Be very careful about used car quality and what your told...
I purchased a used 2008 Infiniti FX35 several years ago. Was told by my salesman that it was a trade in for a larger vehicle and was in excellent condition. Was told it was properly maintained and in no accidents. Within the last 2 years, several spots on the car have had the clear coat peeling away slowly but surely. Took it into the Jacksonville, FL infinity dealer to help determine what was wrong. The Florida dealer told me the car appeared to have been in an accident and the paint job had a very sub par paint applied. The clear coat was not properly mixed. They sent me to a third party paint specialist they use to handle most of the paint repairs they encounter. At this shop, the technician stated the car was obviously in an accident. The front wrap around bumper was not even original equipment. The rear drivers side quarter panel wasn't even replaced, but instead "Borneo" was used to hide the damage and it had cracked. It's always a risk to buy a used car, but one should be able to get the whole truth from a top rated luxury car dealership.

This is the worst place to buy and get service. Our QX56 that was bought has been through thousands of dollars of repairs, that had to be reimbursed because of crappy work. Now THEIR battery that is no good has gone out on the truck. Can't drive the truck but in order for it to be replaced UNDER WARRENTY they expect me to drive the truck there to have it replaced. The xxxx truck doesn't move! Not only that the next stupid suggestion was for us to have it towed at our expense to have the battery replaced. Screw Infiniti of South Atlanta, I'm getting rid of this truck and would NEVER take an Infiniti again even if it were free. Thanks for nothing.

I remember my first car buying experience, it left me feeling weary of all car sales dealers. I can say that thanks to Andre Goolsby my faith has been re-newed. He was so helpful, informative, professional, innovative and did everything to help me get the car of my dreams. The customers service was awesome! I was having my new car tinted and it ran pass the time that I needed my car for work. Andre offered to drive and pick me up from work. When the car was ready, while I was at work, he coordinated with my husband to get my car home safe and sound. He made it a sweatless experience. I dont know where to begin expressing my disgust with Infiniti of South Atlanta. Upon arriving at this dealership, I waited over 20 minutes as I was walked past and ignored by numerous associates. No one even bothered to speak to me or my 7 year old daughter. Finally Amber came to greet me, and she was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process, but aside from Amber every aspect of Infiniti of South Atlanta was sorry.Not only was I ignored by associates including the manager, but it took them 5 hours to sell me a car even though I came in the door with a cashiers check. They knew before I arrived I had my own money, but still could not complete this transaction quickly. Even worse, after SEARCHING for the exact car I wanted, I drove 9 hours from St. Louis to purchase. But after I signed on the dotted line is when things got horribly worse.During the test drive I noticed the car needed to be aligned, and I requested this be fixed before I get on the road with my daughter to go home. I waitied an additional hour for this to be fixed, was given the keys and told everything was right. I got on the road to go home, but immediately realized the steering was off, worse than before, and immediately turned around to the dealership. They called for the same technician who worked on my car before to redo what he didnt do right the first time, instead of calling on someone to do it right. I waited for an additional 2 hours this time, and again ignored by everyone in the building. Not one single associate asked me if I needed anything, gave me an update while I waited, or looked in my direction. This totaled me being at this place for 7 HOURS, before I got my car back which finally felt ok to drive this time.I started home, but after about an hour the same problem begin to returnmy car started pulling to the right, very hard! I had to stop halfway between St. Louis and Atlanta, in Tennessee and pay for a hotel because I did not want to risk driving it at night. I finally made it home and got my car to Plaza Infiniti the very next day and explained the situation to them, and to both managers from Infiniti of South Atlanta Vernon Fraley & Jonny Hamer. They both told me they'd do whatever to make this right, and would take care of the situation.Plaza Infiniti called me & told me what I already knew, which was my car needed an alignment, but the following news was DISTURBING. The reason my car needed an alignment was because 2 tires were cupped from uneven wear, and one of them had an impact bubble. The steel belts in the tire were actually broken inside, and the only thing holding the tire together was the rubber on the outside, but NO ONE at Infiniti of South Atlanta was concerned enough to truly investigate this and fix it before they put me and my 7 year old daughter on the highway for 500 miles. Thats truly sad and disturbing! The only way you miss something like this is when you dont actually do a 167 point inspection, you just claim to!Even worse, I had the techs at Plaza Infiniti research when my car had been certified, and Infiniti of South Atlanta performed their half at$$ version of a certification inspection only days before they sold me the car, yet they also failed to perform two major software updates to the car. They did not perform the software update to the ECU which controls my engine, nor did they perform the software update to my transmission. After these discoveries the rep at Plaza told me he was CERTAIN Infinity of South Atlanta did not truly complete a Certified inspection, but Plaza Infiniti fully restored my car to where it should have been before I purchased it.But the story gets worse! Although both Vernon Fraley and Jonny Hamer gave me their word they would take care of me, once Plaza Infiniti put new tires on my car and performed an alignment no one from Plaza Infiniti or myself could get Vernon or Jonny to answer or return any of our phone calls. What more needs to be said???
