The work done on my vehicle this time was done in a timely matter, even though they were very busy this day. I only had oil changed and tires rotated.

They diagnosed and repaired my problems. Drove the Ram 250 miles the next day towing trailer with no problems. All is back to normal with my Ram diesel.

Everything was great, but I think they need to be easier on the vehicles they drive. As I was sitting there I saw two cars fly through the parking lot both by employees and I didn't fully appreciate how they treated my car which I traded in.

Dealership went above and beyond to help us during our breakdown. Would without a doubt go back for service and would even drive back the 180 miles to return to check them out on me next purchase. We had a great experience shopping for a new vehicle at Iverson's. Our sales man was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He listened to what we said and worked very hard to help us find the perfect vehicle to fit our needs and budget.

Good people in the service department!

While heading back to Virginia Beach from Rapid City, our air conditioning quit blowing air. We found Iverson on the Internet and headed their way. It was 4:00 on a Friday when we arrived. We explained to Kurt, service manager, how we were heading home and trying to get to Des Moines for the night. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Thankfully all my Jeep needed was an upgrade and we were able to hit the road again in 45 minutes!Kurt could have blown us off and we would have had to travel in Juky with no air conditioning. Thank you Iverson and Kurt & crew for being good people!

Found the car we wanted on the web and spoke with Kevin Zeal to schedule a time to look at it. He was ready and waiting for us and made it the easiest and fastest car buying experience we've ever had. We drove 3 hours, past multiple dealerships to buy this car, and Kevin made it well worth our time. First class all the way.

I had burnt wires on tow vehicle

I had burnt wires on my tow vehicle for our RV. Our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, our tow vehicle had tail light wires burnt so that the right turn signal was not operating. We are heading West to the Black Hills and I wanted my Jeep ready before we left on our next leg of our World Tour of The United States. The service did a good job getting us back in good shape.

Vehicle repair

The service department at Iverson worked on a heater core replacement on our daughters Jeep Patriate that the dealer she purchased the vehicle from would not! That also happened with a 2012 Cummings dually I owned and Iverson fixed it aswell. They did excellent work both these times. Service was also honest with us. Thanks.

Jeep Renegade Fixed

I bought my Jeep at Iversons. It had a computer issue ......28 some codes were corrupt and Dean, in service fixed them all. He is exceptionally great at what he does and FAST!I didn't have a salesperson, .....I went directly to AJ in financing and he has handled all my concerns flawlessly. Without his help, my frustration level with the issues this new vehicle had, would have wanted me to return it. He is great at his job and goes above and beyond his position in financing. broke down out of town

We had car trouble over a hunderd miles from home we called your service department they were very helpfull. They gots us towed in and started work on the jeep yet that afternoon solved the problem and got us back on the road again. I just wish your dealership was a little closer we would be happy to do all are buisness with you. I still might bring it to your shop anyway. They found the problem that our local dealer was throwing parts at to fix it. It is never a good thing to be broken down but I am glad it happened at dearership that cares about there customers. Great Experience

I am from Fargo, ND and traveling over 300 miles to Mitchell, SD to see a pre-owned Jeep was not something I wanted to do on a whim. However, the 2014 Jeep GC SRT that Iverson Chrysler had listed was exactly what I had been looking for. I contacted Iverson through Cars.com and they returned my email that night. Kevin F, the salesperson, emailed me the following day we exchanged various emails about the Jeep I was interested in. I explained my situation and asked many detailed questions about the condition of the vehicle. Kevin provided answers assuring me that the vehicle was in excellent condition and provided additional pictures. He also told me that if I traveled to Mitchell he would set the Jeep aside for me to make sure it was not sold before I got there. We discussed my trade in vehicle in detail and Kevin provided me an approximate value with the condition they would need to inspect the vehicle when I arrived. I made the trip down a few days later and called Kevin to let him know I was on my way. When I arrived, Kevin took me to the Jeep which had been removed from the lot that morning, as he said it would be. The vehicle was also in excellent condition, exactly as described. While we took a test drive, the sales manager inspected my trade. Iverson gave me the quoted amount for my trade and the sales experience was great. There was no need to haggle on price and I was on my way home less than two hours after I arrived in town. I typically don't leave reviews, but when I risked 8 hours of driving and a full day of my time based on conversations and emails only, I wanted to share the story. It was worth the trip and I recommend Kevin and Iverson to anyone looking for a hassle free experience. And my new (to me) Jeep is awesome.

Worst

Most unprofessional dealership I've ever death with. Purchased vehicle and they do not stand behind what they say AT ALL. Got us to drive 4 hours to look at a vehicle after stating it was immaculate.. covered up body damage and cat scratches discovered after we washed it for the first time is NOT OK. No return policy, no exchange policy, no offer to buff any of the scratches out..absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again will we give them a penny of our money.
