long worth while trip for my Cadillac

I'm from Memphis, TN. I drove all the way from Memphis, TN to Chicago to buy my dream car, Cadillac STS V model. When I saw that car on the website, I knew it was the car. Once I pulled in my driveway in Memphis, TN, my neighbor came by to look and replied, "nice car, for you to drive way to Chicago to get it must was was a great deal?" Getting What I Wanted Was Easy

Decided I wanted a low mileage Cadillac XLR in great condition. Was prepared to have to go out of state and also for the long back and forth haggling over the phone and internet. Was surprised to find one right here in the Chicago area. The car was exactly what I wanted in regards to mileage and condition! Booked an appointment, was sent extra info on the car to preview, and then went in. Very friendly and casual atmosphere. After talking briefly with the general manager I could tell that this was a fun business for him and he wanted the people that came in to have fun in the entire process also - from viewing, checking, test-driving and even purchasing a car there. After getting all the numbers near exactly where I wanted, we made a deal. I drove home in the car I wanted. And as I cruised home , I thought "that was easy." And also, fun. Thanks , ICars team.

I normally don't write reviews, but I had to after my experience with iCars Chicago. The owners were very professional but were also very friendly without being fake. I spent a lot of time there just talking about cars. I'm a car guy, but it was crazy how much Barry knew about specific cars in specific years. It was actually FUN to buy my S5 from them. Everywhere else I went or called just made things stressful. I will definitely be looking here first the next time I buy a car. Thank you guys!

Great Guys to Deal With

Barry was very helpful when we first called on our car, not the typical, pushy car salesman! Which is a totally plus in our book. Jason took the time to go over the whole car while on the phone with us. Afiram made the buying process quick and painless! We didn't waste all day filling out paperwork. The office and showroom give a great preview of the quality of cars they have to buy. If in the future we need another car we will definitely look at their inventory first.

The car was as advertised and even after the negated price new tires were installed. While there I looked over their inventory and they have on hand some very nice high end vehicles. I can't say enough GREAT things about iCars. I just purchased a Porsche Cayenne over the weekend & both Barry and Afrim were on point. Extremely honest & professional. They def keep their word. Unlike MotorWerks large dealership in Barrington who a couple months prior took a down payment over the phone just to find out, after driving 3 hours from Madison, WI, when I went to pick up my vehicle they "oops" sold it to someone else. Make iCars dealer a *PRIORITY when car shopping

I would highly recommend that if you are car shopping online, and looking for a specific car check with icars chicago to see if they have what you want. If you can utilize icarschicago.com to buy your car, do it! Others may not be trustworthy or have a good process. We just did, and it was the smoothest transaction we have ever experienced on/off line....and we have bought a lot of cars over the years. Fact is: We HATE car lot salesmen! Sorry, but true. The high -pressure, following you around, endless calls/emails/text when you dont buy a car from then the first day,...that all gets very old and distasteful. Alternative? Step out of your comfort zone and go online searching for your car at iCars Chicago (Barry D.), before you look at other online dealers. WHY? Because they offer a deal that you simply cannot refuse. Flew up to Chicago to pick up my Jag..Super guys to work with....no hassel deal....drove home to Biloxi...very happy...one problem was they has no sweet and low for the coffee..lol..I would trade with these dealership again.. Barry was always in easy contact, and never felt like I was rushed or couldn't ask all of my questions. I'm from MN and did 90% of everything over the phone and internet to consider purchasing a 2007 Audi RS4. Unlike pretty much any listing I've seen in all my years I've looked at vehicles online at cars.com, iCars Chicago definitely provided the most pictures, with detail. In other words, there were really no surprises when I arrived there. That was really assuring considering I drove over 300 miles to get to it. Buying process/paper work was a breeze. After wanting to go with it, it was probably a total of 10-15 minutes until I was turning the keys. Everyone was professional, didn't get the sketchy car salesman vibe that you can get at the smaller businesses. The only thing I ran into was that driving back I had a steering wheel shake, as well as the whole car shaking at highway speeds. I called back to iCars to look into it, and long story short, the wheels were bent from potholes (fairly normal for high performance wheels and tires at 60K) and would cost around $400 for my shop to fix them. I was worried that now, I'm gonna have to fight to get some compensation for this, but they were opposite to that! They assured me they would make this right, and they sure did and helped with compensation! I was really pleased they didn't leave me in the dust like a lot of places do in today's world. I didn't get a negative experience at all. We need more places like this that think about the customer first, even if something comes up after purchasing. They were fair, honest, and good people, and I definitely would buy another car from them. Thanks Barry and team!

