Don't waste your time!!!

I sent an email inquiry. Greg responsed, ask me to call him. I explain I was unable to call could we email, I sent him a few questions. Then I received NONE of my questions answered but "NO THANKS" is all his email said. I will post on every review site and social media how RUDE he was, lesson learned, will stick with big name dealers.

I just purchased a 2002 Chevrolet 1500 HD 4x4. The dealer was very personable and willing to work with me on the price of the vehicle. He was also very honest and disclosed every detail of the truck. I would by from them again.

Wonderful experience

I bought a 2003 Lexus 430 from this group. I love my car. They responded to all of my questions, and helped out with two small items. I would recommend them without hesitation. I am on the road a lot (15,000+ miles since purchase) and it is great.

i was willing to drive 150 miles to see the car. when i called, he rushed me off the phone . i think maybe a few minutes of conversation would have been nice prior a 150 mile drive. i did not go.

Greg worked with me on the issues we have had with our car since we purchased it. If we had gone to him immediately upon experiencing issues we may have saved ourselves some money. If in doubt, call.

Auto purchase from Iron Horse Auto, Summer 2014

I purchased a high mileage compact car from Iron Horse in the Summer of 2015. Six months in and it is running like a champ. I have put close to 10,000 on the car since purchase and have had to make zero repairs. I was pleased with the purchase and continue to be so. Great little car at the right price. They also worked the deal with a trade in. Good experience, over all.

A great experience

We came from about two hours away to look at a specific vehicle. When we arrived, we were unable to purchase the vehicle we had hoped to buy. Because we had driven so far, these guys hooked us up with an awesome deal on a nice two-door vehicle. We are very pleased with the deal they gave us and our car buying experience.

I came in to look at a Saab that I had found online. After looking around at the amazing selection I got a steal on a PT Cruiser! Better than I had expected. Great place. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a used car.

Nightmarish Car Buying Experience

Don't buy a car from this dealer! The car I got from them has been a money pit and the people they use to fix the cars don't have any idea what they're doing. Go somewhere else and pay a few extra bucks for piece of mind knowing you'll get something reliable! I sure wish I had!

Drove from TN

Purchased an 02 BMW from them. Drove from Nashville to pick up the car. Car was in good condition, as described, sales staff was friendly. Overall good experience.

Clean car... exctremely nice people

The process was easy and the people were very nice. The car that we bought was exactly as presented in the pictures and as described on the phone. All the cars were clean and looked great. Good coffee... go early

bad idea to buy there

I would urge you not to buy a used car there. We bought one there and soon after we took ownership it "developed" a leak. It turned out the leak is due to a bad steering system. Run, do not walk from this place. If you still want to get a car there take it to a trusted mechanic before giving them any money.

A nice place in the country

Found the car and dealer on line. Sent an email and was called promptly. They answered all questions about the car, the history, and I arranged to drive from nashville to look at the car for my son, which they held for me for the next morning. They made sure I had accurate directions. The salesman the next day was very helpful. Ultimately, I did not get the car because I'm 6'6", he's almost 6'4" and it was too tight. The salesman showed us several others, but ultimately we did not buy from them. However, they were pleasant, informative, and honest. I would strongly consider them.

Great Customer Service - Very Knowledgable

I just bought a car from this dealership last week. My daughter is turning 16 and we were looking for an inexpensive car for her to start out. She of course fell in love with the most expensive car on the lot, the sales team did a great job getting her comfortable in another car that was more in line with what I wanted to spend. There was no pressure from them to buy the more expensive car and thier knowledge convinced my daughter to go with a more practical car. We both left very happy. Quick response by dealer

The dealer contacted me by phone and gave me all of the info I requested and told me how to get to the dealership and offered to place a hold on the car at a pre negiotated price if I called before I came to look at the car. Although I did not drive to the dealership and buy the car, as I found one by accident locally, I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership because of the salesman/owner being so forthcoming and prompt in his reply.
