I just bought a new Honda Odyssey EX-L from Huggins Honda. It was the best car buying experience that I've ever had in that there was no pressure, and the salesman Romah Pugh was very upfront and honest. I thought that the finance team was helpful too. Most importantly, I felt good about the purchase. There have been times when I felt like I had to take a figurative shower (to wash away the sleazy feel) after buying the car, but this time, it felt like a fair deal.

Great experience purchasing a very good, used car for my high school driver. Justin showed me several options and stayed within my price range. He was excellent when I brought my daughter in to look at and test drive the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to close the deal. Negotiated a great price and then, worked even harder to get us smoothly thru the purchase and prep process. In and out in under 2 hours with a beautiful car. I will definitely come back to see Justin for our next upcoming car purchase.

First, I need to tell joe at Huggins That I'm sorry it's taken this long to write a review here. Second, Joe and the management staff at Huggins are phenomenal. They are compassionate and helpful. My husband and I are expecting our 3rd in a couple of weeks. In October we went looking to see if we could find a minivan for growing family. After listening to our story and what we had available to put towards the car, the employees of Huggins worked to get us approved for our 2007 Honda Odyssey. We love our vehicle and will be driving the 35 minutes up there to have the vehicle serviced there because of how wonderful the service was both in the used car department and the business office. After an accident I was in need of a car and FAST!! The only help/recommendation I had was Ed Wallace channel 4 Fox and Fort Worth Star Telegram> I started at the "new" car entrance and Sheri found me "lost and confused". She quickly put me at ease and re-routed me to used cars, BUT she did NOT abandon me. Because I was comfortable with her she guided me, told me what I could qualify for and found the perfect car for me. Then I had to wait on insurance, when I met Yvette. She also held my hand, took time to learn about my situation and came up with a solution that worked best for me. Both ladies were helpful and great to work with.

This was my first time at this dealership and also first time buying a new car. I have bought a used car at a dealership elsewhere and the transaction was not nearly the same. At Huggins we were welcomed in with big smiles. Our salesperson Sheri, who was working with Romah, was so so friendly and answered any and every question. The process did not take as long as I thought and the dealership had a snack bar which was really nice.

I began my search for the Honda Odyssey using Huggins website. I was interested in the Honda Odyssey because of its capacity to hold three car seats comfortably in the second row. I began an online chat regarding the Odyssey and was directed to Sheri Ballard. Sheri heard my concerns and we met to look for ourselves. Sheri helped my husband put the car seats in one of the vans in the showroom. We experimented with the widening seats and were very impressed with how comfortably the car seats fit.Sheri was very thorough and showed us every feature from front to back as well as the different trim packages. Sheri was very professional, informative, honest, friendly and warm. It was very apparent that Sheri heard my concerns for family in vehicles. Sheri never pressured us and was a pleasure as we purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Sheri was the best and in fact we plan to work with her again in the very near future for a second vehicle for my husband.

I usually dread buying a new car because of the hassle and the time it takes to go through the process which in the past has meant spending the majority of a day at the dealership. This time, however, was much different. The sales crew (Sheri and Kelly) were knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and made the experience pleasurable. This was the fastest car buying purchase I have ever made and I have bought many cars over the years. There was no haggling over the price...no 'let me take it to my manager and see what we can do'. I was given a walk-out price before I even stepped foot on the lot which got me in the door and eventually earned my business. Would I go back to Huggins Honda? You bet! Would I recommend to all my family friends to purchase their next car from them? Absolutely!

I took my Honda Fit for an oil change at Huggins...NO LIGHTS ON NOTHING...Waited over 2 hours..Service Guy came back ready to go..then said oh wait..you have a Check Engine Light On..Let me take it back and check it..THEN came back..SAID you need Spark Plugs..do you want to get them now..I said NO..he cleared it and light went off..week later came back on..I called...waited for Service Guy to Call me back..NEVER DID..Called again..SAME THING..Two weeks later...light goes off..week later came back on ..car lost power...I parked it..Called a local shop that I know owner..took it in..Mechanic SHOWED me as he looked for the issue....Spark Plug was almost completely unscrewed out of the motor...LOL..Mechanic was in shock..HE SAID WHO has been working on your car BECAUSE A SPARK PLUG DOES NOT UNSCREW ITSELF IN A 2011 HONDA...LOL..COST ME $500 to get it fixed..HMMMMMM..WONDER HOW IT CAME OUT? LOL..HUGGINS SERVICE DEPT IS A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS...PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE..IF I HAD DRIVEN MY CAR JUST A LITTLE FURTHER..THE ENGINE WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY DESTROYED..STILL PAYING FOR THE CAR...LOL..HUGGINS HONDA SERVICE IS PURE CRAP! ALSO BEEN WAITING FOR AIRBAG REPLACEMENT FOR OVER 6 MONTHS..NO PARTS..NEVER CALLED ME AFTER TWO CALLS TO ASK ABOUT THE AIRBAG..NOTHING..

