My wife bought a Hyundai earlier this year. It is a fine driving vehicle. When I began looking for a new SUV I had a few cars in mind. We stopped at one dealership prior to our visit to Hyundai of Orange Park but we did not speak with a sales rep. We arrived just at dealership opening and were welcomed by Joe Plourde, a personable Sales Rep. who showed us several vehicle options. He took the time to tell us what kind of financial deals we might expect on each vehicle and significant features we might find interesting.A few hours later, we were driving our new 2017 Tucson off the lot fully satisfied with the product and the relationship with this dealership.

Before going to Orange Park, I did shop around closer to the area I live. However, I was not happy with the type of service I was getting. My husband and I shopped around Jacksonville online with what we looked for and thought Orange Park was a perfect match for us. We decided to take a Saturday and visit. I stated from the very beginning I wanted a fully loaded Elantra Limited with EVERYbell and whistle. I was never offered the Ultimate package which is what I really wanted. I was lead to believe I was getting it and when I got home and reviewed the owner's manual, I see I do not have the features on my current car that are listed on the website. I signed a blank sheet of paper for a survey and my sale person said he'd fill it in later. He never went over the nav system, or pair my phone or even showed me where the service dept is. I'm willing to bet my "survey" does not reflect that since it wasn't completed by me, just had my signature.. Also, I was never once told there was a complimentary trial for Blue Link. Not once. A few days after purchasing the 2017 Elantra AND the 2016 Accent, I received an email telling me my account was not complete. After calling the Blue Link phone number listed in the email, I was then told I had to contact the dealer. I contacted the dealer and was then I told I had to make yet a 3rd trip (2nd trip was to collect the manuals and extra keys that were "locked up" the day of purchase) to have the account set up. The phone lady, after I explained that I should not have to make a long drive for the 3rd time due to dealer error finally said it could be done over the phone and my sales person could do it. My sales person was off so I was told to call the next day. I call the next day and no answer so I contact the dealership again and asked for a manager. The manager finally got my sales person to take the call and the saleman admitted (while eating his breakfast on the phone) he just didn't set up the account. This would not have been a big deal if he apologized for the oversight but he didn't. He truly had no intention and the attitude of he just didn't care. It was a smack in the face considering I purchased 2 brand new vehicles. Also, taking 2 weeks to send a payoff, costing the customer additional interest on a car they are no longer in possession of, is just bad business. In this day and age of banking, our trade should have not taken as long as it did to payoff. This is my 5th Elantra (and first Accent) in 15 years. I can honestly say this will be my last because of this experience. I'm so very sad that I didn't truly get the car I wanted (and mislead on which smacks of a UDAAP violation) nor treated as well as I was with my 4 previous purchases at another dealership.

The only thing I knew about Hyundai was it was an affordable, dependable brand to select as my twin sons first car. Little did I know how much this dealership stood behind their brand, their product, and their reputation. After an expeditious process of acquiring the lease of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, I thought we were smooth sailing. Unfortunately, after having the car for a little over a week and 150 miles, the car didn't perform as expected and had some minor technical difficulties in addition to an unlucky mishap as a tree branch fell on the trunk making a small but noticeable dent. Victor Hanania and our sales person Victoria were shall I say...victorious! After further review of the car, the situation, and the fact that the car only had 150 miles and was in their service bay...they decided to exchange the lease for another new 2017 Elantra with equivalent features at no additional cost! From having a less than desirable first week of driving the Hyundai Elantra to being completely 'wowed' by the dealership's commitment to excellence, I must say that I am a customer for life (and I am a tough, critical consumer and Mom). From sales to service (thank you for keeping me calm and connecting me to Hyundai Road Side Assistance), our experience was positive and professional. My parting words to Victor Hanania of Hyundai of Orange Park was "thank you again for going above and beyond as I will see you soon; remember my boys are twins!" Guess I will be leasing a second Elantra soon from Hyundai of Orange Park!

Love the used 2014 Jeep Wrangler I purchased from Orange Park Hyundai on 8/5/15, however, did not receive the soft top advertised as part of the package. It is written out on the window sticker as well as showing on the web site as an accessory for this vehicle. They dismissed it as they should monitor what is listed however, they don't have the ability to remove this since Jeep came with hard top. Did not make any sense to me and the minimum cost for one is around $350. Dissappointed with their dismissal of something that was advertised and their responsibility to deliver to customer. Their solution for this is they would offer "their" costs when I was ready to purchase.

We contacted the dealerships internet center and requested a quote for a Hyundai Accent with the popular package to include everything except tax and tag. They did and when we got there everything was fine we had financing but agreed to let them try. When they came back the price was $3000.00 higher than agreed upon. When we started to leave and question them about $1300. of stuff in trunk and a $895.00 Dealer fee we asked why was this not included before. We originally went looking for a used car to supplement our 2-car family. We then started looking at new Elantra 2017 models due to excellent incentive programs and 0% financing. After being allowed to take home and test drive several models with no sales pressure, we ended up with a new 2016 Sonata Limited to add to our 2008 VeraCruz. We truly ended up with the best car for our needs and got more than we expected for our money. There were only two things that I found disconcerting. First of all, the price of the used car was originally around 200 a month. When asked to compare with new, they were both said to be 230 a month. Secondly, there was some high 5 gesturing as we walked away, which some might view as unprofessional. I reached out to Hattie Bramlitt as two lights came on in my car. I knew what one was, but not the other. She responded right back and told me to bring my car in and I did. I got here and she pulled up the computer and advised me I had a recall on my car. She took my car right back. She let me know I had a nail in my tire and they would patch it, and the part would have to be ordered. Hattie was to get off at 6:00 but stayed here,until they finished my car at 6:30.
