I just purchased my second vehicle from International Motor Group. Jason, my salesman, again did everything he could to facilitate my purchase, including, occupying my 20month old son. International stands behind their vehicles, making sure their customer is fully happy even when minor issues come up after purchase. The service department is very accommodating and the end result leaves you feeling that you are doing business with an above-board group of professionals who care about their reputation, their product and their customers.

Was nervous, but happy now

Tom was great, everyone there was great, Very courteous and no rush. I was nervous about buying a used car and waited months while doing research. Tom answered my questions with knowledge and assured me the dealership was behind me to make sure my wife and I would be happy with our purchase. The process was fast and simple, drove away with my wife's new SUV in 90 minutes(With appointment for detailing 2 days later). Tom responded to my email questions very quickly. Only issue I had was deciding on which car to buy from them, very nice vehicles there. My wife is incredibly happy-->Happy Wife=Happy husband.Will be going back there when I'm ready to replace my car.

Quick and easy upgrade

I had been enjoying my 3-series BMW that I had bought from Tony earlier this year, when I noticed that IMG got in the 5-series version of my car. To me the only thing better than my car would be that upgrade. Tony was able to get me in that car with the same payment in a couple days with a small down payment. It couldn't have been quicker or easier. This is my third car from Tony and it won't be the last.

I have bought both of my cars from International, and I don't think I would ever use another car dealership but IMG. I have been extremely pleased with both my 2003 Honda Civic and my new 2011 Audi A4. Not only have I bought my vehicles from IMG, but I have always serviced my car there as well. Blessings and New Beginnings

I had minimal/limited credit, and although it was in good standing it wasn't enough....I was still turned down by 5 dealers, and 5 banks. I received a phone call from Jason (Of International Motor Group), and just in minutes he seemed determined to help me. God placed him in my life, and I got blessed. I would've settled for a car in the years from 2000-2005. I ended up with a showroom vehicle (2012 Toyota Scion Series 7.0 Limited edition with low payments, and a low interest rate), and drove off the lot. What a great experience! Thank you so much to Paul Knutton who made my whole car buying experience worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from Connecticut. My husband found and viewed the car online, spoke to Paul and we were on our way. The car was even better than expected. A Superb Level of Customer Service

I stopped to look at a car in the spring of this year but after test driving, I wasn't in love with the car. What I did love was that the salesman who helped me was very nice, helpful, but not pushy at all. I wasn't sure if I was quite ready to buy at that time, but my car was 16 years old and I knew I would be buying by the end of the year. I asked Paul Knutton for his card and told him I would return. Well I'm glad I did! A few weeks ago I bought a 2007 Subaru Legacy from Paul and the whole buying experience was so easy and hassle free! Paul is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. But that's not even the best part. That came with the great customer service after I bought the car. The morning after I brought it home I noticed a tiny ding in the windshield that I hadn't noticed on the test drive. I called Paul and he sent his glass guy to fix it right while I was at work with no charge! And, if that wasn't awesome enough, last weekend one of my rescue dogs peed in the backseat of the car. I tried to clean it myself but the odor remained. I called a auto detailing place and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg, then I remembered Paul. I called him at around 5:30PM and explained what happened thinking he would know someone would clean it at a reasonable price. Paul asked if I could bring the car in right then because he was going to clean it himself. I brought the car in, he took the back seat out, and is going to keep it all week to get it clean and odor free, all at no charge to me! I am a customer for life now, how could I not be? The Best Used Car Buying Experience I've Had

What a great find! My wife and I, on limited time, stopped by to look at a couple of cars we saw on the web. Paul Knutton greeted us as we were walking around the lot. Not your typical car dealership

My husband and I found ourselves needing a car immediately and due to circumstances didn't have much for a down payment. The employee at IMG that we worked with, Jason Nicotera, went above and beyond to get us into a reliable car with little to no hassle. He took care of everything from credit approval to registration. It was so easy, painless and stress free. In addition, IMG's service center has been fantastic. I have not had this positive of an experience with a car dealership ever.

Took my Mercedes in for a major service (5K), There were issues related to that service over a period of 3 weeks, but I can say that IMG took care of everything. They made it as painless as possible, and did not charge me for the additional repairs, as dealerships might have, I have been going to IMG for about 6 years, and cannot say enough great things about their customer service. When in search for a new used car that I was looking for a Lincoln, mkx. I went to Tony, he had some idea what I was looking for, but nothing was coming in. A perfect car buying experience.