Great dealership if you want performance and style

Barry made this deal as easy as it gets, whole experience was an adventure -13hr bus ride then another 10hr drive home. The ride home was in my new ride- 05 Crossfire SRT6 and I had a grin whole way, this car grows on you and confirms your decision was a smart one. Only regret was that I didn't give myself enough time at the shop, a man's toybox full of high end performance cars! I still want a M6, thanks Barry for letting me rev the throttle in the supercharged V10, if it would have been blue and black interior with carbon would have been hard to leave it. Excellent place to get your dream car and great guys to do business with!

AWESOME CAR AND EXCELLENT SERVICE

I saw a 2007 Hummer online with only 14K miles! I called right away and spoke with Barry. I knew I wanted the car, not even having seen it in person, so I asked if I could apply online. I was directed to the online application and soon contacted by the dealership. Within 20 minutes I had a pre-approval and was told they would stay open after hours for me to pick-up the car. I drove to pick-up the car and was surprised the business looked nothing like a dealership from the outside. Then I realized it was online sales only. When Afrim (president) showed up, he directed me inside where I was able to appreciate all the nice cars inside, including my hummer. Took a short test drive, and then sat with Barry, who took the time to explain all the numbers, warranty, and options. No once did I feel pressured to buy anything. I was even told on the spot I did not have to take the car if I did not want to. But the car was awesome, and just talking to these guys felt right! "Blown Away"

"Blown away!" Drove 754 miles to buy a Mercedes SL 55 AMG, just to find that it was NOTHING as it had been represented. I headed home, angry and irritated that someone would lie knowing how far I was coming. Started surfing the net (wife was driving) and found an ad from "iCars". I called and spoke with Barry. He's telling me that he has a couple of these cars in the year I'm looking for and that they are in great shape (actually said they were like a 9 point car out of 10). He's telling me how he's got several "high-end" cars, a showroom and how he likes to let the customer know exactly what their getting. Even if it means going over board, he'd rather be totally up front. Ok, he's a salesman right? Yup, he made this car so appealing over the phone we switched directions and headed to Chicago instead of back to Tennessee. We walk into this waiting area that is wonderful. Such a relaxed atmosphere! Offices immediately off of this area. NO pushy salesmen just Barry and Afrim. There are several people in the waiting area (later found it was because they too bought a car). We spoke with Barry about the car and he takes us out to see it. EXACTLY as he described - probably better actually! There must have been 40 cars in this showroom, and all of them to die for (Vipers, Mercedes, Cadillac's...any high-end car you can imagine). We do the walk around, inspect, inspect some more and than decide that we want to test drive. Barry handed me the keys and my wife and I went for a drive. What a beautiful car! Now it's time to finish the deal. OMG, how easy was this?! Told him the price I was willing to pay and there was no beating around the bush. Flat out - SOLD!!! Next guy to deal with is Afrim, the paperwork guru! He made this feel like you were just visiting a friend. Before we knew it, I had the paperwork and keys in my hand and was being told "congratulations" by both him and Barry. What a breath of fresh air to deal with two men who actually treated me like a human being, knew what they were talking about and didn't have to lie to make a sale! Would I recommend these two? YOU BET! And if I am ever in the quest for another car, you can bet I'll be calling these guys FIRST!

