Traded in my old Honda Fit, and leased a new Honda CR-V. The whole process was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The salesman, Joe, did a great job showing us the different makes and models available, and took us for a test drive. Matt in the finance department worked with us on the payments, as well as the trade in, so that we could get something that worked for our family. Plus, you can't beat a Honda for affordability/reliability. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new car that you stop by.

3 times to this dealership, all three times I experienced some type of issues. First time they mistaken my car with another car and performed services that I didn't ask for. Second time they forgot to put a center cap back on one wheel. Third time they did an oil change and put the drain bolt on so tight that I wasn't able to remove myself. There's also a long wait before a service adviser will talk to you. I'll never take my car back here again.

I had my front tires changed because they were 50000miles old my back tires were 25-30000 miles old which i want to keep coz they were still good, after the service was done, went to check my my car and noticed that the back tires are worn off most probably my front tires from before they put on the back and changed the back tires that are good for some reason i dont know. Duhhhhhh.... Good luck to you guys if you'll gonna have these guys service you're cars.

I had a horrible experience looking for a used car at Toyota and stopped at Honda feeling slightly discouraged. My salesman, Frank Stella, really listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to push me into buying a brand new car or leasing something. He asked questions about my car history and didn't make me feel bad for not buying something more expensive. He was absolutely wonderful through the whole experience and I highly recommend him.

"Great car-buying experience" sounds like an oxymoron, but at Honda of Turnersville my experience really was great! I contacted them for a price through their internet department, made an appointment for the next day, walked in and got myself a new 2015 Honda Civic! My salesperson, Frank Stella, was very knowledgeable about the Civic I decided to purchase and showed me how to work all of the features included in my vehicle. Frank also was very friendly (sometimes you get car salesmen who hate their job; Frank seemed to enjoy his) and forthcoming. I absolutely recommend Honda of Turnersville to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I can honestly say that I've never written a bad review before - but I've also never had such terrible customer service. I have been a Honda customer since 2010, so when shopping for a new car last night I naturally stopped in at the same Honda I purchased my car from originally. When I asked to test drive a car, my salesperson, Eli, took me to the inventory lot and had me wait half an hour while he moved cars around so that I could test drive a "Midnight Steel" instead of a black. What difference does the color make for a test drive? Beats me. After we got back from the test drive, Eli tried to usher me away to continue my car shopping elsewhere. I asked if I could come in and sit down to talk numbers. He didn't seem pleased with this and gave me a hard time when I didn't want my car appraised for a trade in value. I had to ask him several times to give me an idea of the payments before he finally got up from the table to check on this. After over 20 minutes of waiting (no, I am not exaggerating), I got up and left. Clearly my business wasn't all that important. About ten minutes after I left, I received a call from Eli. "Why'd ya walk out on me? Ya could've at least THANKED me for my time." After I thanked him and let him know that I did appreciate it, he persisted with, "Yeah, but ya could've come FOUND me and THANKED me for my time." I was honestly appalled. Being in sales myself, it is Lesson # 1 that this is not the way to earn your customers. I will never buy a Honda from this dealership again on principal alone. So Eli, thank you so very much for your time. I am thoroughly enjoying my new Camry.

I saw the vehicle that I wanted but had a little difficulty getting my wife to make time too. They were very resourceful .They sent emails frequently and left telephone messages as well . By the time i got to the dealership the vehicle i wanted had been sold the day before. i was only interested in that vehicle which was a Porsche Cayenne.

