Excellent Customer Service

I love coming to International Autos Sales. The staff are very knowledgeable and excellent communicators. My first buying experience here was so good (thanks to Joe Miranda) that I came back to purchase a second car from them. Joe was unavailable and I was helped by Shane Lewis who was just as knowledgeable and helpful as Joe. I have never enjoyed purchasing vehicles, but I have to say that this was a "stress-free" great experience! They treat you like family and really care.

Easy Experience

We called ahead about the vehicle we wanted. They had it parked and ready for inspection when we arrived. Excellent price and a good deal. Joe was our sales assistant who walked us through the process. Fast and efficient. They are located on one of those streets with several blocks of small used car lots. Don't expect much more than a parking lot and basic building, but they were straight shooters from start to finish.

disappointed

We drove over there after receiving an email that the vehicle we wanted to view was still available. We got there the vehicle was not there. They said that it was in a different lot. After waiting 45 minutes they never brought the car. The owner then took off with a friend to go to lunch. Told us we wouldn't be able to view the car.

Horrible appearance

I saw a vehicle I was interested in on cars.com so I decided I'd go check it out. I drove about 45 minutes to get there and only stayed there for like 1 minute. I got to where the vehicle was and it had dents that the online picture didnt show, I UNDERSTAND it's a used car but why not post the dent online too. One of the tires was flat, battery didn't work. I left i figured if they can't even have them look nice for buyers why bother.

Never sent me requested info

Requested info and carfax on car and only got a text to call them. I never called back and never got my requested info that I wanted by email which was question if it had a sunroof and please send carfax.

Poor Salesmen

One of the worst car buying experiences I've had, the staff is immature and do not know how to conduct business which would explain their sales. Did not care to purchase a vehicle because of the phone operator alone.

Awful first impression

I saw a car I was interested in on Cars.com and I sent a message with an offer. The response I received was very rude and unprofessional. First impressions are lasting impressions and I am very disappointed I was treated this way.

2012 Honda Civic

Everyone at International was very friendly and accommodating. Even though it was pouring rain outside our seller, Shane, took the time with us to walk around and make sure the car looked good. Bought my first car

I didn't believe it when they told me I was approved. This is the first car I have ever financed and I had a friend tell be about international auto sales and there first time buyer program. They will work with you. I recommended a few friends already. Thank you for working so hard to get me financed.

Horrible Service

This place if I wouldn't have needed a car so bad and had paid my money I would take the car back. They say one thing then harass you about items needed. This car buying experience was the worse I should have known when the Salesman don't come out to Greet the customer that this was going to be bad. I will never recommend this place to purchase a vehicle ever again. When the car has been paid down enough I will be trading it and never ever purchasing anything from them ever no wonder they have bad reviews from others customers and have cars on the lot that has been sitting there so long that the tires are flat cars are damaged and the office staff isn't Professionally up to Standards.

NoT very Good

Seen car was looking for talked to salesperson, was told car is clean and only detractors were it being 6 years old. Drove 235 miles brought check had insurance set up looked at car, was not ready oil wasn't changed, actually in detail area being cleaned up. Had dents missing lenses, clearcoat was dull and had the overall look of poorly maintained car not ready for sale

horrible experience

I talked to a guy name Rick gave me some great prices over the phone but when I got there the cars were sold already so I found a ford f150 gave them 600 to hold it because my insurance company was close came back the next day around 4 30 for my truck but is was no were to be found they could even call and tell me before hand a whole day wasted basically couldn't get my money back till the following day and had to wait on them to give me my money because they wouldn't answer my calls.

Stay Away!!!! You've been warned!

This was the worst car shopping experience! Upon arriving there is literally no parking space and the lot looks shady. However, because of the great online listing price I decided to give it a try. Enter the so called office and asked for the vehicle I saw. I was told to have a seat and wait because they had to find it. Well it finally arrived and it was a mess. The exterior was dirty and the interior was horribly disgusting. It had not been detailed at all. The automatic lock did not work. The automatic window stuck and to top it off parts in the car was broken off and not repaired. I was shocked that a PROFESSIONAL dealer would even bring such a vehicle for me to test.

Worst Experience Ever!

Worst experience ever, i went there to see an expedition they had listed online, when i saw it, the seats were all stained, and the stereo had been removed. After looking at several, i finally decided on a Chevy Traverse, it looked nice but the stereo was cracked, and the rear view mirror was hanging, they said they could fix it. I agreed. I was there since 9:30am with my 3 kids, it was already noon, and only thing that was supposed to be left was sign and fix the stereo, we went to see it where they were fixing it at 3pm since they kept saying it was not done yet, the mechanic said he had just received the information on the car, at this point i decided to leave, (my kids were hungry and i was hungry since we had been there all day) we were finally leaving and they asked me to leave "my" car which was one i was putting as a down payment... this was even before we signed the agreement obviously i did not leave it and will not purchase the one i wanted... DO NOT GO HERE!

Really bad customer service

Today may 13, 2015 I called the dealer to ask about a car. Customer service is the worst I ever experienced. Sales person was so rude and had no people skills. I'll never ever recommend this dealer to nobody.