M3 out of State

A quick internet search of the car I wanted directed me to a few dealers in the upper midwest, some of them in the Chicago area and a few very near me in the Detroit area. I found two M3's, oddly very near each other in North Chicago. iCars Chicago, and another "Traditional" type multi-store/brand dealership. The other dealer never even responded to me - twice! Bud I did receive a review request for them a couple days ago which of course they flunked very badly...! Barry at iCars responded right away, and we negotiated pricing and trade and took a deposit all over email, some of it after business hours while I was traveling around the country for work. Most dealers won't operate this way, especially the dreaded " American style" dealers who trap you in a cubicle then work their "magic" of scribble confusion, delay and "test-drive-and time commitment tactics".... They are so stuck in the past, and the high end dealers like BMW/Mercedes/ Porsche/ Audi, etc. amaze with Multi-Million Dollar facilities in glass and chrome and often shower you with Espresso drinks and even wine and anything else you may want to "sweeten" the upcoming heart attack when you get the bill for your new car. If I want wine or a Late, I'll go to a bar or coffee shop. If I want a good deal on a car without all the fluff, ( which you're ultimately paying for as they have to pay for that slick 8 figure facility), I'll talk to Barry and Afrim. They know their stuff, they know their cars and they understand how to operate a modern-time internet dealership with a central location to view their extensive inventory. Their shop is like a huge garage full of nice cars to drive, the type of garage many enthusiasts would love to have. It was edgy and utility and I liked it greatly as there was no wine bar, no espresso maker and no slippery salesmen running to snag you in seconds. Just nice cars to choose from, all perfectly detailed and ready to go. ( And there were some very nice cars in there !) I drove to Chicago, 8 hrs. R/T to buy my M3, and I think it was a wonderful experience. They are easy to talk to, were upfront with any issues or questions about the car and it's previous life, and we were in and out and off to a great lunch recommendation from Afrim within an hour and a half, including the test drive ! So it's fast, easy and efficient since much of the initial communication is online, the selection and decision process is largely complete before arriving in Skokie. This process eliminates the car buying traps of time management and delay, so you can work out a deal on your terms and timeline if you're out of the area which is what made this possible for me in this case. The car was as advertised, and Barry was quick to remedy misplaced manuals with a simple email. Good guys, good business, easy going and fast! No more 7 hour processes at traditional dealerships with espresso and a HUGE check to write !

BMW M5

I'm a bit younger and people tend not to take me too seriously when you go in asking do you have any BMW M5's. I walked into the dealership knowing which car I wanted to check out. Barry assisted me throughout the way. They are not a traditional dealership. They aren't trying to screw you over basically. Their cars are top of the line and they give you a fair price. They are laid back and there is no pressure on the buyer. So after Barry showed me the car I pretty much fell in love on the spot. I purchased a BMW M5 within two hours. I've seen a dealership haggle for two hours alone. I plan to buy my next car with them. Apart from having quality cars they are genuinely great guys. If youre looking for a luxury used car I highly recommend iCars Chicago, owned by brothers Barry and Afrim. After weeks of searching for a used Maxima with low miles I was tired of these deceptive tactics used by countless rude used car salesmen in the area. That all changed when I called iCars Chicago. I actually called for the first time about 40 minutes after they closed on a Friday but Afrim picked up the phone anyway and was there to help. First thing he did was tell me about any flaws the car had (all were very minor), because he wanted to make sure he wasnt wasting my time if I were to come out and see the car. Right off of the bat I realized these guys have a good work ethic and speak the truth. Next thing I did was look on here to read the review about this place. After seeing they had a nearly perfect 5/5 stars with over 60 reviews I was convinced that this was not possible as I have never seen a product or service online where every review is positive. I spent the next 30 mins reading nearly every review in order to get a better understanding of what made iCars so special. I was so impressed with how iCars does business I decided I was going to show up at their dealership the next morning. The environment there was friendly and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car. There was no hidden costs with the car and I was offered more than a fair value for my trade in. There was no pressure to use their financing or buy an extended warranty from them even though they made sure I was aware they had those services available at my request. These two do business on another level not frequently seen today. These are car guys at heart, not salesmen, and will work around the clock for you returning all calls and texts. All car buying experiences should go this smoothly. I found the car that I wanted at a reasonable price at a no hassle dealer. Barry was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want to go to an old fashioned car dealer then iCars is not for you, but if you want an enjoyable experience go to iCars. Even after having the car for two weeks or so I had a problem with the navigation system. I brought the car back and Barry got right on it and reprogrammed the Nav and took the time to familiarize me with the system. Barry along with his brother Afrim are a rare find in the auto industry, honest and caring.

