. The scam is........ who knows who takes the owners manuals so you will have to buy them AGAIN from them on the internet. Fabulous way to make money they are going for $90.Haven't bought them yet. I was lucky they managed to skip the navigation dvd. My BIGGEST problem with Jackie Cooper is their accounting dept. I called to ask about my papers to register the car. Don't have them all. They haven't sent the title from the previous owner perhaps because you DIDNT do your job. They end up sending it over night. I have 2 days to register the car before penalties. It gets better. I go to the DMV next day. Don't have all the paper work. Have to call accounting dept. By the way, I live in a different state. Has to fax the page to the DMV while I am standing there. The silver lining the car is AWESOME.

I cannot express enough how comforting this whole experience was for me. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Cooper and was NOT disappointed at all. The contact and business with the Jackie Cooper Imports Internet sales consultant Amy was smooth and timely. My whole purchase from initial contact off Cars.com to purchase was less than a week. I AM NOT a person who is comfortable with dealerships and sales people in general. I don't like being taken through the hoops and playing the game, and I have a high level of distrust. My experience with Mike and the Jackie Cooper team was so easy and relaxing. They were straight forward, didn't try to sell me something I didn't come to look for, and were fair on my trade and worked with me on the finances. Short of the detailing on the vehicle I purchased that had yet to be done, I would have been in and out in a matter of hours. I HIGHLY recommend this team and would gladly do business with them again. Thank you Mike!

I just bought a new Infiniti G37x from Jackie Cooper Infiniti! I drove to Tulsa from Bentonville, Arkansas to take a look at the Infinitis! Greg Wilson was an outstanding sales professional. He was very patient with me while I had to get the title switched from my Dads name to my name. The Finance manager was a great guy as well, they worked with me to find a price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. The whole team at Jackie Cooper was fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better first car buying experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!

Our son purchased a vehicle for our grandson, who was going to Ohio for Graduate studies, and in the process our son found a vehicle that he wanted. He purchased two vehicles at that time. The level of salesmanship was exceptional. Very professional with no high pressure tactics. Our grandson, after having driven the car that was purchased for him, Infinity I35, contacted us and asked if we (his grandmother actually) would be interested in buying the Infinity. She has always wanted an Infinity. He wanted a Lexus RX-350, which they had just taken in trade. Long story short... We own the Infinity I35, grandson has the RX-350 and our son has an Infinity RS30. Great place to buy a car. Recommend it highly.
