Just bought my second Honda (in 5 years) from this dealership. Good experience overall. People answer the phone, answer questions, will follow up with you, and will greet you at the door. After not buying a new Honda product in nearly 15 years, Mark stepped in like I had bought one every year since. This was the second deal in a month that was orchestrated through Mark...two CR-Vs in a month. He makes the entire process pain free and easy. Lane, as well, cuts through the painful process of financing and makes well thought out suggestions. While they are in business to make money, they won't let you waste your money on things you don't need. I would suggest these guys to anyone who asks.

Hands down, buying my 2013 Civic Si from Brandon was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Brandon came in on his day off to sell me a car! That alone speaks volumes to me! A friend recommended Q and Honda of Owings Mills, but I was skeptical. Everyone we dealt with there, however, passed our expectations. They were attentive, answered questions, and didn't pressure. We got a great price, with great service. Scott even drove the car to us with the paperwork already prepared. He showed us the car's features and told us that he was always available for more questions. This is where we're going to buy our next Honda, and we're telling everyone that they should go here as well.

Let me start off by saying the minute I walked in to the dealership, Hani greeted us at the door and was awesome from start to finish! Hani really has a great way to communicate with customers, like he was born to do it. Hani was very honest and very patient with meeting our expectations in all aspects of the selling process. Hani explained everything in full detail, with a tremendous spirit, and great patience. At the very end, it was really late and Hani still explained all the features of the car to me like they had just opened for the day and it was an hour after their closing time. Q Sue was great and was able to work quickly since I arrived to the dealership late that evening after I left work. I loved how the team worked together to delivery their unique services to me. I also met the GM and he was great too! Very nice and professional staff!Working with Lane P. For financing was great and his service was impeccable. He was extremely patient and offered his best advice while we were hung on the many services we wanted to put on the car. I got there late and they even stayed and hour after their closing time while I was making final decisions. He explained all expenses in complete detail so I was aware of all the charges I would be responsible for. I walked out knowing all the ends and outs of my new purchase. I am so happy with the car and most importantly I know that I got it for a great price! This is one of the biggest decisions made in life and this team made it so easy for me. I'm excited to refer my friends that want to purchase a car and to do business with them in the near future. I have been waiting for a recalled part replacement for 5 months. Upon arriving at Northwest Honda of Owings Mills in Maryland on the appointment date to have part replaced I was told the appointment, which I had scheduled 1 week in advance, was not in their system. The service rep was very apologetic and courteous in trying to resolve the issue. When he brought me to his service manager he addressed the situation with the service rep without even acknowledging me. The manager simply told the service rep I would have to wait 2 hours if I wanted to be serviced today. The replacement part which Honda has advised can only be held by Honda Parts for a limited amount of time cannot be given to me because it is against the law. The defective passenger side airbag cannot be removed because the law does not allow it. My only alternative is to reschedule again with Northwest Honda and hope this time the appointment will not be lost. This is not only mindless behavior towards your customer but more importantly unsafe for a driver of a Honda.

In particular sales consultant Scott Staley who was very professional; he answered all my questions and walked me through the transaction without any heavy handed sales pressure. He was very patient in explaining the bells and whistles of my new car and told me anytime I have a question don't hesitate to contact him. Now that is customer service for you.Also, I dealt with Finance Director, Leendert Pijpers, as a repeat customer, who gave me a great deal. I will be back for my next Honda in a few years.

Came in on a Monday night to negotiate the price of the car I wanted and then my intentions were to come back on the following Saturday to complete the transaction. They included a $995 reconditioning fee (repair dents and scratches) on a 2016 car with only 8,000 miles. There is no way that a car that new needed $995 worth of work. They told me I was walking out of the dealership with the new car, to which I replied, "No, I am not. I need to look for my own financing." They reassured me they could get financing for me that night, again, not what I wanted.I asked for the keys to my current car at least 3 times before I finally demanded that my keys be given to me. Finally, after a long drawn out process and I mentioned that this all felt very high pressure that's when they finally let me take my old car home and look for my own financing. I went back to try to re-negotiate the reconditioning fee and they wouldn't even consider it even though it's a bogus charge. The only person who went above and beyond for me in that dealership was Larry Brooks. Very nice gentleman to deal with. Buying a car is supposed to be a fun/happy experience. I did not leave that dealership with a smile on my face.