With that comes the opportunity to deal with many different dealerships. I can say without exception that Barry and his team at icars Chicago, are among the best in the business. I knew that I was in for an exceptional experience when my first inquiry (which by the way I emailed to them on a Saturday night at 9 PM) was answered in less than an hour by the General Manager (Barry), himself! In a world full of unscrupulous business owners, overzealous salesman willing to pawn their integrity for the next commission check, and general unchecked consumerism finding a trustworthy establishment these days, particularly in the used car industry is becoming exceedingly rare. Such was my dilemma when, thanks to a freak hail storm, I found myself suddenly in the market for a new vehicle. After months of browsing local car lots, aggressive sales pitches and awkward test drives and burning through terabytes of misleading internet ads and emails, I was honestly ready to just buy a bus pass and call it a day. Finally I found the car I was searching for (Audi RS6, not that it matters, but it's a rare car to find with low miles in decent condition) at a price that actually fit my budget. I always approach these things with a healthy dose of skepticism, the old maxim "if it's too good to be true,it probably isn't" ringing in my ears but from the very start I could tell these guys were different. They responded to every inquiry promptly and honestly, fully disclosing any known flaws and defects and went way out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. As I was out of state, this a was particularly complicated transaction but Afrim and Barry were nothing short of heroic. From the inspection, to shipping, to securing a good price on an aftermarket warranty (an absolute must with that car) the whole process was smooth as a the freshly paved highway I used for my inaugural drive upon receipt. Afrim in particular was tremendous in not only facilitating the sale and transition of the vehicle, but also followed up with me in the weeks and months thereafter to simply to ensure my satisfaction. There was no ulterior motivation for him to do that; the transaction had already been completed and I live thousands of miles away, but he did it anyway simply because he is a good person who recognizes the uncertainty and expense of buying a new car and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. With the popularity of internet shopping, there are literally thousands and thousands of places to purchase a vehicle nowadays (and I swear I've dealt with damn near all of them in my latest quest) but I can honestly say I don't think I could have done any better anywhere else. Afrim and Icars Chicago is that breed of old-school dealer going slowly becoming extinct. The rare diamond in a collapsing coal mine that is the current state of corporate business. Take it from me. I'm as critical as they come and, though I've found my dream car and don't intend on getting rid of it anytime soon, if ever I find myself in search of another vehicle, this is the first place I'll look. i purchased a 2005 escalade from these two brothers. When i begin my online search for this car this was first one i looked at.i tgen looked at dozens more but came back to them. Most dealers talked to you once and if you didnt say yes right away they pretty much forgot about you. these guys called me at least 10 times to follow up. I lived 3 hours away and didnt have to the time to drive all over to look at escalades. When they finally told me if I didnt think this was the cleanest car on the market they would pay for my time and gas. When i arrived I was greeted by three people. I took a 5 minute look at the car and said i will take it. every thing they said on the phone was true. Quality car, first class service and an indoor showroom. When i called them 1 hour later and said the owners manual was not in the car they send me one within 4 days.I seldom write review but i had to on this purchase, A family member took me to pick up the car and she even said this is were she will come to purchase her next car. If you dont shop these guys for a Luxury cars you are making a HUGE mistake

Truly went the extra mile (not just their slogan)

