I had my 2008 Odyssey service at Tiffany Springs Honda in July 2016. Several items were handled including front brakes and rotor turning. A rubbing/scraping sound returned just 4 months later. I brought it in for an oil change, wiper blade replacements, and to have the sound checked. I was told a rock possibly worked its way in and created a groove. They turned the rotor and performed the other tasks for only $48!! I was really shocked. Brody Campbell took care of me quickly and efficiently. Overall, a really good visit.

My Salesman was Mr. Bill Robinson, although it feels strange calling him a salesman when he made me feel like family. I walked in unsure and nervous and I didn't know if I would be able to walk out with a vehicle. From the beginning Mr. Bill and the Staff made me feel welcomed. I brought in my wife's car last week for an oil change, trusting that the dealership would also check the CRV over for any other matters of concern. Eddie made sure that everything was checked, and discovered that the front brakes needed replacing. He almost apologized for the extra expense, but I thanked him for discovering this issue BEFORE my wife's car had a brake failure! They replaced the front brakes, and did an excellent job, as usual. The prices for repairs are reasonable and I know that Honda parts and service men are being used to do the best job. Thanks Eddie and the repairmen for a job well done! It gives me great peace of mind!

For an oil change the service has always been over an hour and a half to two hours. This last visit was efficient and great. I am always told it will not be over 30 to 40 minutes. You can imagine the frustration of sitting and waiting twice that long each time for an oil change. If it is going to take that long I would like to know prior to the waiting time. Mike Blair was truthful and very efficient. I use my vehicle for business and travel weekly. Time management is very important to me. Mike brought back my faith in the dealership with his honesty and efficiency. I was actually out of there in about 35 minutes, and that included tire rotation. Thank you to Mike Blair.

Each time we bring either car in it is a pleasure working with the service writers. This visit we brought in a CRV one day, diagnosed, notified, and agreed to the service and I left it over night, parts were ordered and the next day it was completed so fast. Just before we came to pick it up and we receive notice by email, the parts for the other car, a CRZ were in, so we dropped it off when we picked up the CRV, They completed that work within the hour and we were able to pick it up the same day, with a complete check point on essentials and a car wash!. Fast service, care from the writers, honest people, and always outstanding workmanship by the techs. I hear many people who complain about their dealers, but not us. Tiffany Springs Honda is the best. Thanks to everyone!

In the last 2 months we have been in this facility 2 times! The first visit our check engine light was on they found what they " thought " was the problem and replaced the oxygen sensor and did a tune up with new Sparks, etc. The next time we came in was to get rear brakes, and low and behold they found an oil pump leak,a timing tension issue and had to do another large expensive service. Why they didn't see any of these issues, they did a 30 point inspection and less than 30 days later, my brakes were under 2 mm, I had an oil pump leak, a timing tension issue and more??? They seem professional, but I don't quite understand why they didn't seee anything else, even when asked and less than 4 weeks later we needed another $2000 worth of work. Make me question the integrity and actual need for the work? However the men we have worked with seem to know what their doing, hence my confusion.

I had my older 1998 Accord in for the first time in order to have its rear seatbelts fixed, as well as a vehicle inspection for tags. The service and manners of the staff is top notch! They even washed it down for me. I did have to juggle my schedule a bit, due to their own work load and my night hours, but that is perfectly understandable. Will definitely take my Honda in if it requires any further work.

I have a braking problem on my 2006 CRV for over 100,000 miles. Another dealership tried to fix it with no luck. While at your dealership for other service I told Paul in service about the problem. He asked me if he could look to see if he could figure out what was wrong. I gave him permission and he took it for a drive along with Dave, mechanic. Dave put it up on the rack and saw all four rotors were warped. I set another appointment to have the rotors turned. Problem solved. No more braking problems. Such a good feeling knowing I'm now driving a safe vehicle. Thanks Paul and David.