I purchased my very first new car, a 1992 Honda Civic from Huggins. So after returning to Fort Worth after being away 12 years, and needing a new car. I set about doing research as to price and of course, Yelping all the Honda dealers in the DFW area.I found that Huggins had competitive pricing. I located a gorgeous white CRV with a good price and emailed the dealer. My salesman, Matthew Nunn, responded timely to my inquiry. He sent the out-the-door price. I wanted a CRV that had limited fancy stuff and I got exactly what I desired.He worked with me with my stubborn husband on a price for our trade-ins. He came very close to the amount my husband wouldn't back down from and the husband agreed to it. The rest was easy-peasy.Matt is a wonderful fellow, very personable and charming. Not pushy in the least which is good as my husband has had horrific car-buying experiences in his 70 years and was prepared for a nightmare. Matt made the entire experience pleasant and even my hard-to-please husband was happy.Our financing was processed by Juan Medina, another wonderful young man, very well-spoken and charming. I'm old so charming works for me. He explained all the financing options and got us a great rate.Overall the experience was seamless and pain-free. We drove off in our new CRV and we are very pleased.

I recently visited Huggins Honda to replace my wife's Honda Accord with a Honda CRV. Gustavo quickly found CRVs within our price range and offered recommendations. He was honest to suggest the best car for us and he took time to make sure we felt confident about the decision. We purchased a pre-owned CRV which we both love. With one owner, and no accidents, I feel very grateful that Honda sold it to us at a good price. Afterward Sales Manager Jason showed us further courtesy which topped off an already awesome experience. My wife and I both felt valued and understood by Gustavo and the staff which was incredibly important to us. I highly recommend their team when in need for a vehicle!

When I started a search for a 2016 Honda Accord, my e-mail Blew Up! The only internet sales manager that responded to my specific request with the "out the door price" so I knew exactly what dealer equipment was involved and total price. There was no need to shop around because Kelly was willing to trade out of state to find the color I wanted. Another dealer closer to me told me that color was not available in the region which I later found out was not true. There was no sales pitch of "extras" at closing so it was easy and done in no time.Kelly spent a lot of time going over how to operate the features and essentially did the initial set up for me so I would be comfortable on my fist drive!

Be mindful of your car when bringing to this dealership for service. It may sit in queue for 20-30 minutes before any work is started. I have taken my car here since I purchased it here in 2011. An oil change, multi-point inspection and wash has generally taken 30-45 minutes in the past. Today however, it sat in the service bay for at least 20 minutes. I checked back periodically and when it was nearing an hour, I asked to have my car returned so I could leave for work. After speaking with the Service Manager, he assured me customers appreciate them taking their time and the attention to detail. "Our customers would rather us do it right and not rush". Today, the service department certainly didn't rush, except when it came time to drain the oil and replace the filter in 12 minutes flat. This was after I asked to have my car back (before any service was performed). In addition, no multi-point inspection was performed and car was not washed. The best part, I have my service history records signed and completed indicating that those services were in fact performed, yet the service invoice specifically states it was not complete. Everyone has a choice where they take their business. I am choosing not to give it to Huggins Honda any longer.

I hate buying cars, so I go into the process with a bad attitude from the outset. Since I only do this every 5 or 6 years I accept the fact that I'm not as good at the game as the dealers are. So, I don't even play the game. I put it out there that I'm looking for a specific Make, Model, etc and I ask the dealers that call to give me their best out the door price for what I'm looking for. Huggins (and a couple others) did that for me. Several dealers would not do that. The price I was quoted by Huggins was the best one of all I received and they put it in writing. Their price beat the Truecar "great price" by quite a bit, so my wife and I got up on a Saturday morning and drove to Huggins. Our internet sales rep Romah did a great job making us comfortable and helping us through the process. There were no surprises and we got exactly the vehicle (model, color, etc) that we wanted and discussed over the phone. The whole process took less than 2 hours and was stress free. Did we get the absolute best price that we could have....who knows, but it was a very good price based on everything I've seen and it was such a smooth process that I would have paid more just for that. Thanks Huggins!