Recently I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from Barry and Afrim from out of state and I have to say I am very satisfied at their passion to make you happy. I feel these guys want to make sure you'll consider them down the road and don't just consider your experience with them as a one time deal (even for me as an out of state buyer). For instance, after I had finished the buying process and it was about time to deliver the car, the guys recommended to me to get a new battery on the vehicle before it was delivered. I agreed, but the repair shop that replaced the battery also triggered some unrelated, unforeseen issue on the vehicle after they added this new battery. At this point I was thinking the problem was going to be mine but Barry and Afrim went the extra mile to make me happy by taking care of the issue and ensuring I had no worries and no cost to me. They put their money where their mouth is and really try hard to make it right for their customers, so I was very impressed. They also took care of any concerns I had, being an out of state buyer. That included them taking care of everything, including taking care of fixing one issue on a part that the repair shop forgot the check when they tried the fix the issue I mentioned above... even after the car was delivered to me out of state! Yup, they took care of the cost to ship the car back to fix the issue and ship it back to me. They took care of everything to get it right. I feel these guys really made every effort they could to make sure the process went smoothly for me and for that I am very grateful of what they did. Next time I need to buy out of state I will remember to look for them and recommend them to anyone I can and hopefully this review can help you decide to give these guys a look because you can do much worse elsewhere.

I had searched the internet for days to find an Audi S5. After coming across this one at iCars Chicago, I was at first a little hesitant since I have purchased all my vehicles from large dealerships. I read the reviews and couldn't have agreed anymore with all the happy customers! Barry and Afrim have made my car buying experience a memorable and smooth one. I was in and out within 30 minutes and I drove almost 3 hours to pick up this beauty! When I first inquired about the car, Barry said it was in excellent condition except for a scratch in front lower bumper and some curb rash. He said that they had planned on fixing these minor issues anyway. Who tells a perspective client what the "flaws" are of the vehicle to begin with but reassures the buyer that they would be fixed prior to sale?? I have dealt with many dealers and when I have purchased used cars from them, it was "the way it is", no touching up, no fixing this, etc..... Barry and Afrim were true to their words and were extremely easy to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future for my soon to be 16 year olds first car purchase. iCars Chicago, a truly remarkable buying experience. I had been searching for a 2003 to 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG for months. These are high powered cars with loads of technology that are near the bottom of their depreciation scale. The acquisition price is now reasonable but the maintenance costs are astronomical. Many cars I looked at had serious issues that had not been dealt with. One dealer even offered me a test drive in a car where the ABC suspension had completely failed. That car should have only been moved with a tow truck to a repair facility. I stumbled upon iCars Chicago one evening while searching the Internet for an SL55. When you enter the facility you walk into a nice clean comfortable lobby, where I was met by Barry. I told him what I was looking for, we discussed the car, then he lead me out into the showroom. This is where the "remarkable buying experience" starts to happen. The showroom is bright, the floor is so nice it reflects, dozens of super clean cars in perfect rows, neatly parked. Barry continues to give me details about the car as we walk over to it. He advised me the car had just arrived, I know I've been watching the internet every day for months. My first impression was this is a great looking car, the ideal color combination with low mileage. This is when Barry sent me for a loop, he said let me show you what this car needs! I thought car salesmen were supposed to divert your attention from the needs and keep you focused on what you want. A small piece of trim on the bumper was broken, gas cap latch did not work properly, navigation disc missing, no books, the memory function on the driver seat had failed and a warning light for the consumers battery, these cars have two batteries. These are all minor issues with a car of this caliber, I just wanted to take it for a test drive. The car pulled strong, 496 hp, drove straight, shifted smooth, and braked hard. Returning the car to the indoor showroom we took another look around the vehicle and discussed money. Was it the least expensive vehicle that I had looked at? No! With this type of car you get what you pay for or you end up paying for what you got. I was going to be traveling for the next couple weeks and Barry stated he could have everything resolved, including a couple of spots in the leather that were showing age, by the time I returned. He even agreed to keep the car inside if weather was not advantageous for me to drive home when we finished the deal, I live about 100 miles from the dealership and winter can be brutal in this area. Barry called and sent text messages regularly over the next few weeks as the car issues were resolved. When the day came to get the car the weather was good, the streets were dry, I handed them a check, we shook hands, took a photograph and I drove the car home. Barry and his brother Afrim are car guys first, and that passion shows in the vehicles they offer. Did I receive a fair deal on the purchase, yes. Will I recommend them to friends, yes. Will I purchased from them again, yes. iCars Chicago, a truly remarkable buying experience.

