We recently purchased a new Infinity GX60 from Infinity Stuart. It was one of the best car buying experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make the buying process as easy as possible. They made sure our toddlers (2 and 4 year old) were entertained while waiting, our kids were given toys to play with and they even provided dinner for us. We could not have been more pleased with the process. The car we purchased is beautiful and we have received a very good deal. Chad was excellent and has been since I have been going to infiniti of Stuart. The service department has never tried to exaggerate any of the problems. They have always been upfront and honest about things and, as a customer, that is very important.

My husband and I had just purchased an Infiniti somewhere else (a non-Infiniti dealership) and we needed an extra key fob made. On a complete whim, we stopped in to see if you could help. The service dept was minutes from closing and we half expected to be told to come back the next day. However, we were met very enthusiastically and were completely taken care of, even though it meant your service employees staying an extra 30 minutes. I cannot stress enough how appreciative we are. Instead of being made to feel like an annoyance, you made us feel very valued and special. Tyler Archibald was the name of the person we dealt with the most and he is a gem of a person. We will most certainly be bringing our new Infiniti back there for service in the future.

A willingness to work with buyer to come to a fair financial agreement. Matthew Price, in particular, was very helpful and patient during an arduous process. Tom Elliot was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Particularly he allowed me to test drive the car for a period of time. This convinced me that this was the car for me!

Chad, your Service Manager, was very quick to handle my concerns regarding the airbag recall for my car. Although they were busy, he told me to bring my car in and they would take care of. I drove into the dealership, I was given a loaner car, and within a few hours it was taken care of. I also had my oil changed, & tired rotated. I appreciated him taking care of this at the same so I would not have to come back again. Chad was very helpful in every way and I look forward to servicing my car there in the future.

First let me say I leased my QX70 at Infinity Stuart, so I was already a loyal customer. On Tuesday November 18th I phoned the service dept. because a low tire pressure light came on in my car. I spoke on the phone with Chad who was extremely kind and told me to come in as soon as I could and he would be happy to fix whatever the problem was, and I was relieved. I was approached by a salesman, I believe, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He offered my children and me drinks and snacks and made us feel at home. He went and got Pat, a very nice man who initiated the service. I mentioned that the maintenance service was also due and he told me that they would be able to do that as well. I couldn't believe it. Afterwards I was greeted by Chad, he was so unbelievably kind, polite, and courteous. His demeanor was that of integrity and devotion. At this point I felt like a valued guest and I was happy. My tire needed to be ordered and he offered me the use of a loaner SUV until the following day. Chad took care of everything as promised without a glitch and I was amazed. I can only hope that every experience at Infinity Stuart will be as pleasing as this one was.

Jason Laher in sales was amazing. After having driven such a long drive to get there, he was so hospitable in offering us beverages and we really appreciate him having the car cleaned up nice and ready for a detailed viewing and test drive. He was very informative about the specific details of the car and went above and beyond in his research to answer our questions. He even emailed me a video to answer one of the questions for me- after the sale, which was impressive. Bryan Smith, the sales manager, was extremely helpful in negotiation of the sale and we really appreciate his part in the sale. The whole team was such a courteous, friendly, happy and pleasant group. They definitely made it worth the long drive to buy my car from Infinity Stuart. They all get an A++++

I was working with four different dealerships while considering four different makes of automobile. Infinity of Stuart was the last one I visited for a test drive in one of their beautiful cars. The experience was a refreshing change from the other three. The staff at Infinity were always available, called you back and never pushed you into anything you didn't want. Once you found a vehicle, they went out of their way to make the numbers work for you. Additionally, you don't drive away before understanding the features of your new ride. I worked specifically with Jason and Daniel and would not hesitate to ask for them should you choose Infiniti of Stuart. Needless to say, I did business with this dealership.

Kept me informed as service was performed with updates on estimated time of completion and completion. Chad was especially helpful with a VIN check needed for the Stuart tax Collectors office to register my car in Florida.
