We've been agreed on the price and conditions on me buying a pre owned vehicle, left a security deposit as well, supposed to end the transaction in a couple of weeks, but guess what-they sold it a week before our terms. I already made my plans on having that car instead i had to leave my working days and spend time and money on a new research. The deposit?- yes they were kind enough to send it back to me after keeping it for over a week on their account. A suggestion to everyone who goes there: don't get to excited of their kindness, many surprises may happen after that. Be aware of mng Jimmy and salesman Leen.

I came in at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon and drove out of the dealership with a new car at 6:30 p.m. I was amazed with their professionalism, their teamwork approach to getting the deal done, and the ease at which is was accomplished. I went to ingersoll of Pawling looking to by a new Camaro after taking a car for a test drive I sat down with Jim and I explained what I was looking for, now they didn't have the car I was looking for but told me they located a few and said they could have 1 in a few days at which point they requested a $1000 deposit which I had no problem doing. The following day I was called by a manager saying they couldn't get the car I wanted cause 1 of the cars was sold and the other was being used as a demo again not a problem I can understand that but then the sales manager keeps pushing me to other options and colors that I didn't really want. After getting off the phone I went on autotrader and punched in what I was looking for and it came up immediately the following day I contacted the salesman Jim and explained to him I found the car at another dealer and I was going with them instead and I asked for my $1000 deposit check at which point I was told was already deposited????? Hang on let me get this straight you took the check and put it in your bank without having the car enroute to your dealership and not even sure if you can even get me the car? I explained to Jim how I found the car and the first thing he says is well we knew it was at that other dealer but they wouldn't release it to us so we didn't tell you, so let me get this straight I was very specific on how I wanted the car and this was the only one available that fit my description and rather than say there is 1 out there but we can't get it they blatantly said they can't find 1. Now I get a dealer wants to make the sale I'm not stupid but if they had said to me if you really want this specific car it's at this other dealer but we would rather you buy something from here I would have had so much respect for them that I would have definitely given them another shot down the road but now I will never step foot in this dealership again!! Not to mention at the time of this post it has been 6 days and I still haven't received my deposit back yet cause I need to wait 7-10 days for the check to clear but they didn't need to wait to deposit it before having a car for me?? Sounds a bit ironic!Thanks Craig G

Starting with our sales consultant was the most pleasant and informative sales person that I have ever dealt with. He described ever feature of the vehicle that I was looking at and was very eager to help us find the right model with the options we wanted. Then the manager worked out a deal that I couldn't pass by. Excellent service by the team at Ingersoll.

I would like to say most importantly that our sales consultant, Dominick E. Rizzo, was extremely welcoming and helped us right away. We went in knowing what car we were interested in, the Chevy Trax, and he was completely helpful. He showed us the car, showed the main features and we went on a test drive. Afterwards he showed the costs of leasing versus buying and in the end I drove away with my new Chevy Trax. Dominick made it a very pleasant experience and I completely appreciated him not being pushy at all, which is my biggest annoyance. He answered questions, showed us everything we needed to know, and was so pleasant. Yes, I will recommend Ingersoll of Pawling to everyone I know. Thank you.

On April 22, 2016 I bought a Cadillac from Ingersoll Autol of Pawling with the help of Frank Paolicelli. He answered all of my questions and concerns, went over everything in detail, help me return a car rental in Brewster and even offered to walk my dog while I waited to sign paperwork. This is truly the best experience I had with all the dealerships I purchased cars from which also includes Mercedes and Porsche's. I'd be coming back up from Fl. to purchase another car from them shortly. Thank you Frank and all the staff of Ingersoll Auto of Pawling.

My service adviser Billy O. and my service tech Tommy R. were in every way outstanding! I was having trouble with a check engine light,in my 2010 Silverado, I asked Billy about it. He took his time asked a few questions and sent my truck to the mechanic. In a little while he came back to me told me in detail what he thought was wrong, explained it to me so I could understand what my options were. He's no pressure style made me comfortable and I agreed to let him take the job. During the repair my Tech Tommy found that I also needed some brake work done right away. Knowing Tommy like I do and trust both him and Billy I told them to do the work right away.I want to thank Pete Marino, Tommy and Billy for a great experience.

The only reason why I came to buy my truck here, was my relationship with Pete M. and his team. I called ahead to talk with Pete, and I explained that I wanted to come in that morning, and wanted to buy a truck. I didn't want the run around, so he suggested that I stop to see him first. This way he could make the connections I was looking for. Pete introduced me to Torrey, who took over and started to show me the High Country. Torrey then introduced me to Libby to help me better understand the trucks. Libby by far knows here trucks and how every item works, I was not able to stump her. I meet with many sales assistants in my time, and Libby stands out. Thanks to Libby and Torrey, I did the deal within hours, and now enjoy my new truck. Of course my servicing will be handle by Pete, Rob, John, and Bill.

I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple months and had visited many dealerships with no results. Ingersoll of Pawling posted a vehicle online with no pictures but described exactly what I had been looking for. Within 10 minutes of sending an email I heard back from Nellie that they had just got the vehicle in and she would be happy to take some pictures to send me since the "professional" pictures wouldn't be ready in for a couple days. Within and hour of my first email I had received 12 pictures of the vehicle. I decided to make the 75 minute drive from CT the next day. Nellie had set up an appointment with a sales associate Frank Paolicelli. He took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and took us for a test drive. Franks 29 years in the business showed and he was a pleasure to speak with. No pressure or being rushed through. Next I met with the sales Manager Ryan Goldstein and he put their best deal on the table and within an hour of visiting we had a deal! The pickup was just as smooth, the finance director had me in and out with 30 minutes and was off to my new vehicle with Frank to go over anything and make sure everything was setup. Frank gathered the sales team to come out and congratulate me on my purchase and I was on my way.Everyone one was extremely professional and courteous and it was the most pleasurable buying experience I've had. - I was having custom rims installed on my vehicle for this visit and have unfortunately had to make a few visits back to the dealership for different issues on my vehicle - Service staff is and has been extremely courteous and professional all of my visits - Management staff has been extremely professional and courteous with great follow up on my issues - I my most recent visit it was taking a while to install my rims- the owner lent me his Camero so that I could go get lunch, which I greatly appreciated. - I have purchased several cars over the last 15+ years and have dealt with a variety of dealerships. Ingersoll of Pawling definitely has a winning team of employees which is a formula for success. I will definitely recommend to my friends and co-workers and it is definitely worth the drive!