From the moment I walked through the door,I was totally blown away with the expertise and professionalism of my sales representative , Mark Honkofsky. I had no intention of purchasing a car on September 29th,2016. We were just looking and seeing what was out there. My interest was in the Honda Fit with manual transmission. There were no 2016 vehicles in the Washington/Baltimore vicinity. At this point, I was willing to either special order a 2017 and/or wait for the 2017 models to come in. During this inquiry, a fellow representative walked into Mark's office with new information of a 2017 Honda Fit that was available in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mark executed the transfer of this vehicle for the following day from Virginia to the Owings Mills Dealership in Maryland. So there you have it, an extremely satisfied customer who purchased a vehicle that very night. It could not have gone any smoother!!!!!

The sales professional Melvin did an amazing job taking care of two of my family members. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 5 years from this location. The General Manager Jon Orofinowas rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. While walking out of the finance office to determine if the purchase was going to be financed or paid in full, Jon Orofino engaged in billigerent comments mentioning "everyone can't get a car. Deals don't work for all people." After smiling and saying "thank you we appreciate your time today", continued to deliver cynical remarks. Management please makes changes to take care of loyal customers instead of turning them away. My experience next door at Mercedes was much more delightful.

Initially, we visited the dealership last night, October 17th, to inquire about downsizing and lowering our car payment by trading in our 2015 Accord for a 2016 Fit. First, we learned that Northwest Honda had sold the company to Honda of Owings Mills. Surprise! Then we learned that we paid too much for the 2015 Honda Accord. That was very sad news for me as a consumer, family man, retiree from the U.S. Army after 34 years of service and excellent credit! I really don't understand that kind of deception in people or companies in America knowing how difficult it is to thrive in a capitalist country when you're not in the top 10%. Somehow, Joshua Crawford, your (our) salesman and the entire team on staff last night were very informative, sensitive and accomodating to our plight to downsize and lower our payment. Because of the less that fair deal we got on the Accord, we were unable to lower the payment. But we were able to downsize the car. And, we learned that we should keep this new car for at least 4 years before returning for a new car.

When first going to the dealership, the first person I encountered was DJ Rickels. He was extremely friendly and asked what I was looking for. I was unsure with what I wanted but he asked me a few questions and he pointed my towards the new Honda Civic Hatchback. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different models, but told me that if he was picking a car right now, that the Honda Civic Hatchback would be at the top of his list. I looked at a few different models, and after test driving, the Honda Civic Hatchback was the right one for me. DJ had picked out the perfect car for me as soon as I arrived. I have had my car for a week now, and DJ truly suggested the right car for my lifestyle. DJ then took me to meet with Matt Proutt, because I was unsure weather I wanted to buy or lease the car. He also was very knowledgeable and sat down with me to help me make my decision. Mike was the salesman that helped me with all the paperwork. He was very helpful and patient for me with being a first time car-buyer. He was very friendly and easy to talk to which was very helpful. Leendert Pijpers assisted me with the financing, breaking down all the numbers step by step with me, Being a first time car-buyer, I was nervous about this part, but Leendert was very helpful and put all my worries at ease. After I decided on my car, Ben helped sync my phone to the car and explained all the technology to me. Let me start by saying I'm a bit particular about the cars I like. I'm not the person that current car trends are targeting - the 90's and early 2000's cars were more to my liking, with compact, fun to drive cars that came with manual transmissions, and not a lot of gadgets. Brandon quickly understood this, and was really easy to talk to and work with. He clearly has a lot of knowledge, interest, and experience working with many different types of cars. The team at Honda of Owings Mills spent a lot of time helping me get financing on car that was more than 10 years old (this might sound crazy, but there is good reason for it), and with a great rate as well.

