Great experience leasing a new 2016 Honda Fit. Salesperson, Rich Santos, was very helpful as he showed me cars and thoroughly explained features, arrived at my desired lease price, helped me transfer things from my old car to my new car, etc. Rich called me on he phone the next day to follow up and told me I had left my Easy Pass in my old car, and he would keep it for me until I pick it up. Quick and cost-effective
My dealer who sold me the car, Nick, got to my target price quickly and without a lot of drama. Rob followed up with me on the phone with questions and helped me fix something I purchased then wanted to cancel. The only negative thing was that I had a hard time getting a hold of the finance person to cancel the package, but Rob helped me out with it.
Love my HR-V
I've been a long-time Subaru owner (after being a previous longtime Honda owner). When I saw and drove the new Honda HR-V I loved it and knew I needed to go back to Honda. Rob Hayes and Chris Wells helped me get a great deal and make the entire process a pleasure.

Easy and Excellent Experience
Working with Rob Hayes made our car buying an easy and pleasant experience, so easy in fact that we ended up leasing two vehicles from Honda of Princeton at the same time. We had been long-time Honda customers at a different dealership, which took us for granted, but Rob's attitude and skills as a professional, made all the difference. He found the exact vehicles we were looking for, arranged all the details and delivered the cars without any concerns. I couldn't recommend him more.
Giving wrong information
I went after 3 years to buy in my lease and the finance person gave me an offer that he discribed to include warranty and Maintainance contract as a promotion with no cost when financing through them. He couldn't get me a good rate but his argument was that I was getting a lot of things over and above and these will compensate for the high rate. When I saw the contract I realized that he included all the Maintainance, warranty, gap insurance and even other roadside assistance at full price although some were suppose to be given for free as part of the deal (according to his words). Finally I had to cancel the deal and contract with them.

As a salesperson Rob is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Rob got me a great price and the car I wanted with no surprises or games. Work with Rob Hayes for a positive car buying experience
If you need a car, Honda has great cars and the person to buy from is Rob Hayes. My Mom is 84 and she had certain requirements that she wanted in a car. Rob worked with us to find the right car that met her exacting requirements. He was patient (carefully explaining Apple CarPlay vs GPS) and accommodating (making sure her walker fit in the trunk) and a delight to work with. I was skeptical about a Civic but with the features Rob recommended I can't imagine having a better car. The Honda sensing package is fantastic and the electronics are all that I could have wanted. Buying a car isn't a nightmare experience when you work with Rob Hayes. You get the right car and the right price with no headaches or unpleasantness.
My recent experience at Honda
I want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Honda of Princeton. I rate them a 5 star. from the moment I entered the building I was made welcome. My salesman Miguel Rodas was very excellent and well knowledgeable. I explained to him from the beginning, what I wanted and he did not try to sale me another car he worked with me all the way. Even the financial arranger was all clear with his advice. I felt like I got a great deal to suit my requirements, which is to rebuild my credit. I would definitely return in the future and would recommend to others.
The Patience of a Saint!
My elderly aunt (85) found herself in sudden need of a new car. She is a recent widow and all of this was very new to her. I accompanied her to the dealer and we were fortunate to meet Rich Santos. He was extremely patient, helpful and low key. He answered all of her questions and more. He gently steered her in a direction that was in her best interest and was willing to go over and over things she did not understand the first time around. I truly appreciate his time and patience. Smooth buying experience
Was referred to the dealer while was helping out my buddy to find a car. So I have the full right to leave a review as I was a participant in the deal from the very beginning. We had a tough task to look for a car under $15K and by saying $15K I mean that this was the leave-the-lot price, with all the dealer, DMV etc. fees included. And this was the only dealer out of 15 or more we visited that had reasonable, close to real life fees and clear selling policy. Mike, our sales guy, was accommodating, very straightforward and overall great to deal with. So it took us less than 3 hours to come in, sign the papers and drive off the lot.
Easy, fast and cheap
I bought my 2012 honda there a few days ago from Mike Diaz. I can safely tell you it was my best car shopping experience thus far. I was shown exactly what i wanted inside my price range. This was my first Honda purchase, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. In the past, I've found most car purchase experiences to be more than a little unpleasant. Not this time! I had a good idea of what vehicle I was looking for, and as soon as I met Mike Diaz, he did a thorough search to find all of the on-site vehicles that met my requirements. After driving four vehicles, Mike clearly explained the differences between the four of them and helped me narrow down the choices. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions/concerns. Mike was quick to return phone calls and reply to text messages, and he was very helpful all-around. He encouraged me to take the chosen vehicle to my service station for an inspection, prior to purchase. Extremely unsatisfied with the sales manager
I stepped in to buy a Honda CRV. The price was discussed and agreed. I could not buy the car on that day. I called again the next day and asked if I can get the car for the same price. He said the prices have been increased and gave a new price. They followed up with me few times and persuaded me to check if I am interested. Finally we both got agreed to the new increased price that they offered me. However when I went to buy the car, the sales manager added 2 more fees (dealer's package/upgrade) on top of the agreed upon price. He mentioned that since I did not buy the car on that day, I have to pay some additional fee even though I did not require those features. .I said it is not fair to offer something and then back out or add hidden charges. I spoke with his supervisor but looks like they support each other and do not hear to the genuine complaints and issues of the customers. I felt this is not a place for fair business. I asked the supervisor to take appropriate actions. But he was seeming to be reluctant and was advocating his employee. After I emphasized on the fact that he should look into the mater, he said he will advise his employee. I do not think he was willing to listen what my concerns were and not sure what actions he will take. What is the point of having a management hierarchy where you cannot win customer trust !!
Bad Customer Service which they consider brinkmanship
The first guy i talked to was amazing but When I asked the sales manager if he would beat the price of a competitor He rudely said "why should I?" Well heres why. LOSS OF BUSINESS AND A BAD REVIEWHonda of Hamilton is where i ended up buying my car from. Those people are leagues above these guys
Greatest Experience I've ever had shopping for a Truck
I just purchased a 2013 Honda Ridgeline and although I have had some nightmare experiences in the past dealing with car dealerships, this was quite the opposite. From the minute I walked in and met Mike Diaz, I knew that I was going to make a purchase. Mike far exceeded my expectations. In the past I have dealt with some very overly aggressive, pushy and arrogant sales people but Mike was just the opposite. He was very friendly, very professional, very knowledgable and addressed every question and concern I had with great satisfaction. He worked with me every step of the process and even personally called me to talk after leaving the dealership as I gathered my information to decide if I wanted to make the purchase. You just don't find that kind of devotion and commitment to customers anymore. (at least in my opinion after dealing with other sales people). Poor Customer Service
My family has bought at least 4 cars from this dealership and we bought our last in July. We bought a used Pilot, asked for a $400 reduction and they refused. Should have walked out at that point. The Pilot came with a hitch that we wanted removed. They indicated that they would contact the previous owner, who was formerly employed there, to obtain the key. If they couldn't get the key, they would cut it off for us. Here we are at the end of September, and we still have yet to receive a call to resolve the issue. We were also told they would provide us with touch up paint, but still waiting for that as well. Very poor customer relations.
Working with everyone at Honda of Princeton was an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Being that it was my first time leasing a car, both Bartek and Christopher made sure that I understood everything that I was getting into and helped me insure that I was doing what was best for me personally. THIS IS HOW CAR BUYING SHOULD BE!!!I have been car shopping for a few weeks and have not been happy with most of the dealerships I have visited. It seemed it was all about their bottom line and not what I was interested in. I contacted Princeton Honda on line and immediately was contacted by their Internet specialist, Samantha Montervino. She was polite and efficient, set up my appointment and followed up with calls. When I arrived, my salesman, Miguel Rodas was courteous and knowledgeable and REALLY listened to what I looking for and my budget. Managers Robert Eberbach and Debro Kent were very professional and helpful. Financial manager, Alex Faybisovich, crunched the numbers and worked very hard to get me the best deal and stayed within my budget! I drove home with a pre certified Honda CRV, love it!Princeton Honda is about an hour away from home, but it was well worth the drive. Iwould recommend to anyone looking for a Honda to take the ride!