Easy buying experience

Found the truck I wanted on Cars.com and called this dealership and talked to John, who bacame my salesman. I drove up there that evening to see the truck, checked it over and put a down payment on it. John and Raz and the crew went out of their way to get the truck ready, everything fixed that I found wrong and got me in the truck in a timely manner. I believe the gentleman who handled the financing's name was Angel. The paperwork and financing was done within about an hour and a half. All in all the experience was great... so much better than the "used car sales" pressures and gimmicks we hear about as being common. Thanks Guys!!!

Worst experience

Spent 2 hours driving to see a car that was suppose to be there,but was on a test drive so looked at other choices but all looked wrecked plus was told car fax was not available because car fax is full of lies so choose to pull it on the fusion and got to see it was in a wreck,plus a couple of cars looked wrecked and had some on flats.spent 3 hours of my day being told lies and even was told car fax is a lie this was my worst experience ever shopping for a car that I did not even get to see or drive

bad service

we're looking for a used Toyota Camry which has low miles. By the time we got there, that car, which we made appointment to see, had been somewhere else. Then, the owner of this business came and talked to us that " do u guys really want to buy this car because the owner of this car had to drive about 20 minutes to here?". We said " yes, we will buy if that car did not have any problem". After 20 or 30 minutes waiting, we could see that car, it was fine, and i like it, but when we check the major machine. it was replaced, so we said " let us think about this, maybe i can asked our dad to come and see because he had more experience than us". Instead of being nice, they forced us to buy this car : " ...go and get your dad here...", "... leave your id and your insurance to us" , " it is a nice car, why don't you buy it, just get the car and leave, it is a good deal " ... they keep to force us to buy this car and we feel so mad, and can not trust them. They gave us a really bad attitude. BEWARE of this kind business. Never ever come back.

Do not buy!!!IT'S a JUNK YARD!

All of these cars are frame damage . You can tell that they have all been painted with spray paint. They had to jump all the cars we tried . One of them died on us because there wasn't even enough gas in it . Do not try this place, believe look at all the negative reviews.

Made appointment, car no longer there

Drove an hour with a confirmed appointment to see a specific car. Discovered car was sold the day before. They had my phone and email and didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Would not recommend dealing with this dealer. ZERO Stars!

DISHONESTY

I am very busy. I found a 2006 Sonata in this website. I called them, and I asked them explicitly if it has hail damage or accident or anything, and they told me it is in perfect condition without even a scratch. I drove a long way to see the car. It had a severe hail damage that was not shown in the pictures. I showed it to that guy, and he said that it was nothing. I HATE dishonest people. He wasted my time. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Check engine lit on on way home after purchase...

I purchased a vehicle from there, and from the beginning got a bad gut feeling, I should've listed to it... They told me I had to have my credit run before i can even test drive, I really liked the car and wanted to buy it so i said fine.. On my way home right after purchase check engine light came on, and they refuse to help or fix the car... Buyers beware from these business. I would not recommend this to any of my friends not even my worst enemies.

BUYER BEWARE

Make sure you get a Autocheck or a Car Fax before buying a car from these people. Almost all of their vehicles have had paint and or body work done. Get a mechanic to check any car you are considering buying from them. 9 out of 12 of the cars I checked had been involved in accidents and had multiple issues. They are a very dishonest bunch, and give honest used car dealers a bad name.

Got what I wanted and needed

Spoke to Richard for 3 day held a maxima for me and was scared at first coming from Oklahoma but got a great deal and most of a great car never thought a used car lot would do so good would recommend anybody to try this car. Lot out

Also will not answer phone occasionally although within operating hours, when i finally spoke with someone the vehicle i was trying to possibly buy was already gone

worst service ever

The customer service is the worst I ever had. I got a sonata one week ago and I checked on it. The battery wasnt good, the engine and some others issues. That was my worst deal ever in Dallas.

Purchased BMW 750li from dealership about a month or so ago. So far have a had a little bump here and there but Sean the owner and the staff has done nothing but help me. Great people to work with. People like to write bad reviews but even if the dealer tells you everything, as a consumer you must still run your own car fax and take it to a repair man yourself bc remember its a used car. I would purchase my next car from them as well. Mike did a awesome job with the finance. Raz has done nothing but help me every time I've come in there.

Bad service

I went out to the dealer to purchase me a truck. The sales rep was very rude and basiclly told me why did I come without any money. I am woman and didn't want to ride with a lot of cash on me. I wanted to come out to the car lot look at what they had and decide if I want to get the truck or not. I asked to see the truck and he pulled it up on the internet instead of taking me outside to see inside the truck. He then asked to run my credit and I said no because if I'm not allowed to see the vehicle inside and out than i don't want to get a truck from there. I got up early and drove about 20 miles to receive bad service.

Never again

These people give used car people a bad name. Junk cars, crooked financing and high pressure sales. So many issues with my purchase. I have spent 1500.00 just to get it to a safe driving vehicle.

2003 Saab 9-3 Convertible - great deal

Made 4 hour drive to get 2003 Saab 9-3 convertible. Car as advertised. Very fast buying process. Deal was worth every penny. Prices reflect car that is not perfect, but if you know what you are seeking, is a great deal. Facilities are less than easy to get to and maneuver about but again, I drove 4 hours to purchase a specific vehicle I had been hunting. I knew once buying it, it was not perfect, but the bones were good and made the drive back without an issue. Minor cosmetic issues made for great purchase, did not even haggle the price. Was worth it. No BS lot. It's small and busy, so know what you are going after and know the price range. A month after the purchase I am still very happy. I am waiting on the plates to be mailed but that's it.
