This is the first new vehicle purchase I have ever made. I live in Colorado and called Anisa to see about buying my first new truck. She told me to look at the website, we picked out the truck and guess what? She drove it out to me. 1300 miles to be exact. She took care of the paper work. It was a little confusing since it was an out of state purchase. But when Anisa finally got the correct documents sent to her it was a smooth process. I could not be happier.

We went to Hubbard Chevrolet to look at a vehicle we read about online and ended up in an even better one that we fell in love with! Thanks to Debbie, she understood our likes and dislikes about vehicles, had great advice and showed us 3 vehicles that were exactly what would fit our needs/wants. We chose the GMC Acadia! And what a ride! We Are Very Happy! Debbie gave us our space and didn't just 'try to pull us in the office to make a sale' (like our last experience when we bought our Chevy Colorado in Oregon City). We highly recommend her and the friendly staff there as they are very professional and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I was impressed! I Googled looking for a specific Chevy Colorado within a150 mile radius and only two came up Hubbard was 149 miles from us. We contacted Hubbard first they were so quick, friendly and efficient that we easily came to an agreement. They had the vehicle and papers ready for us to sign when we arrived and had us back on the road in a very short time. Hubbard Chevrolet is the ONLY place I will ever buy and that is in part to one person. Bill Lively. I just purchased my second vehicle from them in two years and yet again Bill is the most amazing person I have ever worked with. This was an incredible experience. We called in and told them what we were looking for. Bill was incredible. He got exactly what we wanted down and said he'd do whatever he could to help. He called and let us know about a couple of rigs that night have worked and when we said they wouldn't he never pushed, just said "ok, I'll find a better one". We were incredibly specific about what we wanted and Bill found exactly what we were looking for. He was straight forward about the pricing and trade value of our vehicle without us having to even set foot on the lot until the day the car showed up. We went and everything was exactly what he said it would be! The paperwork was ready for us when we arrived and it was the easiest, smoothest, hassle free process I've ever experienced. I worked in the industry for nearly 10 years as a salesman and manager and after several frustrating attempts to find cars at other dealers this was by far, hands down the best customer service of them all. I'll never buy from anyone but Bill Lively again. Thanks Bill!

OK Folks, if you want to buy a car the way it SHOULD BE, you really need to make the drive to beautiful downtown Hubbard Ore. and visit this dealership!! COUNTRY BOY BILL LIVELY, and his wonderful sales team, are experts in small town friendliness and making sure you are a satisfied, returning customer. No glass palace and slick suits with high pressure sales spiels, that will 'turn you" for asking a question.......Not these folks.. Have bought 5 rigs in last 6 years and will ONLY buy from Bill, and Hubbard. At the age of 10 years old in 1965 I was with my Pa when he bought a new Chevrolet truck from a small Chevy dealership in eastern Montana. I never thought in my lifetime I would say that I enjoyed buying a car! I have always dreaded the hassle, hated dealing with the haggle of the car price, and I've typically always walked away from buying a car as dreadful. I have to say buying from Hubbard Chevrolet is the single best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone there was super nice, no stress of purchasing a car. We live quite a ways away from the dealership but we found this truck online. When we went out there to test drive we needed to hurry back to see our sons game. They let us test drive the vehicle to the game and when the game ran late and I called to tell them, they stayed late for us to come back to return the car. Which was past their closing time. They went out of their way with NO PRESSURE! When we purchased the care it included detail and leather treatment and I don't know the mans name who detailed the car but he did an outstanding job! I would drive the 45 minutes to have it detailed there again! Thanks to everyone there, Stacy, Bill and the man who detailed the car you were all fantastic and would recommend you guys to anyone!!

We keep our vehicles long term so do not have a lot of experience with car dealerships. We do,however, recognize integrity and honesty and felt comfortable working with this dealership and in particular our sales person, Debra Bower. The follow up after buying was amazing and the continual feeling of being valued as customers goes on and on. We bought the truck we wanted not one a dealership wanted to sell us and we feel that we also received a fair value for our trade in and the overall negotiations we again feel were fair and easy. We had gone to other dealerships while looking for our Silverado but believe that Hubbard Chevrolet was our best and fairest option.

