Very impressed by the professionalism, dedication and honesty of the staff of Indy Luxury Motorsports! Recently purchased a Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe and the experience was thee finest of over 30 autos I have purchased in my lifetime. For my first car buying experience, this was by far the easiest process ever! Brandon was fair and honest. He took care of all my needs and I did not worry about a thing. I bought one of there car it had a lot of thing that was wrong with they said it was no problem we will fix it they lie had to take it to deal ship to get it right once they get your money when you call for sevice they put you on hold or never call you back so what look good on the outside is not what it seem to be .Im steel waiting to here to here form them now it been 2 month now

This has been one of the greatest place I had ever brought an auto. In the past 5 years, I have brought 7 vehicles. Buying a vehicle from ILM has made me a believer, "That all car salesmen are not out for themselves." This salesman (Mr. Henry) get a triple A+ for his customer service, negotiating skill and his ability to correct the imperfections of the vehicle. I do plan on doing business with them in the future.

Located an Mercedes S550 online at this dealership and living in Boston, getting to see the car prior to purchase took a little time. Chris Henry was extremely accommodating in putting the car on hold until I arrived. He was easy to contact to get info about the car so that I could feel comfortable traveling to Indianapolis without worrying that when I got there, it would be "sorry, we sold that car yesterday". Great car, fair price, easy purchase, no pressure, no "stories". They made the arrangements to have the car shipped to my home. Just waiting for my car to arrive.

I am just an average "Joe" with the same objective as everyone else reading these reviews. I wanted a quality automobile at a fair price. With this objective in mind I brought my wife to Indy Luxury Motorsports (ILM) to take a look at their inventory. She immediately picked out a car and badda-bin, badda-boom, I purchased the automobile. Two days later a car buyers worst nightmare occurred; the check engine light came on and drops of oil started showing up on the garage floor. I immediately brought the car back to the dealership to shake my fist and stomp my foot. After explaining the problem they assured me that they would make it "right" and gave my wife a car to use while they diagnosed the problem. As it turned out, they could not determine the cause in their in house service department so they took the car to BMW (at their own expense) for a thorough check-up. After several days at the dealership we found out that the problem was much greater than anticipated and exceeded the value of the warranty that we purchased for the car. Now, most dealerships would have said "bummer, you own the car, we can't be responsible for the car once it drives off our lot" but not ILM, they took the problem car back and let us pick out another automobile. And for our trouble they upgraded the warrantee we purchased, our car is now covered by a 7 year, 84,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warrantee. Now, this could have been a car buyer's worst nightmare but because of ILM's outstanding integrity it turned out being a pleasant experience. In today's day and age when the automotive industry is plagued with unscrupulous businesses it is genuinely refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind their product. You can purchase a car at ILM knowing that you will get a good car, and if there is a problem (as their often is when purchasing a used vehicle), they will work with you to rectify the situation. Now, I'm a grumpy, fat, old man who rarely takes the time to write a favorable review but this was such a positive experience that I feel compelled to let John Q. Public know that this is the place to go if you want a fair shake. Five Stars across the board.

How Car-Buying SHOULD Be

We found this Honda Accord on Cars.com after 7 months of looking at every car-buying site available. It was just what we were looking for at a competitive price. As soon as I contacted thru email to inquire about the car, Brandon responded immediately. He answered every question I had before we even went to the dealership. We live 4 hours from there, so they allowed us to put a down payment on it until we could get there the next weekend to test drive it. We were never pressured. It all seemed very laid back, yet professional. We bought the car as soon as we drove it and gave it a thorough look-over. You can tell they pride themselves in selling quality cars. The entire process was pain free. And even when there was a slight issue, Brandon handled it immediately with the kind of class you don't expect once a dealer has the sale and your money in hand. Even though we bought a less expensive car, we were treated as just as important as those who buy the luxury cars that fill their lot. We recommend this dealership no matter how far you have to drive because if everyone there is like Brandon (and we suspect they are), you will be treated fairly and get an amazing car at the best possible price, all while not being pressured. That is almost unheard of in the car dealership world. Glad we found them!

In Short: A GREAT resource for gently used, well maintained luxury vehicles with a true "hassle free" business model that comes "standard". Will keep my eye on their inventory for future needs. Long version: Had been looking for a used car to upgrade our son out of his first car. Of course his expectations were a bit higher as was the laundry list of desired options ;o). After him looking for weeks online, Mom got involved and found a car that matched just about everything, we called on a Saturday, spoke with Chris and arranged to go on Monday to look and test drive. When we arrived at the lot we found a treasure trove of used luxury vehicles in outstanding condition and well equipped. Negotiations were friendly and low pressure, a few items were taken care of hassle free by Brandon in the service department and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We all have choices where to spend our money and what businesses to support, when you find a small local dealer who really does put their money where their mouth is, you refer them business.

After searching for a used vehicle for months, I finally came across ILM. They had the vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted. I ended up purchasing the vehicle sight unseen. Knowing the delicacy of the situation, Brandon was very helpful throughout the entire process and addressed many of my requests. I felt that Brandon was beyond thorough. I recently had the pleasure of buying a vehicle (Lexus) from the team at Indy Luxury Motorsports and felt compelled to write a review. I have dealt with Brandon McCool on the repair side of the business for a few years and I highly recommend his team as they find the best solution and options for repair and maintenance of any vehicle. He is very direct and explains, in laymen's terms, what is needed, what it will cost and if it's something that can be put off or handled in a less expensive manner. That experience led me to deal with Brandon Hockett on the sales side of the business. They have a nice selection of "well maintained" used vehicles. If you have an interest in a specific brand or type of luxury vehicle they will help you understand the best option for your driving needs. No hard sell, just an easy environment to handle the transaction and offer excellent advice and the reapair capability in-house. Even after finding a couple very minor issues, Brandon and his team were very proactive in terms of making sure everything was right and ensuring my satisfaction with the process. They handled the financing component and I felt was treated very fairly in the way of trade-in and final price of the vehicle. I personally recommend Indy Luxury Motorsports if you are in the market for another vehicle or you need repairs on your existing car. The only category that I did not give 5 stars was for the facilities and that is purely selfish as they are hidden away in the Castleton Industrial Park off Bash Rd. and a little remote, but otherwise my highest recommendation for all aspects of their business.
