Very efficient in making my car right. The front end needed alignment and another small issue needed repair and Tim Langley made sure that it was corrected. I love my 'new to me' car. Everyone was very nice. The video email from Christin Cox is the only reason I actually came to your dealership to start with. I had been searching for a 2012 cadillac SRX for over 6 weeks and had seen the one at your dealership but did not go take a look until I received her video message in an email. We drove in from Wendell, NC and this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Hubert Vester Chevrolet. We called ahead and someone was waiting to meet with us upon our arrival. It was a great experience. Our Salesman was Mack Vester. He's been around for a while and it was great dealing with him. I told him what I wanted and what I needed and he worked very hard to make it happen. We drove away with the car and we are very happy with our purchase.

All the staff we dealt with were wonderful. We saw a few vehicles on their website that we wanted to look at, called, and when we arrived at the dealership they were at the front door, ready for a test drive. The finance department were very accommodating, all our questions were answered (and we had a lot!) and overall, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I LOVE my new car and have no doubt that I will have a long term relationship with Hubert Vester Chevrolet!

I greatly appreciate my sales person Johnny Kent. He was very professional, went above and beyond, and the respect and kindness is the way all salesman should be. The only issue I did encounter was with Alex with my financials which I still feel is not correct. He was a fast talker and did not make since and I feel he's gotten over on me. But I understand now he's no longer working for the company.

The salesman did a great job explaining everything to us. He was friendly, courteous and informative. The only thing I was disappointed with was we purchased the car on Friday and on Monday we took the car in for some service and we mentioned some paint damage. When we went to pick up the car; we were given a touch up kit to repair the chipped paint ourselves.

I chose the number 6 because of my reservation as to the friendliness of some of the staff at Hubert Vester. As I sat in the service area, several Hubert Vester employees came through this area and had conversations with some customers, but spoke to the other customers . Not one Hubert Vester employee uttered a single word to me. When I first arrived the people at the service desk were very polite. But once I entered the waiting area, the employees walking through that area treated me as if I were invisible. I've purchased six vehicles from Hubert Vester Toyota and Chevrolet, between 2004 and 2015. It was not a comfortable environment for me during the wait time of this visit.

I had to take my 2013 Equinox in because the check engine light kept coming on. They ended up having to replace the computer module so during the three days they had my car they provided me with a brand new loaner car. I love dealing with that dealership they are always so friendly and helpful. It is just an inviting atmosphere and I always feel comfortable there

Eddie Brinkley was the most helpful salesperson I have ever delt with. I made use of the website in choosing my SUV. Because I was out of town, my husband went by, talked to Eddie (whom he has bought 2 cars from before), drove a possible choice, and relayed the info to me.
