We purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot and were treated like we were BMW customers. Arthur and Mike always made us feel welcome, and Mo was very helpful with finding financing for us. We trust this dealership 100%. The SUV needed 4 new tires, and front and rear breaks and the work was taken care of before we picked up the vehicle...this did not change the asking price. We are very pleased with the service this dealership has to offer, and the vehicle that we purchased there.

Update: I did hear back from the GM he told me the 2nd half of my car buying experience would be memorable. So far I think NOT! I have gotten an update: A perky sounding sales person named Sara called me to tell me my car just arrived. I'm glad she was so excited, because I'm sue not. Getting the car early doesn't affect me, as I explained to them it's my WINTER CAR. I feel cheated out of a building a car experience.

I put down a deposit to build a car, was told I would get building updates. after about a month and a half of no word I call the dealership. I find out that my sales person was let go. OK...Nobody went thru this client list and called them?? In talking to the manager I got my com # and was reassigned a sales person, I was told I would now be getting the updates. Another month and a half go by with no word. This time I called the manager I dealt with on the last call. He denies ever speaking with me and told me I wasn't in their system. I gave him my com # and I was told my car was already in route and would be to them on Aug 8. He was very RUDE during our conversation and called me a liar twice, so I called back to talk to the GM, I left a message and as of this point I have still not been contacted back. They wrecked my new car buying experience! I should be excited about my new car, and now I just can't wait to get as far away from this dealer as possible.Employees worked with: Dave Crockford-Manager, Bret Antoine-Fired sales person, Jamie Youlinski-New sales person?? The salesman could never give me an answer, he always had to check with the manager. (one of those, let me check with the manager). After the final price was figured and agreed upon I went to sign the contract. The price had gone up $304.00 After to many hours already spent, I just paid the extra. (the salesman had no idea)Slippery at best !!!

I had a very enjoyable buying experience. I bought a pre-driven auto from this dealership. The request I made to have my own mechanic go over the car before closing the deal was met with an enthusiastic "Sure, that won't be a problem". Chad, my salesman even provided hands on assistance to help the mechanic complete his inspection. My mechanic found the car to be in excellent condition throughout. He even praised the dealership for their help with the inspection and on their professionalism throughout the process. I would buy from this dealership again.

Found the car on the internet. From calling in to see if it was still available to driving it home took about 2.5 hours. I realize there was no financing involved but I did trade in another vehicle. I was expecting much more hassle and a gauntlet of add-on hard selling, but it didnt happen. Sometimes the stars line up and things run smooth. It happened to me at International Autos.

I went to 3 different dealerships on Saturday to look at the same model car. I was assured by each dealership that they provided a hassle free, no pressure buying experience. Only one of them was telling the truth: International Autos. The salesman Chad was excellent. He allowed me to make my own decision and didn't resort to ramming a car down my throat. The other two dealerships seemed to think that the decision to put myself $15K in debt, HAD to be made in minutes. I went back to IA specifically because of this reason. I got a better car, for a better price, with better customer service because I went back to IA. Thanks!

Just bought a great used Toyota at International auto, it was everything they said it would be, I got a great deal, better financing rate than my bank from B.J.Lavota great service and respect from Curtis and Eric, They put the car on the lift to let me inspect underneath , answered all my questions. These people all of them are good down to earth people, They do everything they can to help make things easy for the customer, Would definitely buy another car from them, this is how car buying should be, no problems, no pressure.

I have bought my BMW 535D Xdrive at this dealership in January '16, and I had just a wonderful experience! Even though I live in NYC and this dealership is in Milwaukee, these guys just made me feel confident that this was just going to be a great purchase. I flew there, inspected and picked up the car and drove 15 hours back to NY. Adam was my sales representative and he is just an amazing guy! He communicated with me via email, phone and immediately responded to all my requests. I am sure I wasn't an easy customer, worrying about too many details and bothering him with my requests, but he was very patient and helped me with everything! I highly recommend him if you decide to buy a car here. I also met Adam's sales manager, Arthur, who was very young and smart guy. Robert H. helped me with the contract and also amazing guy. Cassie, who just recently joined, handled all the paperwork - very nice person.There is also the great guy that worked as a Manager in the service department, that helped me with my service question, and the 2 "geniuses", smart and funny guys, that explained me all the features in my new car. All these folks responded to me immediately, also even whey they are off from work. Just a great team! Thank you for the great experience, guys! We love the car! [I wrote this review on several sites - because I just felt I had to]