We recently were purchasing a used car for my 17 year old and did not want to spend over $10,000, when we were looking our sales associate was very helpful and told us to buy a "certified car" not an 'as is', because these cars came with a warranty and were thoroughly inspected by their mechanics so we did! Within a week the change oil light came on, so we brought it to our mechanic and had the oil changed, I guess I assumed thoroughly inspected meant the fluids were all up to date. Not a huge deal though, its regular maintenance. This weekend the check engine light went on, so we told my son he couldn't drive the car until we brought it to the dealership on Monday, in the meantime we realized that our tags had expired on 10/23 and no one called us from the dealership. So first thing Monday we called and the service gentleman was super nice and informed us they've actually had our tags for sometime now and to bring the car in and he could check it and put the new tags on. The error code is reading that we need a new evap valve (?), which of course is not covered under the warranty so before I even make my first payment I have to have it fixed. I think what bothers me most though is that I had to pay to have the error code read, I just bought the car 30 days ago. Needless to say we payed the $50 to pick it up and we will be making our first payment on November 6, for a car that can not be driven until it gets fixed,Follow up....I spoke with Kyle from service he was extremely helpful and had me bring the car back in and have it fixed for an additional $50, since my warranty deductible was $100. After paying the deductible and several attempts to fix the issue they were unable to and then realized the warranty was void because my son hooked up an amp, and messed up the ground. So we chose to bring it to our mechanic and have it looked at but they were very good with trying to resolve the problem.

Hmm...I see a lot of positive reviews for cars sold by George Braun. It's a shame for this dealership that they lost such a valuable employee who I'm sure will be taking MANY customers with him to his new venture. Turnersville has certainly lost my family's business as I'm sure many others. Will never come back here again nor will I recommend this place to others. Big, BIG mistake Turnersville...may have even turned me off to Honda, sadly to say. Hope someone from the Honda Company reads this and recognizes what a valuable asset their company has lost.

I just left the Turnersville Honda service after having the tire pressure symbol appear on the dash. I was concerned about possibly a nail. After a quick wait I was informed by Michael Deferro my tires just needed air due to a climate change. Another small courtesy of this deslership. The service dept here has always expedited the wait in a timely, courteous manner. I recommend all Honda car owners to service your vehicles here, if you plan to keep your Honda from breaking down or better yet until it reaches 300, 000 miles. I have dealt with Chris Davis at turnersville Honda through 3 cars now! Great experience every time..he is very helpful and super patient ,considering I'm super picky and indecisive!..this past transaction Chris contacted me to let me know that the car I had wanted (a fully loaded Honda fit) had just arrived and he was sure it was for me! He was right! I drove right over to look at it and decided right there without a test drive! The transaction went great and the team was super helpful when I was upset about a few minor details! They fixed it promptly sent away a happy girl with her new purple car.I recommend Chris Davis for any and all auto mall transactions! He tells it like it is and gives you the best options without ever feeling pressured! I'll be back in 3 years(give or take)!..

We bought the 2014 Honda accord sport from this dealer and I felt like its my mistake. I had a quote from Honda Vineland, NJ and they are offering a good price plus two years service for free. I gave my business to this dealer because he is local and he pays local tax and helps community but they don't do any good to you. We found the car has problem with the brake after second day of our purchase and we took it to the dealer. My husband got nervous and he decided to buy extended warranty(5 years/60K) on it. I don't agree that if you pay top dollar to buy a Honda and you still have to pay for warranty for first 5 years. I talked to dealer about it and they seems they don't want to do any extra effort to make customer happy. My advise is make sure you look around before you trust on Honda and there are some Honda dealers who offers better deal plus Honda care for first two years for free.

We just bought Honda Odyssey from Honda of Turnersville, it was the easiest transaction ever. I called them on the phobe ot see what models and colors they had. They gave me the best price for rhe car on the phone before I evern came into the place. I had checked on line for the price of the car and what I should pay. They gave me that price on the phone. We did not have to go in and haggle and go back and forth. It was the best experience I ever had in buying a car. I will not go any where else in the future. They were all so nice and easy to deal wih. If you need a car, go there and you will not be disappointed.

We're rethinking about switching to a Honda. Our salesperson was Kevin Moore and despite initially appearing as a nice young man he quickly soured my experience with this dealer. Besides being dismissive to my concerns he was more interested in showing me the vehicle the way that HE wanted to show it to me. Almost the entire time he was on his smartphone showing more interest in IT than in selling me a car. He briefly gave us an overview of the car and then took us out for a test drive, where his know-it-all attitude continued to turn us off - especially that he was wrong on several occasions and didn't even have he grace to admit it. His managers did seem to want us to buy from them - they came in a fair amount lower than an already good deal that we had - but we left preferring to pay more with someone that actually valued us as customers. If he had treated us differently we would definitely have purchased the car from them.

