I49 Auto experience

Off the highway, this dealership seems very small. However, pulling into the lot they have quiet a few used vehicles. Being a first time buyer, they made the experience rather relaxed, there was no pressure. Every single question I had about the process, down payments, financing was answered and answered well. They were throughout about the paperwork, as well as adamant about finding a bank to finance from. Most of my experience was dealing directly with Josh Parsons the owner. He displayed detailed information about the vehicle, as well as all other vehicles in its class that are on the market, and amongst his competitors. Overall they were flexible on their hours allowing me to ask questions and weight my decisions. It wasn't the typical pre-owned sales man dance, neither was it the big time pressure sales men at a larger dealership. I've been driving the Silverado that I purchase for over a month with no major issues, the truck was clean, and well kept when test driving. The purchase/sale was rather straight forward (I'm the crawl under the truck type of guy looking for problems) I'm sure if they're was issues they would honor their customer and repair the vehicle. However, there was no issues upon sale. Well after the sale, I got an alignment. Overall, I would recommend them, and will definitely keep their inventory in mind as I search in the future for another vehicle.

Amazing Experience

They were great to deal with. They scheduled an after hours showing for me due to work schedule. Price was fantastic to start and was well below other dealers with similar vehicles. Highly recommended!

Good Experience

I was looking for a used car from this dealer and was a little skeptical of the lot when I first got on the lot. I was greeted well and shown the car that I was looking for and then took a test drive (by myself-which I enjoyed). I was not overwhelmed by the office, but enjoyed a visit from the friendly dog. Everything is geared toward a low overhead. I came back the next day and took the car to a mechanic - which took much longer than wanted - and they were good with the amount of time taken. Both Josh(s) were very willing to offer me a ride or even take the vehicle to the mechanic. When I came to pick up the car, the paperwork went smooth and quick. They even had a detail man working there that day and they fixed my ride's bumper. Thank you very much for a smooth buying process and a good used car.

Great experience with I-49

Overall a great experience buying a car from this dealership. I don't respond well to the typical "used car salesman" mentality, but I-49 was completely different. Everything from the test drive to the final purchase seemed focused on making sure I had the best possible service. Even after I made the decision to buy Josh identified a minor issue that he wanted fixed before I took possession of the vehicle. Very pleased with the service and the BMW I purchased from I-49!

Awesome place to buy a quality used car!

I was looking for an inexpensive used car to commute to work. After searching most of the large and small dealers in KC, I-49 had the best deal on a low mileage one-owner Cobalt and they priced it $800 BELOW book value. The owner (I forget his name) and Josh were extremely knowledgeable and curteous. I will buy from them again. Thanks!

Very easy van purchase

Purchased a van from I-49 and was very impressed with the condition of the vehicle and how easy they made it to buy. They were very honest and allowed me to test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted. My new van runs great and I feel like I got a very good price. Only took about 20 minutes to do the paperwork.
