My wife has always dreamed of owning a Mercedes or BMW, and the time was finally right!! Our salesman, Andrew Schwan made it surprisingly easy. Having had to deal with other dealerships, and sales people in the past has always been a hassle...They would always have to go talk to their boss to budge on evey offer!! It was truely frustrating with the going back and forth!! Andrew, however, was very knowledgeable about what he was selling, and never once pushed us to go with one model or another...He was totally understanding, and quite patient while looking over all our options....and the running back and forth was almost omitted...Just one check with his supervisor was all that was needed!! We weren't planning on buying that day, but everything just happened to fall in place with the price, trade in value of our other car, and not to mention the BMW warranty and all that goes with it...Mercedes...not so much...BMW really goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and they continue to make you happy throughout the ownership! If your ever in the market for a BMW see Andrew Schwan!! Thanks BMW of Lincoln!! Surprisingly easy!!

I was looking for a used vehicle and made sure to check out Husker Auto Group because I have heard of their excellent customer service. I worked with Lindsay Brummer, a client advisor, and had a fantastic experience. From my initial inquiry to the completion of the sale I felt nothing but respect. Unlike previous car purchasing experiences, I never felt pressured into a purchase. The trade-in value for my vehicle was very fair and the they were good at working on price with me. I would highly recommend Husker Auto Group to all my family and friends.

Just awesome customer service all around from start to finish! This is my 2nd time leasing from Husker BMW. They have great selection. I really enjoyed my purchasing/leasing experience. All of the staffs were very knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with, and very helpful! I will continue to do business with them.

The car was delivered to my home save and sound just in a few days after purchase, even before the payment (personal check) was clear. Excellence! I have purchased many BMW's from Jeff at BMW of Lincoln. He has been there many years and is always available to answer my questions. He even drove out to my home and programmed my garage door opener. I am on my third BMW from Jeff and look forward doing more with him. Service is always easy to work with as they always have a free loaner for me when my service is due. Keep up the good work.

I had reached out to them about buying a car listed and they were very response by e-mail and phone answering every and any question that I had. I explained that I was out of state and would fly in to inspect the car and buy on site. They pressured for a $500 non-refundable credit card deposit which I filled out and sent it. Two separate individuals (a salesman and the sales manger) said they would get right back to me with details and a receipt. Thinking we had a deal, and being prepared to forfeit the deposit should I change my mind I purchased a non-refundable one way plane ticket to go. When they never got back to me I called several times - leaving messages and I never got a response. I learned only by rechecking cars.com that they had sold the car out from underneath me without a courtesy call. I checked and they did not charge my credit card for the deposit like they said they had - but I am out the cost of a plane ticket to Nebraska. At several times and stages in the process they acted unprofessionally and unethically. I have bought many many cars and if they operated in such a manner on the marketing and pre-sale side, I'm sure that there were misrepresentation on the vehicle itself or a re-trade awaiting when I arrived.

Had to have a few repairs done to my older BMW 328i. Dealt with Amy in the service department. She quoted me 1500.00 to do the repairs. I called two other shops and got competitive quotes of 950 and 1088.00 Called Amy Back and she said that the lowest she could do the repairs for was 1300.00 due to the fact that they guarantee their service and use factory BMW parts. Made sense to me, So I asked if she could throw in an oil change which at Husker Auto BMW Mercedes runs 175.00, she said, she could do that so bottom line I figured my repair costs to be 1125.00 using factory parts and I had the oil change. To Make a long frustrating story short, when I arrived there on Saturday morning to get the car, after waiting 30 Minutes to even be acknowledged, the bill was 1500.00 as originally quoted. The young lady that was helping us was extremely rude and said that there was nothing that she could do and that was that. I refused payment due to the information that I had received from Amy on the phone. So she stepped out and called Amy. She then comes back in and says that Amy stated that she never said that. after 30 minutes of verbal abuse, I ended up paying 1300.00 and my credit card was thrown back at me by the female service manager, and in a snide way she says have a nice day sir. I will never, recommend this BMW dealership, service department, or anything else with the Husker Auto Group Name on it to anyone. This is a HUGE buyer beware. Do not do business here.

This was my 2nd purchase at this dealer within 2 months. I traded a car back to them that I had bought used because I really wanted a new one instead w/ more options. They met my price and trade value objectives and were very competitive with several other dealers. They helped locate the car all the options/colors I wanted, then dealer traded for it. I also test drove several cars there during the "un4gettable" event. The car arrived as promised with no issues, and the numbers all were as agreed upon, so delivery was quick. Some extras were not available when I picked up the car, but they did ship them as promised. I would purchase here again, and was happy with the deal.

I bought a used BMW 3 series from a 3 hr drive away. The car met all of my expectations, and the descriptions, and was as the questions were answered. The deal did not change when i got there, and my trade was valued as stated. Minor details: Car could have been a little cleaner, as there was some sunscreen on the leather, but it was removed quickly w/ a micro fiber cloth. I later found an electrical connector unplugged on the exhaust valve, which made the exhaust louder than it should have been. This was easily corrected by the local dealer, but should have been caught in their CPO inspection. Overall, I was happy w/ the experience and purchase.

I was dealing with the BMW/Mercedes dealership of Husker auto group to purchase a used vehicle. I had several phone conversations with a sales person and two different managers and had an agreement to purchase site unseen as I live eight hours away from the dealership. I drove down to pick up the vehicle and sign the sales papers and the vehicle did not have several features that it had listed and claimed to have. 100% false advertising, and the worst part is they vehicle is still online with the same description included all the features it does not have. Do not trust anything you hear or see from this dealership.

Called about a car they had for sale. 2 questions, and it turns out the advertised options are not on the car. When I asked to get a call back - he said "definitely". I guess they are waiting for a sucker. Coincidentally, the price of the car jumped over $2,000 the next day!! Buyers beware!!

I dealt with Bill Lawyer with BMW of Lincoln (part of Husker Auto Group). I live in Dallas and communicated with Bill via phone, email, and text before flying up to Nebraska to purchase a used BMW 128i. I flew in to Omaha and Bill picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership an hour away in Lincoln. He was very up front and honest with me throughout the process, and when we arrived the car was exactly as advertised/described. I left the dealership in with no regrets, and felt good about the whole process as I headed back to Texas in my BMW. I would recommend dealing with Bill to anyone interested in a pre-owned BMW.

I emailed this dealer to maybe trade my Ram in for a used Jeep they had. Received one phone call from them, sent pics of my truck as the salesman requested. Received an email said he got an approval for the trade in and he would call me shortly. Never heard from them again. To me that's poor customer service and just a lack of caring. Overall I'd say if you can look elsewhere, I would.

I've been Mercedes shopping and Jessica has been very prompt and professional in replying to my inquiries and the car I'm considering seems a very good value and honestly described. Normally I would not post a review based on just browsing, prior to buying, but the other couple reviews on Cars.com are so stupid that it seems unfair the dealership has a one-star rating as a result. I will update this review if I buy the 320C that I've been considering.