The worst honda dealership ever been at. Went in for simple oil change and tire rotation. And Mike the Mickey Mouse supervisor charged me 124.00. Saying something about special oil. When I ask he said its on usually 79.00 he cutting me a break. You will only pay 69.00 I ask let me see where it says 79.00. He could have said 100.00. Or anything. But he acted in a hurry so I showed him the receipts Fromm the other Honda places I been at. Princeton Honda, Burlington Honda,and how they did not charge for rotating the tirs. On top of labor fee. He said about the oil that the other honda dealers are using cheap oil. Really. That's your answer. Word of mouth. And I have a bad taste for that poor excuse. And turnersville Honda. The worst dealership. Burlington is unremarkable way nicer, cleaner, and gives you the costumer attention.. Same as mike piazza honda in Bensalem and Princeton honda. Way way better. Next I ll take the extra drive....

Like Tabitha with the tire incident, I find also the concerns are more in increasing the out of pocket expense. If you go in for a specific problem, bet the ranch the mechanic will come up with a thousand things wrong that needs immediate attention. I've learned my lesson from sales to service, I recommend Mike Piazza Honda in PA. it's worth the five bucks bridge toll fee in savings. I attempted to purchase a new vehicle and what I had in mind, I was told by a head sales manager I had to accept what was on the lot. Immediately I drove to Mike Piazza Honda in Philly and got exactly what I wanted, interior and warranties. Six ( 6 ) friends have purchased new Honda's and two ( 2 ) purchased used Honda's for their graduates. And their service department actually shows you in your presence whatever they find needing replacement and or repair. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Turnersville Honda has two outstanding salespersons.

Over the weekend I had the worst experience that will keep my from EVER going back to Honda's Service Dept. in Turnersville,NJ. Friday evening, my tire began to lose pressure from hitting a pothole. I have a maintenance plan that to my understanding was supposed to be covered under the plan (it turned out, it wasn't because the tread was too low - which was never explained to me properly when I bought the package). However, that is not the point. I came in with a tire that was losing pressure, and unfortunately the rim was slightly bent. I made an appointment, after some trouble even getting an appointment for Saturday. They wanted me to wait until Monday or Tuesday to come in - I told them no I couldn't and I pay for this service!) My car was not seen at my appointment time. Once they finally came back to tell me they looked at my tire and that I needed a new rim for the one tire, and ALL NEW TIRES! They claimed that my tire tread was at 3 32nds, and that 2 32nds was bald (which it is). I told him I didn't have the funds for that and I asked him about the piece of metal in my tire. He responded by saying there was no piece of metal in my tire. So me and my boyfriend went into the shop and SHOWED THEM THE PIECE OF METAL. At this point, we began to get a little angry because it was as if they didn't even try to diagnose the problem once they saw the rim. Standard procedure is typically to pull the tire off of the car, inflate it and put it into a tank to see if any bubbles come out to show where the leak was coming from. THEY DID NOT DO THIS UNTIL WE TOLD THEM TO! Also, we had to tell them to try putting the tire back on and test it with the weight of the car, because I had no doubt in my mind that my tire was losing pressure, slowly, but nonetheless it was losing pressure. After arguing with them for 1.5 hours, because we wanted them to take the tire off and turn it inside out to check for any wholes/punctures or anything that could be causing the leak. We just left. I took it Sunday afternoon to my older brother, who is a licensed mechanic. (only took it to Honda because I was under the impression it would be covered by my warranty). He looked at it, and said that (1) the rim was not bent to the point it needed to be replaced, it could just be hammered back into place because it was a steel rim. (2) My tire tread was 4.5-5 32nds NOT 3 32nds. When they told me all of my tires needed to be replaced I was livid! I take care of my car, have my tires rotated regularly and keep my car maintained. I may have a higher mileage for only 1.5 years, but according to other licensed mechanics, I have quite some time left before my tires need to be replaced! I WILL NEVER return to this dealership. They are too concerned with making money off of their customers to properly diagnose the problems!

