Mark Wright and his staff are an exceptional team. Markeis Howard is an exceptional salesman. No only did he take time to explain all options to me but he did it a second time with my husband. He made us feel very comfortable with all the options and understood all that was available. Once we decided on what we wanted, Tiffany jumped in and helped us wrap all the financing and trade in as well as choose best options for us on financing. This was all done with such finesse. The professionalism shown by this dealership exceeds what we have experienced in our past by far. We would recommend Hubert Vester Honda to everyone!!

Wow! What a great experience I just had at Hubert Vester Honda. Found the perfect vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time due to a wonderful selection of vehicles. The sales consultant was incredibly professional and courteous while not being at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions he didn't lie abut it. He just said i'm not sure, but I will find out. Once I had found the vehicle and agreed to the fantastic price which was incredible easy as well, I went in to the finance office where I met Chris Pearce. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient and we had a great time. I don't normally get additional coverages on my vehicles such as extended warranties and maintenance etc... but after talking to Chris and him explaining the benefits and all the money I'd be saving I found myself wondering why I hadn't purchased these coverages in the past. Needless to say, I am enjoying my vehicle and I look forward to buying all of my cars from Hubert Vester Honda in the future. Perfect Buying Experience!

Dropped off my 2015, Honda Pilot at 8:30. Got a call from service letting me know what needed to be done to fix a concern I had about my Pilot brakes. The brakes were fixed, oil got changed, and the wipper blades replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Awesome service, great customer service, a 5 star experience!

This is our third Honda from Hubert Vester. We live in Wake Forest - we buy in Wilson 45 minutes away because Hubert Vester Service is second to none. He was never pushy nor did he constantly call / email me to see if I was ready to buy. He gave me all the information about the vehicle and left the choice up to me. Vester goes above and beyond normal expectations and out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. The service department was a pleasure to work with as well. I looked at a Piot for a long time. spotted a nice onee here. Decided to check it out. Brin Fischel was the sales rep. good guy. Knows his product. We met on a price without any knashing of teeth. Unit is certified. Had an issue with the battery wich was handled in a most expeditious manner. Service Manager Heith Cummings brought the battery to my house and installed it. How could anyone expect better service?This is my second purchase frm Vester. The first being in 2005 when I bought a new S2000. Since then Vester has always treated me and my vehicles with the utmost respect. For me to say that is a rrealcomplement becasue those who know me know how particularr I am about my rides.Yes, I would indeed buy from Vester again.

This dealership has serious issues and I would never buy from this dealership again. I drove from out of state due to them having them the car I wanted and the price that was fair. When I got there I was greeted by Douglas Bell who was the upmost professional. If it was not for him this deal would have never happened. Mr. Bell and I went to see the car in the shop due to it having a dead battery ( not a good start to making a deal.) That is when we discovered the car had body damage and needed to go to a body shop. Mr. Bell quickly found another car that would meet my needs. This car had serious water spots on it and Mr. Bell worked very hard to get the car right before delivering the car and didn't give up after the first try. The sales manger on duty and Internet sales manager offered no help in getting the car ready for delivery. I was told by the sales manger that I would just have to live with the water spots and then blew smoke in my face (Not Cool). When I got to the business office I found the prices was higher that what agreed on with the internet manager Ann Furgason. After some conversation I agreed on a price and moved forward. Only because I drove from out of state and needed to get back home due to it was getting late. Kristie Williams also did a good job at working to make this deal happen by answering my questions and buying my lunch. I found Ann Furgason to be very evasive with her answers to my questions and I felt like she was not truthful with what answers I did get. I have left several messages for the owner Rodney Vester to discuss this with and have not once received a call back after several months. On a side note...Mr. Bell left this dealership due to how they treated their customers and employees. I would buy from him again due to his dedication to his job and customers.