I bought my 6th car less than a year ago from Andre and it was totaled in a car accident. I called Andre, told him what happened and he quickly found me another vehicle which became my 7th purchase. He is a great person and a great salesman. I simply won't deal with any other salesperson. He is the reason why I will continue to purchase cars from your dealership. Thanks.

If you are going to buy an Infiniti in ATL . . .
You will NOT find a better Salesperson in Mark Kerce and the sales/finance team at Infiniti South. We visited the other 4 dealers in the Greater ATL area and the experience was less than average. The other 4 dealerships quote what you see on the website and basically wait to see what happens. Their showrooms and the overall experience had much to be desired. While Infiniti South doesn't try to "sell you", they definitely treat you like a customer. They listen to your needs in a car and do everything (including financing) to put you in the car you want. I've owned an Infiniti since 2001 when I learned a "loaded" Maxima cost more than an Infiniti. You will not find a better vehicle or customer experience in ATL than the one provided by Infiniti South. When the 4 other will not - they will! Also, their post buying service offering when you purchase a CPO vehicle is well above the others. Shop all 5 and you'll find yourself at Infiniti South purchasing your next vehicle.

Excellent used vehicle purchase experience
I was in the market for a used vehicle and after looking through inventory on the website decided to visit this dealership. I was kindly welcomed upon arrival and given VIP treatment throughout my experience. I was shown vehicles in my price range and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I was assisted from start to finish including lining up financing and provided with exceptional customer service. The staff and management went out of their way to take care of every detail in a professional and courteous way. I have personally recommended my friends and family to visit this dealership and would use them again if/when the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM INFINITI OF SOUTH ATLANTA
I bought a certified Infiniti G37 back in December 2014, about a month later, I heard this knocking sound coming from the engine. I called the dealership and informed my service advisor, who told me unless they have the car they can't tell me what is wrong. The knocking became louder and the car then began to do this stalling motion, jumping out like the transmission was slipping. I decided to record the noise and send to my advisor again. My advisor told me that she heard the noise however she can't do anything for me and she cant diagnose unless she has the car. I live almost an hour away from the dealership and you would think my service advisor would offer to have someone come get the car or offer for me to take it to Nalley Infiniti incase the problem was causing damage to the engine. I dropped of my car to Infiniti of South Atlanta to have them duplicate the issue, needless to say they kept my car for about and hour maybe 1/2 a day and then call me and say sorry we can't duplicate you can pick up the vehicle and if it happens again please bring it back. I took the car to Nalley Infiniti who kept the car for a week and was able to duplicate the problem. The service advisor said that the oil was not high quality oil and it was causing the problem. They used a new oil in the car the noise stopped. I took my car back to Infiniti of South Atlanta for the stalling issue and the noise again, needless to say they called me again in one day and said we can't duplicate bring back when it happens. I picked up my car and took it to the car carwash as they don't even clean your car properly but say they will detail it for you when you get a service. As I was going through the wash I felt water falling in on me and coming up by my feet. I immediately turned around and went back to the dealership where the service manager was extremely rude to me and told me that would not be something checked as a certified car, and he was sure it is the sunroof air duct, in a nasty tone. They took the car in and the air ducts were clogged. I have since been driving my car with the same stalling motion and the knocking noise but you think Infiniti of South Atlanta cares, NO. Now you would think that the customer service couldn't get any worst well wrong. On November 17, 2015, I cancelled my Gap insurance with Infiniti of South Atlanta and went into the office and met with the Finance Director and completed all the necessary paperwork to have the cancellation processed. I thought it would be completed in at least a month. I called several times for him and received either his voicemail is full and unable to leave a message or the receptionist taking a message and never getting a call back. I spoke with him one day after leaving at least 6-7 messages and was told he is putting a big note on his computer to call me back as the ladies in accounting was in a meeting and he would call me back. Well, I never got that call back which I was not surprised as this is the type of service they provide. I then called on Saturday January 23, 2016, and spoke with Mark who was very pleasant and told me he would look into my concerns and call me back on Monday, he called me Monday morning left me a voice mail and then called me again at 11:30am to follow up with me as he was not able to reach me the first time, that was customer service to me. He informed me that he spoke with the finance manager about the situation. I still did not receive a call from him until 1:58pm and then gets on the phone and begins to make it seem as if it was my issue and some place in between the conversation begins to apologize for all the alleged miss communication, which was none. I made it very clear why I was calling every time and would like a call back. I finally got an answer and after months of complaining, he tells me the issue with my car is an engine defect, but changed it to a unique issue with the engine. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER...
Great and fast transaction
Emailed about a Signature Edition Q50 after I found it on line Saturday night and I got a call from John Abate to discuss Monday morning. Decided to go give it a spin after work Monday after receiving a very good offer from him. Bought it on the spot. To say that we are pleased with the sale rep. Gary Dennis falls short of my ability to put into words how my wife and I feel about the customer service we received from this young gentleman. His desire to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the Infiniti we drove off his lot has not stopped. There has not been a time that I have called, texted that Gary has not responded in a timely manner. Most importantly his responses have been solutions that have solved my concerns. SALESPERSON MARVIN ALLEN IS GREAT
Marvin Allen is not your stereotypical aggressive, pushy salesperson. He is a complete breath of fresh air. He was very patient, knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for and our budget and found us the perfect vehicle for our family. We couldn't be happier. The limited encounters I had with some of the other staff members during our couple visits was also quite pleasant. I would enourage anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Infiniti visit Infiniti of South Atlanta and ask for Marvin. There post-purchase perks are also a huge bonus.