Robert, or Bob as I call him, was no BS back and forth garbage. i asked for the best price and I got it the first time. I checked around on my own and it was the BEST deal I could find. Both of my parent purchase their vehicles from Bob also. They recommended me and now I am on the Band Wagon. Everyone there that I came into contact with was very respectful, kind and helpful. I am getting 50+ MPG on my new Honda Civic 1.5L. I am driving extremely conservatively but I am trying to see how much I can nurse out of a gallon of petrol on my 85 mile round trip commute. That is only on my way to work, not city driving. The best I have squeezed out so far was 54.5MPG on my way to work from Westminster to Rockville. Anyway Owings Mills Honda is the right place for a great buying experience and the best price.

I arrived at the dealership with a specific car and features in mind. Hani Aynad took notes, and found one at another dealership. he immediately went to his sales manager Q Sue and came back with a great price better than the best price from another dealer. He nor the sales manager played games or try to substitute a car they had in stock. I left to give the other dealer a chance to match and they would not deal. Hani drove that evening to pick up the vehicle to have the next day for my wife and I to check it out. It was more than we expected and at such a great price. My husband and I were in the need or a new car because his old car did not suit our family's needs anymore. We had just came from another dealership with absolutely terrible service. At that point, we were exhausted and weary of what our experience would be like at the Honda dealership. Nevertheless, our experience was superb! Melvin was superb and restored our enthusiasm for the car buying process. His approach was perfect. He greeted us while we were looking around outside and did not immediately ask us about anything related to numbers. He genuinely wanted to know what we were interested in and what we were looking for. From that moment on, he was considerate (got us into a vehicle quickly and out of the heat), bought us water, and even accommodated us by letting us move our car seat into the test drive vehicle so that our whole family could experience the test drive. Melvin was completely honest throughout the entire transaction and always made sure that we were satisfied with everything, right down to the color of the vehicle (which he had our specific color and vehicle brought over to the dealership from another dealership). I came into Honda of Owings Mills (their new name) to test drive the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. I spoke with Robert before hand and the truck was already to go when I arrived. Rob explained some of the new features and then let us take it for a spin - no pressure, no hassle.When my husband and I got back to the dealership, Rob presented a number that was fair and asked if we could make this deal work. It came down to how they valued my trade-in. They came back with a very fair and reasonable number. Bought the truck that night.Rob and company did a great job, and Honda of Owings Mills would get 5 stars except for the wait. This was in early July 2016 and there was new software installed in the dealership (a great update as all the purchasing is done in electronic format. Kudos). This led to an hour and a half wait for getting the paper work ready. I was 1 minute from giving Rob a handshake and telling him I would be back another day to buy the truck when Lee finally came out and said they were ready. I mentioned my irritation at us being left to cool our heels for so long with no information on what was going on and Lee explained the software upgrade issue. He promised to get us out in 20 minutes - did it in 18. I expect that any issues with the software upgrade is behind Honda of Owings Mills now. The sales team there did a great job in making the experience hassle-free. Rob in particular, is easy going and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car - the value of Honda vehicles speaks for itself.

We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Northwest. After a subpar experience at another dealer, my husband and I decided to look elsewhere. I emailed Northwest on a Saturday and they got back to me within a few hours! From there I was able to set up an appointment a few days later and drive away with a new car that day. They had exactly what we were looking for, never pressured or tried to upsell us on anything, and were beyond patient and kind since we had our two young children with us. We worked with Robert who was so personable and took time to chat with me and share pictures of his kids while my husband was test driving the car. They gave my husband and I plenty of space and time to talk over finances and the deal we were making. We left there knowing that we got a great deal for our trade in but also an amazing deal on our new car.

Stay away!!! I purchased a car from the used car department. Everything was fine until the manager Joe Miller got involved. Do not trust this man. He is a liar!!! He will yell over you. He will strong arm you. He will try to intimidate you. He will lie to his fellow managers and ownership about you and the process. Do not believe anything that comes out of his mouth. I bought the car on Monday it took until Friday to get the paperwork sent correctly to my bank. My bank was very surprised about the lack of professionalism from this dealership. Josh and Ed Drieband the owners are unresponsive and you will get no help from them. Andrew the general manager is your best bet if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with this dealership.

