I bought a certified used 2006 Scion a few years back and about a week after I purchased it, the right axle went bad. I took it back a week later and they fixed it at no cost to me and provided me a rental car during the time it was being repaired. Great customer service and would highly recommend buying a car from them.

I recently purchased a used CRV from Frank Swick. His willingness to help and his professionalism were above excellent! Frank was not "pushy" at all which rates high in my book. He let me look at the vehicles and was right there when I needed him. I would recommend Honda North to anyone who is looking to purchase. And certainly ask to see Frank Swick. I went to Honda North to look at used cars. Dustin H. was the salesperson that helped me out. As we were crunching numbers he suggested that I lease a brand new car rather than purchase an older one. I was skeptical at first, but I took his advice after he gAve me the pros and cons. I am really glad I did! Dustin got me into a new 2014 Honda Civic and I LOVE this car. My lease is up in a few months and I will be leasing again, and I will make sure I look for Dustin again.

I recently went to "look" for a new car, as my current car was getting old, with high miles, and starting to cost too much to fix. I knew that I liked the looks of the Honda Civic, so I showed up at Honda North to test drive the civic. Frank Swick found me looking at the cars on the lot, and helped me out a great deal....he let me test drive the car, in the color of my choice, I fell in love with it, and ended up buying it and drove off the lot that day with my brand new Civic, which I absolutely love!! Frank was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to show me around the dealership, explaining every service available for my car. He even introduced me to some of the people at the dealership that I may need in the future. He made me feel welcome and comfortable and even though I was nervous, he helped calm me down! He knew so much about the car, and before I drove off, he made sure I knew all that I needed to know and even set up the car for me in my personal preferences. He did not rush me around or pressure me at all. IF you are looking for a new or used car, just ask for Frank Swick...he is a wonderful salesman!!!

I was looking for a used car with low mileage. Frank Swick found me on the lot and pointed me in the direction of a 2014 CRV with low miles and looked like new. He was very helpful in giving me a great interest rate for my financing. I went to Honda North to look at a used Pilot. I had the good fortune of being assisted by Jerry who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided me all the information I needed to make an informed decision (with none of the usual pressure) and was the consummate professional. Carrie, who worked with me initially via email, and the person who handled the business transaction, were also quite friendly and professional. Buying a used car is generally not viewed as a pleasant experience. This dealership was the exception and it's because of the people.

I went into the dealership to inquire as to whether or not there were any used CR-Vs in my price range. I still own a Honda Civic that is 10 years old, and I was hoping to own another Honda. I was happily surprised to be introduced to the HR-V by Dustin Hollenberger. He was able to help me find the perfect AWD vehicle for me, in my price range. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and timely service. The play area , which is enclosed for little ones, provided my 2 year old with entertainment while I signed the paperwork. All around great experience. Much better than Valley Honda in Monroville. I've found a new Honda dealer!

I'm 67 years old, and don't enjoy used car shopping. However, Frank Swick at Honda North treated my wife and I respectfully. He even treated us to a pizza lunch while the paperwork was being completed! He had the Odyssey cleaned one last time while we waited, and it was full of gas. We had 3 used Odysseys to choose from. Ours was certified, and we purchase the bumper to bumper extended warranty.

This was my first "Honda" experience. Dustin Hollenberger was exceptional. As I am a woman in my 60's who always buys her own cars I look for this kind of salesmanship. He took the time to explain a lot of things about the car that I normally have to look up in the drivers manual at other dealerships I also never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready. The dealership's manager John Siegfreid was very informative and easy to work with. I found this to be an all around great experience and would recommend Honda North.

We shopped for our used car online, found the perfect one with great price. Upon arriving to dealership (with appointment) our agent rushed us to the finance department before giving us a chance to look at the vehicle or take it for a test drive. I felt very under-valued by the staff. We were promised an immaculate car, but found it dirty and with 1/2 tank of gas and a few other small defects. This is what I would expect from those random used car lost, not this dealership. Very disappointed with the service we received, but at least we got the vehicle we wanted.

I needed a car and decide to just stop in to see what might be available in my price range. Within a minute of walking I was asked if I needed help and a sales representative was located for me. Clint Werth sat down with me and asked me about my budget and what type of car I was looking for. He went on his computer and began showing me vehicles in stock. We found two that fit the profile and test drove both. Clint was very good about showing me specifically what I requested. He did not try to suggest cars that were outside of what I told him I could afford. He was knowledgeable, and listened to what i said. I personally lifted the cargo lid out of the CRV that was supposedly "Certified". The spare tire area was filled with water and all the metal in the repair bag was rusty. The water had been sitting in there for quite a while. They tried to say the window was leaking. The carpet was dry. This is a flood car. Beware of this dealership. I should have called the Attorney General.