Bought a car for my daughter. I asked the salesman if we could replace the battery as it appeared about 3years old he said they would if it tested bad. We drove the car home and it stranded us the next day. We were 2hours away from NRH so the sales mgr said tow it to a local dealer to have the car tested come to find out it was the battery they did pay for repair though. So overall a good experience.

I felt really deceived and pressured into buying a lemon. I asked to see other cars that after my money was approved was told there were no more cars on the lot to fit my needs. I have two tall girls and asked for a family car. Does a old 2005 Mustang fit the profile? It's raining in the car and I seriously think there is something wron with the breaks. I have taken it back to be worked and have asked over and over for paperwork showing what they've done but I'm only getting word of mouth and have yet to get a work order verifying. I am very unhappy on this decision. I am poor and struggling and gave them 1500 leaving other bills unpaid because I'm in need of, to get to work. It's raining today and my heart just dropped wondering what in the xxxx will I face on my way to this car today.

We were searching for a through the NADA website. Buying cars is rarely a pleasant experience. I found a beautiful 2009 Honda Accord that is pristine and bought it sight unseen we had so much in Justin Walker's recommendation. He is a very honorable man, and we are so glad we did it. The car is absolutely beautiful. It's 7 years old, with 56,000 miles and looks like it's right off the showroom floor. I have a car that's only a few years old and this car looks newer than mine! Not a single scratch on it - I don't know if they repaired the dents on it or if the people never got a dent on it! Anyway, all I had to do at Huggins was fill out a few forms and write a check for it. What a very smooth transaction! I would definitely go to them the first time the next time I buy a Honda!

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite at the end of December 2015. The salesperson and sales manager responded fairly to competitive pricing information we were able to provide as well as to our need to have certain warranties included with our purchase. We felt that we got a very fair deal. A couple of weeks after purchase the van we noticed a star-crack in the windshield. Upon attempting to have it repaired, we learned that the damage was done before we purchased the vehicle and had already been repaired. Months later the damage spread to cover a third of the windshield. Although my insurance agent doubted that the dealer would do anything about it since glass damage was not covered by the warranty, the dealership actually had the window replaced, and split the cost with me. A brand new windshield only cost me $150, replacement labor included. I call that standing behind what you sell. Thanks Gus!

We came to the dealership to look at a certified Honda Accord. They were 1 of 2 in the metroplex with a certified 6 cyclinder EX-L Accord. Talked to Gus before coming in and he met us once we arrived. He answered all of our questions and was our "lawyer" when it came time to talk to the "judge" during negociations (thanks Gus!). Purchased my vehicle with the assistance of Kelly Denham in the Internet sales department and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was provided with an out the door price from the outset and it beat every other dealer. I did not find any other dealer that would give me an out the door price without first coming in to the dealership. I have two kids under the age of 5 and dealing with the Internet sales department saved a ton of headache with having to manage two kids in a dealership. If you have had a bad experience with a dealership it is because you did not go to Huggins. Other dealers will try to get you into their dealership by saying that they will beat another dealers offer but I doubt that they have the follow through that is found at Huggins. At no time did Huggins pressure me to buy a car from them even when I dealt with the main floor sales staff.

When I purchased a NEW vehicle from Brad Moore he said when I upgraded my phone to a iphone to bring the car back and he would set the phone up for my use in my vehicle. I called and made an appointment with him and when I showed up he was not even there. They sent out another dealer who knew very little about setting up the phone in my car. I never received any call back from Brad. I called one of his managers and he said that he would get the situation taken care of. GUESS what never heard back from him either! Yesterday, I met with Kelly Denham in hopes of purchasing my first car at Huggins Honda. I had been very honest that I was looking at other dealerships, because money is a critical factor for this endeavor and I wanted the best deal I could get. On mentioning this, Kelly moved from discussing "why you should buy from Huggins" to "reasons you shouldn't buy from the competitors" in a very unprofessional manner. After this disheartening introduction, it took him 45 minutes to locate the Civic model I was interested in. During the two-minute test drive, he didn't know basic information about the car that I inquired about, but I learned later at another dealership. Near the end of our meeting, I asked him to appraise my current car, but he said he couldn't because of the time constraints. Instead, he used this time to show me their brand-new building for their dealership. Frankly, this was a waste of my time, because the car is my priority, not a building I will never return to. During this time, he should have considered talking more about the civic and why their offer is the best. At the end of our meeting, he told me, I "shot myself in the foot," by telling him I was looking at other dealers at the beginning of the meeting. This was the nail in the coffin. My issue wasn't with the price offer, but the lack of professionality and class of the salesman. After this, I went to McDavid who matched his offer with an upgrade and a competitive trade-in value. My recommendation would be to take Huggins non-negotiable offer to other dealerships, because it will either be matched or they will have a lower offer. I do not recommend Kelly as a salesman at Huggins Honda.