2007 Porsche Cayman S

This was the first time a bought a car in a different city without seeing it in person. I could not find the car that I wanted in St. Louis so I expanded my search. Barry and iCars made it super easy and the communication was terrific. I knew where we were in the process every step of the way, the photos were spot on and there we no surprises when I recieved the car. By the time we agreed on the price, which was right before the weekend, we were able to complete all the paperwork and my car arrived a week later. I felt it was a fair deal, I was treated respectfully, communication was terific and highly recommend iCars.

Easiest way to buy a car.

For my 21th birthday I wanted to buy myself a new car. Barry and Afrim had the car I've been dreaming of at the right price. Since it was my first car that I was buying myself, I was scared to even walk into the dealer. Was this gonna go wrong and this and that. Nothing went wrong. They were so polite with me and handled everything with ease. They took care of everything and while I was waiting they showed me all the cars in there inventory The way they handle business is the way everyone should handle business. In a few hours I drove off in my new Mercedes with the biggest smile on my face and I will defiantly be back there when it's time for another car.

refreshing buying experience

This is the way business should be done - two brothers building their livelihoods based on how well they exceed customer satisfaction. I purchased a beautiful Jeep Wrangler which seems out of place in their luxury car showroom but the Jeep is obviously the 'king of jeeps' in Northern Illinois. These guys don't put mediocre cars on their showroom; it took all of about 5 seconds for me to realize that they only select high-end reputable cars that are in high demand. Their service was refreshing as I had spent an hour at a traditional car dealership earlier in the day. I'm a former Marine, and I pride myself living by a set of ethics and values - these two brothers came across to me as being ethical and honest in helping me decide on my purchase. To be honest, I know all car dealerships are focused on aggressive sales tactics; the difference is that they guys won't trick you or basically 'lie' to you in order to get the sale. I'll probably only ever deal with this kind of 'boutique car dealership' ever again; I loathe the idea of ever setting foot in a traditional car dealership ever again.

My 3rd car from the guys at iCars Chicago....

I am on my 3rd purchase from the guys at iCars. Three years ago i was looking for a black on black 911 Turbo Porsche and could NOT find one anywhere in the country for my budget or with fair mileage. I looked for 3 months. I met Afrim, the owner, who located one locally for me within 3 days and it was perfectly priced. So well priced that i barely lost any money when i traded it in for my BMW 750li just a year later. He found me an M-sport 750li that i wanted with 28k miles. A pure gem. This past July 2nd i purchased my 3rd dream car, a 2009 F430 Ferrari Spyder. Red with black interior. Super rare! I am a car lover at heart and there is nobody i would ever give my business to other than the guys over at iCars Chicago. Especially when i buy higher end cars every 2 years. They hustle for you, give you the best trade in prices, connect you with the right financing and have proven to me to be the most honest car guys i have dealt with. I just won't go anywhere else. WOW! MUST READ!