I recently took a trip to Honda North to test drive the Accord Hybrid. I went in there assuming that I could not afford the car, but I was hopeful to make a purchase a few months down the line. Thanks to the crew at Honda North, this assumption was far from true! From the test drive to the final signings, I was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating, welcoming, and personable EVERYONE was, especially Greg Milkovich. Greg came along for a test drive and worked with me to determine what financial options would work best for me. I still owed money on my previous car, and he and his supervisor worked together to find affordable options for me to pay off the previous car and lease my new Accord. Greg simply supplied the information and offered honest answers. Never once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed -- and that's a rarity in the car-buying process!! Later that night, I drove home in my Accord. Since then, I've received a personal follow-up phone call from Greg, a letter, and a post card with his message of the month that included a quote from Henry David Thoreau, "It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see." Needless to say, I was happy with what I saw at Honda North. It was a great facility with a warm, welcoming, personable team of employees. The car-buying (and leasing!) process should be exciting, not stressful; and thanks to everyone at Honda North, exciting is exactly what it was :)

Called service department for oil change on used CRV bought at dealer in Pgh. Was there on time and told we did not have an apt. scheduled. Finally got around to doing the service as they said they will "try and fit us in..." .Gave them a second (and last) try for service on next oil change. Wife waited and waited then asked what was going on and they said the oil pan plug stripped the threads on the oil pan they had to go buy a plug at a local auto parts store.That if that did not work we would have to buy a new oil pan. Gave an estimate of over $300.00. The over sized plug worked but a few days latter I went in to talk about this issue, that nothing was noted the first time so therefore it must be mechanic err of over tightening.I informed them that if it leaked they would be buying the new oil pan... Got no where at all with each person I spoke to up the ladder except rudeness and it was not their fault. I really enjoy our new Subaru and their all around customer service.....

I bought my third car from Mark Damiani. Just an amazing experience. He's like a close friend. I married a man named Mark so maybe it's the name :-) We always chat when I'm in for service.. He remembers everything and I'm so comfortable with him. As I was the day I bought this car. Mark told me all about the new crv ex with heated seats and all kinds of fun tech stuff. I fell in love with the car but was afraid my payment would be too high. Well, it did go up but only $22.00 I was sold and so happy with this car. Okay this is the THIRD TIME this vehicle has been there. The airbag recall applied to my Odyssey. They first told me it didnt. Then they contact me and ask me to bring it in, i take it drop it off at 5am as i had to take another vehicle to work, they didn't have any record of calling me after or telling me to bring it in on that day. I called the day I was supposed to have had my car there. 2 days for them to tell me they had to order the part I was supposed to have had replaced.because They had no record of my vehicle having to be there. Then to call me like 3 weeks ago to tell me the part is in after 6 months. I take it today. Understand this is 2 bolts in the back of the steering wheel and unplugging the yellow airbag wire. And reverse the removal procedure. That and they proceed to tell me they had to diagnose the SRS light. I DON'T REMEMBER ASKING THEM TO DIAGNOSE THAT. BY THE WAY THE SRS LIGHT IS A BAD SEAT BELT THAT I HAVE PERSONALLY REPLACED 2 TIMES. I KNEW WHAT IT WAS. "THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART. " WAIT I DIDN'T ASK YOU TO DIAGNOSE IT.. DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO MENTION IT WHEN I CAME IN AT 9AM!!!!!!!!!!!! I SIMPLY NEEDED THE AIRBAG REPLACED. I KNOW THAT THE CODES ARE. 9 am appt. At 1015 they STILL WERE NOT DONE WITH MY VEHICLE. I HAD ANOTHER 1015 appt to go to. 20 minutes late for that appt. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. NEVER EVER.

I have purchased three vehicles from Honda North. The ease of going through the process was good, and helpful with choosing a vehicle. The financing went quickly also. The sales people, and managers are very helpful. They explained everything and the sales went quickly. I would recommend Honda North to family and Friends. My son has also purchased a vehicle there with ease.

