I drove 500 miles, to try and purchase a truck, the pictures i seen was NOT the truck they has for sale. Upon arriving i was shocked at the truck they show me, it was almost rusted through on one side and on the other side u ould clearly see it had been wrecked. I ask several times before i drove up their if this truck has any issue and was assured it did not. After all that they wanted to show me another truck as they had someone their apprais mine as soon as i got out of my truck. They offer me 6,500 dollars lest then what i had been offer a week before by another dealer. Please save yourself some time and money and do not visit this lot.

I am still on the hunt for the vehicle that I want. I found one here and pointed out some issues. They stated they would have all issues repaired if I would let them know. They also stated that the price would remain the same after repairs were made. I gave them a detailed list and they have since let me know that the repairs are complete. Due to being 90 minutes away I have not had a chance to return to see the vehicle again but I am planning to do so soon. Ask for Jerry.

Bought a 2012 RAM 1500 4x4 from Jerry. He was easy to work with. Didn't pressure me at all. As a matter of fact, he was pleasant to deal with. I paid a little more than I wanted to for the truck , but still got the it for less than full retail, so I felt good about it.International Auto Outlet is just like most other used car lots. If you know how to shop for cars and know what to look for you you can find pretty good deals. I think that most people who posted negative reviews probably don't know the first thing about cars. They probably should have brought someone who knows and works on cars with them. My experience was a positive one, and if I'm in the market for another used vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to stop in and see what they have on the lot.

Ok I'm sure some of the cars have some trouble. Let's keep in mind they are used not new. Been looking for a escape for some time and drove quite a few. Finally found one I bought at international auto outlet. It drove great and still does after a month and a half. Dawayne was the salesman, nice and professional! Ray was the manager and was also very helpful. They got me a good rate through Wells Fargo. Very satisfied and loving my new ride. I recommend them. But also make sure you check out any used vehicle with a fine tooth comb. But realize, all vehicles beak down eventually. Thanks bunch guys!

This place is not good. Every vehicle we saw and test drove had significant mechanical problems. All the mechanics said they could be fixed. From bad brakes, leaking fluids, cracked windows, touch up paint over rust, broken tail lights, etc. Luckily we saw these consistent problems before we made a tremendous mistake and bought a car there. Should have read the other reviews before going there.

Why else would an attractive red sports car languish for so long without being sold? No response after more than 2 wks.----I was disappointed !

I had already given International Auto Outlet a 5 star rating in an earlier post, but now I wish that I could give them a ten star rating. After I got my car I notice a small oil leak on the ground. I called my salesman, Andy. He told me not to worry, just bring it in and it would be taken care of. I brought my car in and their service center went over the car and replaced the power steering pump, some gaskets, and some other things that saved me hundreds of dollars. Andy told me that he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied, well I am. I also give the service department props for their quick, efficient service. I have been to many car lots down route 4 and many car lots in Cincinnati and Columbus; they are all the same boring, typical car lots with the same typical salespersons. Andy and International Auto Outlet have no equal in the car business, period.

THE WAIT JUST TO TEST DRIVE WAS 30 MINUTES WHEN I CALLED AHEAD . THE WAIT JUST TO ACTUALLY GET THE CAR WAS ALMOST 2 HOURS. THERE WERE ISSUES WITH THE CAR WHICH NEVER GOT FIXED AFTER 2 DAYS OF WAITING FOR A CAR I ALREADY PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON. I DIDNT GET THE CAR IN THE END BECAUSE RUSS WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. AND EVERYTIME I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK I NEVER DID. SO I WENT UP THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND GOT MY MONEY BACK AND FOUND A CAR CHEAPER NEWER YEAR AND LESS MILES.. I HAD SO MANY READ FLAGS TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

I went to International Auto Outlet to buy a used car. I only buy certain Buicks because of the reliability of the 3.8 engine and I saw this beautiful LeSabre that I wanted real bad. I had looked at all of the Buick LeSabres on the internet within 100 miles of here and this one was the best looking Lesabre and the best price for that year model. The car was loaded, including a sunroof. My salesman was Andy, who not only worked with me to get the price lower, but he had everything on the car fixed that wasn't quite perfect to make it perfect before I left that day. I am impressed! This man did everything to make sure that I was happy with the car. I will send people to this car lot with confidence.