I went in to test drive the Honda CR-V, and was not aware of the new HR-V option. After I described my driving needs to Mel, he came up with the idea of the HR-V, which is the car I eventually bought. That was not before I went on not just one, but many test drives with Mel, as I tried out both models for size! He was very patient, and gave me the time and space to figure out what car I needed.Overall, I am extremely happy with my new car, and because I went in with a specific budget and had pre-determined the numbers that worked for me, I had a straightforward purchasing experience at this dealership.

I had just come from an earlier visit at a Hyundai dealership where they had me waiting around and pressuring me to decide right that minute. Rob Pullo is the absolute best in the business. i went online thru Edmonds, he called me and we scheduled a test drive. marvelous. then i wanted a certain color and he looked all over the east coast but could not find one....he kept going and came back with a 2 week delivery. and it came on time. he kept me personally informed all along the way. no pressure, no sales pitch, very relaxed and made me feel very comfortable. when the car came in, i drove it and then the delivery was with an electronics expert named Ben, who was patient with all my dumb questions and showed me everything as in all the "high tech" treats. and then lets not forget Dawn Evans. funny and quite candid but knows her stuff all about $$. enjoyed every minute with here, which was not long. short story. give Northwest a try, i do not think you will find a nicer bunch of people. We purchased 2012 Nissan Altima from Northwest Honda right before Christmas 2015. Our salesman, Brandon Bubel, used to be a service technician; which made him very knowledgeable about cars inside and out. Brandon was easy to work with no hassles and pressure. He genuinely wanted to provide us the car that we wanted and not something that we weren't.I talked to sales managers Rashad Howell and Chris Watson about some of my concerns I had with the vehicle that I was interested in such as chipped paint on the bumper and the price I was willing to pay for the car. Their response was basically, "no problem"; again, no hassles or gimmicks.We agreed to purchase the vehicle but we needed to leave it at the dealership so that they can paint the bumper and detail the car for us. We told them that we lived over a 100 miles away in PA and that it may be a couple of weeks before we can pick it up when it was ready. Chris volunteered, without us asking, to meet us more than halfway to have the vehicle delivered to us. Now that is going above and beyond customer service! Often the car buying experience is something that most people dread. However, working with Brandon, Rashad, and Chris made this experience as painless as possible; from hassle-free sales to ensuring customer satisfaction. This would be my first Honda product ever and I wanted it to be a memorable one. The sales person as mentioned below was well spoken and versed on my Honda selection. He tried to understand what I was looking for in my next vehicle as well as the extras. My patience and well as his, paid off in landing the vehicle and color of my choice. Even though I didn't have all the accessories when I signed for the vehicle, the parts were ordered and install the very next week. The other process was the financing which was a bit lengthy but worth doing to insure the purchase of my vehicle. The finance director was right on his game in the processing of my loan. Now I was impressed on the high tech table with all the forms I had to fill out. Nothing about this process seemed too long and drawn out but nice to see how efficient it was to do. I guess technology is here to make life better for all of us even in the cars we drive. I feel my rating says it all and I am hooked on Honda.