He made sure I knew how the process worked, he took the time to explain to me how they do things compared to other dealerships, he made sure I was getting a fair price compared to other prices on the same vehicle I was looking at, and he complimented me, which helped, even if it was a sales tactic. We recently purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia from Huggins. Gus Rodriguez was my salesperson and he was awesome. So we take the vehicle out of town the next day and the check engine light comes on. I immediately call Gus, and he puts in a ticket. We also had some other issue pop up as well. I dropped the car off at the service department with the list of things that we monitored. So once they did the inspection and saw the CAT Converter needed to be replaced they stopped the inspection because that part was under GMC warranty and they couldn't touch it. The service department also seemed very intent on trying to fix as little as possible even though we were under warranty and had the car less than a month. After getting the car fixed at a GMC dealership they came back with a list of items they thought needed to be fixed or corrected. At this point I am ready to have a few words, but I calmly met with Gus and he brought the issue to his manager Kody Farmer. He took the car back in, and made sure that the car would be thoroughly checked out, and put us in a loaner car until then. I finally felt like I didn't have to defend myself for a car I bought from them. This situation could have been better, but it also could have been a lot worse.

Back around Christmas of 2015 I was in the market looking for an SUV, test drove Highlander, Pathfinder, Santa Fe and Pilot 2016 model. After quite a bit of research we decided to get the Pilot, the dealer from where i test drove did not even bother to contact me to know if i was interested in buying, i went to few other dealerships in the DFW area to look at other Pilot trims, dealers were not willing to let us test drive if they did feel we would buy the vehicle on that day. Finally we decided on a trim and started getting some Internet quotes, again none of the dealers were willing to quote a price, most of them would call and say it is either MSRP or above. I requested a quote from Costco and got a call from Kelly Denham from Huggins Honda, he was very straight forward and quoted me a price on the phone and followed up with text messages and said the savings are more than Costco, i did some more research to make sure he is giving me the price that Costco would offer, he was right, the price was better than the Costco by few hundred dollars.Again, just for the heck of it, i reached out to dealers in Austin, SanAntonio, Houston and OKC, again the same thing, no one would give me a price or would not even bother to call.I felt Honda is losing it's reputation on the customer service front, i strongly feel Honda Dealerships are not too far from being rated the worst dealerships while they have best vehicles.Coming back to Huggins, i met Kelly, he was very professional, we agreed on the price and other things, due to the high demand of the Pilots, they had to do a factory order and asked me for a deposit. it took 12 weeks to get the vehicle. Nothing has changed in pricing since i first met Kelly and he gave me a written quote. He called me when the vehicle arrived, we were there for less than 1 hr 30 mins. But i was not satisfied with their finance guy. I highly recommend Huggins and Kelly Denham.CAR BUYING SHOULD BE LIKE THE WAY HUGGINS HONDA TREATS IT'S CUSTOMERS.

Thank you to Service Advisor Michael Harvey. I brought in our CRV for a perceived brake issue. In fact the actual problem was an issue with a wheel hub and striped lug bolts caused when I had the tires rotated at a local tire store. Michael contacted the local tire store and informed them of the issue and worked with the manager of the local tire store on my behalf, leading the cost of needed repairs to be paid for by the local tire store. My 2008 Honda Odyssey was due for an oil change and periodic maintenance, so I scheduled an appointment with Mike Harvey at Huggins Honda. I bought this car as well as a new CRV last January from Huggins. All past service on my Odyssey had been done with this dealership, so I was expecting a stress free experience. And I wasn't disappointed. Mike went out of his way to ensure that I all my needs were taken care of. He was courteous, efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. And the new facilities are first rate. Lots of comfortable rest areas, very spacious, and the snack bar was very reasonable and good. I had an excellent breakfast burrito for only two dollars. I would say this was the best service experience I've ever had.