I recently had maintenance performed to my 2012 Accord coupe - although I opted to trade it in the following day, I figured now was a great time to write a review and say this is a TOP CLASS dealership with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and FRIENDLY/HONEST sales people. A family member purchased from Honda of Turnersville a month ago and was equally as thrilled with their customer service and pricing.As for my maintenance - their department is great. I drove the car into the service bay, handed an expired coupon which was honored, and left shortly after with a freshly cleaned car.MOST of the dealerships at this auto-complex are outstanding - this one definitely is. I have friends who work in this industry so I have a little knowledge about how dealerships work in addition to pricing, incentives, rebates - I'm also very familiar with financing, leasing, residual values - and all that stuff simply from the number of cars I have purchased.With this experience, I can say 100% this dealership passes and exceeds expectations.

Car buying is something I usually dread. I dont like the games played at some dealers. My first time at the dealership and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had. George Braun showed us the Pilot we wanted to see and answered all our questions. When it came time to talk numbers, I basically let them know what I wanted to pay, get for trade, etc. This dealership and its management actually work with you to make you happy with the deal you get. Don't misunderstand, they aren't giving anything away, but they work with you without the usual games. It was refreshing. We worked out a deal we could be happy about and then we worked with Jim in finance. It was all very pleasant, everyone was extremely friendly and I didn't get the 'salesman' vibe from anyone. ;-) After we took the vehicle home, there were a couple minor details which required more communication with Jim and he was extremely responsive. I contacted him primarily by email and he always responded immediately. Again, the manager was involved and, again, I felt like they genuinely cared that I was happy and they dealt with the issue to my satisfaction.I also had instance to go in and talk to George regarding a minor body flaw I found once home. I went in, they took care of it within minutes, literally. This isn't the type of dealership that forgets your name once you sign the paperwork. They are still concerned that you are happy 2 weeks later. They are after the long term business you might bring rather than one sale.I will definitely go back and would recommend George, Jim and the dealership to anyone. Even the receptionists are friendly and responsive. They are all eager to help you!

We stopped here to compare the Honda Accord to the Kia Optima that we had looked at 2 days prior. We found George Braun to be extreemly knowledgeable regarding the Honda, also very friendly and the type of person that made you feel at home. He showed us and explained all the options of the various accord trim levels, and we were able to drive each of them. What I liked best was that he didn't mind spending time with us, and wasn't anxious to get to his next sale appointment/customer. I don't think that there was a question that we asked that he couldn't answer... Very,very knowledgable regarding all aspects of the Honda Accord features. We ended up trading our old 2002 Accord on a new one that we leased, and drove home in it. I think that we probably received the best service and advice that we ever have from a car dealer, and we are very satisfied with deal we were able to arrange. We had to return a few days later to surrender our title to the old car and to write a check for a portion of the nagreed down payment. This visit was not nearly as satisfying nor as smooth or professional as our experience with George a few days earlier. We had to wait for over an hour and a half just to write a check and surrender a title, no one seemed in much of a hurry to wait on anyone, kind of living up to my expectation of most car dealers, e.g. that being that service is secondary to sales. So in our opinion, George scores an A plus and so far the dealership around a C minus. This is why the rating is not as high as it could be. Jan and Mary Krai

Just wanted to give a nod to the team at Turnersville Honda, particularly Matt D., for their help in a difficult situation. We purchased a used car there recently that had been a trade-in at their dealership. While, unfortunately, almost immediately, the car had problems (something apparently not found in the initial go-over after the trade-in), the Turnersville Honda folks stood up and worked with us. We were able to resolve and we're happy with how it was handled. Matt D, our salesperson, was low pressure on the sale and helpful in the follow-up.

Both times George had to go out and find us what we wanted from another dealer due to colors and options. Great experience dealing with George at Honda of Turnersville. Recently purchased a CR-V and Ridgeline Truck from George and he made purchases a a easy choice. Both car and truck was brought in from other dealers due to colors and options, and George helped with the setting up of the bluetooth and all the different things on the on screen tools. Also had no problem in the financial process with Janine and Domenic, who explained everything we needed to know. This was our 4th and 5th purchase from Honda in 15 years and as of writing this review my wife has taken my daughter and son-law down to see George to look at a new Pilot.