I think we are all a bit skeptical when we buy cars, even more so buying them over the internet sight unseen. Its even harder to judge the character of a sales person over the phone or email. Which is why what Im about to say is VERY IMPORTANTthis is where iCarsChicago really separated themselves from ALL of their competition! From the first time I made contact with them on the phone, I spoke to Afrim and he impressed me. He was the owner of the dealership, picked up the phone late in the day, and answered all my questions himself instead of pawning me off on one of his underlings. He was so friendly, he said I could call him any time if I had any questions about the car and he gave me his cell phone. A few days later, as I started to get into more of the specifics about technical questions, vehicle history, additional photos, etc. Afrim introduced me to his brother Barry. Barry was also an owner and while Afrim concentrated mainly on financial aspect of the business, Barry focused more on the specifics that related to buying and selling the individual cars. Again, I was impressed. Barry knew the car well, better than all the other sales people from all the other dealerships I was working with and he too was unusually easy to work with. He said the same thing to mehere is my cell phone, call me if you have any questions about the car. I wanted to do the best I could to make sure I wasnt being sold something but was actually getting exactly what I was shopping for. Literally every question I asked, every photo I requested, every piece of supporting evidence (vehicle reports, warranty info, etc.), Barry responded within about a minute. To make me even more impressed, Barry volunteered before and after photos of a piece of the body trim kit that he was taking upon himself to have repainted because it had some signs of wear on it. What dealership do you know that would have been honest enough to tell you without asking and show you the before pictures because they werent trying to hide anything? Also, I didnt ask him to do that, he did it himself so that car would look perfect. Another thing that amazed me. Obviously they knew I was shopping around for the car. On one of the cars I asked a local shipper for a quote and Afrim told me that was too high and offered to help me ship the car for less even if I didnt buy it from them! I mean come on, what dealership would offer to help you save money on a car that you are not buying from them?! When it came down to the final few cars, negotiating the final sale, some dealers wouldnt take my car as a trade in. Others, wouldnt allow me to make a deposit with a credit card. Barry and Afrim made it so easy for me, I knew I had to stop shopping and buy from them. They took my car as a trade, let me use the credit card for the deposit, matched the lowest price I could find on a similar car, and since it was still under warranty they agreed to take it to the local Audi dealer for servicing/inspection before they sent it to me. I could literally go on about how amazing both Afrim and Barry were for a while. Barry drove to meet me half way so I wouldnt have to pay for shipping. After they sold me the car, he called me personally to make sure I was happy with it. He offered to help me get a third key because I needed to sacrifice one for the remote start since it was a stick. A few weeks later I called him with a question about transferring over the warranty to my name so I could be covered if anything went wrong with one of the upgrades. Barry called the company himself and found out the cost, process, etc. They are not just interested in selling you something, they kind of become friends with you during the process and after as well. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone considering a car purchase. At the very least, you owe it to yourself to call them see what they can do for you. All in all, a GRAND SLAM!

Where do I start.. Well purchased my BMW recently and I must say yhat I'm extremely happy with it. Jason in sales was very helpfull and not pushy like many other dealers I worked with were. Their inventory is not your typical used car dealer, trying to sell you garbage. Most of their vehicles are luxurious but if you have specific vehicle in mind yhey can get it for you. Once again, great staff, customer service and very nice and clean .

Purchasing my 2000 BMW M5 from iCars Chicago was the best car buying experience that I have ever had, hands down. No pressure salesmen. I prefer to take my time, walk around without being followed. Especially when I'm not sure on a make/model. Some may attempt to capitalize on ones timidness. Specifically dealt with Afrim, who had told me to walk their floor and to let him know when I saw something I liked. Typically "the car" just feels right and I appreciated that he read that about me immediately. So anyway, I knew that I wanted a mid-sized SUV for my wife, nothing specific in mind. Saw their prestige, ended up really liking everything about it. Did some research and found an Audi dealership in Highland Park asking 8k more for a comparable car, that's when I realized that I may have walked backwards into a real good deal with iCars. At the end of the day, I felt like I paid a fair price and my wife loved the car. Winning over here. Lastly, the facilities were clean and well kept. All the guys seemed really personable, laid back while still remaining professional. Am happy with the terms of the financing. Great guys, awesome car

I work in Chicago and live in Vermont, I decided to by an Audi S5 from iCars Chicago and drive it home. I had a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system on my trip home, which caused a flat. I was driving through a snow storm in Cleveland and was only 5 miles from my stopover, so I decided to continue driving the car on the flat (probably a mistake). Turns out the flat was caused by the tpms problem (stuff happens). Ruined the tire. iCars bought me a new $285 tire no questions asked. They stand by their products. Very friendly and helpful guys. Great experience.