When we purchased the vehicle and drove it off the lot, we realized that an indicator light kept coming on. I took the car back up to the dealership to have it looked at. Michael was most helpful in trying to identify the problem and check to ensure it was rectified. Unfortunately it was not, so the dealership scheduled an appointment to service my vehicle. Honda of Tiffany Springs was wonderful! After 2 months of suffering the 'run around' from used car dealerships, coming to Honda of Tiffany Springs was like a much needed respite! JB and Tim were very friendly, sincere, professional, and personable! They satisfied my requests, and I was in and out of there in 1 hour! They even took my rough trade in. And most importantly, Tim worked hard and found me an incredible interest rate 50% less than what all the used car dealerships were trying to push on me! And I also got my car for $1000 less than the NADA recommended price! Thanks for such a pleasant experience! I bought my first car from the Honda of Tiffany Springs Dealership in January and it was a great experience. I used the US News and World Reports Best Price Programs to check out dealerships and prices. Honda of Tiffany Springs made the whole experience as stress free as it could be. Deana contact me based off my interest on the US News website and from there it was an easy experience to schedule an appointment to check out the car I'd picked out and make the purchase. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They presented me with my options, but I never felt pressured to make a choice I was uncomfortable with. I've had my Honda Civic for about 7 months and it's been great!

Battery defective issue was not found during routine maintenance. Our son had the same problem. That is more than chance.Car failed to start, 2.5 yrs oldService person did not check to see if our battery was in warranty, just announced to me it would be $120 to replace battery. Not the best.

I went in to buy a car and the car to begin with was over priced by $3000 over the Kelly bluebook price. I tried to haggle with the Salsman but he would not go down to the price I was asking for even after the car died on the test drive because the battery was dead. I know that the price haggling is expected so I left and came back 2 days later and those two days I never got a call from the salesman which surprised me. I was finally able to talk to salesman into the price that I wanted for the car and was able to take the car home the next night. The next day I see that the lip on the front bumper was not installed correctly so I went back to get it fixed. The used car parts manager agreed to fix it and call me in a week at soon as the part was in so that I could get it replaced. A week went by and I never got a call back so I called the manager that ordered the used car parts and he said that he'd call me back in two more weeks. I called back two weeks later and he said that he was going to call me in another week, I started to get really irritated because I had been three weeks and I still didn't have my part so I decided to escalate to the general manager of the dealership and into weeks time left about five messages and I never got a call back through email or voicemail and neither did the dealership manager ever call me. This was extremely frustrating so I decided to go in myself and talk to the manager myself but he wasn't in so the salesman took in the request and make sure that I got my part ordered that day. I was absolutely baffled to know that after 2 months my part was still not even ordered. After I made sure that the part was ordered the part was in three days later and was finally installed after two months of haggling with the parts manager. I will never return back to this dealership as I have dealt with three other dealerships before and never had this problem. My next choice of dealership will be for sure Legends Honda. The only reason I did not get the car at legends Honda is because they didn't have the choice of car that I wanted.

I scheduled a routine maintenance after my Maintenance Minder reminded me. I also had two other concerns about the car. One was the brakes and the other was fouling of my spark plugs that continues to occur. Jason was the service rep and listened to my concerns. While I was waiting for the car, Jason returned and explained that Honda would replace 4 rings in my engine at cost. While they were doing that they could do some upcoming engine maintenance saving me some labor cost down the road. I was given a loaner and a few days later had my car back and everything is working great. Very courteous and helpful service department.Ed

First I'd like to say that they had great customer service, honest assessments, and well priced parts and labor. My Honda Pilot was blowing hot air from the A/C and I needed it fixed quick. The team at Honda of Tiffany Springs got me the appointment date and time I wanted. I worked with Mike Bair and he was amazing. From scheduling my complementary shuttle service to keeping me informed on the process Mike was great. When my vehicle needed to stay over night, because the part needed to be expedited to the location, Mike got me a loner vehicle. The next day my vehicle was ready to go before noon and price came in under estimate! The two car shuttle personnel that I received rides from where friendly and professional. Don't go any where else! Also, they have won awards for fixing things right the first time which was important to me as well.