I have had issues with my 2011 Infiniti G37 that I bought in December 2014 from this dealership. I have brought it in several times complaining about the same issue and kept getting the run around. I brought it in on Saturday 10/24 and was taken care of by Crystal. I have to say she has been by far the kindest and most understanding person I have met at this entire dealership. I would recommend anyone with car troubles to talk with her she will do what she can to help you with your problem that is within her control. I am not saying that my car is repaired as I was transferred back to my old service advisor but I plan to continue to bring it back if the issue continues until a confirmed resolution is found. About two (2) months ago, I took my car into the Infiniti of S. Atlanta dealership because my headlights were not functioning. After paying the $85 diagnostic fee, I was told that I needed to have both of my ballasts replaced and the price was over $1500. Of course, I obtained a second opinion, and found that only the fuse needed to be replaced. I am very disappointed & appalled that the service department would attempt to charge me for something that was not needed. BEWARE!!
My first Car buying experience!
About a month ago I started searching for a car. Honestly, I have known Andre for years but I knew my credit wasn't good enough to get an Infinti! lol. So I went to this other dealership and they wasted all of my time of nearly 2 weeks! I finally had enough so I called Andre 7pm one evening, tired and stressed, he told me come on by! Make a long story short, I had a car in 3 days and it was better than any other car the other dealership had offered me!!!! My car was used but it was in PERFECT condition and the guys (Andre & JD) were so nice and sweet to me. JD was so quick during the finance procedure it only took 20-30 minutes!! My boyfriend and brother were with me and they were so impressed! That meant a lot to me because they never let anyone take advantage of me and they know when something is not right! Andre has been my friend, but now he's my favorite car expert for life!!!!! Lol thank you Andre and JD!!! You 2 are the best! I loooooove my car! Yay!

I purchased a used car from this dealership for my teenage daughter. Since 2009, I bought 4 other cars from there before, and had a great experience. I had no hesitation in buying my 5th car. Unfortunately, in one week, the car we had just purchased, and drove about 30 miles total, much to our surprise, and dismay, the check engine light came on. Since it was a Volkswagen, I was referred to Heritage Volkswagen, (their sister company), for the repairs. The sales/service person at Volkswagen, told me that since I bought the car in "as in" condition, I am responsible for all repairs, even though it was only one week. When I talked to Andre, my sales specialist, at Infiniti of South Atlanta, he immediately escalated the issue to his General Manager's attention. Without hesitation, Infiniti of South Atalnta lived up to their superb reputation. The GM, David Watts, apologized and said they would gladly take care of the problem. Thanks to Andre and his GM for turning an unpleasant situation to very satisfying. I would highly recommend dealership, and suggest you ask for Andre. He and Infinit of South Atlanta will take good care of you!

Always excellent service from the service departme
I have had my Infiniti qx56 for almost 5 years and have been driving 2 hours each way for oil changes, repairs, etc. That in itself should say alot! Carson is my service representative and he's always kind and on top of everything. He sees to it that I have a loaner car if I need it and he gets me directions to where I need to go if I leave the dealership. I definitely recommend Infiniti of South Atlanta and would buy an infiniti again. By the way, Lakesha sold me my car and I highly recommend her as well.

We are a two Infiniti family. Since opening their doors, Infiniti of South Atlanta has serviced our various Infinities (I30, I35, G35, Q45) through the years . We are about to buy a new car. It will probably be another Infiniti ... to a significant degree because we get such good service and trust the dealership. Our senior Infiniti (1997 Q45) has 200,000 miles on it. Infiniti maintenance has been so good, we're headed to CA with it next month just to enjoy its comfort and performance. Recently, Melissa Denewellis has been our service associate, a quality person both professionally and personally. She is thorough, does a good job of laying out both schedule and budget when we have a car in the shop, and keeps her promises. I have been searching for a new vehicle for some time and am so glad a friend recommended me to Gary Dennis and Infiniti of South Atlanta. Why can't all Dealerships be like this one?