I was shopping for an Element Ex that I had been following online and went to test drive it. It was gone upon arrival the day before ( my bad) . Wife and I looked at a 2011 Honda Crosstour, which was on my list also. Upon driving it, I loved it. Salesman, Dustin was knowledgeable with the Crosstour and answered all of our questions. We talked numbers and the dealership and I came to an agreeable monthly payment. The Financial Department ( Susan) worked with me on getting some additional coverage. I have been to several dealerships through the years that were pushy and basically ran away. This was such a good experience in car buying. Staff was professional, courteous and really straightforward. We were so impressed with Susan and Dustin. Make the drive and give them a try, we were satisfied with this whole experience. I walked in and had all expectations that I'd be arranged with a used vehicle due to my age and less-than-perfect credit; however, after speaking with Derek Bowman (finance) and Steve Fusco (sales), I was actually arranged with a new Honda Civic EX sedan. I could not be more pleased. My overall experience was excellent, to say the least. Not only was the dealership itself very clean and inviting (and has a "new car" scent), the entire staff was friendly and helpful, the vehicles (of course, being a Honda) are reasonably priced and packed with features, and the buying process was the easiest that I've ever dealt with; I was in and out in maybe an hour or two. I'd like to commend Derek Bowman and Steve Fusco on their hard work and dedication. We're a honda family and always bought from Baierl in Wexford. Close friends had suggested we give Honda North a try and they spoke very highly of the dealership and their salesperson Mark Damiani. Called to introduce ourselves and set an appointment. Mark was very professional on the call. The day we arrived, Mark had the car we discussed inside so we could inspect it without being in cold weather. Made the deal, Mark was a gem to work with. We're very happy with the car and our experience was fabulous. Our inspections are free forever.

This is a first rate repair location. My 2004 Civic's Check Engine Light came on and I took it to my local garage (not Honda North) where I was told the Camshaft Sensor was bad and would need to be replaced along with the timing belt and water pump. I found my receipt from 2 years ago when I had the belt and pump replaced and told them I only wanted the sensor replaced. They told me it would be $1000+ to repair. I immediately got online to look for Honda locations and found Honda North to be about 30 minutes away. I took it to them, explained the situation, and they repaired the sensor for less than $300 including parts and labor. They were a very professional, courteous, and friendly staff and I would have no hesitation to return to this location for service on my vehicle. I was shocked that a Honda dealer would charge 1/3 the price of a local garage, but they lived up to their reputation and I am so very thankful for the work they did on my vehicle.

First off i would like to say thank you so much to Kelly Fehr in the Internet Sales department who made me feel 110% confident in coming in and starting the process of purchasing my first vehicle. She is friendly, genuine, and highly knowledgeable. She certainly did her job and was extremely personable even over emails!! So cheers to herWith that said. Everyone at the Honda North facility was exceptional. From the receptionist, service guys, lot attendants, sales, and even the finance guys! We received a free lunch on Saturday afternoon which was delightful! You guys will be the first place I look and buy our next car/suv and all others after that. Top notch and very knowledgeable. I could not think of anything you guys/girls could have done to make my first time car buying experience any better, and I say that with the sincerest of hearts! It all started with Carl who let us test drive the 2013 Accord and explained everything while we drove in a complete yet brief over-view of the features. Jerry helped get me close to the price i wanted and came pretty close when everything was said and done. Anthony gave us a great hands on once over of all the features like bluetooth, hands free, radio features, and just about everything else in the car. He left us feeling very comfortable before i pulled off the lot. They even washed my mother-in-laws vehicle while we waited for my car to be finished with the final inspection. Bought a used Kia Sorrento last year from Honda North. Everything went well with the sale. But a year later I get a letter from Kia saying our Sorrento was being recalled. I called Honda north a week ago and talked to a guy in the service department and told him about the letter I received and could I bring it to them to fix or should I take it to a Kia dealer. He said he would call and find out what the recall was but that they should be able to fix it for me. Still have not heard back from them. Guess I will make sure I don't buy from a dealer that doesn't want to service a vehicle that they sold me that didn't have the Honda name on it. If they weren't able to fix it a phone call would really have been appreciated.

At Honda North, everyone treated us like new members of the family. They listened to what we were looking for and found us a great "Fit" for our needs. John, the owner, was the first to welcome us. Mark, our salesman, made it his mission to get to know us and our needs. He had an excellent personality, sense of humor, and wasn't pushy with anything. He went above and beyond to explain to us everything we needed to know as well as find us a car that was not currently in their showroom. Though Mark was our salesman, other associates (Pat and Anthony) were also very friendly and displayed to us that everyone in the Honda family has the utmost respect for not only their customers, but also each other. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and my new car is absolutely perfect for me!