I stopped at IMG in the middle of a planned day of checking dealers for good cars. I had seen two models I liked listed online and upon arriving at the dealership both cars were exactly as described, no trick photography to hide flaws. Within a few minutes Jason came out to greet me and had me in, then test driving the first car only moments later. Through both test drives he was knowledgeable about both of the cars and of cars in general, and not the know-it-all junk some salespeople try to sound like an expert. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, or that I was being pushed toward the slightly more expensive car for the sake of profit. After the test drives I felt so positive about the experience I canceled the rest of the day and took some time to contemplate my options. After deciding with of the cars I'd prefer I returned, where Jason began working what seemed like magic to get me financed for the purchase. My credit is currently about as bad as it could possibly be and even on a Saturday, with no banks open to call and persuade Jason was busy setting up the best deal he could for me and assuring me that he would make it happen. On the following Monday I received a call from him that not only had he gotten a lower interest rate than expected but he could work a two year warranty in while still keeping my payments low. Thanks to IMG I have an Acura I love and didn't think I could afford so easily. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I am not a person to trust a car salesman....but working with Paul was the BEST experience I have ever had in dealing with a sales person. Had a wonderful expierence dealing with Jason at international motor group. The process for financing a used beautiful 2010 Mercury Mariner Suv was so easy. We had not so great credit and still was able to get the monthly bill at a price we could afford. Jason never made us feel uncomfortable about this process as did other dealerships in our area. We should have started with international motor group first! I would recommend talking to Jason and Tony for a new or used quality vehicle. Both make it very clear that you are first priority. Awesome place to buy a car

I wanted to visit my brother in East- .Greenwich R.I and complained that I was scared to drive the 2hoursin my 20 year old car. He suggested buying a car at the International Motor Group when I arrived in Rhode Island. I was hesitant at first, being that I never have bought a used car, and that I live in another state 2 hours away. I e-mailed my must have list, will not consider list and don't care list to Tony and waited. My brother called me and said that there was a 2010 mini cooper, manual with only 40,000 miles, one owner and almost brand new looking waiting for me to test-drive when I arrived in Rhode Island!! I bought it that weekend, and 4 months later am still smiling when I get into the drivers seat! They are an awesome dealership and I recommend them 100%

Dream car purchased from International Motor Group

I am very happy with my experience purchasing my Mercedes SLK230 (hardtop convertible) from International Motor Group. The salesman, Paul K, could not have been nicer. I came into the dealership to see the SLK in person (I had only seen internet photos). I took the car for a test drive...I had my husband sit in (he is tall so I wanted to make sure he could drive it)...Paul even indulged my request to see if my golf clubs would fit in the trunk (they did). I told Paul I was interested but I needed to think about it. I really wanted a firemist red SLK...the car he had is silver. He promised to keep an eye out for a firemist red SLK for me. A few weeks later....on a beautiful, sunny Saturday afternoon Paul sent me a photo of the car captioned "You should be driving this today!". I had been looking but still hadn't found the firemist red car (with low miles and a clean carfax). So I thought about it and decided that perhaps the silver car was meant to be mine. I was a little apprehensive about buying a 10 year old car. The last several cars I purchased were new. I told Paul I needed to "check all the buttons" and then have the car inspected by an independent mechanic (a local Mercedes dealership) before I could make an offer. He helped me go through every component of the car. We found a couple of minor items which he had corrected and then he arranged to drop the car at the dealership for inspection. The mechanic reviewed the car and provided a detailed used car inspection report. At that point I decided to make an offer. We quickly came to an agreement. Paul treated me fairly and with respect. Paul took care of the registration process and very quickly I was behind the wheel of my dream car. I love my new car and had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership (particularly Paul K) to friends. I expect to use them for service and purchase cars from them again in the future.

2011 BMW 328i

The dealership had a nice 2011 BMW 328i that I was looking at. Their sales team is very responsive and very quick to put a quote together. They are also very good at at outlining preliminary financial package, given you provide them with enough information. I also enjoyed being able to go thoroughly through the car at my own pace and no pressure. An overall great experience with courteous and accommodating staff, upfront and no-pressure buying experience.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a 2003 Pontiac Vibe advertised on Cars.com I called the dealership and spoke to Jason and asked about financing the vehicle before we even went to see it. Tony was great. Test drove the car with my girl on a cold rainy day. Tony already had the car running and warming before we got in for the ride. After the test drive I was convinced that I was interested in the vehicle. When returning from the test drive Tony and i discussed a few minor maintenance concerns I had. He promised he would have his service dept completely go thru the vehicle the next day. Two days later the vehicle had been serviced and we then agreed on a more than fair price.