We bought our Certified Used 2012 Honda Accord a year and a half ago at Honda of Princeton and sadly, it was in an accident recently and got totaled. After visiting another Honda dealership (where we did NOT have a positive experience!) we returned to Honda of Princeton and were handed over to the very capable Mark Whitney, whom we highly recommend. He is friendly, honest, open and very knowledgeable. He put us into a three year old EX L and we could not be happier. For the second time we financed with Honda and Chris Wells helped us out. Things, as last time, were moved along as quickly as possible. What I found most impressive was the care and attention given to us during this process. Everyone we dealt with there was extremely professional, helpful and friendly and we were treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this dealership.
Internet prices are a lie. Big bag of trouble.
So very disappointed in Honda Of Princeton. We're from Virginia, but we found what seemed to be a good deal on an Odyssey here through USAA and TrueCar. Called them and asked for ALL the fees and extras and final price. We were given a good price, and told what the dealer fees were. Asked several times "And that's it? No extras, right?" Mike said that was it, all inclusive. So we drove up to Princeton from Virginia.We walked in, he gave us the keys and we had a great test drive. When we got back to the dealership it all blew up. When he put together the numbers sheet there was nearly $1000 of extra cost we werent told of. These were extras that we didnt ask for but were told we put that on all the cars. Really? So then they should have been able to disclose that when we asked. Mike kept saying, I apologize, but theres nothing I can do, I guess they figured with the sunk cost of the trip wed just take it. But we got up to walk out.Thats when we got the let me see what I can do. A long while later, he came back willing to knock off one of the extras, but not another, (again, nothing I can do) and then told us that the problem was he had made an offer that his managers wouldnt accept. Must have used the, Im going to get fired for this about a dozen times. Finally threw in a if you sign before 1PM, Ill give you a $200 gift card. Oh and did I mention that they insisted we use their financing, even though we had a pre-approved check from USAA ready to go?We were trying to be flexible, I realize that mistakes happen and thats OK, but at some point THEY made the mistake and its now costing _ME_ money.So when they couldnt get their finance people to agree to beat the USAA loan terms (no one ever can, its really exceptional), they basically just said, "No deal". Four hour drive each way, four hours in the dealership, and nothing. We even offered to go back to the straight price as listed online, rather than the deal we had worked out (gave them a few hundred more). Nope. We walked away with nothing.At least Princeton is a beautiful town and we enjoyed most of our time there.Ive since learned it is not uncommon for this dealership to have prices on the internet that they have no intention of honoring.I would caution anyone who intends to deal with this place to carefully consider. They seem to make a habit of last minute changes and charges.Obviously, being from Virginia means I will never need to deal with them again, so my only recourse for the time and money they wasted is to inform others about our problems and hope to save them from a similar experience.
Bought a used truck
We went in looking at their used off make trucks and we spoke with the salesman Mike D. he was extremely helpful, the used car manager gave us a great trade in value, the finance manager took his time to find the right bank with the beat rates for us, explained everything to us. They made sure the truck was fully gased up, had a new oil change, tires were good, etc, thoroughly cleaned so well that it didn't even look like a used vehicle. Excellent service by everyone in the dealership. They were all very friendly and helpful. The salesman also called us afterwards to make sure we were happy clients and to make sure all our needs were met. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I have purchased 3 Hondas from Honda of Princeton and am for the first time considering a truck. While my decision as to when remains open I am certain the Ridgeline would be among my top choices. Normally I would not think to right a review until I have actually purchased I wanted to write this because of how well we were treated and how knowledgeably my questions were answered. We miss Uma at Honda (but she appeared by surprise at our next stop) and were not too sure what we would do without her. By good fortune we were approached by Julie Lee Davis and our apprehension was immediately put to rest. We had a very enjoyable discussion about the Ridgeline and its features. Thank you Julie and rest assured should another Honda be in my future my wife and I will be in touch. Honda of Princeton has always treated us well and yesterday's visit reinforced the respect I have for this dealership and its personnel.

Rude nasty Manager
My family and I went with our minds made up of purchasing a 2013 Honda CRV after the online advertised price . As soon as we came in we were ignored and had to get a sales person from across the street to help us. The sales person was great but, when we tryed to negotiate the price the manger came in and went off . Saying that we had to pay all their fees - including the false advertising and that we couldn't negotiate (even though the bumper looked as if it had been crashed) because we were making prices up from our head (900 $ cheaper) to be exact. His exact words : we put those prices to draw in costumers and thats why I sell thousands of cars a year. The manger who had a tag from Matawan ,NJ a darker skinned heavy set man ended the conversation by him telling us "We closed at 6 so we weren't going to sell to you guys anyways." Never Have I experienced such rude and nasty behavior. Seemed as if he had something against hispanics.

Excellent experience with Honda of Princeton
I bought my used Honda S2000 with Miguel Rodas last week and from the very beginning I was dealt with courtesy and respect. Although while I was thinking of the deal for a quite long time they multi-tasked with another customer, it was totally acceptable and reasonable. They also showed patience during my visit. The only recommendation would be.. the detailing of the car for delivery should be better. It's not that professional because I could see clear wipes of towels on the paint.. But overall the best dealership I've ever met! I would highly recommend. Btw, Miguel and I have become best friends! :)
Best experience at a dealership
By far the best experience I've had at any dealership. I had originally walked in to just look around, sort of get an idea but I found a car I really liked and everything went off from there. Staff was very friendly, willing to help out and answer any questions. My salesman was not only professional, but also comical which added to the experience. Thanks for all your help Miguel! I first communicated extensively with Marla over email to figure out lease terms. When I came in to the dealership, Rich immediately honored the agreed-upon terms which I was very happy about! (Other dealerships I had been to had tried to add extra fees after promises that they wouldn't.) This was my first time leasing a car and Rich and Chris spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. Overall, everyone I spoke with was very nice, courteous, and helpful and made the experience about as easy as it could be. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Arrogant, Patronizing Sales Manager
I went to buy an HRV at Princeton Honda and spent about 2 hours talking to the sales people and test driving. Toward the end during the price negotiation I presented a couple of offers I got from Edmunds to see if they would match the price. The sales manager "Joe Bruno" came to talk to us and I have never met a more condescending person in my life, especially someone in a sales role. Joe was patronizing, spoke over us, made faces, raised his voice and was extremely rude. He claimed to know customers, but completely lacked an appreciation of how to speak with potential customer. While I understand that dealerships may not be able to match competing prices, there is absolutely no need to be arrogant and nasty. After 2 hours we left with a very bad impression and no matter what price they quote, we will never go back. Our experience with Joe Bruno was more of a deal breaker than the price.