I recently decided to replace my wife's 2004 FX35 with a newer QX70. On the day of purchase, I went to two other Infiniti stores to look at a used 2014 QX70 as well as another dealer's last new 2014 QX70 before finding my way to Infiniti of South Atlanta. The first stop was to look at the used vehicle. The experience was fine but the car had more wear than I thought should have present with so few miles on it. I thanked the sales person and let him know that I was going to head over to Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta to buy their last new 2014. Despite several poor experiences with the Roswell Store's service department in the past, our experience with their sales people had been fine to this point. That all changed when it came time to make the purchase. I will spare the details but can assure you that my wife and I will never go back to that dealer again. As I was thinking to myself, nothing feels good or right about this deal or process, my wife sent me a text saying she found another new 2014 at Infiniti of South Atlanta which despite the similar name is completely unaffiliated with the aforementioned dealer. So I picked up my phone and called them from the salesperson's office. Gary Dennis answered the phone. I informed him of exactly where I was, what I was interested in and what I wanted to pay for it. Gary placed me on a brief hold and then came back and said they were good to go and when did I think could I be there? I drove almost an hour south of where I was to Infiniti of South Atlanta. When I arrived, the car had already been cleaned up and was parked out front. As I walked in the front door, Gary was there to greet me (I had provided him an ETA based on what my NAV said) with a simile. We went into Gary's office to briefly go over their VIP service program which allows you to have your car serviced while you travel. You park in their reserved spaces at The Parking Spot 2, they pick up your car, service it, clean it and return it while you're away! They also cover up to 10 days of parking for you each time!! Plus, if you get all of your service done with them, your oil changes are free. This was huge benefit for us as my wife and I both travel for work and live about an hour from Infiniti of South Atlanta.Gary then suggested we go for a drive and inspect the vehicle to make sure its exactly what we wanted before we go any farther. The vehicle was perfect, exactly as Gary had described it on the phone. The test drive went perfect and the paperwork began. There were no surprises, no excuses no talking to me like I was a four year old and no telling me why they couldn't do one thing or another and no telling me I was wrong. Furthermore, there was no going back and forth to get to where I had said I wanted to be on the car. They even gave me a very strong price on my trade. Gary was a true professional at all times and more importantly a real class act. I would recommend Gary and his team at Infiniti of South Atlanta to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I purchased my QX56 last June and love it! Haven't had an issues until a couple of weeks ago. Out of the blue, on a Friday my car wouldn't start; therefore, I had to have it jumped off. I took it in for service the following day. Infiniti of South Atlanta is a little over an hour way from my home. The service dept wasn't able to find any problems with the battery so I came back home. Three weeks later it did the same thing...it just wouldn't crank. I called Mr. Gaither and left him a message. He immediately called me back and assisted me with the steps needed to have my car transported to the dealership for review and service. Roadside Assistants arrived at my home within an hour to transport my car to the dealership. This left me with no way of transportation. The next day the Infiniti team graciously drove over an hour to bring me a loaner car until the service dept could locate and fix my problem. Once the problem was corrected, Mr. Gaither had his team to redeliver my car back to me at my job. From the start when I was greeted with a smiling face by the receptionist, to meeting with Andre selecting the right vehicle that fit my budget, lifestyle and personality. Going through the financing was also a breeze, in the past I have always been nervous when the sales person would go into the other office and talk with the finance department but Debbie was Awesome and friendly. Awesome internet buying experience of M56
Khadijah Florence was my sales lady for my very recent purchase of a used 2012 M 56. She was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for better service, integrity and engagement from a sales person. Especially while doing all of the communications for the purchase by phone, text, and email! I live just outside of Houston, Texas and came to know about this car via the internet. I was searching for this exact used vehicle within a 500 mile radius of Houston without any luck. I know this was a big challenge, but was well worth my efforts. Since this car was 800 miles from my house, I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase of a used car sight unseen. However, I needed to get past this initial fear as this car had all the options I wanted, low miles, less than 2 years, good price, and extremely well cared for with this dealership. In short, it was exactly what I wanted if I was going to order it from the factory new, but without the new car price. I called the dealership 20 minutes prior to them closing for the day and was assigned to Khadijah for my call. I requested that Khadijah send me close up pictures of all areas of the car that would have the normal wear and tear associated with normal use and she verbally promised me on the phone that the car was literally in "like new" condition. I took her word for it in conjunction with the pictures and made a leap of faith. Before I got off the phone with her, I put a deposit down on the car to "hold" it, so I could get the pictures the next day and make the purchase if everything looked as she stated. Good thing I put down a deposit. Seconds after hanging up the phone, she had a very interested buyer walk into the dealership wanting to purchase the car. She kept her word and held the car for me and sent the pictures the next morning. Her integrity was very much appreciated. I wound up purchasing the car as a USAA member through the USAA car buying service, but simultaneously talking on the phone with Khadijah probably 5 times a day for a week. She also was able to recommend a trucking company that I ultimately hired to transport the car to my home from the dealership. The car arrived