This trip I had Mike Bair as my service manager. In past with Honda Tiffany Springs service I received from others routine care as you would expect from most auto dealerships, but this time Mike Bair handled my service. I had bought the Accord from Tiffany Springs new 2013. I had been getting oil changes and small service jobs done since purchase but had not kept the log book updated and I had 35,000 miles on car. Mike went beyond just writing up this days service that I requested. He went to computer file and logged in my book the day and service that was done over the past three years. I asked what service should I have done today at the current mileage. He made his recommendations to which I said OK lets do it. I arrived for an appointment to get the 3000 mile oil change completed on my wife's 2016 Honda CRV. I was immediately met by Paul Wobbe, a service writer who was very personable and courteous. He swiftly went thru your pre service inspection and wrote up a service order addressing my requests. I was wondering around the sales floor visiting with the sales reps when Paul came in to advise me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. He explained what services had been performed on my vehicle and asked me if I had any question? We visited for a short while about the type of service I could expect from Honda of Tiffany Springs. I was very pleased to hear his high praise for their service department as Paul and I have shared many of the same life experiences. My initial experience was a very good one.

Each time I go to Tiffany Spring Honda, I always know it will be a good experience. Mike Bair and all the rest welcome you as you come in, take the time to let you know they see you, even when they are busy with another customer. That is a good way to help a customer be patient. Once they are ready for you, they are efficient and at ease with their knowledge, and recognize you as a repeat customer. Mike even has remembered details of our previous conversations. I always wait now that I am retired, service is quick, correctly completed, explained fully as needed, and check out is speedy. This is only my second Honda, I will most likely always drive a Honda and do business with Tiffany Springs Honda!

I was not looking to buy a newer vehicle but due to an accident that was not my fault my SUV was totaled. I was not looking forward to a car payment. I had looked at Honda of Tiffany Springs website and saw several different vehicles that I liked. I called Vickie and arranged to go in and meet her. Vickie is awesome to work with! I told her the budget I had to work with and she worked with me! I actually got a lot better vehicle than I had expected within my budget. On our first visit, we looked at cars and I found the one I wanted. I drove it home that night and the next evening I went back to close the deal. It was SO easy. The only thing that bothered me was the finance department ran my credit three times. I hate having hard inquiries on my report and that really disappointed me. But, in the end I did get a decent rate.I love my SUV and would work with Vickie again.

Took vehicle in for service on May 19,2016 as a scheduled appointment for Oil Change ,Filter and fluids ck, and Mo state Inspection.Stressed the fact that power steering fluid was low and would need to be topped off.After service I checked the fluid in lot and it was still low. Service manager went and got bottle of power steering fluid and topped off. My 2010 Accord is in immaculate condition 40671 miles and I trade at approx 5 yrs mark, with Honda's since 1991. Car has only moved 150 miles since service I checked fluids today and FOUND MY OIL OVERFILLED BY AT LEAST 1/2 QUART.MAYBE EVEN MORE I AM GETTING SOMEONE TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND DRAIN THE EXCESS. The owners manual warns of the danger of overfilling the oil in the engine as it could be harmful it . A customer shouldn't have to check over the work to see if a service was done right.The dealership has my maintenance records so they can contact me if they wish. But they won't see me for service or any future purcahses

The Oil life indicator on my dash was at 40% in my 2011 Honda Pilot but the engine oil dipstick indicated that the oil level was on the bottom of the add mark. I am wondering how many Honda Pilot owners rely totally on the oil life indicator on the dash to schedule their oil changes. I checked the engine oil level dipstick when I got home after my oil change and the oil level was exactly on the "Full" mark. I am going to keep a close watch on the engine oil level until my next service. There are no oil spots on my clean garage floor that would indicate a leak of any kind.I would like to see a chart of Tiffany Springs recommended service intervals and today's estimated cost for labor and materials. I am pleased with the service received at Tiffany Springs Honda.

Went in to get my car's air conditioner looked at...ended up costing me $845...the customer rep, Jesse, gave me a 15% discount which bought the cost down to $742...I've always had my car serviced and repaired at Typhanny Springs Honda. While it tends to be more expensive, the service is professional and they normally provide an additional discount. My only issue with this repair was that the air conitioner clutch went out and had been under a defective notice that expired at 100k miles...my car was at 114k...give me a reason why it ended at 100k...not happy with Honda on this.Good, professional job by Jesse.That being said, I'll continue to bring my car into Typhanny Springs Honda for service and repair.