I went to Honda of Princeton on a Friday evening 5:58 PM. The sales person Rich Santos is off duty by 6 PM. He informed about his work hours, but spent with me another 15 to 20 minutes. Took all the information he would need. We had an appointment next day. Next day : Rich walked me through the showroom after I informed my need to buy a seven seater. I decided Odyssey after a test drive. No false promises. Everything was clear and to the point. I had a clear picture what I am trying to buy. Before I closed the deal, he arranged a chat with his manager.He has very good knowledge of the market. I strongly recommend Rich at Princeton Honda.
Salesman was great, service department awful
Our salesman when we purchased the car was wonderful. Their service department ruins the experience with Honda of Princeton. We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring from them. We have 1500 miles on it. It has been making a very loud crackling noise whenever a text comes through on the phone, a call comes in through the system or anything is plugged into the usb port. Loud enough that it makes everyone in the vehicle jump. I called yesterday and made an appointment at the dealership for 7:30 this morning to have it fixed. It took 45 minutes for the car to be taken back and 15 minutes later I was told that they hear the problem, would need to get Honda on the phone to fix it and handed my keys and told to come back at another time. WHAT????!!! I have a new car with 1500 miles on it, an appointment and them and they are unwilling to get on the phone with Honda to troubleshoot and fix it?! He tells me it isn't their software, but Honda's software. They are a Honda dealership and I purchased the vehicle from them a little over two months ago. I said I wanted to stay and get it fixed. Their technician's response is well we don't know if it is software or audio related and if we call now it could take two or three hours so you have your keys and you can leave. I ask how long it will take when I make another appointment and come back....he tells me we don't know maybe 2-3 hours and isn't willing to schedule another time or get me answers. Are you kidding me? This is a new vehicle! No loaner car offered, no service done for the appointment and I am sent away. They just lost a customer!

Great Buying Experience
I went to Honda of Princeton in search of a new (or new used) car after having totaled my '04 Civic the weekend prior. I knew I wanted another Civic, but was undecided as to whether I wanted a new or used car. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Uma received us with warmth, helpfulness, and sympathy with regards to my recent accident. She spent several hours with us, going over the pros and cons of a new vs. used Civic. We went on a few test drives, calculated the loan costs of each car, and compared the features until I was able to make an informed decision. I eventually settled on a 2016 Civic EX -- a bigger expense than I had initially planned on, but I'm very happy with my decision and with the car. Uma went above and beyond to provide a great buying experience. It was a long and stressful day, but made less so by Uma's kindness and dedication to making sure I ended up with a car that I really loved. I'm very pleased with my new car, and grateful to Uma -- and the rest of the Honda of Princeton staff -- for having provided such a positive buying experience.

Worst Dealer !!!!
1. Offer a price on call and completely denied when visited in person.2. Person spoke on phone was not ready to meet.3. Car in talk was being used by staff for daily use and taken to home after work.4. Was told that the person you spoke is not well and left for the day will come back after 2 days.5. Later after insisting the same person appears and was very much healthy.6. To make it worst this person was more rude than the earlier person7. Awesome Team Turned Expected Painful Process into Joyful One
My 14yr old Town & Country finally died on Friday of Memorial Day weekend while attending my daughter's Law School Graduation. I was hoping to get another five months out of it, before buying a new car during an "end of year clearance sale". Now I dreaded spending my holiday weekend looking for a car and spending more money than I wanted. After hurriedly reviewing several SUVs online, I considered the Honda Odyssey instead for several reasons. I instantly received calls from five different local Honda Dealerships upon clicking on "request price quote," I rushed down to the Honda of Princeton dealership that evening because they were only 8 miles from my house, but arrived just before closing time. Instead of being told to come back tomorrow, I was immediately greeted by Uma, a salesperson with a beaming smile and infectious charm. She stayed late to show me all the features of the Odyssey. Uma's car knowledge, upbeat personality and sincere dedication to her customers is admirable. When I told her I was also considering the Chrysler Pacifica and Ford Explorer, she encouraged me to check them out to make sure I was happy with my decision, rather than putting down the other cars (totally unexpected and refreshing). After test driving the other cars, I was even more sold on the Odyssey, but was concerned about the price. However their manager, Dan Cohen, beat the best internet offers from the other Honda Dealers without any haggling, gave me a more than fair trade-in price on my DOA Town & Country, and got me the model and color I wanted, rather than pushing only the ones they had left on their lot. Next, I met Chris Wells who guided me through the financing process. He was very down to earth and explained things very clearly. He did not push additional services, but provided his honest insight about them. He was extremely patient answering all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I not only got a great car at a great price, and got to enjoy the rest of my Memorial Day weekend with my family, I gained a trustworthy and reliable dealership and service center, along with some new friends. The first time I wanted to leased a Honda I shopped around at a few dealerships. I found many of the sales people to be pushy and rude until I found Honda of Princeton. Honda of Princeton was recommended by many of my friends who had done business with themin the past. When I went down to the dealership, I was greeted by friendly faces and treated with respect. Gary was the sales person who handled my lease and got me a great deal on my civic! Since then I have refered two other people to Gary who have gotten great deals on their leases. We all agree that Gary is a pleasure to do business with and we would never go anywhere else!
The lease on my car was almost up and I was dreading going through all the wheeling and dealing required to lease a new car. I had already visited other manufacturers' showroom before walking into Honda of Princeton and that had only added to my dread. But unlike the sales people at the other dealers I had visited, Rob was very low key. I didn't feel any pressure to make a deal. But he actually looked at the car I was giving up and was able to make me a great offer based on the resale value of my car. Nobody else had done that. That impressed me. So I bought a car from him! They didn't have the color and model I wanted in their inventory but quickly located a car. The paperwork and turnover process was easy. All in all, it was a pretty painless process!!!
I had an electrical problem with my 2007 Honda Accord . Service guaranteed they know what is causing the problem . $731 and fixed ? I made 6 trips to the dealership and my electrical issue was never solved and now I have a new issue , no air conditioning . I asked for my $731 back and cannot get a call back from the service tech who agrees with me !. I have been holding off disputing the Claim but it appears I have no choice , or maybe small claims court . They are Ok with brakes ,expert oil changes but serious issues are not recommended at this dealership

I bought 2012 Honda Odyssey certified 6 months back. Never ever buy any certified car from this dealership. They are cheaters and fraud. They will sell you half dead battery saying as certified and will not provide any proof of certified battery. If you are lucky, nothing will go wrong. I got my battery dead during first maintenance in 6 months. When I called, they did not agree. I provided proof, then they talked about settlement with some portion of the battery cost. I went to GM then he told that nothing can be done here. Peter Dipersia is also involved with the team in cheating. He does not deserved to be general manager/VP and getting the paycheck to **** the dealership business.

