I love my new Honda! I purchased a new CR-V from Honda of Keene. My salesman, Peter Robarge, was very, very helpful and made the process totally painless. It is obvious he is a professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. He took the time to explain the many options on the car and helped me get it all set up before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend Honda of Keene. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. All my questions were answered with respect and accuracy.

I actually stopped in to check out the 2016 Honda Civic for my son. I wasn't looking to trade in my 08 Honda Element, but when I saw the 2016 Honda CR-Z, I know I wanted it! I have been a customer of The Fenton Family for talking care of my Element. When you walk in there is such a great vibe from everyone. I bought the CR-Z and 4 days later my son bought his very first car! Our salesman, "Mateo" was awesome, his passion for Hondas shows. Everyone there makes you feel like family.

This was one of the better car purchasing experiences that I have had in my forty plus years of driving. The sales person I met with (Patrick Kelly) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. There was no pressure on me to buy. He just wanted to make sure that all of my questions had been answered to my satisfaction.

My wife and I have purchased many cars over the past 30 years: New, used, Chevy, Dodge, Plymouth, Toyota, Ford, Saturn, MINI, Kia, Honda. This was the first time we didn't get talked into picking something off the lot. Meghan and her team got us exactly what we wanted, a Civic and an Accord, with the exact colors and specs we wanted. They were courteous, followed up on all inquiries and resolved any little issues that arose without complaint. The competition was lazy and unhelpful. If you want to buy a Honda, or any car, in Southern Vermont or New Hampshire, Honda of Keene is the place to go. As for the cars themselves, I have never enjoyed driving a car as much as my Accord and my wife compares the fun of her Civic driving to her favorite past cars, her Mustang and her MINI.

Brian assisted me in purchasing a used 2011 Honda Civic. After some negotiation on the price, the rest of the purchasing experience was easy. The car was presented in an exceptionally clean manner. Prior to committing to the purchase, the dealership also allowed me to take the car overnight so that my personal mechanic could evaluate it's condition. This really helped me to feel confident in my purchase. Brian was very helpful but not pushy during the entire process. Just before I drove my new car home, the dealership cleaned it inside and out once again and filled the tank!

Love the car and enjoyed working with the associates. However, I found it confusing to deal with 4 different folks during the buying process. I was trying to get total price that I would be financing (in addition to lease payment amount) but the acquisition cost was never mentioned until the end even though I asked several times about it. The process did go smoothly otherwise.

After driving my previous hatchback for 13 years, I leased a new Fit at Honda of Keene. The personnel (Patrick Kelley, sales, and Jason Mclean, General Manager) was friendly yet respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond good service. All my questions were answered, even days after the transaction. I expect to do future car business there, partly because it was painless (we made a reasonable deal) and partly because Honda is such a good car. Besides the excellent repair record, the car is fun. It's peppy, corners well, feels balanced, and is good on gas, etc. It's beautifully designed and is like a little person, making decisions like refusing to open a door if it thinks you're a burglar, locking the doors for you when you beginning to move and so forth. All in all, a positive car buying experience.

My first time leasing a vehicle and I ended up with an amazing sales person by the name of Patrick Kelly. It didn't even feel like he was trying to sell me anything, it was like he was there more so to help and kept the conversation honest. I told him I didn't like something and he not only understood where I was coming from in my point of view, but also shared his personal insight on why he brought it up and its usefulness to our conversation. I wish honestly every time an extremely important decision needs to be made someone as confident and as positive as Patrick is around. If I had to rate my WHOLE time with this gentleman and how his ability reflects upon the dealership I would have to give them an 11, because a "10" doesn't do his level of customer service justice.

We have been quite pleased with the Keene Honda dealership. No stress or hard sell. . Pleasant staff. Tim Stone has sold us 2 cars in the past year and a half. A new Honda and a used Ford Mustang That should speak for itself! Tim has gone out of his way to assist in our buying decisions. He let me take the Mustang over night The dealership even provides the Car Fax . That is a fantastic idea. Buying a used car is a difficult process. . He went out of his way to accommodate us. He even delivered the Mustang to my home personally.

Our salesman was very personable, not overly high pressured which is more our style He listened to our needs and to what we thought we wanted. Ended up purchasing another model than intended. It had more of what we really wanted. The dealership was spotless, very comfortable and everyone was very attentive and friendly. We drove our first choice of vehicle home and kept it overnight which actually helped us decide on another model. We were able to fill out some of our financial information on line, making the purchase at the dealership a bit quicker. Alex took the time to go over everything in the vehicle with us at length and offered to help anytime when necessary (which may be often as we're more analog than digital). Also, should add that this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and we have been very satisfied with all purchases. Overall, would highly recommend Honda of Keene, and give Alex a big thumbs up!

