Car shopping as a single woman can be really intimidating. I immediately hit it off with Niema Eaves who I was randomly paired up with. I never felt pressured or hounded with unnecessary calls/ emails after my initial and subsequent 2 visits. She was knowledgable, easy going, and was able to answer my many questions and help me weigh my options. I am super happy with my experience at Honda of Chantilly, the generous trade-in value, and a great deal on my new (used) car! I would definitely recommend Niema and checking out Honda of Chantilly!

I was in a jam as my 1999 Honda Accord decided to call it quits. Therefore I needed a car and fast. A friend of ours told us to contact Chris Buckner here and he took very good care of us. He knew my budget and my situation and had everything ready for me the day I came in. Mike Waters sold us a 2010 Honda Accord, he made this experience very pleasant. The facility was clean and beautiful, they were having a meeting when we came in that was very positive and fun. It's been a long time since I've had to buy a car, and they made the experience very easy. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I stopped by to look over the used vehicles on their lot to find a replacement car for my Mom. Alex Riaz, our Sales Representative, walked out to greet us and was very helpful in making sure we didn't overlook any option they had to offer. Purchased a new 2015 Honda CR-V XL-E at Honda of Chantilly on November 25, 2015. Our sales representative, Christian Begazo, was outstanding. Conducted most of the negotiating via email prior to visiting the dealership. Once we arrived, we took a test drive and completed all the paperwork to complete the sale. The price was just as we had agreed to on line: no last-minute add-ons or changes. Very smooth and relatively quick. Very satisfied with both Mr. Begazo and the dealer. If the service department is this good, we will have a very pleasant experience with our new Honda.

We just purchased a new CRV from Honda of Chantilly. Jeff Nyhuis was our sales consultant and this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. His is very personable, connects well with people and does not act like he has all the answers. We did visit other dealerships but the treatment we received made it clear that Jeff really cares about people first. There was absolutley no pressure during our experience and the price we paid was better than anyone else could offer. This dealership is obvioulsy well grounded and Customer Service is their obvious goal. If you are looking to buy a Honda, we recommend you visit Honda of Chantilly. I recently purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from the Chantilly Dealership. My total experience was positive and rewarding. My salesperson, Saxon Reynolds was extremely friendly and helpful. Prior to my first visit to the dealership, I communicated the details of my requirements for a previously used CRV and my budget to Saxon. He responded immediately with information on a 2013 CRV that was in stock and met my requirements. He also assured me that he would do everything he could to come close to my budget. When I visited the dealership the next day, I was pleased with his courteous, friendly and professional demeanor. After I examined the car and had a test drive, he quickly provided an offer. It was a little beyond what I had hoped to pay, however I had done a lot of research for this particular model and all the features I wanted with other dealerships and also advertisements on-line. Chantilly Honda's OTD price was the best deal of all. I returned the next day to finalize the purchase. Once again Saxon was friendly and professional, and the process went smoothly and in a timely manner. My interaction with Mike Chinn, Business manager, was similar with my dealings with Saxon; friendly, courteous and professional. He too moved the process along very smoothly and quickly. If Had a need to purchase another vehicle, I would definitely return to Honda Chantilly. I love my Honda, and that is coming from having driven a Cadillac for many years. I have taken many road trips the last two years in my 2011 CRV, and have found the seats to be more comfortable than my Cadillac. Looking forward to many more trips in my new 2013 CRV. Thank you Chantilly Honda staff from the receptionist to the financing for an overall positive experience.

I had THE BEST experience at Honda of Chantilly and if you are in the market for a Honda, you HAVE to go to this dealership and ask for Anthony Thaxton! My husband and I showed up prior to them opening on Sunday and one of the sales consultants, Anthony, was there to answer all of my questions. Had Anthony not been there prior to the dealership opening, I would have missed out on getting the vehicle that I wanted. He really listened to what I wanted and understood what was important to me in my new vehicle. I could tell that Anthony enjoyed his job and he was very personable. He was very knowledgable and even showed me features on the CR-V that another Honda dealership did not. Anthony truly helped make this car buying experience easy and efficient. After getting the particulars sorted out with Anthony, we worked with a Financial Manager, John Marsden, to finalize the purchase. From all the interactions I had with John, he enjoys his job and was able to answer all of my questions in terms of additional warranty coverages available. I just can't say it enough, Anthony and John truly made this buying experience wonderful and hopefully you'll get to work with them if you're in the market for a new Honda.