I want to Thank Bill Livley for working with me on the new purchase of a 2015 Silverado. This was not the usual situation and I need to explain to all. I have bought 5 different vehicles from Hubbard in the past 5 years and have been very happy with all purchases. In August of this year I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado High Country with a 6' 6" bed. It was a beautiful truck and I thought I was given a very good price. After 3 months of driving it and putting over 6,000 miles on it, I decided that I wanted a short box truck that would fit in my garage. I called Bill and explained my situation and what I wanted to replace my truck with. I figured this was going to cost a lot of money to change trucks and I would not have blamed the dealership or Bill. To my great surprise Bill told me that he would take the truck back and find me a short box that I would like and that would fit in the garage. I now have a new 2015 Silverado Z71 that is absolutely beautiful and without having to pay any additional money. I cannot thank Bill Livley and Hubbard Chevrolet for bending over backwards to make me one very happy customer !!!

I wasn't 100% satisfied with a recent car purchase only because of me not checking a few features on the car.... so contacted Bill again and asked him to see what he could do so I would be this time. He jumped through every hoop he could to get it all worked out in one day. I trust him enough we didn't even test drive it or go look at it in person. Just knew it would be the right one and he made it happen. So appreciate his attention to detail and hard work time after time. And now I'm in love again with my red Traverse!!!!

Honest and forthright sales crew. Stacey was AMAZING and patient with my antics. Bradey also was great. Overall experience was a solid 10!Car shopping can be somewhat taxing, especially when you have credit issues or are indecisive when it comes to making a purchase. Stacey did a wonderful job bringing me along. Zero pressure. Seriously. I never felt obligated to buy. I was just explained my options and left to my own devises. I loved it.I'm a real pain when it comes to making sure that I am getting a deal that I think is fair. I explained what I could afford and then Stacey and the team made it happen. I'm very pleased with Hubbard Chevrolet, and I will certainly buy there when it's time for my wife to get a new car. Great Job!

We bought a 2012 Toyota Camry last July from Bill Lively at Hubbard Chevrolet.It was a great experience for us on buying our first new car. He took very good care of us and the sale went very smooth and the customer service that we received was excellent. When we get our car serviced we take a day off from work and drive to Bills dealership in Hubbard to have the work done there because of the great service and know that they will take good care of us and our beautiful car in stead of getting it serviced here in Washington. We will only go through Hubbard Chevrolet in the future for any new vehicle purchases or services that we may need. We are looking in the next few years to buy a new truck and Bill will be the person we will go to. I have bought it least 30 cars in my life and I do not like buying from dealerships. This is the first time I can say I had a pleasant experience with a dealership due to 1. The sales person and 2. The whole staff. 1. Deb B Debbie. I am a parent in Arizona who needed to help my teenager of just 19 and out in the real world going to college in Vancouver Washington. I was very fortunate to have Debbie help us. Not only was she professional and curious but she was always available even during her off work hours (or when Hubbard business hours ended). She understood the concerns I had as a mother and being so far away then say a young sales person would have. 2. The dealership. Phoning Hubbard dealership (as I did many times because I was in Arizona) was awesome because everyone knew what was happening. For example when I called I asked the person if my daughter with a white mustang had arrived from Vancouver yet and she said "yes she is talking to Debbie now." I wasn't put on hold so that they could find someone who knew the answer or could go look for the white car. I have never recommended a dealership to anyone (especially the last one I used here in Arizona) but never say never. I do recommend Hubbard Chevrolet over any dealership. I did speak with three dealerships in Portland/ Vancouver area and I would have my child drive the extra distance to Hubbard Oregon because the customer service was worth it. Thank you cars.com for advertising such a great dealership.

If you want to have a wonderful stress free experience I suggest driving out to Hubbard Oregon and stop in at the Chevrolet Dealer in town. It is a small town with very friendly and helpful staff to assist you through the buying process of a new vehicle. In my experience dealerships have some sales people who have sometimes been what I would call pushy - but there was none of that at Hubbard Chevrolet. They were eager to hear what we had to say and they were never pushy. You might be asking - why Hubbard Oregon when we do not live nearby - well Carfax had a car listed that fit the bill that we were looking for so we wanted to see it. It was perfect and we got the exact service and care that we were looking for in purchasing a car. They were never a "hard sell" - they were wanting to help us purchase the vehicle that we wanted. It is a success story from our end and we love the new Tahoe.