about a week after I completed the purchase and it was flawless just as Khadijah had promised to me on the phone. She really went over and above for me and took a lot of time to deal with me as an over the phone buyer. I appreciate her efforts as I was certainly nervous buying a used car sight unseen by my own eyes locally. The pictures helped, but even with pictures it is sometimes hard to see any areas of concern. However, she gave me all the proper assurances including the CarFax and separately the history of the car as she knew who the previous owner was. I really am extremely happy and satisfied with the car and the experience buying, and shipping it to Houston from Atlanta. I will definitely look to buy my next Infiniti remotely from Infiniti of South Atlanta with particular regard to having Khadijah as my sales person. I know that I can fully trust her and her eye for the actual condition of the vehicle when I decide to buy my next car. Thank you again, Khadijah for all of your efforts!!! My husband and I recently decided to fact-find information on new vehicles. We decided to check out Heritage Infiniti of South Atlanta and we were greeted by Antonio Herrera. That's where the excitement began! Not only did Antonio promise that he would provide us with any information requested within a set amount of time of 1 hour, but he excelled in the entire consulting process. We discussed my desired Infiniti vehicle (I want a while convertible), I test drove one, we discussed what my payments would look like according to my budget, and discussed the advantages of purchasing an Infiniti (I'm currently a luxury car owner). Antonio discussed the performance value of the Infinitis, which most women aren't that interested in just as long as it runs good, which I totalled understood and through his demo I concur the construction will definitely make this vehicle perform better. I had inquired about an issue with the dash of my FX35. David Lass responded the same day and had the part ordered the next day. I was contacted by Melissa and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, Melissa had a loaner car ready for me. While I was waiting for her to get the car, David came out and introduced himself. Something he didn't have to do. Melissa was extremely helpful and friendly, as was everyone I came in contact with. Not every Infiniti owner/lover is wealthy. I love my FX35 and will never own any other make of car. But, being newly divorced, I am not your typical wealthy Infinity owner. Everyone at Infiniti of South Atlanta was friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure. Car-buying is not always the best experience but my experience with Jonathan Simmons at Infiniti of South Atlanta was the absolute best I've ever had. I'd been car searching for approximately 3 months. I live in New Orleans and noticed while looking online that the prices were significantly less in other states. Also, I'd visited the local Infiniti dealership in Metairie and was ignored for about 20 minutes by several salesmen so I figured my business wasn't needed there. Nonetheless, I noticed a beautiful FX35 with very low mileage, certified at an unbelievable price at Infiniti of South Atlanta. I spoke to Mr. Simmons on Saturday afternoon, faxed some paperwork on Monday and Tuesday (Mardi Gras day) my family was on our way to Jonesboro, Ga to get my car. Mr. Simmons was wonderful, informative and most of all patient. He checked on us periodically during our drive in. Also, he showed true dedication to me as a customer by going in on his day off (he wasn't scheduled to work that day). I felt my business was appreciated and was shown such hospitality upon our arrival. Mr. Simmons immediately introduced us to Tamahn Jamison who was also very welcoming, polite and warm. He thanked us for choosing to purchase with the dealership and I really felt his sincerity. They were great! I felt very comfortable and relaxed as we got down to business with the paperwork. Mr. Simmons thoroughly explained the perks of owning an Infiniti and he went through setting up the satellite radio and personal concierge. Although they were awesome, the best part was driving off in MY new car. Because of this experience I am now an Infiniti owner for life. I took my vehicle to Infiniti of South Atlanta to have the front and rear brakes pads replaced and rotors machined. After less than four months of driving I heard a clicking noise coming from the front right side of my vehicle and a grinding noise when stopping. The next day I took my vehicle to another Infiniti dealer to find out what was causing the noise. Before taking my vehicle out on a test drive with a Service Technician I asked him to take a look at the front brakes. He disclosed something doesnt look right with the right side brakes; he would need to put my vehicle on the lift to inspect. When he took the right front tire off (with me present) there were no bolts in the caliper; the top or the bottom and the caliper had come off the brake pads by half (it could have been a dangerous situation if it had come all the way off while I was driving on the highway). The Svc Tech explained either the bolts were not properly attached so they backed out (came loss) or could have not been put in. I contacted Infiniti of South Atlanta and spoke with David Loss and explained the situation to him. He disclosed that he reviewed my vehicles service history at other Infiniti dealers (no brake service only brake lining inspection) and they should have noticed that the caliper bolts were loose or missing. I contacted the Infiniti dealer the preformed the last service on my vehicle and spoke with a Svc Rep. who explained their process of inspecting the brakes linings. They would not have seen or know that the bolts were loose and coming out of the caliper if they were not performing a brake service that would require them to test drive the vehicle, inspect the brake system and its components or if the caliper was still in place when they do their visual inspection because the bolts are located on the backside of the caliper. My issue with Infiniti of South Atlanta is that they were the last dealer to perform brake service on my vehicle and they want to pass the issue of the bolts missing onto other Infiniti dealers who did not perform any brake service on my vehicle. No concerns as to if there was anything they could do to help the situation.Because of this after the service was performed experience I had with Infiniti of South Atlanta, I will not take my vehicle there for any future service and they will not be recommended as a place to have your Infiniti services.