Absolute Nightmare/Certified PreOwned 2013 Honda Accord EX-L
This review comes after much aggravation. I have pre written this review over the course of time while going through all of this so excuse me if I repeat some things.I purchased a Certified Pre Owned 2013 Honda Accord EX-L with 30,000 miles for $21,858 a month ago now and it has been a complete nightmare. I traded in my 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer with 200,000 miles and was given a nice amount for trade, which please me very much so. I am a mom with two children, so this car purchase was an upgrade for me. I originally dealt with Dalton and Mike Diaz who where absolutely wonderful. I have no issue with the Sales team, they are really good people that try to satisfy you and make it as pleasant as possible.I purchased the car that day. That night when I took it home, I noticed the car jerks in first gear. I took it back immediately the following morning. To be honest I didn't want the car after that, I asked them if they would take the car back and sell me something else. They said no all sales are final and wouldn't swap out the car but offered to fix it under warranty. As a consumer I am thinking 30k mile car with a transmission issue, its a future nightmare. I called my lender and I told them of the issue I have with the vehicle and I asked them if I could trade it in, please keep in mind I have only had the car for two days at this point, and I was already told they refused to swap and I'm stuck with this car!After expressing my concerns with the Lender, they decided to place the loan on hold, meaning they wouldn't finalize the loan until the issue was fixed or they agreed to a swap. At some point Jon Schaffer became involved, because I wanted a car but not this one with a transmission issue. Even if they fixed it, I would be relying on the work of the technician that did the work. After many phone calls back in forth between the dealer and the lender I finally agreed to let them fix the vehicle. The lender did not want to finalize until the vehicle was fixed which caused more problems, in which I believe this incident contributed to the reason why Dalton is no longer with them as Used Sales Manager. Its sad because he wasn't the problem in my opinion. It gets worst.... So the service manager drives my car and he notices the "slight jerk" or "pulsation" as he termed it and then proceeds to tell me that this is normal and characteristic of Honda CVT Transmission vehicles! He did point out he felt pulsation in the brakes, so they offered to machine the rotors because I just brought the car yesterday. Turns out the rotors were warped. They sold me a certified pre owned vehicle with warped rotors!I was appreciative, because I didn't notice it, but only thing I was really concerned with was the jerking in first gear. My 200K miled Lancer has a cvt trans and it never jerked. We drove another Honda Accord same year, make, and model off their lot and it did the same thing. I was disappointed but accepted their logic and left. As I drove home the jerking bothered me and I kept thinking this can't be normal. Almost caused an accident because the jerking became violent on acceleration, but Honda thinks this is normal. So I did some research and I saw other people were having the same issue. I found this information on a Accord Owner Forum. One guy posted that he was having the same issue and mentioned there was a service bulletin connected to this issue. Honda issues a service bulletin for this issue but not a recall, meaning they know its an issue but unless you notice it your going to get screwed when your transmission fails after the warranty expires. I called Corporate Honda and filed a complaint, because I wanted it documented in case of injury due to this issue. It jerked and lunged when coming to stop between 10 miles per hour and 0 miles per hour and occasionally accelerating, which is a safety issue! The fact that Honda Corp has a service bulletin for this issue, they are aware of the issue with their transmissions, but refused to do a recall, and since I drove another from Princeton Honda lot with jerking in 1st gear that was deemed "normal". I would be careful about purchasing a 2013 from them, because there are others on there lot that have this issue. I have driven a total of 3 cars all EX-L models and they all jerk, and the service manager will try to persuade you that this is normal behavior and its not, but since the service bulletin was applied to my car, it didn't jerk, well what do you know!The transmission issue was fixed after I brought up the service bulletin, which they initially tried to say didn't apply to my car. But they fixed it and I was happy. The next day my brakes begin to squeal. I took it back to the dealer where they then resurfaced the break pad and used anti-squeal. I drove home and it didn't squeal and I was relieved. The next day it begins to squeal again, but I have missed so much time from work due to issues with this car, I couldn't take it back immediately. Now the breaks where squealing worst then before and continuously. I took the car back yesterday and I couldnt stay and of course there are no loaner vehicles available. They offered me a rental car from Avis that I had to put a hundred hold on my card, and at this time is not possible. I asked the Service manager will they replace the rotors and brakes, because you sold me car with warped rotors for one, and they have already been serviced twice! The whole point of buying a certified pre owned vehicle is so that the customer can have a piece of mind when buying a used car. I have been extremely patient with this dealership trying to give them the opportunities to rectify the issues as they occur. Update:The dealer replaced rotors and brakes but I had to sign a waiver basically stating that the car was sold to me up to spec with Certified Pre Owned Program (which is a lie, because the rotors where warped day one of purchase) and that this a good will replacement and will no longer be responsible for any items not included under warranty. I signed it because I just put all that I had on a down payment for that car so a 600+ dollar brake job was not in my budget.As of last night I had to call road side assistance because my trunk wouldn't stay closed. I went to dinner for Mothers Day how embarrassing that you to put things in the trunk and it won't stay closed. I couldn't drive the car with the trunk unsecured so I paid for transportation for my children and mother to get home so they didn't have to wait out there with me. I called Princeton Honda today and didn't give my name because by now I have service history a mile long with this vehicle. I told them my trunk wouldn't close is this covered under warranty. They told me I would be charged a diagnostic fee and then they would determined if its under warranty. At this point I am just tired. I have only had the car for a little under a month so I still have bumper to bumper coverage. Day one when the transmission issue was noticed I told them I didn't want the car and to take the car back and sell me another one. They outright refused, which in my opinion would have been the right thing to do. I came there to buy a car so if that one had an issue I would gladly brought something else from them. I was asking for my trade or my deposit back , I just wanted to be swapped out, this is still day 1 of purchase. I have written a email to the General Manager which is mirroring this review in level of detail with a read receipt. He has yet to return either a phone call or email. I have filed several complaints with Honda Corporation about this car. Oh and Mc Scafner did offer a trade but it would have been a new deal altogether. They would buy my car back for 17.5 although I signed for 21,858 after all the fees and add ons, taxes, tags etc. I would have had to take 4k plus in negativity equity. Mind you this is a new deal, meaning they get a second commission because its a new sell. Doesn't sound like a good business or honest people. They took full advantage of me and I will not stop until I rid of this car. I don't care if I have to call TV news station, start a blog, tell everyone I see how bad my experience was or show up to this dealership every weekend with my car for service and personally introduce myself to every customer. My co worker almost brought the same car I did, after seeing all the issues I was having the dealer she told them she wasn't coming back and instead went and bought a Toyota. After my brake service my transmission is now acting up again. I have had it and will start consulting with a lemon law attorney. I have recorded every phone call from day 1 on purchase, I have all my service records. I recorded phone conversation of them trying deny the services that where done, then later admitting to having done the service. I am at my wits end with this car and this dealer. I was referred here by a friend that spoke highly of this place, who brought a car here and refers a lot of people to this dealer. Its safe to say he will no longer purchase cars from this dealer or refer anyone here. I do not know why a supposed reputable dealer would treat me this way. Through out the whole process I have been patient and kind. I have not written one bad review until now, and even continued to give them good reviews after services. Its really sad because they know there are multiple vehicles on their lot with transmission issues and they will sell them as certified pre owned without fixing them. I intend on filing a complaint which every agency I can until my voice is heard and my problems are solved. I do not deserve this. I could see if I purchased a 10 years old car with over 100k miles on it but I brought a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Honda Accord EX-L with 30,000 miles.