I worked with both Saxon Reynolds and Andrew Wallace. Both gentlemen were great sales personnel because they were easy going, considerate, and attentive to my needs and what I had to say about a negative experience with my previous car. I HATE aggressive, pushy salesmen and both of these men were just the opposite. Exactly who I needed to make the experience the best I've ever had with buying a new car. They were efficient, attentive, and made the dealing process quick, easy, and relatively painless. I recommend them whole heartedly! As for the dealership, it is only a year old, has a brand new appearance, friendly folks, with what looks like a quality service dept.

Alex was outstanding. Came I looking for a Honda Accord and got exactly the car I wanted at a great deal. Alex was very real to work with. Not the usual run around, rather he was patient and professional and really took the time to find the right car for us. Service levels here are great. We arrived towards the end of business on a Saturday and after several test drives Alex closed a great deal on a 2015 Accord Sport. He promised to "leave when you leave" and he did... He walked out with us 2.5 hours after close. This delay was due to late business for the dealership and could have been viewed as a negative, but everyone we encountered was fantastic. Jay in finance was effiecnt and very professional. All associates certainly recognized that we had been waiting and her great. The dealership looks new and is very clean and upscale with media rooms, and comfortable waiting areas. A unique and memorable experience!

We had an excellent experience buying our 2015 Honda CR-V Touring AWD from Honda of Chantilly. Anybody thinking about a Honda should consider them. We reached out several weeks ago to salesman Mike Waters because of the great reviews for him we found online. While he was very busy Stephanie Kirkner forward our info to him and kept us posted as to when he would get back to us. Mike deserves all that praise. Mike dealt with us fairly, he was responsive, and he treated us with respect. For example, we used email for most of our discussions with dealerships. A lot of salesmen kept saying we needed to come in to hear their best deal. That's ridiculous. That's just an attempt to rush a buyer into making a purchase. Mike didn't do that. He understood how we wanted to operate and he didn't push us to come in until we were ready. On top of everything else, he got us a very good deal. Mike's approach meant that when we did go to get the car, all the details were in order and we felt at ease. He's a top notch salesman in our book. When we picked up the car we also dealt with Robert Fraker of the dealership's finance team, and Andy McMurtry, who demonstrated many of the car's tech features. Both were excellent. We came in with pre-arranged financing at a very attractive rate. Robert didn't waste time trying to talk us into something else because he knew he couldn't beat what we had. What's more, his effort to sell us an extended warranty and paint and fabric protection was subdued and respectful. We knew he'd try (every dealership does), we listened, we told him no, and that was that. It was great that he didn't push it beyond that. After all the paperwork was completed, Andy spent almost an hour with us going through the car's safety features, settings, satellite radio, and navigation. It's a lot to absorb at the end of a long day. He did a great job explaining what we were most interested in rather than insisting on going through an entire prepared briefing. One thing about the dealership building. It's new - open less than a year - and that made a huge difference in the overall experience. Every part of it is clean, including the enormous service area, and the waiting areas are bright and open. Now, we were there early on a weekday morning, so I can't say what the place is like on a busy Saturday. But as dealerships go, this one is top notch. Overall, I recommend Honda of Chantilly to anybody who will buy a Honda. It's out of the way for a lot of people, but worth the trip. A couple of weeks after we got the car we thought we might have had some service issues but we did not. We did not have service issues per se. We had more questions about our new 2015 CRV Honda Touring AWD and wanted to show Chris some items on the car. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He said to email him anytime if we had anymore questions. Chris was knowledgeable, honest, and focused on our concerns. We came all the way from Alexandria, VA during the week and did not want to deal with anyone else. We paid a lot of $$$ for our new car and we want to make sure we understand how the car works. We have not bought a new car since 2006 and now it is like driving a computer. We hope when we have actual service done we will still have a 5x feeling!

This facility is newer compared to the other Honda dealerships I visited in search for a car, however, the staff are friendly! Great layout. All the staff were welcoming and nice. I didn't feel that I had to buy a car or that someone was forcing me to make a deal. I spent hours going through selections of cars and figuring out what was the best fit for my family. My daughter and I were looking for vehicle I could use as a communter until she reaches the age where she will drive on her own. I wanted a vehicle will good gas mileage but also comfortable enough to drive during my long commutes (1.5 hours each way). We narrowed it down to the Hyundai Veloster Turbo and Honda Insight. During my internet transaction with Honda of Chantilly, the sales representative and manager were exceptional. They did not pressure me but allowed me the time to research and speak with the family. From the moment we arrived at the dealership until we accepted the keys, the sales team and finance team were professional, friendly and willing to help with anything (even to ordering dinner as it was late). If all Honda of Chantilly team members are like Justin and Stephanie, you will not be disappointed with your car buying experience!