I wanted to trade my 2012 Civic LX for the 2013 Civic EX. I contacted Mark Damiani and made an appointment to talk to him about it. I went through Mark before and wanted to deal with him again because he made the experience so easy and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and bends over backwards to give you the best experience possible almost and treats you like family. I went in and Mark sat down with me and got the info he needed for the trade and took care of that while Dustin took me on the test drive. When we got back Mark asked how it went and we again sat down and went over the trade info which worked for me so I went ahead with the trade. As always it went easy and smooth. The day I picked up the car Mark even called my insurance agent so I didn't have to. Helped switch every thing over and Dustin even preset all my presets in the old car including my radio stations. When I was done Mark told me to call or stop in if I had any questions about anything. I would most definitely recommend Honda North and Mark Damiani to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used car. I will be the easiest and best experience you will ever have. I had been doing research on purchasing a new car, and was very interested in a Honda Insight because of its gas mileage and its setup (especially the hatchback and fold-down seating). I had contacted some other Honda dealerships, but my sister wanted me to go to Honda North, because she had purchased a car there and had a great experience. I met with Mark Damiani, who she had worked with to purchase her car, and he was fantastic, as was the entire experience. I had never purchased a new car before, so I was a little terrified about the experience, but Mark (and Dustin) were very friendly and helpful, and there was no pressure whatsoever. They were sure to give me the best options, but also allowed me to be frank with my personal purchasing restrictions and limits. I went into the dealership expecting to test drive and ask questions, and left ready to purchase my car. Not because I was rushed or pressured, but because I was confident in my decision. Dustin even washed my sister's car as she waited with me! The price was even better than I had hoped, and the car has been wonderful after my first couple of weeks. I look forward to working with Honda North as my ownership continues.

I dealt with Katie G. via the internet. She was SUPER helpful and friendly. SHE is the reason I thought I'd buy from Honda North. I got a quote from her out the door and was ready to buy. Long story short, I was treated like crap and was told they couldn't honor the quote that Katie gave to me. Huh? JJ/Bernie(?) said "We don't know who Katie talked to and she's only 18." What? I have no words to express my feelings about the whole ordeal. I'm still shaking my head. They lost my sale over $100! At the end, of course, it wasn't even about the $100. It was about the principle of honoring your quote. Katie should work somewhere else. She's too good for Honda North.

I was referred to Honda North and Mark Damiani by my banker. She told me i'll be treated better than any where else and she has bought several cars from Mark. She was on the money. I've been a general motors and chrysler customer for over forty years. My current vehicles have aged and I needed to reduce to one car preferably a 4wheel drive. I set a day to visit a few dealers and started with Honda North and Mark. All I can say is it was a GREAT experience and I ended up with a new honda crv and Mark gave me a lease payment that was right within my budget. Mark was incredible and so was Mario . Mark took me home to pick up my other car and was very patient with me. I really didn't think I'd buy the Honda that is why I stopped their first. I must start this review by saying that to me car dealers are like dentists. You don really want to go but sometimes it inevitable. At least that what I thought until my experience at Honda North. As in all situations, when it rains it pours. Both cars in the household broke down within 2 weeks of one another and we knew we had to suck it up and go to the dealer. I have had such bad experiences in the past and wasn even sure where to start plus we live over an hour from Butler to begin with. Merry Christmas right?? In March, my mother had purchased a nice new vehicle at Honda North without issue so I decided to give it a try. From the moment Jon answered her e-mail requesting help, I knew this time was going to be different. Both Jon and Steve worked around our schedules and issues with the current vehicles. They were patient and best of all, transparent. Not only about the price of the vehicles but also about our trade ins and the different scenarios that work into those prices. Never have I had someone sit down with me like I was a new recruit and not just a poor schmuck buying an overpriced car (let alone the owner!). They placed both of us in vehicles that suited our needs and fit our budgets. Even the finance lady was an absolute joy to converse with! They have also called and e-mailed after the purchases to make sure we were happy and doing well. I cannot say enough about this dealership and how if anyone is even considering buying or leasing to take a look at Honda North before even going somewhere else. We were at Honda North and were really taken by the size of the building. Many of the staff said hello and all offered coffee or cold drinks. Unfortunately ,we did not make a purchase and the sales person Jayme was a bit of a turnoff. She was fine at first then became abrupt and was somewhat snooty and pushy. When we had an opportunity we decided to not make a decision that day. We did end up buying a Honda in newcastle instead.

Having bought numerous cars over the past 40 years I found Honda North and its sales people to be completely average with other buying experiences. I didn't find anything "outstanding" with this dealer. Just people doing their jobs. Nice facility... nice people trying to get you to buy a car (no high pressure with me). The used car I bought had a crack in the windshield and they put in a new windshield as promised (they did forget the "we owe" statement until I asked where it was). The car had only one set of keys and remote. The salesman (Dennis S) said the previous owner of this car was known well to the business and they would contact him about the extra set. After 3 attempts to find out if the keys had been found I still haven't heard anything... so I assuming not (but a phone call or email would've been nice). As stated above... I find nothing outstanding about this location BUT if they had a car I wanted I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.