After visiting several facilities in search of a car, we stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. Found a car the had what I was looking for in the price range I could afford. When I was not able to test drive the vehicle the salesman attempted to find another vehicle equivalent. To no avail he agreed to fix the issues with the vehicle I had found. The next day I received a call that it was fixed and ready to drive. After work I arrived to test drive and found that the salesman was true to his word. He fixed the problems and also had other problems fixed. After test driving the vehicle and satisfied with the work completed; I bought the vehicle for the agreed price. They did not charge me for the extra work done to the vehicle and gave me a 3 month warranty at no cost. He also made sure I had enough gas because of the distance I drove (about an hour) to purchase the vehicle. I have never had customer service of this caliber at any other car dealership. I have already recommend them to others. Very satisfied & love my car!

There are a lot of carsTHERE ,,, when we got there, they low balled the cars we wanted to trade in , said track record was bad ON THEM ,they were not worth anything,, etc..and no one wanted economy cars, now,,,etc. Our cars were super clean, needing nothing..!!! I wanted them to make a fair profit, but they wanted so much more. Suggestion, get a phone estimate before you go. I made a deal just the day before and they offered me more than I wanted, a dealer in Springfield. Oh, HERE the sales man (had to go check with the OWNER 3 times,, then when we gave up, they walked after us ,, to late,, too much of a hustle. and they overpriced their car, quoting internet, how could theirs be $1000 over and ours more than $1000 under? I did my NADA homework,, but it was no where near their "(INTERNET)" PRICING..I am sure there good deals to be had there,, just be cautious....do your homework,,,,long drive for nothing,,,should have asked more like I did with the dealer in Springfield...my fiance said we were disrespected especially after we were told our cars were worthless ,, a 2012 sonic,, 41,000 miles and a 2004 Chrysler Sebring 70,000 miles,,,,hmmm trying to be kind and honest,, good luck

Andy was very easy to work with. My wife and I came in without a set car in mind, and Andy was able to point us in the right direction. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Subaru Impreza. I bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic from Bob and Ramy. I wanted very specific options and color which I found at International Auto Outlet. I bought the car sight unseen, worked the whole deal over the phone, and they even got me a way better interest rate than what I had already gotten through my credit union. The car was flawless, as described and it was in showroom condition. These guys are trust worthy and they care about every customer. While taking test drive notice radio was not working upon return the wireless key system didn't work - Andy was very pleasant about the discussion and had a team of service personal fix both problems while the paper work was being finished. Bought an 03 325i from AJ. He did an awesome job making me feel like I was going to be able to get the car on my terms. That happened and a few repairs were made before I took delivery. Since I bought it two days ago, I've had the car apart to replace window regulators and I actually removed the entire sunroof this morning to fix a cable that had jumped the track. Typical bmw repairs and extremely easy. It has the interior I want, and it's a grunty little car. Very fast, and apparently had been on the lot for a while, so I was able to get it out the door for a great price. This was my favorite year 3 series and they had at least 12 of them in stock. Large inventory here and AJ is a guy who you'll want to stay in touch with after your purchase. Good group of guys here. Inventory available online. Would recommend surely. Hamilton has dealerships for miles but this place seems to be a step above the others in the area for pre-owned.

I bought a truck on 5/30/15. I have not received the title. (It is past the 30 days that the dealership has to produce the title.) I have called multiple times about it, and have been told that they are working on it. The problem started with them forgetting to fax all the loan paperwork to the lender, which they did not tell me about until I called asking about the title. Because of their own mistake they have yet to send me the title to my truck.