In dealing with the salesman (Bill Robinson) and Jesse Mora (finance), the experience was great. They went totally out of their way to ensure that my car buying experience was great. I appreciate the way that they treated me. I'm an out of town buyer and needed a car with some real power. Again, for the most part, my car buying experience was great. I was supposed to receive my paperwork (title, etc) in order to pay taxes back in my state within 5-10 days after purchase. That did NOT happen. I called the dealership to explain to them that I had not received it and that my temp tags were due to expire soon. The accounting department stated that they had sent them via Priority mail...& they did. I received them about 5 days afterwards--only to find out that the WRONG information was sent to me. I had SOMEONE else's information. I was furious and I called back to the dealership to inform them that I had received someone else's title paperwork. They stated that the only reason why I didn't receive my paperwork within the initial 5-10 days was because someone in accounting had broken her leg and she was out. My question is why wasn't a backup available in order to send out my paperwork? One monkey does NOT stop the show. I spoke with Diane (accounting) and she stated that she sent the paperwork out for 2-3 day Priority...so, why did I receive it in 5 days? I keep getting excuse after excuse as to why I don't have my paperwork in order to get permanent tags for my car. I have business that I need to take care of...and I have a 2016 Honda that I can't even drive for fear of getting ticketed for driving around with expired tags on my car. If I would have had any idea that I would go through all of this nonsense, I certainly would've waited to purchase my car from my own state. As of today, I'm still waiting for MY paperwork to be sent to me...VIA OVERNIGHT!! This is BEYOND ridiculous!!! Perhaps individuals from Missouri will be better serviced, but for out of town buyers...GOOD LUCK!!

I had been buying pilots with navi's for the last 12 years from this dealer ship and I was not informed of the engine change in the pilot, I would not have bought this years model. I don't want more plastic in the engine and have more noises coming from engine because of it. Honda did a bad choice on the engine change. For the price I paid it was not worth it. Again I feel miss lead and lied to when I returned the Honda Pilot. It cost me lots of money when I returned the Pilot. I feel they could have done better for me since I had been with them for 12 years. If they treat a customer who has been with them this long, and don't take care of them they don't need your business either. I will finish my leases and walk away. I bought two cars this year. And this is the way they treated me. I am very unhappy.

Woody Tong at Tiffany Springs Honda was recommended to me in helping me to buy a used car. Woody far exceeded the recommendation and all expectations and was able to get me approved for a 2016 Honda Fit, the first new car I have ever known. Not only were he and Tim Mintner able to get my limited credit experience approved but they were able to get the price down enough that I could afford the payments. Anna Mora helped set up the blue tooth for my phone and everyone else I had contact with at the dealership was kind and courteous and made it justca great experience for me. I love my new car and plan on keeping it a long time but when I am ready to get my next one, I will be coming back to see Woody. What I like about this dealership is there was no pressure to do anything. They just present you with options and say I'm not gonna tell you what to do. I went in with the goal of buying my leased car and an hour later, I had been presented with options and kept with my origial plan. It was easy.

We went in intending to buy out the lease on our van. We were presenting other opportunities to get a new lease and it was a great deal so we got a new van lease. To start, the Honda Odyssey is a great vehicle--this will be our third. Safe, comfortable, lots of new amenities. Our sales help was awesome. It was a Saturday and we were concerned with leasing another one that it would take a long time. They assured us that they would rush it through if we wanted to go ahead with a new lease. It really did not take long. They were very kind and took good care of us!

The guys here are awesome! Our salesperson Roger was very friendly and had a no pressure approach which was a breath of fresh air.He understood our needs, budget restraints and answered our concerns in a clear straight forward way.Roger, the GM and Finance all worked well together to get us the car we wanted at a price we asked for to fit our budget which was well below sticker. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I walked in to Honda of Tiffany Springs because they have done work on my 2006 Honda Civic. They have always treated me well. I told them what I wanted and the price I could agree to. They made a great deal happen for me and to direct and straight to the point. Woody (Vuthy) was always positive direct. I never felt like I was being manipulated into a deal. I also liked that I only dealt with Woody on the deal. When multiple salesman get involved it really feels like they are ganging up on you to get a deal. Woody treated me with respect and made sure I was happy. Tim in finance was also very helpful and treated me very well. He was respectful and direct. Anna helped me to get to know the car I bought and made me feel good about the car I bought. Over all I had a great experience and dealt with employees that respected me. Great job!!!!