It's been three months today since I bought my 2005 Acura RL. I purposely waited so that I could give an thorough review. All in all I can say that I'm still very pleased with my purchase. There are a few issues I have with it, but they are minor and besides, I have an extended warranty for the major things. The air conditioner compressor went up within 3000 miles and they honored the and fixed it at no charge to me at all. To give you an idea, if I had to pay for it myself, that would have set me back around $1300. The car is one helluva good thrill ride. I think Acura made this more of a luxo-performance car than a luxury plush ride. I commute to work in this vehicle and I drive 45 miles one way. This car zips in and out of traffic like a compact car. In truth, this is a relatively small car when compared to its predecessor the 3.5RL. Now that car screamed luxury and class. This 2005 Acura tells a story of luxury and performance. When I took delivery of the vehicle I was amazed at how incredibly clean inside and out the car was. the engine bay looked like the car was brand new. The door jams and interior all looked in pristine condition. I was amazed for a car that's ten years old and with over 142,000 miles on it. I worked with Ken Brooks who is the internet salesman. I didn't expect to get a break on the price because the price was already very cheap in my opinion, $9,995. This car brand new retailed for at least $46k. Everything is still fully functional save the Bluetooth option which was a sticking point with me. I still haven't bothered to take it to get fixed to this day because Bluetooth enabled vehicles back then are not what they are today so I'm not sweating it. I can get a Bluetooth car speaker for my phone if I wanted to. The headlights shine on everything everywhere, I mean they really light up the night. The only issue I have with that is that sometimes and more frequently than not one of the headlights may go dark. I turn the lights off and on then they it comes back on. It may happen again and again until it finally stays on. I'll drive days without an incident and then it will start up again. I've taken it to the dealer twice and each time they couldn't reproduce the problem. I did some searching on the internet and found that the Acura RL has had a history of the flickering lights. Some people say that the fix is to replace the ballast and some say that the fix is to change the wiring harness which doesn't allow enough current or something to that effect to flow through the lights. I personally think it's a design flaw and Acura will not admit it because they will have to issue a recall and it probably hasn't been an issue on enough vehicls to be a real problem, but what do I know. I'm just "Joe Consumer"Like I said, all in all I've had a wonderful experience with this car. The engine and transmission are very strong, willing, and able to get the job done. The creature comforts are there for sure and the car has been reliable since day one. I hope I can say that one, two, three years from now if I haven't traded the car in on another late model Acura RL. What drew me to this car was all the technology that was put into this car when it debuted in 2005 and the fact that it is all-wheel drive clenched it for me.I hope that this dealership continues to provide the outstanding customer service that I received when I bought my vehicle. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again. I can go on talking about the experience that I had, but then this review may turn into a small book.

It was nice to work with a salesperson who really knew everything about the vehicle. We buy cars for the long haul and had lots of questions that were both automotive and practical. There was never a question that he couldn't provide a helpful answer to. We also felt in very good hands with Leendert Pijpers during the finance process. My sales person was Raschelle and she was so nice to work with. She listened to my needs and actually went to another Honda dealer and got a car with the color and accessories I wanted. After my purchase was finalized, she had the car cleaned and gassed up and we sat in the car while she explained how to operate all of the features that I would be enjoying. Dawn was very knowledgable and efficient with the financial side of the process and Ray made sure that I got a really great bottomline on the deal.All of the employees were friendly and some congratulated me on my purchase. Before I decided on the model I wanted, AZ brought out several for me to drive.He assured me it was no effort at all and he'd bring out more if I needed to try other cars. And after I purchases the car, he told me to come back at any time and he would go over any other questions about the car. A few days later, I called and he made time for me at my convenience to go over my questions and additional features of the car.He gave me plenty of time and said to call any time I wanted to come over or had any questions in the future. I never got the impression that his job was over once I made a purchase.