Sold me a van they knew nothing about. It was supposed to have Bluetooth but didn't they just said they seen the button and figured it did and trying to resolve that problem and others was impossible for a vehicle they just sold. they gave me a $20.00 vizier Bluetooth that barely works and said it cost them $200.00. Have a mechanic check out any used vehicle before you buy from them.

Because I had considerable negative equity they worked with me on the options, and now I'm into my first lease. I feel good about the decision and had a relatively simple, straight forward experience at HoK. I had a wonderful buying experience with Kenny Bussiere at Honda of Keene! SO happy to be back in a Pilot. 2 years ago I traded my 2004 Pilot for a CR-V because I had a lengthened commute and needed better mpg. CR-V was great, but I missed the roominess and ride of the Pilot. Now the 2016 has much improved mpg and has the remote start (major bonus). I recommend Honda of Keene!

Most of all, he was not pushy and obnoxious as some salesmen can be. He was friendly and very easy to get along with. He was very honest and down to earth. We would highly recommend him. This is the second time we have used Honda of Keene. I hate dealers who pressure you and call you all the time. Honda of Keene doesn't do this. We had Robert Ekblom as a saleman and he was very helpful and courteous with us. It took us awhile to decide on what we wanted but whenever we had a question, he responded very quickly. Overall my experience here was pretty good, it was an easy buying experience and everything was taken care of fairly quickly. I worked with the salesman Peter Robarge, he was very polite and honest, he didn't try to hide anything about the car took us down bumpy roads with potholes so we could hear any suspension issues that could have been there, overall we went on about a 20-25m test drive going from highway cruising speed to regular stop and go around town speeds, we got to test everything in the vehicle and make sure that it was going to be the right buy. The cars price was a very good price considering the condition I haven't seen a used car in such good condition ever, the was a small amount of rust on the exhaust (which is very normal) but other than that the car was completely clean. The car was a 2006 and for anyone who knows cars after 9 years in new England a car should have some rust on the body and this one had none. The car only needed a few things done to it but none of them would affect inspection and we got the car for about 700 under KBB retail and 400 under NADA retail values. My only complaint is the sales manager, all the salesmen themselves were very polite and respectful and helpful, but the sales manager just seemed like he couldn't be bothered with me, I understand that it was a small used car sale but regardless in a sales position you cater to the customer and its very off-putting having someone show no interest in you and talk sarcastically with you. Thankfully I only had to deal with him for about 5-10m there. Other than that Peter took care of everything I got financed at a great rate for a used car, and was out of there within a few hours. I would recommend this dealership to someone it has good prices and good salesmen that aren't trying to hide things from you and trick you into a buy. If you do go there ask for peter very nice salesmen, he also stayed an hour after closing hours to go over everything about the car with me, very nice guy and very helpful.

I recently was able to purchase a new CR-V Touring with the help of Peter Robarge. He was great! He spent so much time with us, even staying after hours to make sure everything was perfect. When I took the car in a few days later to add an automatic car starter, he was even there to meet me in the service area to make sure I got what I needed. Afterwords, he helped me set up the Bluetooth. I can't say enough about the dealership, our treatment, the car, and Peter. I hope he stays around, because we will be back in a few years!

Great experience from walking in the door to driving away. Very friendly folks, not pushy, and a real sense of honesty and integrity that is rare in the business. Tim Stone in particular is a fantastic salesman - low key, helpful, patient, and all in all a pleasure to work with. Can't remember who we worked with on the forms - Charlie, I think? - but he was also very friendly and efficient. This is definitely the best dealership I've worked with, and I believe we will be shopping there in the future as well, especially if all goes well with the servicing of our new CRV. This review should have been done MONTHS ago and life just got too many steps ahead of me. Now that the crazy busy season at work has slowed down I have the time to do this. I purchased my first ever car from Mr. Bussiere in 2010 and it was at an affordable price, reliable vehicle and got me through the 4 years I needed it to. This past spring the transmission went on my car and I needed a new one stat. First person my family and I thought of was Kenney! Tim Stone was a really great sales person to work with; the highlights were he didn't try and talk us into anything we did not want or present us with a huge array of "go with its." We just wanted a simple car deal with out an endless discussion about useless options and we got it! I also called ahead and they had the car I wanted to test drive right out front. We got a good price for the car so we were happy there too. In other news they have popcorn, a nice bathroom and a kids play area; all important stuff if you are trying to buy a car with kids.