I found a vehicle I was interested in at the International Auto Outlet. I did my research online and found it was a great car but priced rather high. I called to inquire believing there was room to negotiate. I was then told they could do a little bit on the price as their NADA resource indicated the price should be much higher. They graciously provided me the link, but when I looked it up using the same criteria is was 20% lower than what they quoted. I called them to understand the gap, and even shared them the screen shots from the link they provided. The went silent not returning emails or phone calls. I ended up purchasing elsewhere.

Our purchase was uneventful. We traded in a car and informed them at that time we may not have the title to the trade in. I know we are not the first people to have this happen. Replacement titles exist for this reason. However, we received messages and a very rude text from someone there threatening to come get the vehicle we bought and take legal action against us if they did not get the title today. Im pretty sure that they cannot actually take our car but whatever. Just don't go there.

Despite reading multiple poor reviews with cautions and warnings of "Do not buy from here" I was cautiously optimistic when I went to see a truck last week. I realize that every dealer is going to get some bad reviews so I thought that I would let the truck speak for itself since the pics appeared to show an exceptionally clean, rust free truck. Sadly, I met with Alex who knew absolutely nothing about the truck despite knowing that I was coming to see it in advance. They had attempted (poorly) to repair rust along the rocker panels and covered up rust by installing fender flares on all four wheel wells. I was told, just as others have stated, that it would all be fixed if I purchased the vehicle. This was the stereotypical "shady" used car buying experience everyone jokes about but secretly fears when looking for a used car. Other than the four hours of my life I will never get back, I am out nothing but wiser for it. My advice on this dealership: judge the vehicle you are interested in buying on its merits but do not trust what they tell you - stand in front of the vehicle and have it inspected.

I purchased a van and was assured that I was getting a wonderful vehical with a clean bill of health. Told all recalls we maintained and van was in tip top shape. NOT!!! The next day the check engine and airbag lights came on. I attempted comtacting the dealership with no response. I finally spoke to someone in service and he said to bring it on in. I had taken the van to have the recalls repaired by a certified dealer and found out there were problems adding up to the tune of $2000. This was on day 7. When I went back to IAO, I was told the person I spoke to pretty much doesnt eist and they would attempt to repair the vehical with a $250 deductable providing that it is covered in the powertrain warranty. Of course, it was not. I refused to give them any more of my money, so I took the van to my own mechanic. Lesson learned. Don't trust these guys! They will treat you like you are an idiot and they are superior.

I looked online and found IAO in Hamilton, Ohio. I drive down to Hamilton from Columbus. I worked with Andy. He was a nice guy, but looking back, he said all the things he needed to say. I bought a 2004 Saab 9-3. Its a nice looking car but needed some work. Andy pushed the 90 day warranty (which at the end of the day is pretty worthless) and said whatever made me feel good. Car had an oil leak (5 actually) which Andy said the warranty would cover, it did not. Being from Columbus I could not take the car to 'my' guys and get it checked. I thought with the warranty I was good (my mistake, I own that). There are many things that need fixed on this car. I get it, I bought a used car that needs work. I am not asking them to pay for everything, just partner with me and help me get the car I bought from THEM up to speed. I like the car and want to keep it. I called Andy, he put me on hold and never came back. So I called and spoke with supervisor Steve. He said he would review the situation and call me back. No call. Guess I learned a hard lesson. I called back later that night and Andy would not get on the phone with me and said Steve would call me. 4 days later still no call. Don't buy from these guys or you will regret it.

I recently bought a car from here to find out that it had some hose problems. I asked them to fix it and they told me I declined the warranty. They fixed it anyway (still had problems.) Kelly was the man who sold me the car and he was just plain rude. The quality of, customer service is terrible and probably the worst of any dealer I've been to. Called about a vehicle and was told by Andy that he his self would call us back. He didn't. We called the next day and he assured us that the vehicle we were inquiring about was GOLD. Despite the NO CALL BACK we still drove 3.5 hours to come see the vehicle that we were assured we would not be disappointed. We get there and Andy sends us to another guy (who was the detail guy and auction goer). The vehicle had flakes of paint off and were spray painted to cover there were runs in it and over spray on the exhaust and tires. The A/C didn't work and the vehicle was leaking oil. On the driver side there were 2 visible dents. Very disappointed!