Since Miguel Rhodas and I were friends in high school, I saw his car deal photos on Facebook. I needed a car so I decided to go to him and see if i could at least get advice on what I can do to get a car. I honestly didn't think that I was going to get a deal and a car after meeting with him and negotiating with my mother and I Not only was his service very professional but was very helpful and informative on how to finance a car. I recently purchased a 2013 Accord Sport. The whole experience was great. My sales consultant David Weinstein was knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. I explained what I was interested in and my price range. Mr. Weinstein helped me select the best car in my price range. One of the rims was scratched and Mr. Weinstein called me to be sure I returned to the dealership to have it fixed or replaced. I recently had it corrected and it went smoothly. Mr. Weinstein has reached out to me on several occasions to be sure everything is going well. Christopher Wells handled the final paperwork and he also was knowledgeable and did not pressure me.I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

We went to buy 2012 Honda Accord EX, which price on the Internet showing $13,699 but when we went there the price was totally different($15,999). plus this guy is very rude and unprofessional. when we were leaving, this guy told us that you guys cannot afford this car. when we were discussing the car this guy won't let us speak. he was keep pretending that he is right. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED..

I was looking to purchase a 2016 Honda Pilot - EX-L Sensing. I wanted only this PARTICULAR TRIM and that too in BLACK PEARL color. I tried to deal with other dealers but all I got was run around and just talk. When I came to Honda of Princeton dealer and met Uma Ramamoorthy she assured me if the particular is available locally and if she can procure it she will do it. If not she will be honest and upfront and let me know she/dealearship cannot procure it for me. She kept to her word and next day she gave me the confirmation she can get and I guess rest is history....If I could give UMA the rating of 10 below I would happily do so. NOT willing to be fair or go that extra mile
So I have had 2 civics for about the past 5 years. Both have been leases (2012 and currently a 2014) and both times when I was negotiating a lease here at Princeton, Hamilton Honda went the extra mile and beat them out and gave me a better deal. I'm writing this review because of the fact that I have been coming here for my oil changes/service since moving back here and because this dealership is literally less than 10 minutes from where I live as opposed to the 55 minutes Hamilton is. A few months ago was killing time in the showroom and met Uma. This past week marks the second time I went in and tried to get a deal done in the past 4 or so months. But why am I writing this review now you say? Well I'm glad you asked! It is because Uma and whoever the finance manager she was talking to this time around were just unwilling to be reasonable and come up with a fair deal. I showed a fully detailed email bid by Hamilton Honda for the pilot EX-L nav and they were shocked and came back with a deal that was about $250 more than Hamilton's. But wait it gets worse. To make things even more just rude they appraised my car at $9,500 (2014 Honda Civic LX) Now I wasn't born yesterday I know dealers offer way less than what the private market is but the FACT is she herself a few months back appraised it at $11,500 just like the audi dealer next door did. And to even further prove that this dealership is just horrible, I went online to various websites like cars.com carsguru and on carfax.com and similar almost identical cars were selling and on the market for as low as $12,995 and as high as $18,995So all in all this was the last time I will ever even bother trying to get any deal done here.Not only did they offer me a BS lease that was around $250 more then their competitor which I even had provided proof of. But they tried to short hand me on my current car by the thousands. It's obvious to me that they don't value or respect veterans or repeat loyal HONDA customers (maybe its because I went with Hamilton the first 2 times) I think I'll just bring my car here for the services which isn't too bad.To those that wrote good reviews to this dealer: I hope you all did your homework and compared to other local dealers before deciding to sign that dotted line here. If y'all got a good deal congrats.Maybe you guys got lucky or just dealt with other people

2015 Civic purchase- dealer review
We've been dealing with HOP since 1988. We have purchased many new cars there and always have had the service for these vehicles done there. The reason why we are repeat customers is we always get treated professionally, courteously and respectfully. If we ever had an issue, it was *always* resolved in a manner that made us happy. My husband and I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L this week and were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Princeton. We had looked into several different SUVs and knew what we liked, so when our 2003 Ford Focus died last weekend I went with my dad to check out the Pilot. I was prepared to sign and drive on Tuesday when we arrived but didn't actually believe that I would!Rich was a joy to work with, answering all of our questions and reviewing everything the Pilot has to offer. I appreciate that our negotiationing was quick and painless, and was very thankful to be addressed and spoken to as an individual, rather than ignored or talked down to due to being a woman like other dealers have done in the past. Great dealership, stands behind products
I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX-L from Honda of Princeton last Friday (3/18/16) but soon realized that the rear left tire's camber was noticeably off. I took the car back to the dealer and it stayed in the shop for a few days while they contacted Honda Engineering and made sure they fixed the car properly. There is no rear adjustable camber on the Civic so they made sure they were thorough. Strangely, the fix was to switch the upper arms and it miraculously went into spec and that fix was the foreman, Mark's idea lolA few days later (on 3/24/16), I finally spoke to the GM, Peter and not only was he wonderful but he put me in a BRAND NEW CAR.I have to say that I am impressed.Not only did the dealership put the brand new vehicle right on an adjustment rack to make sure nothing was wrong with the alignment/camber, they thoroughly checked the vehicle, performed all of the updates, installed LuxCare and gave me free mudflaps lol.The foreman, Mark, and Service Advisor, Dave, came out to me PERSONALLY and told me that they were seeing to it that the car was taken care of properly and thanked me for understanding and for my patience. The sales manager John and salesman Mike were equally great.Plus! Other members of the service team even thanked me as well. Expressing that they knew the story and that Honda is extremely concerned that there was an issue with a brand new Civic and that they were looking into it. The department also said they would start reading the internet more often to stay ahead of the game and asked me for links to forums hahaI am honestly impressed with the service there, and how the dealer stood behind their product and did the right thing.It was not the dealer's fault but the factory that my vehicle had the rear camber out but they took responsibility.Bottom line: I would absolutely shop there again, their service is excellent and it's a stand-up dealership.- Alexandra Lipari

this dealer is not charging much fees, but they make sure to let you sign as much of service contract as they can do, so so if buying car worth $15k , they want you to pay $20k instead or more with all these contracts , i found out later that most of the profit coming from this part of selling , so be aware of that before signing anything , i canceled some of these second day but it has 3 weeks now never recieved refund back. try to call and email, and good luck with that. the sales person refused to discount a penny and the whole thing happen with accounting.general manger and owner dom't care once money reached their safe door, even after i met in person in the dealershipi wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