In December of 2011 we purchase a Nissan Altima 2008 from your dealer, the service we received that day from Lorenzo was actually OK, the problem that we have right now is that when we bought the car we were told that we were going to get FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE no strings attached. Well, we just find out that for us to get the FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE as advertized in your website and by your sales man, we actually need to do all the manufacturers schedule maintenance at your dealer.This omission of fact would have been a deal breaker for me. If I knew that I was going to do all the recommended maintenance at your dealer in order for me to keep the FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE, I would have taken my business to another dealer, but neither your advertisement nor your salesman ever mentioned this fact.On 9/5/2012, I requested from your sales manager to send me a copy of the signed contract because we never received the copy of that contract, all I received was picture taken from his cell phone; he didnt even had the courtesy of calling me or send a copy of the contract, I do understand that it really says in the contract what we need to do in order to keep the FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE, but I think in my humble opinion that your salesman should of have provided a full verbal disclosure just like the disclosure indicating the quality of car we were purchasing from your dealer.I know we made the mistake of not reading every single line in all the documents we signed, but I feel betrayed and disappointed by the dealership for not disclosing all the facts before pressuring a customer to purchase a vehicle. After an extensive search of Atlanta and the Tampa/Sarasota area of FL, I found a low miles, pre-owned G35 at a terrific price at Infinity of South Atlanta. Notwithstanding an appointment with one of the internet salesmen, I was not able to test drive the car on the first visit as the car was getting new tires. The first salesman on that visit dressed the part but seemed dismissive. This individual failed to follow through on my desire to test drive a pre-owned car at the bottom of the price range he is probably accustomed to working. After waiting a day without receiving a call, I elected to stop by the dealership on the third day to check the status of the G35. On the second visit I met Lorenzo who was significantly more personable, relaxed , genuine, non-judgmental and just a natural. Besides being very friendly, accomodating and able to answer all of my questions, he displayed a professional and friendly demeanor which went a long way to disolve the bad taste that remainded from the previous salesman. As a result, Infitity of South Altanta gained a long term customer with the resources to eventually purchase a new car. As well, I work for a major employer and will happily recommend this dealership and specfically Lorenzo to my co-workers and friends. The only reason I downgraded the "Quality of Work" is that the air filter was filthy and had not been changed during the "pre-certified" checks.

I am beyond grateful for my experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. I have been driving the same car for 11 years, so you can imagine the anxiety associated with a car dealership for me. But from the time I walked in to Infiniti South Atlanta, I felt comfortable. The dealership was very nicely set up, and they passed my 1st test, I wasn't ignored when I walked in the door. I received friendly and respectful service starting with the receptionist. Kisha and Gregg both gave me their full attention when working with me to find out exactly what I wanted out of my new car. I initially was looking for a certified used Infiniti, but after not finding what I was looking for, I was shown the new G25, which I had no clue existed. When I realized that this car would fit into my budget I was sold! There was no pressure from any of the sales people that I came in contact with, and it was clear that this purchase would be MY decision. When it came to the financing, Eric and Dave made it the easiest process possible. Eric provided me with every financing scenario that I could think of with a smile. Even when I forgot I had a VPP discount, he pumped out another set of scenarios, including the discount and was so helpful in showing me exactly what my monthly payments would be. Dave was the BEST!! He made the approval process and the paper work as stress free as possible. We were in route to the dealership, which by the way was 2+ hours away only to receive a call telling us the car was just sold out from under us. I saw a 2008 G37S from the dealership and had quite a rough time getting in touch with my first salesman. After asking for another one, we had coordinated for myself come down for a test drive the next day after I made it known that I live about 3.5 hours away. When I got there, the salesman was nowhere to be seen and I was referred to yet another salesman (3rd one at this point). The salesman took me out for a test drive, and I loved the vehicle - the quality of every vehicle at the dealership was fantastic. When we began processing the paperwork, he came back and told me the vehicle was already sold. Not sure why the dealership bothered to call me the day prior and have me drive total of 7 hours for a vehicle that was no longer in sale... and I had been trying to get in touch with them for a week prior... To their credit, the salesman was pleasant and tried to get me another vehicle... Except it was out of my budget (35.5K vs 30K) and not really the color I wanted. They seemed very eager to help me, but the fact is that I drove from a long distance, only to be told that the vehicle was already sold when they had confirmed that it was still on sale day prior. It really kills the consumer faith and experience.In summary, the dealership salesmans are hard to contact, doesn't really coordinate well for people coming from long distances, doesn't keep a very accurate accountability of their vehicles apparently, and sharks people and tries to get them a different vehicle for higher price. Their vehicles are top-notch quality, and the people that actually do correspond with you are very candid.I see that the vehicle I was still interested is still in their website inventory, so I sincerely hope that this is not a marketing ploy of attracting potential buyers to come down so they can offer them a different vehicle.