My family and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our next car at Honda of Chantilly. From the very beginning, Mike Waters demonstrated excellent customer service, was respectful of our needs and concerns, and did not make us feel like we were a sale opportunity. When I told him I would have to talk to my wife who was at work and we would be back later, he respected the decision. This is in contrast with other dealers who seem reluctant to let you go. I didn't feel pressure to make a decision right then, only steady insistence that it was our decision and Mike was only there to answer any questions we had. Dealer didn't have vehicle but made it happen same day and beat other dealers prices. The sales dept(Justin) pushed through and did not want to lose a sale as I wanted an exact model & color. Waited for car to be retrieved but for my wait threw in $600 worth of extras to close the deal, same day. My trade was matched with other dealers. Happy Customer.

I took my used vehicle in to have an engine noise looked at. Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful, and took great care of me. I have been back several times to ask more questions, discuss repair options, etc. and he has been there for me every step of the way. I could not have had a better experience anywhere! It is so refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable in their job, and gets answers for you. (Even though the answers might not be great! My car is a junker!) I highly recommend going in to Honda of Chantilly. When you go in, ask for Chris Durbin. He will be able to take care of you and your car!

Our sales consultant, Justin Sproles, was wonderful to us throughout the entire transaction. Which turned out to be the sale of our new 2015 Honda Fit EXL! My husband and I received excellent customer service throughout the test drive and the ensuing purchase. Justin is knowledgeable, respectful and seemed to have limitless patience. Seasoned (visiting) manager, Chris Franklin, completed the financing process and finalized the sale very quickly and smoothly. A big thank you to General Sales Manager, Chris Buckner, for getting back to us and for making that early morning test drive happen! We were impressed with the neat, spacious facility! There is plenty of comfortable seating and even a 'quiet room' with a massage chair! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks are provide in the T.V. waiting area. We are very happy with the excellent, friendly service we received and we're thrilled with our new, 2015 Honda Fit!

Dear Sir, I would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding service given to us through Katie Herrick. We were having troubles with our 2005 Honda Odyssey that seemed to be complicated through a loss of confidence in the group that had been previously taking care of our automotive repairs. We very much like our Odyssey and feel that it could last for some time to come if we are able to deal with the maintenance needs. The problem developed as we had repeated needs to address when lights started showing up, again, on the dashboard. We were tired of going in circles and decided to come to Chantilly Honda and Katie as she had been recommended to us. Katie listened to our concerns and the problem(s) we are having with the van. We left the van with her after she outlined a game plan to identifiy any specific problems as well as recommendation(s) for service. We were given a complete review of the findings as well as estimated costs for work at the time along with a timeline for recommended work in the future. Many thanks to the technicians as well as it was very evident that they seemed to work closely with Katie in order to address all of our questions and concerns with our Odyssey. We decided to bring our 2003 Trail Blazer in for service as well. We received the same professional service for that vehicle as well from Katie and the technician(s). Many thanks to Honda of Chantilly and Katie Herrick for outstanding professionalism and costumer service.

Great shopping experience from negotiating the price, getting the loan, to driving off the lot. I also flew in from out of town to get the vehicle I wanted and was picked up at the airport. I was driving back in no time since I had a 10 hour journey back home!!!

Two days ago I purchased a new car from Honda of Chantilly. I could not have been more pleased with my entire car buying experience!! The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, and clearly had my best interest in mind throughout the process. My salesperson (Saxon) was very knowledgeable and listened closely to my wants and must-haves before showing me the available options. I test drove two cars and asked a million questions, and I never once felt rushed or that I was annoying the salesperson. He was patient and informative and made me feel like he was on "my team." The sales manager (Chris) met with me as well, and right away I knew I would be getting a fair deal. The sales team was professional and honest. There were no surprises throughout this process. I even changed my mind totally about the car I wanted to purchase well into the buying process. Saxon and Chris were very patient and were happy to talk with me about the new car I was interested in. Chris worked quickly and efficiently to give me all the information I needed in making my final decision. The finance manager I worked with (Dan) was very friendly and eager to complete my buying process. I had come in close to closing time, so by this time it was after closing and Dan still seemed enthusiastic and happy about working with me. He was knowledgeable and efficient. There were no hidden fees or last-minute add-ons. Dan worked very quickly and explained all documents clearly and precisely. I had an amazing experience with Honda of Chantilly, and I would advise anyone looking to purchase a car to go out and see these great guys!

Found car of interest on-line and made contact via internet. Response to query was fast to e-mail and followed up by phone. Although I arrived near closing time on Saturday, I never felt rushed. The sales representative I was working with, Vince, was courteous, answered questions, and took his time to get the information needed to make a decision on the vehicle. The business representative also took time to explain and answer questions as we attended to the financial aspect of the purchase.