This review is related to the service department. I brought my BMW to international autos for service on 11/23/2015 to fix a cooling fluid leak, they told me that it's going to cost $1400 to fix, I gave the go ahead, a week later they called saying that they discovered another problem and it will cost me an additional $900+, although I didn't like it, I agreed to the additional charges, a week later, they called again, and said that the car is ready but idrive is giving an engine hot message because of a faulty thermostat and it's going to cost an additional $500 to fix!!! (this problem wasn't there before). At this time I just had it with them, but eventually agreed to the fix for a discount, took the car home 3 weeks later, i drive it for a week and realized that there is a set of new problems; cabin air is always cold, an idrive message saying engine is, hot and the radiator fan running too loud, so I called international auto, they said bring it in, which I did, they called me a day later saying that the coolant pump is broken and it's going to cost me $1000... I tried to reason with them explaining that I have already paid for this same problem to be fixed, no luck, I called the service manager and left a voice message, he didn't even bother to return my call. I am not sure what to say, but this is the lousiest encounter I have ever had in the last 20 years.

car was just listed as they just got it on trade. When we got down to negotiations the salesman brought out his 4 square sheet and had written a price $2k higher for his car and said he could discount it....to the only price it was ever listed at. shady. What a waste of my time

I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. You would think when you were a car dealer, with a goal of selling cars, they would actually respond to calls and emails. When buying a bmw, you expect the same high end experience like the high end car they sell. Trust me, go elsewhere!

I have had two dealings with the parts department over the last three months.,both were unsatisfactory. One was just stopping to pick up a receipt copy and was told there was no one around to get it and to come back another day, with rolling of the eyes and disgust look on a face. I stayed and insisted, and got a slamming of a pencil and a trip to the back room and had my copy of the receipt in less than five minutes. Later I had to order a owners manual which I had to make two trip back out to the car to get ID# and I don't remember what the other trip out there (no offer to get the number for me). I was told they would contact me as soon as it arrived. That didn't happen. So, I called and a couple weeks later, it was now instock. I had a hip replaced and couldn't get to pick it up, so my daughter was to pick it up for me. She would be there after the parts department was closed but was told the manual would be set aside and she could just stop in the sales department ...(it was paid for). Well, they had no clue about it. Now she has to try another time, which is difficult for her. Not even a offer of..."let'us mail it to you" no one cares !! My son in law has had his car serviced there (BMW), so just because I am not a car customer, one wold think that "caring" and " being polite" would be there for anyone.

Bought a certified pre-owned Porsche Panamera 4S and was also sold insurance for the wheels. Hit a pothole and bent the left front wheel. Took it in to be replaced May 12th, per the insurance and then the issues started. Here we are Aug 12th and I just got my car back, still without the wheel. They put a silver factory wheel on that doesn't even match the black wheels that came on the car. Three months and still waiting for a wheel. Now we are expected to drive a $100,000 car with mismatched wheels. Wonderful. It looks totally stupid. Why couldn't they just put four wheels on the car that matched until my 'special custom' wheel came ? They kept saying I put non-factory wheels on the car, but I bought it from them with the wheels on it. I had no idea they were non-factory custom. So, three months and still waiting for a wheel. Now I have a car with three black wheels and a silver one. You can't make this stuff up.We are so dissatisfied that they have lost us as a customer.

Perfection is an overused word but it applies here. Luke was my consultant and he was outstanding. I would highly recommend calling him directly if you want informed, non-pressure answers to your questions. His follow up was perfect. John, the service manager, paid close attention to every detail and took the time to explain the details. I am a demanding buyer and they treated me with respect.

I drive from Michigan to have my car serviced from John Kocher at International Autos simply because he is a rare gem, that is a gift to this industry. I was brought to John from Audi Corporate when the dealer in Michigan could not fix my brand-new (literally just drove off lot) A4. John not only fixed it properly 5 years ago, but now, he is the only person I trust to even look at my car. He knows his customers personally; he bends over backwards to ensure they not only are happy, but their service/work is exceptional. I have even left my car on a Sunday, dropped the key in the mail slot, and texted John what work needs to be performed. Can you do that with your Service Manger? I sincerely doubt it! I have since purchased 2 more Audi's from this dealership, and I will NEVER buy a car from anyone other than them. If you want the best, this is where you find it!!