2011 BMW 335i xdrive

I searched tirelessly for 2 months trying to find the best combination of price and quality in a 2011bmw 335i x drive. I finally came across a beautiful car at I cars-Chicago. I was admittedly nervous buying a car online just from photos. Barry at I cars-Chicago was very helpful He described the car and any minor imperfections that were on the car so I knew exactly what I was getting. Outstanding service and extremely professional

I had never purchased a car sight unseen previously. iCars was professional, calm and extremely prompt with communication. Since the vehicle had to be shipped, they located a shipper exactly as promised and followed through timely communication on status of shipment. I wrote a review (see below) on 11/02/2014 describing a negative experience I had at this dealership. After posting the negative review, I had a positive experience with the dealership and in an effort to provide the whole story, I am updating my review. Put briefly, the negative experience stemmed around a comment to the effect of "it is company policy not to allow test drives unless you are going to buy a car today." After posting the review, the owner of the dealer called me. The owner was very professional and courteous. He started off by saying that I was entitled to my opinion and that he apologized for the negative experience I had. After speaking with the owner, it sounds like the negative experience I had was based on a miscommunication. Based on our conversation I am comfortable saying that this is likely a good dealership. Anyone can get mad about a bad review and call to be rude and ask you to remove the review. It takes true professionalism to read a bad review and call to apologize and explain that there seemed to have been a miscommunication. The owner extended an open invitation to return to the dealership for the chance at a more positive experience. Because of what I perceive to be true professionalism, I would not hesitate to return to iCars Chicago to shop for a vehicle. In sum, if iCars Chicago has a car that you are interested in, I would recommend going to see the car. Assuming my negative experience was an anomaly and that your experience will be more similar to my phone call with the owner, you won't be disappointed.

Great Experience

My experience with ICC was an unexpected great experience. I was in the market for two specific types of vehicles. One for my wife and the other for my son, that just recently became a licensed driver. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail that Afrim and his staff takes when selecting there inventory. In the past I have purchased vehicles from companies that were simply passing on someone else's mechanical problems. CarFax is only good if each vehicles are documented. That is were I feel ICC provided me with the greatest service. They had one of two of the specific vehicles in stock at there Skokie location. Once I advised them of the other vehicle I wanted along with the price-point, mileage and accessories they took less then one week to locate it and had it delivered to their dealership within 2 business days. What was very appreciative is, I was under know commitment to purchase the vehicle if I in fact did not like it. They were able to do my due diligence on the vehicle on my behalf without me having to do anything. I did in fact purchase both vehicles with warranties at the money I was willing to spend. On one of the vehicles they were able to offer me a better finance rate then I was getting from my own bank! Very, Very pleased to say the least. I have read many reviews on many dealerships with stories that were positive but probably unlikely. I hope whom ever this review reaches that they take this postive review as one of reality. I would highly recommend ICars to anyone.

Smooth and relaxed car buying experience

I stopped by iCars to test drive a 2008 BMW M3. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the cars located in a well-lit and very clean showroom. This gave me the opportunity to really look over the M3 top to bottom. Jasin my salesman gave me as much time as necessary to test drive the car, even getting it up to speed on the nearby Edens Expressway. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase at that moment. Definitely not the typical used car games of sitting at the sales desk while the salesman has to talk to the manager. It was all smooth and effortless. Working with Afrim, I was able to negotiate a fair price and close the deal in short order. On the drive home, I experienced a minor engine issue with the vehicle. After contacting Afrim about the problem, he assured me it would be taken care of. I brought the car back the following Monday and it was immediately taken across the street where their mechanic was able to correct the issue while I waited. It was all very professional and I couldnt be happier. I would definitely suggest you give iCars a try if youre in the market for a quality used car.