George Myers is fantastic to work with. He made my car purchase the easiest that I have ever experienced. I contacted Hubert Vester through Cars.com, received an email and a call within 24 hours, spoke with George and explained what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. He called me back in 15 minutes and told me what he could do - it matched what I was looking for perfectly. I drove out to Hubert Vester Honda and a couple of hours later I drove home in my new car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will return the next time our family needs a car and I will look for George specifically.

Very dissapointed with one of sale or finance managers this guy was not willing to work on a deal even though i was ready to purchase he was dead set on selling at his price no negotiating everyone else did a real good job would have loved to have purchased vehicle we all really liked how the detailing dept took care of same it would have beenva great family vehicle but this guy ruined it for us.

In my search for a blue Honda Pilot online, I found one at Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson, NC. I submitted a request for information on a Saturday night, and was contacted early Monday morning by Anna Ferguson. Shortly afterward, salesman Brian Fischel called me. He made the whole purchasing process easy. I live an hour away, so he handled much of the business part over the phone, and had everything ready to go when my husband and I arrived. We took a test drive, signed the paperwork, and we were done. I have to say I have never had another salesman do such a thorough job of going over all the options on the car with us. Brian was friendly, helpful, and made the car-buying experience much less stressful.

I was told that I could choose either .09 or 1.90 rate at 8:30pm on a Fri. night. I had a hard time believing since it was late, but the salesperson said that initially we could not get the lower rate but he told them to call back and look at how we paid and they did and we got approved and we could choose from either .09 for 60mo or 1.9 for 72mos Then we were called on sat and told that we were not approved for the lower financing but another rate that was not too far away which I thought was ok. I just don't like being lied to.

My buying and service experience was excellent in every way. Felt as if I already knew the internet manager as we had corresponded by telphone and internet. Arrived at dealer, test drove several vehicles decided on my purchase and from that point on I could not have been more satisfied. I had an issue with my accord, had an appt. in Raleigh with my mechanic the next day to get it fixed because my grandson was purchasing it...the service dept. took the accord in, checked the issue. I left the accord with Service Dept.on Thursday, August 30, repairs made and accord delivered to my home on Friday afternoon by 6:00 p.m. I live a little over an hour away. There was no cost to me for the repair. Everything was done very professionally and I am a very happy customer and my grandson is a very happy young man with the accord.

I recently leased a 2012 Honda Pilot EXl from Hubert Vester. I originally started out as a buyer rather than a lease - but after some expert guidance from my sales gal, Janel Buckingham, I changed over to a lease. From the first conversation to signing the papers Hubert Vester staff - which included Janel, Mike, Davy (Sales manager), Craig and a few other names I've missed - I was treated exceptionally well. All questions and concerns were answered when they came up. More importantly the entire staff treated me like a valued customer. They work at building loyal relationships rather than quick and easy sales. At the same time the prices points they offered were very competitive - and in most cases were below what other local dealers were offering. I'll add one other item: I live in Wake Forest but Hubert Vester is in Wilson. Wilson is a good 50 minutes drive from my house. There are 3 Honda dealers within in 20 minutes drive. I visited all three - two didn't acknowledge me until I decided to leave - even then it wasn't until I was getting into my car. I choose Hubert Vester directly because of the high level of customer service skills on display.

My mom in her 80s needed a car after her 2000 Mercury Sable was totaled. My brother drives for her, and they wanted a dependable, economical, but not small car. Because of her age and difficulty with mobility, I did internet shopping for several vehicles and dealerships to view. I set up an appointment but arrived at the wrong time. The agent still saw us, and although the vehicles we had seen were sold, she found a just arrived trade-in that worked. I set up most of the deal and paperprocessing over the phone, as I live in another town. They delivered the car and final paperwork to my mom. The extra service in special circumstances made all the difference. Kudos to the Vestor team!

I don't understand the first review. It is now over 5 years old so maybe Hubert Vester Honda has changed their business practices. All I know is that when I first asked for a quote on a new Accord, the price they quoted me was significantly less than other area dealers. No hassle, no haggling necessary, a superb auto purchase experience!