Well, it's not difficult at International Auto!! ALL of the vehicles these gentlemen showed me had flawless Carfax reports and all were beautiful machines! They showed me all they had on their lot and then some more and took their time with me in doing so. They were all so nice and very professional; starting from the classy lady you encounter when you first walk in, to the sweet and helpful salesmen, to the mechanics who are happy to stop and talk to you and answer any question you can conjure up. It was my absolute pleasure buying a vehicle from this group! When I walked out with my LR3, I left with a smile, peace of mind that I bought an excellent working vehicle for an excellent price and they made the experience and time I was there an absolute delight. They know exactly what's not working and what can and can't be fixed they just choose not to fix the little or big stuff so I choose not to purchase from here. We test drove 4 cars. All of the cars had issues. Two of the Subaru's had engine issues. They tried to explain that Subaru's drove a certain way but could not explain the check engine light or the smell of something burnt under the hood. Michael Lemon was terrible. He did not know what he was talking about and gave us the run around. All in all it was a very poor experience and if I could save one persons time then this review was worth it.

It was my experience to have spoken to Bob and he took pains to help me find a car I wanted. I had already decided on a car and he showed it to me and didn't withhold any information and showed me the Car Fax. It had some minor problems and a tire was bad. He immediately had the tire replaced and was very helpful and supportive with me. Also, Jordan who was the salesman on this car surpassed himself in being informative, helpful, and stuck by me after the sale of the car. Also, Steve was very kind and helpful and made the entire experience helpful and there was no hassle on price. They simply worked with me and made it possible to purchase my license plates and registration without having to dish out more money. Later, a few months later, I got an old Mercury. It was in great shape and they sold it at a price I couldn't pass up. So I brought it home and only had to replace the signal part on the steering wheel that was easy to replace and install. There is nothing wrong with International Auto Outlet. Sometimes, because people are people, they can have bad days. Whether it is the customer or the sales staff, let's face it we all have bad days and I am assuming those complaining, either were in a rush, or simply caught Bob, Steve, or Jordan in a bad day and nothing more. I would totally recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give International Outlet a chance. They are honest, dependable, and will jump through hoops to help any person needing a vehicle without the long hassle of bickering over price. My experience was a good one and I would hope anyone else who has looked at their inventory would feel the same. They are helpful, courteous, and will go out of their way. I recently purchased a vehicle from International Auto Outlet, and I found it to be a great experience. My search began online on a Sunday evening. As I was originally looking for one car (but later deciding to see other available vehicles), I sent an email asking for additional information and to see if it was available for a test drive. I received a call back early Monday morning from Jordan and we scheduled a time for me to come in. As I arrived to the dealership, I was greeted by Mike, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, as we spoke about some of the differences between rear-wheel drive, front-wheel drive , and AWD, while waiting for Jordan to be available to show me some cars. Jordan soon became available to show me the inventory I was interested to see. I came with a list and we were off to check them out. Jordan was very patient with me throughout the entire process. Not only was he super nice, he was extremely informative on each of the cars. I had lots of questions and he had lots of answers. I had been to other places before, and it was always the same... " I'm not really sure. Let me check with someone else." After hours of test driving several vehicles, I finally decided on a beautiful 2006 BMW that looked almost brand new. It needed a new cup holder and I asked to have the front BMW label replaced since it had a scratch on it. The parts were ordered and installed right away and I took the vehicle home a couple days later. I'm in love with my new used car, and I think Jordan is an amazing salesman. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.

