IN LOVE WITH MY PRIUS

I have never seen anyone in the car industry that was so patient and knowledgeable (and I know I could be a pain in the b***). Ziv took the time to explain every feature and detail in the car. I have been driving my Prius for a month now, and it is the best car and experience buying it, I have ever had. I just love my car :)

Great experience!!!

Ziv was great. He took care of everything on time, as we had discussed. Made sure my car was ready for the test drive, had the autofacts for me for review, dealt with me on price, and took care of the purchase details (paperwork, timing, etc..). Called my lender, insurance....perfect work. A little weird dealing from the back of a plaza, and the small hallway office, but overall, great experience. Car could have been cleaned out more thoroughly for me upon pickup, but the car was such a good deal, I planned on doing a thorough clean up on the interior anyways.

Took great care of me, explained everything step by step. Professional approach all the time. Ziv showed me a few of the Toyotas in stock and they were all in top shape. Ended up buying same day after two weeks of searching for a car, I wish I came across this place earlier.

'06 Honda Civic

I had a great experience buy a car from IBY Autohouse. I was in a car accident and totalled my car and needed a new on fast. Ziv was able to arrange a time that worked for me to come and see the car. He was very helpful in answering question and let me take the car out for a drive. I ended up purchasing a very nice '06 Honda Civic. The interior was immaculate and the car was in great shape overall. The purchase was very smooth and Ziv was very helpful with the details. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him anytime!

Bought 2 cars from them and both were reasonably priced and required reasonable amount of repairs over the next few years.

2006 Hyundai Sonata

I bought a 2006 Hyundai Sonata from this dealer in late May. Car was in great shape considering it was sold to me at a wholesale price. Ziv was very easy to talk to and the transaction went very smooth. He's a small, independant dealer who sells decent cars at very low prices. By the way, my daughter was involved in a head on crash and totalled this car in late June. Thankfully, her and her friend were able to walk away from this horrible crash with very slight injuries. The car probably saved their lives with its strong safety cage and air bags. I definitely would buy another car from this dealer!

Great buying process

The easiest purchase process I have been through yet. Came in, test drove, put a deposit, picked up the next day in 15 minutes or less. Very satisfied with my Sienna van.

Hybrid Lover

Drove 200 miles to buy a Prius, talked to Ziv on the phone and car was as described. Priced very reasonable and in great shape. Would recommend any day.

Good service to begin to close the deal was bad.

When we asked for a explciacion about dent on the front bumper, is annoying too, including voice went up, I think it is not necessary that customer relations, doubts can be clarified talking quietly.