I want to thank Dan Jansen and Matthew for making my recent purchase of my 2014 X5 an excellent experience. They exceeded my expectations. I was offered a fair price, excellent customer service and the handling of the delays by the factory manageable. PLUS, when I drove up to pick up the car Dan noticed that i hadn't eaten or slept in a couple of days because of my new baby. He bought a sandwich for me and sat me down to eat it. You just don't see that type of care anymore! I am recommending the gentlemen and the dealership to my friends who are in the market. I am sold on their approach to customer care and fair business practices. The guys make it worth the drive to Milwaukee. Horrible Dealership with HORRIBLE customer service and questionable ethics. I wrote a did a contract at the AUDI dealer with a sales person named BOB (robert) and his sales manager named Steve. The offer was on a 2007 Audi A8L and I should have left tem alone when they wrote up a contract and listed a totally different car and VIN. THEN, they agreed upon a priced and added all kinds a misc fees to get it back to where they were in the first place. After all of that they sold the car from under me while I was getting financed and never called or answered my call again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

I worked with Matt, Dan, and Rob at International Autos to purchase a BMW X5. They were fair during negotiations and realized the long term benefit of creating a good buying experience. I had my kids with me and they switched the lobby TV from the NCAA tournament to cartoons to help keep my kids occupied while we completed paperwork. Just before I picked up the vehicle they discovered a small scratch on the car during final inspection, pointed it out to me, and set up a time for me to bring it back in to have it buffed out. Very satisfied with the purchase and the experience.

On May 3, 2013, I took my 2003 Mercedes-Benz S55 in to have a ABC issue resolved. I drove the car in with a noticable lean on the left rear.The right rear, front right & front left were all normal height. Within about 30 minutes, the service advisor John A Bell came to let me know that they "killed my suspension" by letting out the presure from the ABC system (they drop the presure to 0.0 psi). He stated that "your ABC pump is now dead." Guess what? The car was now sitting flat on the ground with some damage to all four wheel wells, 4 tires, undercarage and other mechanicals.To my shock, Mr. Bell presented me with a repair estimate for $3800.00 for damage they caused. I drove in with a car that was drivable with a extremely smooth ride quality and now had to have it towed away from International Autos - Mercedes-Benz with significant dealer-caused damage to my vehicle. Mr. Bell said, yes it was drivable when I got to the dealership, but they "killed the ABC pump" when they tested it.My cost for an International Autos Mercedes Benz induced "low-rider': $89.99 less 10% PLUS $128.00 towing charge. Mr Bell actually charged me to make my S55 UN-DRIVABLE!Buyers of Mercedes-Benz and those who need service, beware of this shady dealership and service center. Word to the wise, shop elsewhere for MB service, parts and cars. Go to Concours.Word to Mercedes-Benz, this is not a dealer you need on your roster of dealers. Word to lenders, beware of funding offered to this organization, as many customers will not buy nor service product from them, making it more difficult for them to repay bank loans. Loan Defaults coming soon.Negative or -5 Stars is my rating.

Bought 2 brand new cars from them in week. Went back with another car tht I have for service guy who sold me two new cars treated me with no respect. Because I wasn't buying another car. Service dept is a joke. Noone ever picks up calls or calls back. General manager didn't have time to speak to me about this issues so I m expressing it here. Will never spent another penny at this location.

I want to extend my Appreciation and Thanks to Julia Huhn and BJ at the dealership that spend several hours in helping achieve with my great experience in purchasing this used Corvette. Even with the issues we experienced of buying out of state. This car is everything they said and more. Absolutely LOVE IT> If I lived closer to this area, this would definitely be the dealer that I would seek out for a new BMW or used car. Right now, I am enjoying Crusin' and showing off my Corvette. Very good experience. High class operation. My salesman Erik was professioanl, yet friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is very nice, much what you should expect from a BMW facility.

I'm learning why BMW owners refer to their dealers as "Stealers". I received a maintenace notice letting me know that my 60,000 mile Inspection I was due. Called IA to schedule an appointment but couldn't get ahold of anyone, so I left messages. My call was returned about 2 days later. Scheduled the appt. They needed my car for a full 8 hours. Thought it was strange since Inspection I is the lesser of the (2) BMW maintenance items. Picked my car up at the end of the day and found they had done a full Inspection II, costing me $800 instead of the $400 expected. Their own paperwork clearly said my car only needed Inspection I. OK fine, now my car is off it's schedule somewhat, paid the $800. (5) days later, I'm sitting at the stoplight and my check engine light comes on. This is totally unacceptable. I'm now waiting for someone to return my call again (had to leave another message) to find out what the deal is. Do NOT do business with this dealer. I'm going across town to Concourse Motors and looking into finding an independant technician who will be getting the rest of my business. IA BMW is a total ripoff!

International Autos (Infiniti) is the only Infiniti dealer in about 75 miles, and therefore, they price their vehicles high, as they monopolize the area. Before going in, I got quotes from 4 other dealers, all about 75 miles away. Every one of them beat International by thousands.

After getting their offer, I laughed, left, and 30 minutes later bought my car by phone from a dealer in Illinois for $3k less.