Tony was outstanding, he was able to get me in the car that I wanted, without a large down payment. Even with my not so great credit he was able to get me a loan at a reasonable rate through a nationally known creditor, and to top it off the loan included a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Which is great because buying a used car you never know how the person before you treated it.There were a few small issues with the vehicle that I found after purchase and they were promptly attend to at their service facility. One of the best things was the addittion of free inspection for the life of the car. The little extra things that small businesses do to make their customers happy is what sets them apart from the big chains.I personally have known several people that have purchased vehicles from jd by rider and shannon motors, only to pay outrageous interest and have problems with the cars because they don't offer good warranties. I personally wouldn't buy a used car anywhere else.Please take the time to visit international motor group they will take care of you, and tell Tony that Josh sent you. They will not disappoint.

A Dealer Ship That Does Care.

Was looking for a vehicle with low milege but newer date. Tony showed me a 2007 Hyundia Azero with 61,110 mileage, this car was loaded. when agreeed on the car, Tony took the time with me to show me the car on car fax, also explained alot of the details of the financing and payments. He took the time to listen to my questions and stay within the payments I needed. I was so please on how the other dealers there where to help me when Tony was not there. Sold me a lemon

I bought a 01' subaru impreza from jason last year and it's been discovered a few months later that it has a blown head gasket and a rod knock. When I asked Jason about the noise he replied "the car just needs to warm up". My mistake for reading further into it. So I called Jason and he said I didn't purchase the warranty so there is nothing he could do. Now I'm stuck with a car that I haven't had that long that needs a $2000 repair. I will never go back to them. They will do anything to make a sale, even with faulty merchandise.

International Motor Group is Amazing!

I bought a Mini Cooper from International Motor Group about 3 months ago. I can't say enough great things about my experience!!! My salesman was professional, and made me feel so comfortable. I've been to other dealers and I'm sorry to say I felt very pressured. Being a woman, this was very important to me! When I bought my warranty, everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand, without being condescending. About a month after my warranty expired, my car started leaking. I called International Motor Group and was told to bring it in right away. Turns out the leak was anti-freeze!! The service staff was just as nice to me as my salesman!!! Not only did they not charge me for the repair, they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day at NO CHARGE!!!! I was so happy!!!! I have been telling everyone I know about this place!!!! From now on.........anytime my car needs a repair or when I want to buy another car, I'm going to International Motor Group!!! My Experience With International Motor group

My son purchased a BMW from International Motor Group. He was overly impressed with the owner Tony Petrone Jr. He told me, he had to hung Tony went he pick up his car. I promised my son I would stop by and meet Tony. Upon meeting with Tony, he stated, my son told him I liked the Jaguar on his lot. I informed Tony I was retired and on a fixed income, the jaguar was beautiful, but I couldn afford it. I told Tony I loved the Blue C70 Volvo Convertible on his lot, and I might qualify for that. Tony smiles and stated, he had just taken a deposit on the car. He asked if I really like the C70. He than asked me to take a walk with him to another building. Inside was this incredible clean Silver C70 Volvo convertible like new. As we walk back, he asked would you like to trade my car for Volvo. I again explain again I was retired on a fixed income and my credit wasn the greatest. He said give me your personal information and Il see what I can do. Within an hour, Tony asked, when would like to pick up your car. I told him that was nice, but what kind of payment. He asked what kind of payments would you like. I through of the lowest I could think of, without being ridiculous, and Tony beat it. There no need to say, I the pride owner of Volvo C70. The amazing part of International Motor Group was everyone that works there was so professional to their customers, and during the purchase of my car I never saw a sale person sale a car. Purchase of Used Truck

I recently had the pleasure of purchaing a 2004 Toyota Tundra from International Motors. I had been searching for the perfect vehicle for both household use and towing my boat. I had been secretly walking the lot at International Motors on Sundays as my search continued for almost 6 months. Finally, there it was; just about the exact vehicle I needed. Single owner, highly reliable and in great condition. I test drove the Tundra on a Monday, my wife test drove on Wednesday and on Saturday the vehicle was mine. To say the sales process was easy is an understatement. Jason was knowledgeable, curteous and made the entire purchase process enjoyable. This is the first time I utilized International and I now know why they have been in business for 30 years. Qualtiy vehicles offered at reasonable prices with customer focus a priority.