In my experience buying a car is always a hassle, not so at Fenton of Honda. Kenney, our salesman, listened to our requirements and arranged to get a car that met our needs. I had several models in mind, all from different makers, but after reading Consumer Reports I decided to try for the Honda Fit. When I arrived at the dealership, Kenney met me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome and totally at ease. I explained what I was looking for, and he promptly showed me the Fit that was in the showroom, explaining all the features it had to offer. We sat down and discussed specifics - they had what I wanted in stock and before I could say "boo" we were taking it for a test ride! I loved the car!! From there it was just a matter of putting the numbers together, and Kenney worked with me to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I never once felt pressured or like I was getting a hard sell. He was very up-front with me and did everything he could to make sure the numbers were what I was looking for. I returned the next evening to pick up the car - it was very clean and all the additional floor mats and such had been properly installed, and it had a full tank of gas. They were unable to get the running to the registry done for me as was the plan, but they put dealer plates on the car so that I could take it home as I had been promised. The registry/insurance running was handled the next day, and this morning they actually came to my office to install the new plates on my new car!! I thought that was exceptional service, especially since it's about a 45-minute drive to the dealership from where I live. This was by far the easiest car-buying/leasing experience I have ever had, and Kenney was almost as excited as I was about me getting the car I loved!! Even Don, the finance guy, was so pleasant - he made the fact that I was "signing my life away" seem so easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Kenney!!

After being subjected to over zealous salesmen, low ball pricing and bait and switch by other dealers, it was a pleasant surprise to deal with Honda Keene. They had the best real price, no hassle, no nonsense and no pressure. They gave us what we wanted, not what they wanted to push on us. Honda of Keene was THE BEST! I went in there because I "owned" a 2002 Honda Accord EXL Coupe and I loved my car. My hopes were to put a new engine in and MOVE along so I wouldn't have car payments. But turned out the sub frame and sooooooo many other things were no longer safe. Bottom line, I was driving an unsafe vehicle and it was time to do something new. So Nick in service put me in touch with Kenney in sales. I don't think he had any idea what he was in for! lol... If I was buying a car, it was going to be the PERFECT car! White, leather, dual climate control and so on. We cycled through the inventory and well, with all the combinations, there wasn't the PERFECT car! But NOPE, Kenney didn't give up on me. Since my previous salesperson retired, I had to work with a new person. Having bought at least 8-10 Hondas, many of them from Lee, I was a bit concerned about finding a new salesperson whom I would like working with as much as I had Lee. James came forward and introduced himself and I was pretty certain from the get-go that I would feel well served by working with him. James is a fine listener, knowledgeable about the models, and adept at helping me understand what factors went into the 2014 pricing and how my 2011 model would price out for lease buyback. I gave him a monthly lease payment amount that I could not exceed, and he was able to come back with plan that would get me there. I had to put down a bit more than I had hoped to, but James explained the details behind that and I think it made sense. I stopped in at the dealership this past Saturday just to get an idea of new model leases and what my present car would be worth. I had no intention of trading in for a 2014 model on that day. But, James made a good and fair case for moving forward that day. So, I did, and I am pleased that I did so. James called me today (Monday) to follow-up with me on the price of an option that I was interested in and to see how I liked my new CR-V. He was prepared to answer any questions I had. Mark set me up with Stephen Brynn to discuss my price point, and we couldn't quite come to an agreement. A few days later I got a call from Mark and he was able to work a better price for me. I headed back down to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and ended up signing papers that evening. The car had a tire thrumming sound that I noticed when I went out for my last test drive, and I refused to buy the car until we figured out exactly what was causing the noise. They ended up throwing the wheels and tires from a different Accord on and letting me test drive it with those; turns out the problem went away. I selected the car that I was interested in purchasing, determine the sale price and the dealership allowed me to test drive the car for 24 hours! Our experience with Honda of Keene was a very good experience. We dealt with Brian Lehane and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. All the sales personnel were really friendly and understanding, without being pressured and no gimmicks. Don McKinley was an exceptional business manager and really made our purchase easy to make with his knowledge of all the financing and he really helped us out by explaining all the different options we had available to us. I would most definatly recommend this dealership to my friends. This dealership treats you like family and that is a must in my books.

When we arrived to pick it up, we were so impressed with everything that had been done for us - it looked amazing!! The experience was painless and easy. Excellent pricing and exceptional value on trade-in. No pressure to purchase add-ons and the finance manager was extremely helpful in advising as to what extras really made sense for us. A great car buying experience! Mark was super helpful and never pushy. We test drove a lot of cars at the dealership before making a choice, and never felt strong-armed to make a decision. Mark listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions that matched our needs/wants/desires... I had prior positive experiences with this dealership with 3 vehicles. I aksed them to agree to negotiate the price before I traveled the 45 minutes to the dealership and they agreed to do this, agreed to a very fair price on the new vehicle, and on the trade-in, and then things were handled efficiently when I arrived. My very first purchase of a 2013 Honda Civic EX. I worked with Patrick Kelly. He was a great salesman. Minus the few trips I had to take up there to finally be able to settle on this vehicle over all it was a great experience. I am very pleased with my new purchase.