I prefer to use the internet sales department because I can complete the price negotiation on the new vehicle via email without stepping into a showroom. In the case of Infiniti of South Atlanta, I found them through Infiniti.com. They are the top rated Infiniti dealership for customer satisfaction in the state of Georgia, which is why I chose them. I submitted a price request online for the vehicle I wanted and received an email from Lorenzo, the Internet Sales manager at the dealership, within about 15 minutes. I described my preference for negotiating and he sent me a quote with his best price for a vehicle he had on the lot that met my requirements. It included both the MSRP and the invoice price. He offered it to me for below invoice and I agreed to the price. We met at the dealership that afternoon and I test drove the vehicle. They appraised my trade-in and offered me top dollar. I took delivery that day. This was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. The people were honest and easy to deal with. I was honestly surprised at how quickly we arrived at numbers that we both greed upon. The financing and delivery process went flawlessly too. I planned to buy a G37 hardtop convertible and wanted very specific options.I was intially steered towards this dealership by the USAA car buying plan and within an hour of submitting my car search request out online thru USAA to the greater Atlanta area, Lakisha with Infiniti of South Atlanta called me. Lakisha offered to have the car delivered to my home/work at a very nominal fee and complete all paperwork online or via fax/mailing since I lived 5 hours away in another state---which I thought was great but I wanted to pick it up myself instead. When arriving in Atlanta 2 days later, ice was still everywhere, and many businesses were closed however, Lakisha at Infiniti of South Atlanta was waiting for me with a smile on her face and a car ready for pickup...she was as excited for me as I was in getting the car I had been wanting for a long time. This was the first time I actually saw the car with all the options that I wanted exactly and was not disappointed. Lakisha ensured all paperwork had been completed prior to my arrival and ready for signatures only. My husband and I met with David, finance manager, and quickly signed all paperwork...no haggling, no fuss...a first for me when buying a new car. Because I did not want to purchase new rims; She first collaborated with Alloy Wheel Repair to remanufacture all 4 of my rims within 3 days. She then coordinated the effort in replacing 4 worn tires with 4 new high profile Bridgestone tires on the 4th day. This would normally be just another day but I also had a childhood friend who died this same week. My mind and heart wasn't on my vehicle. The funeral was set for 12:00 noon. My tire replacment was at 08:15. Ms. Denewellis and her service team, had me out of the service department with all new tires and vehicle washed at 10:40. Allowing me plenty of time to attend my friend's funeral with no worries. Ms. Denewellis ability to first listen and then act, gave me the reassures that my day/funeral day would be find. I drove 4 hours to the dealership and the paperwork (although it did have a few minor mistakes) and car were ready to go. In about 45 minutes I was on my way. the only thing I would change is the length of time it took to sign paperwork. over 2.5 hours and I would think it could have been done in 1 hour. while i did give the dealership and sales people an excellent rating, this is one area that I would like to see addressed. I liked the idea that I was able to negotiate the price over the phone and I had hoped that by doing this it would shorten the actual time when I went to pick up the vehicle. I selected the exact car I wanted at a price that was hard to believe. I received back info on several dealerships and selected one in my region. I spoke with them on the phone and made an appointment. It was great. They had the car I selected on the search engine parked out front for my review. There was no further price negotiation and the price was completely hassle-free. Everyone there were courtious, friendly, and helpful. Andre was very thorough in presenting the features and benefits of the car even before we took the test drive. Once we decided to buy, the sales process was seamless and we were out the door with the car within 2 hours of negoiating the purchase price. My wife had to bring the car back in the following week for some touch-up and Andre was there at 0730 in the morning to meet her, take her to work and then deliver the car back to her at her office later in the day. The first was an 09 preowned, the car was very impressive, even though that dealership was not. I am moving along in age, and wanted one more NEW car, with the G37 being my choice, it is very fast, confortable, mpg is good for so much power.I checked with dealerships in both Carolinas and Georgia with Infiniti of South Atlanta being the most responsive and they had the car I was looking for.After about 10 days of internet communications with Lakisha Johnson I made the two hour trip to Union City... and 3 hours later I left in my new G37. In September I purchased a 2007 M35 which appeared to be in great condition until I noticed a"funny" smell 3-4 days after having vehicle. On day 3 I returned to dealership to get car fax report I repeatedly asked for on purchase date I also scheduled to have car left at dealership and detailed while I would be away on a business trip. Upon reviewing CarFax everthing seemed in order and I noticed the car came from Tennesse and was purchased at an auction, okay. Anywho, the associate informed me that the smell would be dealt with while I was away. Upon return 6 days later, the smell was still in the car, if not worse. I tried airing car out and using fresheners to no avail. When parking car in my garage I could smell the odor throughout the garage. Some days I could smell the mildewy scent in my clothes. Even passengers in my car noticed the mildew smell. I have a strong feeling that this car, from Tennesse, may have had some water damage from the unfortunate flooding that took place this past spring. I took the car back to the dealership with my concerns, returned the keys and expressed my displeasure and unhapiness with this vehicle and my undesirablenss about keeping car. Those that I had contact with were friendly and seemed to want to smooth things over but not to my satisfaction. I also sensed from the sales mngr that he thought I may be over reacting and making a big deal out of mold and mildew in the interior of a vehicle I will have to make hefty monthly payments on! At this point I feel like I've gotten a car from a two-bit buy here pay here lot. I can not have a peace of mind driving in a car daily thinking that this car could potentially be a health risk.I have informed the bank that I've returned the vehicle and I wish to assume no responsibility for this car. I simply want my downpayment back and wish to move on. I took my car in for minor repair. I spoke to the service manager he was very polite and helpful. He told me what had to be done, the cost and time to pick the car up. I didn't expect any of these to hold true however to my surprise everything was repaired, the price was correct and above all the car was ready when he said it would be. This is usually unheard of and not expected when you take you car into a dealer for repair. Everyone I spoke with were super friendly and helpful. I purchased a new QX56 as a surprise present for my wife and had a superlative experience with Marcus Johnson and the rest of the Infiniti South Atlanta team. Absolutely satisfied with the buying experience, and I do not give such praise lightly, particularly after automobile purchases. My wife test drove the QX56 at another dealership located much closer to our home, but we were less than overwhelmed by the service & commitment to the sale. So I reached out to other dealers over the Internet and Marcus responded on behalf of South Atlanta. He definitely went the extra mile for me, answering my questions, locating the specific vehicle we wanted, and negotiating the sale via email and texts while I traveled on business. Marcus even drove the vehicle 25+ miles to my house so I could meet him face-to-face and look over the QX56 myself. Marcus also worked with me on price, re-arranged his schedule to close the deal, and personally made sure the vehicle was prepped & ready for my wife's surprise. While she loves the vehicle itself, my wife was more impressed with Marcus' commitment to customer satisfaction. The closing was simple and straight-forward. When the numbers didn't line up, we corrected the figures and re-wrote the deal. Simple as that. After the sale, I spoke with the sales manager and president, both of whom wanted to make sure we were taken care of. The level of customer service at Infiniti South Atlanta is fantastic and we will definitely buy from this dealership again, despite the distance from our home. Thanks Marcus!SDN

I purchased a new car with a trade in. I received a very fair price for my trade and a good discount on the new car. The sales woman was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in explaining the features of the car. The finance manager was excellent and saved me a significant amount of money by structuring the trade in such a way that sales tax was avoided. The transaction was easy and very clearly explained. An excellent experience.