I purchased a Honda Civic EX-L from Max Easley. Max was very courteous, honest and made sure we were comfortable with everything as the process unfolded. Max let us control the pace of the buying process, he never rushed us and answered every question we could throw at him. Max also took a lot of time explaining all of the features this car has to offer. He checked for understanding and went into detail as to how to use the Android Auto and Honda Link features with the car. We knew we were going to purchase a car and took our time. We tried out the service department a couple of times at this dealer and a couple of others. The words "honest" "caring" and "dealership" rarely get used in the same sentence, but Huggins has a winning combination. If you want honest answers to your questions and feel like you are actually appreciated, go see Max at Huggins Honda. But I want to say my experience with Max Easley my sales representative, in particular, and the other people I met at Huggins Honda made this a very pleasant experience. Max, I believe, is very honest, straightforward, and was helpful without being pushy. He lets you buy (without being sold). Purchased my 2016 Pilot and had me ready to go same day. The vehicle had just come off of the truck so it needed prep. A very busy Saturday for the dealership but they got it done. The purchase process was smooth, delivery of the vehicle was delayed due to availability. There is an issue with the radio that Honda Corp. is working on that still needs to be fixed. We are dissappointed in the heated seats, they do not provide constant heat and the heating element does not really heat the back of the seat which is what I like best. Our 2004 Isuzu did have heated back and that's why we wanted them on this vehicle.

Huggin Honda is awesome. I worked with Nav Singh how gave me a price that was 3K below what dealerships in Austin were offering. Nav is patient and honest in his dealings. Huggins pricing seems to be much better than most other dealers. While other dealers try to price gouge you for new models, Huggins provides a fair price and is more interested in providing a satisfying experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a Honda.

Like most, I have an intense dislike for the haggling games of most dealerships when you're a walk-in. So I decided to email a bunch of Honda dealers to give me a price for a CRV EX. Huggins recommended in their email response that we ask all of the dealers to get a "drive out price," with all the costs, fees, and options included, so we know what the total cost will be. After we got Huggins' price from Stephen, we went into another Honda dealer to see if they could beat it. We were warned by this dealer that the Huggins price would surely change when we got there, and they were stressing how much trouble it would be "for a few hundred dollars" to go through the whole process again. But the price range they were throwing out wasn't even in the same zip code as the Huggins' price. So off we went to Huggins. Stephen didn't flinch or try to upgrade or play ANY games with us. Gave us many color choices as well. Very smooth experience from start to finish.

I took my car to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I did not have an appointment and was ready for a 3 hour wait as the facility looked as though it was fairly busy. Oil change, tire rotated and 2 different air filters changed and I was out in about 1 hour & 40 minutes! Staff is very polite and even verified to see if my car was one that had the air bag recall, thank heavens it wasn't. Thank you for quick service!

In just over three years, I have purchased four (yes, you read that right...FOUR) vehicles from this dealership. Two have been new and 2 used (to replace cars that became, well, inoperable for one reason or another. The other two were trade ups and I dealt with Nume for both of those sales. Ironically, I also had an infant with me during both of those sales. Nume and all the other staff I had contact with were so amazing and understanding of my situation BOTH times. In the past, I have had awful experiences with male staff at car dealerships talking to my husband or my grandfather instead of ME. I have walked out of more than one dealership and told anyone I know that they should never go there. Not Huggins. Car buying can be a time consuming process, but the staff at Huggins are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel as comfortable as possible. They have a lovely new showroom and, overall, they are just dedicated to their customers. Their service staff is very professional and friendly as well and will take great care of your car and tell you honestly if you can get a better price elsewhere.

I made an appointment online and took it in the next day. I had a coupon, as I am a registered customer. I was able to use the courtesy shuttle, as it was projected to take a little longer than I wanted to wait. The driver was very nice on both rides. Fred called me and reminded me that the next major service was coming up in a few thousand miles, and that the related hoses and belts were starting to look worn. He gave me price estimates. I said I needed to call my husband and get his advice. My husband said to wait on it until he could take a look. When I called back, there was no pressure whatsoever. He said they would get it finished up and send the shuttle back.

I feel like they gave me a fair price for the package after getting a couple of quotes.However, it was clear that the "additional items" that were going to be needed once they had the car in the shop 1) were in part caused by the work that was done 2) did not provide any labor credit for duplicate work 3) included additional duplicate charges for work that should be included as part of another service that was required. They power steering hose was not leaking prior to the work or if it was it was definitely not leaking to the extent it leaked after the service. (the evidence was on my garage floor). If they caused the issue to worsen they should have offered to replace the hose at no additional labor or at a minimum provided a reduced labor for this item (Estimate was $377.06 and parts are around $150). In addition they wanted to charge me to change the power steering fluid ($114.19). I had to have my power steering pump replaced last year due to a common factory defect at Huggins. I would have thought that the fluid would have been replaced during that service and/or included in the cost to replace the high pressure hose. To Charge almost $500 while the had everything apart already is not reasonable.While there were a couple of other service items that may have been legit (spark plugs due for replacement and valve adjustments). I did not feel comfortable with the charges outlined. I would much prefer to pay a little more for dealer to do the work but decided to go to a local mechanic that I know is not going charge for duplicate work or items.