When I saw how many cars they had, I said Wow and a great looking building. Guess its true all that glitters isn't gold. When I tried to buy one I said Whoa. This is the absolute worst sales experience ever. Jordan the "salesman" was abrasive and evasive. I never did get a chance to buy nor did I want to. The management was no better. If you want to experience a truly sleazy place this is the best. I can never recover the best part of a wasted day of my life.

I came up to this dealer on Labor Day this year initially looking for a Mustang(yellow '02 V6 standard) that I'd seen online. Ray greeted me; there was nobody named "Jordan" employed there. After test-driving and looking over the carfax, which did not have any part of it blacked out, for the Mustang(02), I didn't care for its history. Ray made a comment about the V6's not being that great anyway. I felt a bit uneasy since he had waited until to comment about the car potentially being undesirable. But he was very friendly and cooperative otherwise. I ended up test driving a nicer Mustang of the same price(green '00 V8"GT" automatic). It was much nicer over all, and the car fax showed a cleaner bill of health than the previous car. Both vehicles were priced at Kelly Blue Book value. After I signed paperwork and took the car home for the holiday weekend, the rear differential went out as I was driving to work. I was pretty upset considering I had just gotten the car the day before. I called the dealer, and they were cooperative about the issue. I managed to limp the car back from Florence to the dealer. They replaced the whole rear end and anything else they could find while the car was up including the fuel filter and transmission pan. I had the car back within a week at no cost to myself(I decided to purchase the warranty when I picked it up this time). I believe it was an honest mistake; there seems to be many more cars coming through their lot than their staff can do 100+ point inspections on. So just look the car over very, very carefully before making a decision. Over all the staff was very cooperative and understanding about the entire process, and I am grateful for that because of all the horror stories I've heard about how deceitful used car salesmen can be. The differential malfunction was the only truly unpleasant part about the entire purchase.

Had a great experience. Then only problem is I was told the jeep had no problems. The back window zipper was broke and the window not in the Jeep. After driving 2 hours to get there that should have been communicated. I probably still would have bought it, but it should have been told to me. They fixed it the best they could, so I did appreciated that. Overall it was a good experience.

Customer service: We were sold a car that had a cracked engine block, oil and coolant spewing everywhere. The dealership had sealed it temp. Didnt take 15 miles for it to split open. Buying process: Got a test drive easy enough, hurried out the door. Repairs: The warranty offered covers the bare minimum. Only good part about it, is that you can refund the warranty if you dont make a claim. Facilities: rooms are small, dirty and disheveled, showroom is clean though. Would I recommend this dealer to a friend? No, I dont want my friends to waste money on worthless cars.


Dirty, damaged and Shady Business Practices

I purchased a Lexus 470 at the full list price based on the communication with Jordan on the pictures on the condition of vehicle. I had it shipped to me. The vehicle was so dirty that I took pictures and sent them to the salesman who consistently reminded me that he as worked so hard for me and that he was not making any money on the sale but he would make it right-especially since he assured me that the car was freshly detailed and he oversaw and confirmed the quality of the condition-he lied. Moreover, the running board was damaged, the vehicle had no gas, and the extra key was not provided. I texted him several times and since my cashier check was received, he has not responded. Additionally, the carfax report was blacked in an area. All in all I would not recommend dealing with Jordan in particular or this shady establishment. A $20k lesson learned. There were other issues but I will chalk it up to me handling the purchase remotely and my trust in the professionalism of our American businessmen.

Purchased a Ford F150, used car and it was sparkling clean, oil changed and new tires. Jordan was our sales person and he was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and attentive. We requested a few minor repairs and all of them were taken care of to our satisfaction. We would purchase again from this dealer, they made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The owner and Finance Manger were friendly and helpful and even though we financed elsewhere, they were still knowledgeable about our sale and made an effort to make sure our experience was a good one.

They black out certain Carfax information with a Black Sharpie. Are only interested in talking if you are buying car on the spot. If you ask them the same question about the car twice while you are there you may get two different answers.