Wish I could rate a 0 star.Let me first say we bought a used Honda Odyssey mini-van. Our salesman was decent, paperwork, and financing ok. (They ran our credit though we explained we had financing to try to sell us there's) The van, we had the van for 3 days......and my wife made a mistake which was a blessing in disguise She bumped a yellow pole at a bank drive-thru. I was very upset, but that's why we have insurance.So we took it the body shop and this is were the story begins. It was at the bodyshop for 30 minutes and I got a call to come to the shop. The body shop had discovered that the van had been in two major accidents prior to our "bump" which uncovered the real issues. I'll take the time to explain the back. The left rear quarter panel had been replaced from a prior repair. This is typically a sign of a pretty serious accident. Which would have been ok if the repairs were done correctly. The quarter panel was popped off behind the bumper and installed poorly. The body shop was able to detect this within minutes of having the van. There was another major case for the front as well. So, I called Northwest to explain the situation. After being bounced from person to person I finally got in touch with the sales manager, who quickly said "Don't worry about, we'll take care of you. If all else fails you're still under your warranty for the structure.". I was so relieved, I called back the next day as instructed. Rashad was not there, I left a message. I finally got in touch with him a few days later. He had no clue who I was or my issue. Explaining it again didn't really remind him, I thought I was being punk'd. After a 30 minute call he said I needed to talk to the general manager. I was placed on hold, then the phone was picked up, I could hear them talking in the background. Then I heard something that upset me and one thing that got me mad. The first thing I heard was "I don't want to deal with it, just hang up" then I heard a click. I was so mad. I tried calling back and I was sent to voicemail.I really couldn't believe I was being treated so poorly. I never once got upset with them till this day. So, I gathered my thoughts and thought I'd try to kill them with kindness. I waited a few days and called back, I got the GM on the phone. Instantly the Jon Orofino got really rude with me on the phone. I explained "I'm upset with the dealership, we had a good experience so far. It's just we are having an issue that we need help with." I explained the whole story to him, he seemed to level out and send he'd send someone to the body shop to look at it. I mentioned the Rashad had said that it shouldn't be a problem because of the warranty. He quickly stated the warranty wouldn't cover it, but also said "We'll take a look and see what we can do."A few days later I got a call from the body shop saying that they came to look it at, he had personally explained the issue. The guy they sent agreed there was a major issue and that it needed to be fixed. I waited a few days to hear from them..... I never did. Three days later I called to speak to the GM, I got him first call, "He stated he needed to talk to the body man he sent over." I said no problem here's my number, He said he'd call me back in a few hours. I waited till the next day nothing, Finally at around 4pm on the second day I called him back and this is where things got ugly.When I say ugly I mean really ugly. I couldn't believe half of the things that he said. We started to converse about the issues and he asked "What do you want from me?" I replied "The van the way it should be. This is a bad van that been damaged several times." He agreed the van was a bad one. He stated they were not in a position to repair it. I asked what he was in the position of doing. He replied "Not much, we won't take it as trade, but we can cut you a good deal on a new one." I replied, you sold me a van a that had a ton damage and you want me to buy something else from you. He then said "That's the risk you take when you buy used." I then was really upset and said "You sold me a van I put my family in that my body guy and yours said is dangerous." Next shocked me "Yes it is a bad van, but we can't inspect every vehicle like that."WHAT!?! Without taking anything apart my bodyshop found it in minutes. Northwest is nothing but a bunch of thieves. We lost over $5000 on the van in the end. We were taken advantage of, promised help, and were given nothing.I filled a complaint with the BBB, Northwest refused to communicate with them and now have an F rating for the next three years.I wish it would have worked out, as I really was upset with them and I know we live a world were things get over-looked, but they should have owned up to the mistake and offered us some help.

I have now bought two new cars in the past two years; one a 2014 Toyota Rav4 and just recently a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe. I mention this in order to show that I have had two experiences, and the experience at the Toyota Dealership was okay. Hard negotiations on price and the service was good. But, the Northwest Honda experience was phenomenal. AZ was the sales guy that worked with me and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience. I was searching for cars two years in a row and I visited numerous dealerships, however, no one could touch AZ. Every question answered and he was very knowledgeable. He was very kind and catered to our every need, whether to test drive multiple cars or just answering all of our questions. He was very patient and did not force the issue at all unlike other sales people who don't let you leave. The price was outstanding and the entire team from AZ to the money people worked with us and made the entire experience very fun. Car buying should be an experience where the customer comes out satisfied and excited to have a nice car, not feeling like he overspent and had the negotiator get the best of him. Northwest epitomized this philosophy. If you want a honda and don't visit Northwest your doing yourself a disservice.

This is the one dealership where I felt that my service as a veteran was respected, appreciated and taken into consideration, even outside of the usual Veterans/Memorial day commercialism. Every step of the way from the first phone call to the final signature, I was treated with friendly, courteous and professional customer service from my Sales Rep Melvin Bey and everyone else with whom I came in contact. This was my best car dealership experience in 15 years and four car purchases. Their sales rep was refreshingly honest, and acted in good faith with no sales pressure tactics. The environment at Northwest Honda is relaxed, orderly, comfortable and exceedingly efficient and personable. Their webpage is user friendly, intuitive and modern. This people do EVERYTHING, not only your registration and title, but they hand you actual license plates. Veteran or not, if you are in the market for a new or used car, start with Northwest Honda.

My credit was pretty average , but they worked with me to find something for a good rate. Most dealerships probably look at your credit score and pass judgment but not here.