I've been following the launch of Infiniti's all new QX-56 SUV and couldn't wait to finally see it in person. I contacted all the dealerships in the Atlanta area to see who would get the first one! After weeks of, "when can you come in" and "I'll call you", I started looking farther south. That's when I was contacted by Andre, at Infiniti of South Atlanta. He not only was very informative, he was always keeping me informed as to the status of the QX. After many emails and phone calls, the day finally came for me to make the 125 mile trip south to finally test drive this unit. I had NO INTENTION of making any kind of purchase, since I was still in over my head in a Mercedes I wished I never had, but Andre, and his staff greeted me with a warm welcome and showed me everything Infiniti had to offer. I was not only introduced to Eric, the Sales Manager, but to John, the Owner as well. I felt like everyone was there waiting for me to assist in my experience. THIS WAS A FIRST! I have had the opportunity to own many other highline vehicles, however I never considered Infiniti to please my desire for comfort, performance, and my embarrassing ego, yes my status means a lot. The QX-56 I purchased from Infiniti of South Atlanta exceeds all my expectations which makes me wonder, why I don't see more of them on the road. Because of this, I feel like I'm in an exclusive club. The QX can speak to itself, but now one can truly describe the personal touch that Andre, and his staff put on the entire transaction. Even though he knew I was meeting him to see the QX, he still took the time to evaluate my wants, needs and time. When all was said and done, Andre delivered my QX to my office in person. Not only did he show me every feature, and most importantly, how to use it. This type of customer service I have never experienced. Even after owning 2 Lexus products, 1 BMW, and my past 3 Mercedes Benz. My other associates in the office are all interested in what Infiniti, and Andre have to offer. Andre is bringing a convertible to the office for my parter to see how it compares to his SL. I have been buying vehicles for business and personal use over the past 50 years. Infiniti of South Atlanta is probably the easiest one I have ever dealt with. No arm twisting by the salesman or badgering by the finance manager to load you up with a lot of extra's; warranties, expensive wax jobs or high speed floor mats. Over all I would say they are very professional and pleasant people to do business with. Hopefully my wife will like her 40th wedding anniversary present.Phil

Will Harris was a 5.Great personality &friendly . Along w/Cleo, T.Wilson and Eric. Unforutnately, my first interaction with someone named David was horrific at best. I told him my price range and he tried to force a price above that and send the purchase order to my credit union anyways. I said no that I get to choose, my budget and since he wasnt paying my car note that I get to make that decision. He got mad and told me he couldnt drop the price and I might consider another car.Had it not been for Mr Harris personality and Tre and Eric I would have NEVER bought a car from your business. I used to sell Toyota's and I am familar with the business, MSRP and dealer cost. He wanted me to pay MSRP--RIGHT. Needless to say after working with Eric successfully I purchased a car from you business instead of going back to Florida to Kendall Toyota and Lexus and purchasing another Lexus. David needs a class on customer service and how to talk to people. I called Marcus & told him the vehicles we were interested in & what we wanted to do with the financing & within an hour he called me back & said he had the vehicles we wanted to look at on the lot & that they could make the numbers work. When we got there Marcus had the vehicles pulled up and demonstrated them to us as we took them for a test drive. When we had decided on the vehicles we wanted we were introduced to trace (the sales manager) who walked us through the numbers. There was no back in forth haggling. He told us the best he could do right from the start & let us make an informed decision. Once we decided we were going to purchase we dealt with a very professional finance person who completed the transaction. We purchased a QX56 & an FX35 with a trade in & completed the whole process in 5 hours which we thought was great for purchasing 2 vehicles. Marcus & Trace were excellent to work with & Infinity has a lot of extra ownership benefits that you should check out! I highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent sales process, very efficient. Did feel like they appreciated my business but after reflecting on the experience for a few days, I don't think I got the best price I could have if I'd negotiated a little harder. One other thing, is they did not offer to remove some obvious scratches on the Driver's door and I believe a Luxury auto dealer should have cleaned the car up to as near perfection as possible (I bought a 2005).