This is the second time I bought a car from Hubbard Chevrolet, and I continue to be amazed at how incredibly awesome they treat their customers. My salesperson is Stacey Boyer, and I cannot think of one single complaint. She is very attentive during the buying process, and make sure that I am happy while I wait. This literally is a no hassle, no problem process. Stacy is very honest when she tells me what the next step of the process is, and how long it will take. I have been made to feel like my sale, is the biggest sale of the day. It is very clear that the owners/managers and all of their employees, care very much about the customer, more than they care about the sale of the car. That is a good feeling, knowing that you are more than just dollars in their pockets. In my opinion, they go above and beyond to make sure that every customer leaves, with that special feeling of satisfaction. They also do not sell any junk. Every car on their lot, is in good repair, and very good quality. I can drive off the lot, feeling confident that my new car is in the next one condition. I absolutely would never buy a car anyplace else but Hubbard Chevrolet.

I do not usually write reviews but in this case I had to let all car buyers know what an unbelievable experience I had with Hubbard Chevrolet. From the moment I walked on the lot till the signing of the contract, it could not have gone any smoother. I was greeted by the sales manager Bill Lively, I told him I was interested in a new truck. I also mentioned to him that I was leaning towards a new Ford but wanted to check out the new Chevrolet. He showed me several trucks and the changes that Chevy has made for 2014. He answered all my questions and never putting any pressure on me. I have to admit that before I walked on the lot, I was just killing time because I had made up my mind that I was going to purchase a ford. Well I now own a New Chevy High Country truck. I want to thank Bill and the whole sales team at Hubbard, you made me and my wife feel like family instead of just another set of buyers.

I suddenly found myself with out a car. I talked to Hubbard Chevrolet and told them what I was looking for in a used car. They had offered to show me a car and then even drove it out to my house to show it to me. The car turned out to be much, much better then I had expected and it was at a very reasonable price! The monthly payments and added optional protection they offered to me, was very affordable! I think from the time I walked into the sales office and walked out with the keys in my hand to drive the car home, was ruffly an hour or so. I have bought new cars before and I know it takes around 3 hours or sometimes more, so I was well pleased about the total time I was there. Here is a "thank you" to my sales lady, Stacy Boyer and associates, for being so helpful in my purchasing this car! She is a great sales lady, down to earth, and never tried to pressure me into anything, and also was a great listener. Also, she was very knowledgeable with answering my questions.

When I initially was thinking of buying a newer vehicle, the first thing was having to "deal" with the salesperson and the stereotype of pressuring into buying a vehicle I was only contemplating on buying. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I went online to view the vehicles on the lot and then a pre-qualification. I received a phone call from a nice gentlemen, Frank Estelle, who made only general inquiries. It was a good conversation, including test driving the vehicle before any further financial discussion happened. I went in to the dealership and test drove the Dodge Avenger and the whole time, it was such a good ride. It was the type of vehicle I was looking for and was very comfortable working with Frank. The financial transaction was every smoother yet. Working with their financial representative and Frank made it very possible to finance the vehicle, stay within my budget and have an affordable down payment. The overall experience was extremely GREAT and felt comfortable without any of that stereotype pressure. I've been enjoying my new Dodge Avenger for a few days and I'm still very pleased with the purchase. GREAT JOB Hubbard Chevy!!!