She took us through the Crosstour explaining the features and answering our question. When we decided to purchase the car she was easy to work with as we completed the paperwork. After she was done with her portion we transitioned to Dawn for the financing end of the deal. What would normally be a stressful time (a new car is a big ticket item after all) was a smooth and painless process. Lucky us!

My vehicle was written off as a total loss. I had 10 days to find a replacement that would accommodate my family and I. After doing some research using autotrader.com and CarFax, I decided to stop by the Northwest dealership which is 10 minutes from my job. Branden Mitchell was my sales person. He was very polite and was very knowledgeable about every car that I inquired about. My heart was set on a CRV but I didn't think I would find one in my budget. I test drove a few vehicles during lunch breaks. Either the SUV didn't feel right or the payment was too high. Two days before returning back my rental, Branden called to tell me that they just received a CRV. It had just about everything on my checklist. It was certified with low mileage and just 2 previous owners. Joe Miller assisted with the financing and assured me that the car payment would meet my expectations. My son and I came to Northwest Honda to look at the Honda HRV after receiving an email reponse to an on line search. I was met and treated with complete respect by Mgary Williams. He was totally professional and showed me all the features of the HRV then we took it for a test drive but it was no to my liking. It was a pleasure dealing with my salesperson, Larry Brooks. He did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle that I wanted and gave me plenty of time alone with the vehicle so that I could get to know it without anybody breathing down my neck the entire time. He answered all of my questions in a professional, polite manner. I picked up the car 6 days ago and Larry and another gentleman went over everything in the car - even set the Bluetooth up for me. The car was in perfect condition and had a full tank of gas. The physical layout of the dealership is very welcoming - airy and open and lots of areas to sit or walk around. Actually, can't wait for my first service appointment! I had a great new car selection experience!

I personally am in Sales (office equipment) and usually sit "on the other side of the table" when it comes to a sale. It was an extremely pleasurable experience to deal with Raschelle. From the moment my wife and I walked in, she was pleasant,professional, and focused on getting us the minivan we wanted. She answered all our questions with a smile, showed us a few models/trims, and once we made a decision passed us on to Leen who did a masterful job of finishing the paperwork in record time to get get us out the door! While we were signing, Raschelle went and put our plates on for us so we wouldn't have to waste any time! Raschelle's follow up, as well a Mike's were textbook what you would expect from an excellent,caring salesperson. In fact, I showed her handwritten thank you card to my sales team as an example of how to treat a client!

Had a very good experience at northwest honda, and I would highly recommend this dealership. The best part was the salesperson, Braden, he was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and far from pushy. he took 4 hours going through what seemed to be there entire inventory to find something that met my very picky standards. When we found a vehicle, and price point that worked, he , joe, and Sharonda worked very hard to find financing that was the best for my situation. Braden, and Sharonda stayed over an hour after they closed, to make sure I was comfortable, and well informed about the car, and financing. While we were finishing up the paperwork braden even went out, and detailed the car, and shined up the wheels. If you need a used car in the Baltimore you would be lucky to have Braden, Joe, and Sharonda help you find it.

Prior to arriving at Northwest Honda we was reluctant about purchasing a used vehicle because we never owned a used vehicle. the sales person was excellent (arnold greenspun). when i met the general sales manager, jon orofino, to discuss the price of the car i was going to buy, he was rude, gave me a curt response, and walked away. he was even insulting to the sales person. it did not matter to mr. orofino that this would have been my 4th honda from the northwest honda dealership. when i asked for a loyalty discount, he looked angry, and acted insensitively. i called again to discuss the car, since the salesperson was so helpful, professional, and courteous, and again got an unsatisfactory response from mr. orofino. i bought a car today from the heritage honda in westminster. the sales person who was so helpful and who was "awesome" was bill sparrow. everyone i interacted with at that dealership, including the general manager, was amazing and very happy to get my business. i will be doing my service needs at that dealership. i currently own three hondas and will no longer do services/maintenance at northwest honda or buy another honda from that dealership. they lost a loyal customer.

But the level of customer service I received, you would have thought I paid cash for a high end luxury car, and I wasn't purchasing a Honda! The sales, and financing experience was off the charts!