Went in to get a recall done on my 2002 Honda civic on Friday November 9 2012.They checked my car out and recommended I have my transmission fluid changed. I have 182,000 miles on my car, a lot which is highway. I have never had any problem with my transmission at all before this. I told them to go ahead, I got the car back and drove it home. On Saturday the 10th I went to drive the car to go to work which I work at night, and the transmission slipped a little. I thought may be it was just a one time thing but every time I used it for the first time it slipped but not to bad. I had to drive it to work so I thought I would take it back the following Saturday the 17th. Well on Friday the 16th the transmission went bad totally.Had to have the car towed back to the dealer from PA.They said well it is an old car and the transmission was probably going bad and changing the fluid just sped it up.I say it did I went from no problems to total breakdown in 7 days.They did say they would put a used transmission in for me and split the cost of $2800. I would have to pay dealer cost for labor at about $80 an hour or so, the won't pay that but I have too. Also the were making me pay full cost for the used transmission which they get a discount on!!! Be very careful when they work on your car I wish I would have read these reviews first!

Was in a lease which was ending and decided on a certain vehicle make and model I wanted. Tracked one down at this dealership, entered my info onlineat cars.com, and I was quickly contacted by Michele at Hyundai of Turnersville. I replied, made an appointment for a test drive ( had the best sales guy Gabe F), and my credit was approved by the time I arrived from Woodbury, and within an hour I was out the door, insurance company held us up it would have been even quicker. Gabe was nice enough to drive my new purchase back to Woodbury, since I was still driving my lease. Finance guy Mr Giordano was great, he was honest and had all the figures ready, I was able to get the car and a pretty much bumper to bumper warranty and stay within my budget.Love my little Honda Element. Even when I returned to pick up my tags, I was given the same quick courteous service, even though Gabe my salesman was unavailable that day. At this time I haven't been in for service yet but, I was contacted and advised what to do for any first service.I would buy again from this dealership.

I was quoted a price for a new CRV over the phone AND via e-mail. When I was on the way to the dealer I called to tell them I was running late and asked if they would take a deposit to hold the car. The internet salesperson said they do not take deposits. I asked to speak to a manager. She (internet salesperson) was near him when he picked up the phone. When he (Min Chin-general sales manager) asked her what price she quoted me he told me he would only honor that price if I had written documentation from another dealer with a comparable price. If I can get the car from that dealer why would I go to Turnersville unless they could BEAT the price.He practically hung up on me as if he was doing me a favor by selling me a car. I sent an e-mail to the General Manager (Eustace Mita) describing what happened. He wrote me a very lame response saying that he spoke to Min and the internet salesperson to tell them how rude they were... Stay away from Turnersville Honda. They totally misrepresented themselves and tried to get out of a deal which they committed to verbally and in writing. I have owned many Hondas and have purchased from Burns Honda in Marlton. There is a reason why I go to Burns Honda and will continue to do so. They are honorable and professional. I could not ask for better service. Turnersville Honda...take a lesson from Burns.

My husband and I have our Honda vehicles serviced at Turnersville Honda because it is the closest dealership to our home. The service is hit or miss--not consistent. I also get the impression that they are trying to push more services than necessary.A year and a half ago we traded-in one of our Hondas for a new Civic Hybrid. Turnersville Honda had the model and color we wanted, and after much haggling, Scott agreed to the fair price that we wanted.So, with this history, you would think that the salesman (Scott) would be straight-forward and no-nonsense with us. Not the case at all. We wanted to compare the Honda Fit with the Honda Civic. Since the dealership had no Civics (2011 or 12) to sell us, they pushed the Fit. First problem: They would not lower to price at all below MSRP. Second problem: They lied in saying that there was no finance deals on the Civics (There is a .9 and a 1.9% deal depending on the length of financing). Third problem: They lied when they told us point-blank that no other dealer had 2011 Civics to sell. Big Lie!There was also the typical high-pressure, have-to-buy-it-today sales pitch. What a turn off. Bottom line: They did not offer a fair price, nor were they honest. We went to another dealer and bought a 2011 Civic that we are very happy with.Would not recommend this dealer to a friend.