If you want to purchase a Honda vehicle, do not hesitate! Go to Julie Davis. I guarantee you that you will get the best experience possible. I hate pushy sales and sales that want to play games. There was no such problem with Julie. She respected the space that I demanded. She quickly reserved the car we wanted. The next day, paperwork was ready before we showed up!On 3/3/2016, we purchased a 2016 Civic Touring for my niece. It's a beautiful car. We compared it with many competitors, even other classes such as a RAV4. We decided on the great value that the Civic provides. It has the power we want with everything fully loaded. Out of all the Honda dealerships near our area, we decided on Princeton Honda and Julie because of her friendliness. When we first visited her dealership, it was freezing cold outside. She spent every moment with us on the lot to compare the features of different models and trims. We left that day with no promises to her. A month went by while we visited other makes. During this time, Julie respected my "one call" policy. She made only one follow up call and gave me my space rest of the time. Because of how she presented herself and her dealership and how she respected my wishes, when we decided on the Civic, we took the deal that was made available online to her.Negotiation was NO HASSLE. They instantly matched the price. Despite my "take it or leave it" approach, Julie remained grateful of my business. She was very prepared, but of course, we had a ton of questions. She answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. She took a great deal of time educating my niece on all the new and exciting features and functionality of this newly designed car. Knowing how to use the safety feature is just as important as having them, and Julie made sure we understand fully what we purchased and how to activate them.After chitchatting on the side for a short while, I realized that Julie is genuine and professional. I don't want to go to detail about her personal background, but I want to say that there is only one reason why she treated us with respect and patience. It is not so she can hold on to her job. A respectful, polite and patient person is who she is. She is the total opposite of the age old portrayal of car sales person. An average car buyer will probably purchase a vehicle every 3-7 years. So why would you not want to make sure that you have the most pleasant experience when it is your time to purchase a car? Efficient sales service, air pricing
I purchased a new Accord. I initiated contact through the internet and requested information to save time I do not have, The response was direct and efficient. I was able to set identify the car I wanted, set up a test drive, get a price quote and negotiate sales price via email. The price was extremely fair given research at Edmunds and True car web sites. NO HASSEL!!!! I provided all required insurance info on a Tuesday afternoon, was emailed copies of papers and picked up the car on Friday same week. I dealt with Rich Santos, great guy, very helpful. Total time in dealership was maybe 90 minutes. Most of the time in dealership was spent going over operation of car after purchase, you know the enjoyable part. Best car buying experience I have had. Apparently, these guys want to sell you a car. They must be volume driven so good place to go if you are looking for no hassle purchase.
Lease was up on our 2013 Pilot. Leased the new Pilot...of course always a lengthy process, but overall smooth. Would visit again. Nice Job Princeton Honda.

Pleasant Staff and Reasonable Price
Brought the new CRV in for the first oil-change. Everyone was nice and informative. I wish I didn't have to wait quite so long, but the service lounge was comfortable, so all-in-all it was a good experience.
I came in for a recall and daniel bredenbeck assisted me, everything went very good, he promised me under an hour and it was done within 40 minutes! He was very helpful and explained everything with detail, overall for a first visit to honda of princeton i was very pleased with the service, highly recommend it.
I have purchased a car from Honda of Princeton, have had my car serviced there and had minor repairs done as well for damage to my car. I'm very satisfied with both their sales and service department. Regarding service and repairs, this part of the dealership has impressed me so far - they're honest, quick, friendly and haven't screwed me with high cost items (a constant worry whenever a car enters a service center). Great First Experience!
First time Honda owner, first service appointment: EXCELLENT! Friendly staff from the minute I wheeled my car into the garage. Time was taken to explain everything before the work began and Daniel Bredenbeck (Service Advisor) provided a thorough walk-through of the work performed and service documentation leaving me with no unanswered questions. The service area was complete with every complimentary item imaginable but the service was completed so quickly that I barely had a chance to take advantage - That is a GOOD thing! I left Honda of Princeton with the genuine belief that the staff truly knows not only how to take care of a car but a customer as well.

I visited Honda of Princeton last Saturday and found a car that my wife and I loved, a 2013 White Honda CRV. We were excited about buying the car from Honda of Princeton since that's where my wife purchased her last Honda that she still drives. We test drove the car, we talked about the price and thought we had a great deal. My wife and I wanted to see another CRV, in Blue and then make our decision. Mike promised "I will keep the car for you today, if you want I can even hold it until Monday" I assured Mike that I will either call him or come back before the end of day. We visited the "other" Honda dealership and as much as we liked the car and actually got a better price on it, we weren't happy with how pushy and rude the sales staff was. I called and e-mailed Mike Diaz immediately, Mike promptly called me back and I told him we will be at the dealership by 5pm to pick up the white CRV (this call was at 3:04pm) Mike responded " Great! I will be here" We were excited and started to plan our first trip in the CRV up to Lake Placid in NY. We arrived at the dealership at 4:45pm but we could not find Mike .. The Manager ( you? ) told us Mike is with a customer at the new car building and he thinks he's signing docs for the CRV that we were promised less than 2 hours before. After 10 minutes, Mike finally came back with excuses that another sales person took the car to a customer that wanted to see if a stroller fitted and then out of nowhere they decided to buy that car. ( How is a 2013 Honda CRV different from 2016) It felt like someone just swept the rug from under our feet .. or stole our beloved car out of our driveway. Lots of excuses later we were offered a black CRV with Leather for a "great deal to make things right". We were offered a car that we didn't want for $3,000 more to "make things right" (That car is currently listed on your website for $21,398) which is lower what the manager's deal was for us. Mike told us he will stay in touch with us and look for other white CRVs with under 40k miles... I haven't heard from Mike yet .. And actually I am the one that called him to follow up and received "ohhh we looked and there's nothing or they're too expensive for us to buy"I service my car at Princeton and have always had a good experience there but I am actually not looking forward to visiting a place that does business this way. Very disappointing, and if the other person that purchased the car bought it for a few hundred dollars more than what we agreed on and Mike recevied better commission and he and the dealership feel good about doing that type of business, then be it but I expected more based on my past experiences with you and other Honda dealerships.
Not you father's car buying experience
We have leased about 10 Hondas from this dealer over the past 16 years. We have had the pleasure, each time, of working with Brian Watkinson, an outstanding sales professional. Brian has a full understanding of the cars he sells and is completely straight-forward. There is never any pressure. This most recent lease was an unbelievable experience. Brian called in mid-week to let us know that we could exit the lease 3 months early with no penalty. Since we were planning to lease a new Honda, we decided to see whet was new. We agreed to meet Saturday morning for a quick review of our options. The result was that by 11am (2 Hours) we drove away with a new leased Accord. All details were handled in that time, including: choice of model, equipment, change of insurance, car prep, paperwork, inspection/return of the car we drove in with...handshakes. This is the model for how to get a car! Rest of the world, pay attention.