Thank you Hubbard Chevrolet for making this a memorable Mother's Day for me!!! This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from the Berkey family and Hubbard Chevrolet ! About a year ago I emailed Hubbard Chev to see if they had a particular vehicle I was looking for. I "immediately" got a response from Bill Lively. Over the months we would correspond back and forth on different vehicles. I couldn't decide what I wanted. Bill told me I could come in a drive something for a weekend to see if I liked it - no pressures, just suggestions. He would find something he thought I would like and drop me a note. Finally, I decided on a Tahoe and emailed Bill - told him the parameters I was looking for and my price range. Also told him I didn't want that big dealership back and forth, wasting a day and getting frustrated - one time, one price, one person....and as always Hubbard Chev came thru - and I finally met Bill - what a charmer. Bill definitely knows his stuff and is truthful - hard to find these days. If we were being bamboozled, we wouldn't even know it - lol - only kidding!!! We made a new friend in Bill - he is an awsome person ! Over the 30 years we have been dealing with the Berkey family, we have never been disappointed......Duane and Mark in parts are wonderful, and Demetrio - so good to connect with you again - you are a "great" finance manager !!! We drove home with a 2014 Chevy Tahoe - and I am stylin' now ! Traded by poor worn out 2002 Blazer in on it - so sad to see it go, it was a good friend - as I am sure my new Tahoe will be!! Came in and bought a truck to pull my large boat last week. The salesperson misquoted the tow rating for the truck I purchased. It was a horrible situation because I had put 500 miles on the truck before service told me that my truck, with its small rear end ratio, would not be able to tow my boat. The sales department was very pleasant during this trying time and they did replace my, now used, truck with an identical replacement. With bigger towing gears, of course. I even got a slightly better finance rate the second time around. I'm sure it was a difficult decision for them to make. It's a loss that probably ate up a lot of their profit margin on that truck. But they did the right thing and really came through for us. They also did so without me having to yell or scream or threaten. It really shows that they have the highest level of integrity. Enough about that. I originally purchased the truck because of the great sales experience I got at Hubbard. The website was well maintained and their pricing was better than the other local dealerships' I saw online. I had walked away from another Chevy dealership because of the high-pressure sales tactics. Hubbard was much more laid back and pleasant. Thanks Frank! I got what, I felt, was a great price without having to haggle. They even gave me more on my trade than I was offered elsewhere. Really enjoyed dealing with Demetrio in finance. And I would like to give special thanks to Bill the sales manager. Overall, a great dealership experience. Well worth making the drive in from Portland. I would gladly return, and have already referred neighbors to Hubbard.

Recently bought a new Chevy Tahoe from this dealership and I can honestly say it was the best buying experience Ive had to date. I didnt believe all the other positive reviews on this website figured they were all written by friends of the dealers or employees themselves. But they are true this place and the people working there are the real deal. From start to finish the buying process took less than 1.5 hrs including test drive. I arrived at the dealership and started inspecting the vehicle I was interested in it was immaculate - truly a new vehicle with all the interior protective plastic still in place. The vehicle was not hastily detailed which usually includes those microscopic scratches and swirl marks that you will find on new cars at other dealerships. I was soon joined by a sales gal Deb and she helped me take measurements on the vehicle in the pouring rain because I was concerned that it would not fit in my garage (it fit by the way). We then took it for a test drive on a realistic course with both smooth and bumpy roads so I could get a real feel for how the vehicle performed. Deb had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and answered all my questions honestly. I even asked her a few questions that I already knew the answer to such as gas mileage just to check and there were no misrepresentations. Deb made no attempt to upsell me or push me in any particular direction she did alert me to the fact that they had a few certified pre-owned vehicles if I wanted to save some money. I indicated that I wanted to buy the vehicle we test drove and we entered the negotiation phase of the deal. This was the easy part there really was no negotiation. Deb simply pulled the invoice and paperwork on the vehicle showed me the price they could sell me the vehicle for which was a couple of hundred less than the lowest price I expected. I had done a lot of research and shopped around at other dealerships prior to arriving and it truly was better than the best deal I could find. From there it was on to the financing and paperwork signing part of the deal. Again there were no surprises or antics in this phase of the deal. I was preapproved through my credit union and had done some shopping around for the lowest rate - Demetrio the finance person was able to find me a .25 lower rate than the best deal I could find. The entire negotiation and signing part of the deal took around 30 minutes and at no point was I left alone to wonder what was going on there were simply no games or typical dealership shenanigans here. Hubbard Chevrolet does not have a fancy state of art showroom facility but guess what that means lower overhead costs and a better deal for you. If you are interested in a great car at a great price with a pleasant down to earth buying experience it is worth the drive to Hubbard. If you elect to buy you will feel good about giving their dealership the business and you will feel truly appreciated by the Hubbard staff for making the purchase.