My wife and I are busy people who had little time to focus on replacing our car. We wanted a 2012 or 2013 CRV EXL with AWD but did not have much time to search for the right car. Our sales rep, Jason listened to our needs and worked exceedingly hard at trying to find us a car that fit our budget. He was persistent to stay in touch while we were out of town. In the end, he found a car that had the features we wanted at a price that fit our budget.

My Honda Accord turned 2 years old this week. This has been the best car buying experience ever. The Sales process was easy, professional and painless. 2 years later I love my Accord as much as I did the day I purchased it. I am amazing at the minimal amount of maintenance this vehicle requires. Mike Bair is our service advisor at Honda of Tiffany Springs. He's patient, honest and reasonable. As you know, Hondas are one of the safest and most reliable cars made. But, they do need service and sometimes things need to be fixed. Mike's been taking care of our cars for the past 18 years. He checks with us before, during and after service to make sure they're doing what we wanted. He'll save parts to show us what was wrong. And, he does a great job of explaining what was done. Our experience with Mike is so positive, it's limiting my next car has to be a Honda or Acura. (I even asked Mike when he is planning to retire so we can accordingly.)

Overall the sales department is focused on meeting your desires. The general manager in particular is very accessible and sincere. The turn around time from walkin to walkout has been my experience to be within 2 to 2 1/2 hours which in today's world time is a valuable commodity. Recently came in to have L/Front wheel bearing replaced. Mike drove the vehicle with me and confirmed it sounded exactly like the front wheel bearing. At same time I asked if they could take a look under the front end due to a recent notice sent out by Honda on the bushings perhaps going bad.I was a little over on the mileage for the warranty to be within the guidelines. Mike called and they told him they would honor the bushing to be replaced. In addition to one having been found bad, Mike said they replaced both bushing in the front. Mike was very helpful and professional.I think the dealership went the distance towards helping me with the issue at hand. I very much appreciate the professionalism in which this was handled. Had a pleasant experience with the staff. Friendly and helpful. My one suggestion is during the process some surprise fees kept popping up from the initial price point. I feel it would be beneficial to have those fees be mentioned upfront so they aren't a surprise. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the excellent service I received while purchasing my brand new Honda CR-V.

Michelle Hays was absolutely superb. I had been coming to Tiffany Springs Honda for almost 13 years. I had always received excellent, personable service from Jeff; however, several experiences with other service personnel lately were disappointing, causing me to travel a long way to Ancona Honda, where I bought my 2013 Accord. Michelle completely changed my mind about returning to Tiffany Springs. She was personable, helpful, and very customer-friendly. The purpose of the service call was to calibrate the forward-looking camera after Safelite replaced the windshield. Because the work did not require a full hour, she gave me a discount, even though I would not have known the difference. She and the technician worked hard to find out why a replaced windshield would cause my right windshield wiper to be visible, even bringing in 3 other technicians for advice--and not charging me for the time. Turns out that Safelite had used an after-market replacement. Thanks to Michelle, I felt like I was dealing with a good friend who was doing everything to ensure I left as a satisfied customer. Especially because of her (and also the persistence of the tech), I will return to Tiffany Springs for future services. She is exactly the kind of customer-oriented employee that every employer hopes to have working for him or her.

Came to Honda of Tiffany Springs when my wife's car gave up the ghost. I walked in with less-than-great credit, and let our sales agent, Jason, know right from the start. Rather than boxing us in to a car before we knew what we would be approved for, Jason listened to our concerns and helped us find out what we could afford before getting a commitment, which was important to us. No pressure, not overly aggressive sales tactics, and took the time to show us what we were looking for. All in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend to a friend.