This is a pretty nice dealership as far as car dealers go. I have not had a bad experience yet. I bought my car, Crv Exl Nav 2012 from them about 8 months ago. I have had all of my service done there and it's always pleasant. I just went there for an oil change and for some reason it was free!!! + tire rotation.Daniel Bredenbeck was the person to whom I gave my keys. He was, as he was the last time, great and helpful. I will keep taking my baby back to her home to get serviced until the wheels fall off. Hopefully they'd be able to help me with that as well.

Best dealership experience I ever had!
I recently got into a car crash so I was in the market for a new car since my old one was totaled. Dealing with the insurance company was the absolute worse. It seemed crazy that I was spending all this money on car insurance and the agents did not want to work with me. Feeling defeated I was not looking forward to dealing with a new customer service staff. The people at Honda of Princeton gave me a completely different experience. They listened to what I wanted in a car, helped me find the perfect one, and had all the paper work done in 1 day! Miguel Rodas was very insightful, understanding and fast with the paperwork. They helped me get into a monthly payment plan that was in my budget (which included a great deal for a warranty). The staff was friendly and accommodated to my needs. If you're looking for a dealership that will work with you and not screw you over with hidden fees this is the place. Definitely recommending this place to all of my friends and family!
Enthusiastic and Friendly
Miguel helped me for the three times I had to come in to successfully get a well priced, used Honda Civic and did so with great enthusiasm, kindness and understanding. It took quite a while to get done but it was a positive experience for me getting my first personal car. When it was necessary for me to have to go home and get a ride back to the dealership so I could pick up my new used car Miguel personally came and picked me up so I could get everything done in one day.

Very Professional - CRV Purchase
Uma, Joe and Chris were great to deal with. They made the buying experience wonderful. They are true professionals. The customer service was excellent and they explained all the features of the car. This is my third purchase at Honda of Princeton and will be buying my fourth car there. Overall, Uma my sales person was top notch, Joe the manager was outstanding and Chris from finance was very knowledgeable of the finance details.
Approached "express"door with low expectation. Delightfully surprised with the upbeat, efficient greeting. One fella was in my Pilot before I reached the check-in desk. The desk clerk, Andrew, was especially ingratiating, acknowledging my concerns with a polite, upbeat assurance that everything was going to be allright. Car service to home and back--about 4 hrs in between--was the cherry on top.
Excellent Customer Service
Let me first state that I love my car, and would most assuredly purchase one from Princeton Honda again. However, and without going into too much detail, I had a few, very minor "issues" with a recently-purchased pre-owned vehicle. These problems were dealt with efficiently and politely, but the repeated trips to the service department were becoming a hassle. On my most recent trip to the Service Department, I had the pleasure (and the incredibly good luck) to work with Dan. I was probably not the most happy customer, but Dan listened politely and patiently while I expressed my frustration and disappointment. In a matter of minutes, Dan had a plan, and everything was taken care of quickly, expertly, and reasonably. This dealership has a deservedly excellent reputation, and it's due to dedicated and caring employees like Dan.
Tire and Rim Replacement
I've been a customer of Honda of Princeton since I bought my first Civic Si there in 2002. I've since bought 2 more cars from them including my current '15 Si. My Hondas have only been serviced at this dealership. The level of attention is second to none. Recently I blew out my front driver side tire on a pot hole on route 1. I immediately called the Honda of Princeton service department. They quickly found the tire I needed and told me to come in. A problem arose when it turned out I needed a rim as well that was not in stock. The service department freed up a loaner in the last second so that I was not inconvienanced. I really appreciate that level of service. Even my former German car dealership wouldn't do that for me. Honda of Princeton has never let me down, be it in purchasing or servicing a car. I highly recommend them.
I got an oil change and Daniel Bredenbeck took good care of my vehicle service. His communication was honest and politely. A well educated young man he made sure that my vehicle was serviced to the perfectionious. Mr. Bredenbeck made sure that I was satisfied with my service before exiting out. A few days went by I received a call from Mr. Bredenbeck to verified if my vehicle is ok and if I needed anything don't hesitate to call Honda of Princeton. Keep up the good work.

I had a super service experience today. My service advisor Everett Andrews was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything that was done to my car in detail. My checkout experience with the cashier was great too. Very friendly and professional, she had an infectious smile too.
Quick service while I waited
I had something making a terrible scraping noise, so I stopped in at Honda on my lunch break. Alice, the service technician, found it was the splash shield that had broken. She had it fixed within 45 minutes. She also showed me the car while it was up on the mount so I could see exactly what the issue had been. Thanks, Alice, for the quick turnaround!
Great experience today with routine maintenance and recalls
Went in for oil change, and they were able to do two recalls at the same time in under an hour and they told me it would be 1 hour 15 minutes! Everett was very courteous and accommodating.

Uma was great to work with and I recommend her and Princeton Honda. She was very helpful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. I also loved how friendly and approachable she was.Uma helped me set up the Bluetooth in the car. She also later kept me updated about the status of my plates and registration and showed me where to pick them up, as well as showing me around the service area.
Amazing Used Car Buying Experience at Honda of Princeton
From my first inquiry until I signed and got the keys to my pre-owned '07 Honda Accord EX-L, Mike Diaz was always available (night or day) to quickly and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I think he even put in time on his day off to work around my schedule. The car was in great condition except for a few imperfections (namely, a cracked bumper from the prior owner), all of which Honda of Princeton agreed to fix at no additional cost. The car came back in flawless shape: no local auto body could have done it better. It was evident from my visit that this dealership employs a no-pressure sales approach and is committed to making customers happy. And I'm so happy!!!!! I am very happy about getting my Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord EX-L at Honda of Princeton. They had a really nice selection of vehicles. The sales consultant, Mike DIaz, really knows the cars and features inside and out. He was helpful in answering all my questions about the car and making sure I was happy with my choice. Chris Wells in Finance is a great guy...we bought a car from him a few years ago, when he was out on the sales floor. I recently leased a Honda Civic from Princeton Honda. Uma Ramamoorthy was my sales representative and she was terrific! She's good at her job.
It was my first time getting service and as I drive through the parking lot bewildered, I was greeting by manager Joe Bruno, who not only showed me where to go but personally opened the garage door to the service area and within 10 seconds I was on the express track to getting my new battery. Daniel Bredenbeck took the keys and handled the car from there. Wow so polite and quick. Dan Cohen and Joe Bruno then engaged me numerous humorous anecdotes while I sipped on the free coffee that tasted like it was brewed of the gods. My only disappointment is knowing that my car is a Honda and won't break down enough for me to return often.