Very dissapointing expierence, do not waste the trip. Went to to put a deposit on a van expected in over the next few weeks, once we arrived we were given the run around and stalled for almost an hour, while a salesman called in and arranged to take a depost from another customer, who had been undecided, and who was likly willing to pay more than our prenegoaited amount. When I asked why that was allowed to happen when I had arrived first with my check in hand, I was told "Life sucks, get over it." These are the people that give car dealers a bad rep. This past Tuesday I stopped in this dealership to cut a deal on a used Pilot. The salesman began to explain that there was another couple interested in the same vehicle and were supposed to be coming in this evening. The salesman actually begins to tell us how "he doesn't like the other couple because they are skinny" "you know the skinny type" "I don't like skinny people" So we are looking at this guy with that what are you talking about look and then he says it.... "you know what I mean by skinny, not like you two, you know skinny" Needless to say the deal doesn't go much farther and all of a sudden he says, "I'll be right back, i need to take care of something" This guy jumps up takes the whole deal folder with him and scurries to the front door to wisk two tall skinny people from the main entrance to the other side of the showroom. Yep he left the two "fat" people in limbo as he went and signed a deal with the two skinny people he just belittled. The salesman then returns a short time later and claims "this rarely ever happens in this business" the other couple came in and because we made them an offer previously we just signed the paperwork with them, they just bought the car.So needless to say I take a walk over to the sales manager and begin to explain the outrageous non professional demeanor of their salesman and wouldn't you know the response i received. "Sorry we couldn't make a deal" This manager didn't even care about the way his salesman spoke not only about a customer but to another potential customer. Oh and the salesman was standing right there when I was talking to the manager and he was chuckling the whole time like it was some kind of joke.After leaving there, I found a great sales staff and a great deal at Burns Honda.

This price was given to me by one of the sales managers, when I called him on the price he pushed me over to salesperson to let her handle it. Very deceptive! Just go to the better busniess bureau at www.BBB.org and check them out. They received an "F" . Why do busniess with a company that scores an "F" at the BBB ???? If you do, you'll find out why! Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Dealer was a full $1500 more than others locally and kept trying to tell us that all the other prices were scams. We ended up getting the (2011 Honda Pilot Touring) for the lower price. I understand that these are commodities these days but why would I pay $1500 plus taxes on $1500 more for the pleasure of purchasing from them. This is a huge campus and they must have lots of overhead to want such a premium. I would not recommed if you want a good price really shop around. These guys are not even close

I had my Acura Vigor in for a mechanic to look at. While there I wandered through the lot to see what was available. Since I wanted a 5 speed transmission, the selection was very limited.I then went to the Honda lot. The only Honda with a 5 speed was made available for a test drive, etc. etc. The salesman basically wanted to make the deal then & there. I don't spend that much money without more time so I left.The problem was that the sticker on the car (pre-owned certified) was $18,999. When I came home, I ran a search on their website, as the sales personnel at both lots did not have a good idea of what they had.The Honda I test drove, came up on their site with a price of $16,999 - TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS! I called the manager of the Honda lot to ask why. He said he would have to check and asked who I had dealt with. Instead of the manager calling me back, he had the salesperson call me with the biggest load of BS I have heard. Told me they would have to honor the price, etcI told him that the bottom line was that if I had not researched the car on the web, they would have been happy to take my $19K and NO ONE would have stopped the deal to say - wait a minute, the car is actually $17KVery poor and dishonest business practices!

I was bored one day and went test driving along the Pike. I went into Subaru and drove two cars then asked how much for my trade. My answer was $4-5,000. I said I'd rather keep the car. I went to Honda and did the same thing. The gave me $8,900 for my trade and the car 10% (a special they were running) off MSRP. These offers were without negotiations. Financing took too long ( I waited for 2 hours extra!) but I was happy overall.This was for a 2006 Accord SE in December 2005.

Let's face it, folks, this dealership is part of a HUGE corporate entity that is multinational, and even worse, publicly traded. You're nothing but a number to these guys! Forget about getting any kind of discount or break. That shiny new showroom you're walking into has a pretty steep mortgage, AND YOU GET TO PAY IT! Their employees don't even get a discount, so why would they give you one? Customer service is nothing to these guys. The only thing that matters is lining the pockets of the clown who runs that whole automall and making the shareholders happy. They'd just as soon step on you. I have nothing further to say. Go someplace where they actually care about you as a person.