I have absolutely nothing but good to say about this dealership! Each of the employees I dealt with were personable and knowledgeable. They all went above and beyond to make sure that I left as a very satisfied customer. Then, even after the fact, they sent me a very special "thank you" in the form of a beautiful fruit edible arrangement. These folks truly show that customer satisfaction means far more to them than dollars and cents. What an absolutely pleasurable experience. I won't be going to any other dealerships ever again. I live in hillsboro but I can honestly say that it's worth every mile to drive to Hubbard Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle.

To be honest, I normally do not write reviews....But we feel its important for people to know they are the best of the best. To say this was our all time best car buying experience would be under stating it. Not only is this our second purchase from Demetrio and his team... it will be our forever go to purchase place. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the years. And ashamed as I am to admit it, we did go to a different dealer just to test the waters... we are so glad we dodged that huge mistake. After stopping in to Hubbard Chevy knowing how excellent our first experience was.. and asking what our options were now again.. in one minute we knew their excellent customer service and no hassle run around honesty was the reason we are now forever clients. Not only did Demetrio go out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for our situation and family needs.. His entire team assisted us... The sales manager going the distance to find the savings in the vehicle... And Stacey's fabulous help with all the answers and details of the new car...even went out of her way with keeping my little ones entertained while we finished the lightening quick paperwork. I can honestly say they did not have to go the distance they did to get us the car we bought today.. BUT THEY DID. To be honest, I normally do not write reviews....But we feel its important for people to know they are the best of the best. To say this was our all time best car buying experience would be under stating it. Not only is this our second purchase from Demetrio and his team... it will be our forever go to purchase place. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the years. And ashamed as I am to admit it, we did go to a different dealer just to test the waters... we are so glad we dodged that huge mistake. After stopping in to Hubbard Chevy knowing how excellent our first experience was.. and asking what our options were now again.. in one minute we knew their excellent customer service and no hassle run around honesty was the reason we are now forever clients. Not only did Demetrio go out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for our situation and family needs.. His entire team assisted us... The sales manager going the distance to find the savings in the vehicle... And Stacey's fabulous help with all the answers and details of the new car...even went out of her way with keeping my little ones entertained while we finished the lightening quick paperwork. I can honestly say they did not have to go the distance they did to get us the car we bought today.. BUT THEY DID. If you have the time and are thinking of buying and cringe at the thought of visiting a car dealership... know that a stop to Hubbard Chevrolet will change your mind about your next and future car buying experiences. `

I phoned the dealer to confirm a specific car from an internet search was still in inventory. Frank asked for typcial information. I declined to give my phone number. I confirmed the dealer's hours and told Frank I'd try to get there this evening or tomorrow as I'm coming down from Portland. I made it clear I didn't want to establish a time to meet, nor did I want a follow up. Since I'm just getting started, I really don't want three or four salesmen phoning me twice a day. Not ten minutes later someone else from the dealer is calling me (I assume they had to go dig my number from caller ID since I didn't give it to them) to confirm my 6:00 pm appointment. I can understand trying to make a living, but a salesman's ignoring the client's wishes is one of the things that makes buying a car unpleasant.

My wife and I visited Hubbard last year; our expectations were low, having just run the gauntlet of 82nd St and McLoughlin Blvd in Portland. We were very pleasantly surprised. We found a nice car that runs like a Swiss watch. We were treated well by the entire staff, and negotiated a fair price. A review right away makes little sense; there are so many horror stories about lurking issues waiting to be exposed. After a full year, we are still as pleased as on the first day. These guys know their business, and know that it is based upon customer service. We will be back.

Check these guys out before buying your next car. We looked all over from Portland to Salem areas and this was the best service with the best prices and best financing we were offered. Bill Lively and Dimetri were a welcomed change from the regular car salesman. We love our car and the experience was not only painless but enjoyable. :)

This dealer is amazing! The car buying experience was quick and friendly with NO pushy sales what-so-ever. We were given top dollar on our trades, as well as amazing dealers on the vehicles we purchased. They never tried to "up-sell" us, and worked totally within our budget.The paperwork what done lightening fast. In addition, they washed our cars and filled the tanks full (that's another $70.00 savings after we felt we had the BEST deal!)..... Then, surprise! The finance manager found a rebate we didn't even know about and we got MORE money off!So, besides this being a friendly, honest, and nice dealership, it's been in business for years and has strong family values. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.The next time we buy cars, we will definately be coming back too!