I have been a customer of Honda of Princeton for about 15 years now and I can't say enough good things about this dealership. In particular, my Service Advisor, Chris Luberto, goes above and beyond to accommodate me. Always prompt and courteous, he is the ultimate professional. Fixed side mirror cover
I knocked the cover off the driver's side mirror and thought I'd have to replace it. Honda had me stop by to see what needed to be done. Heather, the check in person, was very helpful and brought out Alice, a mechanic, to take a look at the mirror. Alice suspected that it might be a simple fix and she was correct. She popped the cover back on properly. There was no charge, and barely any wait. My experiences with this dealer have always been positive (we've bought four cars from them) and I couldn't be happier

Have been a customer of this dealership for more than six years, working with Ed Chrebet for the last several of those. Have always found them to be thorough and reliable in their investigation of any problems, and I have complete confidence in the work that is done. Ed has been particularly helpful in the last couple of months in fitting my car in quickly to handle some unusual problems that cropped up. I stopped by Honda Princeton while I was waiting for the estimation of fixing my VW car. I talked with Miguel and he showed the car which were good for me. Then I met the car I bought. It was the timing to change the car at the time. If sales person was not Miguel, there was a possibility not to buy in Honda. What I want to say is I enjoyed dealing with him.I hope I can get new car at Honda Princeton someday.
A very satisfied experience of buying a pre-owned car
I was looking for a pre-ownd car for two weeks. In fact, I was worried about buying a used car, because I'm not familiar with this country, I just came here 4 months ago, and It's my first time to buy a used car. I went to a big dealer far away from my home and tried two used car with no much mileage. But their engine sound give me feeling they like more than 20 years old. Then I went to Honda of Princeton, very near to my house. Fortunately, I met Miguel, a very kind guy. He heard my thoughts, then, introduced a 2008 civic hybrid to me. The car is very clean, the mileage is more than 130 thousand miles, but the condition is good, engine is quiet. I have to admit I liked this one when I tried it at once. Instantly, I decided to select this one, no more trying of others. Miguel did his best to get a discount for me. Eventually the price was satisfying. Thank Miguel.
I came in a couple days ago for an oil change for my 07 Accord after work. I drove in and was greeted promptly. I told her i needed an oil change and also wanted my tired rotated since the weather has been soo bad lately. I was told there was a little wait which was ok because i had work to do anyway. When it got done it was actually sooner than i had quoted. I will be stopping by for more service since it is on the way home from work. It was a very simple sign in/payment process. It was better than most places i have gone to for service in the past.
Top notch dealership!
I bought my 2014 Honda pilot new about a year and a half ago and like to service it at the dealership. I went in a few weeks ago for a standard oil change and a regular check up. My service advisor (dan b) took me in and got my service done quickly and went over what needed to get done. He told me I needed a differential service, transmission service, and a cabin air filter. This was much more than I anticipated, but Dan walked me through the charges, and why these things needed to get done. He also told me that he was a mechanic at another Honda dealership for over 4 years..which added value to his explanations! I'm a happy customer and will be going back to Dan at Princeton Honda again! -JD

I just leased another car from Honda of Princeton. An incredible 2016 Civic Touring in Lunar Silver.What an outstanding vehicle! This is about my eight car either purchased or leased from HOP.What's even more incredible is the sales, finance, and service staff. Brian Watkinson is an amazingly friendly, humorous and knowledgeable sales professional who made the buying process not only easy but fun. Chris Wells, formerly our salesman and now our finance specialist is always excellent and friendly and got us a great deal. Chris made the finance aspect a breeze and he was, as always, well prepared and had everything ready to go. What used to take an hour took only about 20 minutes and we were done. Very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!I arrived in the late afternoon, but the sales consultant who was supposed to be off stayed and offered lots of instructions. The manager was also extremely friendly and helpful when doing the paperwork.

I was looking to purchase my mother a Honda Accord to replace her 2004. The customer service at Princeton Honda was truly exceptional compared to several other Honda dealerships in the area I had already went to. Mike and Dalton were knowledgeable on the inventory, took time explaining the differences in models each year, and overall very professional. Great combined effort
The first major snow storm of the season is forecast to hit in a few days and I have not acted fast enough ordering snow tires for my Civic not to mention leaving much time to get them mounted, balanced, and put on my car. The coordination between the parts and service department was exceptional. Brian in the Parts Department and Ed in service got everything set for me to literally drive in and drive out with the snows on the car ready for whatever weather is ahead. Everyone was fantastic as always and their efforts were very much appreciated. And I do also need to mention Uma who was wonderful assisting my wife and I when we picked up the title and registration. Thank you all so much ????

This is the 4th Honda Accord I have purchased, and the third from Honda of Princeton.. The Accord Touring 2016 is the best vehicle I have purchased yet. The features and workmanship of the vehicle are everything I had hoped for. I find the personnel of Honda of Princeton to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The process of purchasing this vehicle was relaxed, efficient and the results were as promised. I do love their sales and service organizations, and will surely visit them again for vehicle services and for purchasing of my next vehicle some years from now.
Great experience and service
My old car recently quit on me and I had to find a new car quickly. I had visited a few other dealerships but wasn't as impressed as I was with Honda of Princeton. Uma was my salesperson and she was very enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. She has a great emphasis on customer service and was a great help in making a decision (Honda Civic). I felt like she really understood what I wanted and really did a great job in making everything come together. Chris helped with finance and also explaining our options for Honda services related to the car's maintenance. I thought that he was very friendly, clear and helpful.Management even came out to make sure that I had a positive experience and that I had touched all of the bases that I needed to.Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend visiting them if you are shopping for a car. It was one of my first experiences buying a car and I really felt taken care of.
I purchased a 2004 Infiniti FX35, and Miguel Rodas was the salesman that assisted me during the process, I have to say that he did everything possible to accommodate every one of my desires and Miguel, Cederic and Mr Raza did an exceptional job. Went in with a tight budget. I was up front with Dave about my budget and he was quick and to the point getting me a good deal. While waiting for paperwork he even found food from an employee event for my wife, who was very pregnant at the time. We had a concern about fitting two infant carseats in the HR-V and CR-V. Dave worked with other employees to try to find a carseat to test with. It was all I could ask for from a car buying experience. Everybody was up front. Nobody wasted time or tried to convince me to buy something I didn't want or need.I'll be going back for any more car purchases I need to make and my other Honda, which I bought at a different dealership, goes to Honda of Princeton for service now too. They won all my business with their customer service.