Finally decided it was time too look at imports after being a GM customer for over 30 years. I was directed by a good neighbor friend to look at Honda's. He referred us too Mark Damiani at Honda North on route 68 in Butler. This was the BEST buying experience we have ever encountered. Mark knew we were a bit hesitant so he really took his time telling us the story of Honda then directing us too the Honda Pilot. What a quality SUV the Pilot is.We test drove the Pilot and knew this was the car. We are so happy and we consider Mark a friend for life. He has contacted us by phone and email since our purchase just too make sure we are doing well. I had a bit of confusion with the phone and Mark stopped at our home on his lunch our unexpected too go over it again. About 4 1/2 months ago I was looking to get a new car cause my current car was eating up gas like crazy and was stressing me out cause I felt like everytime I turned around I was putting gas in my car. Test drove a Mazda 3 and they just took me around the block so to speak for a test drive. My mom had talked to Mark Damiani for an extensive time about my situation and Mark recommended the Civic to her for me. Went and talked to Mark after work and it was the best decision I made was stopping Mark treated me like a friend. Made me feel comfortable. Took me on an awesome test drive just so I could get the feel for the car. Mark and everyone at Honda North went above and beyond to make sure I got that car. He even helped me switch everything over to the new one. I would DEFINITELY buy a car from Mark again. Best car buying experience I've ever had and my I absolutely love my 2012 Civic LX!!! I was in the market for a certified Honda Pilot. I contacted Honda North by phone and spoke too Mark Damiani. The call was very informative and he knows his inventory. We set an appointment and when I arrived the vehicle was directly out front for me too see and ready for a test drive. The prompt attention was very pleasing and the process smooth. Mark showed me the Pilot inside and out and helped program radio setting etc. We chatted and learned about eachother while waiting for the Finance Manager. A very enjoyable day. My wife and I recently visited Honda North in Butler to test drive the new 2012 CR-V.. What a great experience. We were referred to the dealership by a close friend who told us to ask for Mark Damiani in the sales department. Mark was incredible.. We were treated like friends and the process was simple and easy. We told Mark that we also were considering a used car for the family since we have an extra driver now. Mark explained the incentives for the 2012 accord were so good that we needed to look at the numbers. Low and behold we bought two cars that day . First -to address the complaints about the amount of time it takes to buy a car - this is not a grocery store and you are not buying a loaf of bread. Do you have any idea how much time it takes to do a trade and process the sale, and how many people are involved? The staff at Honda North know their business and they do their jobs right. Who rushes to buy a car? This is a major purchase, and I am the kind of customer that is grateful for the amount of time and attention we received here. Every member of the staff treated us with the utmost respect. Their facility is clean, they have a play area for children, and a nice waiting area for service. We arrived late on a Tuesday and picked out the CR-V we wanted. We returned on a Thursday to pick it up. I have no complaints whatsoever with any part of our experience. In fact, we plan to purchase another car from them later this year! JJ was our salesman and a really kind man. I have never had an experience like this in buying a car. He didn't try to push anything on us, just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. You will find a class act at Honda North!

Had a deal over the phone and drove almost 2 hours to get the car. The car was great but the treatment was just the opposite. We spent over 6 hours waiting for the deal to be completed. Nothing was the way it was promised and the finance manager got mad when we questioned him. They really didn't want to do anything to help us- only what would benefit them. We wasted a whole day for nothing and had a terrible experience.

I went to Honda North to price a 2012 Honda Fit Sport. The salesman took 10 minutes to know I was there and interested, and when he did notice, played it off very foolishly. Upon getting a quote, the price was said as a solid in stone price, and not a "hopefully we can reach an agreement on" sort of thing, to actually want your business. Mind you, while he was talking to me, no eye contact, looked over my shoulder behind me, mumbled a lot, and came off as cocky and snide. Mind you, the quote he gave, I already got one way better than his price earlier, so him saying 'this IS the price' was sort of a bold faced lie. Also, had a friend who bought a used Mazda from this dealership, upon driving home, noticed the trunk button doesn't open trunk, and also the trunk leaks water. The dealership hid all this from him by opening the trunk with a key when they saw him hit the button. Lastly, girlfriend of mine, went to the parts department to get a cargo shelf installed or ordered for her, and the man in parts had no clue what it is she wanted. Understand the vehicles you sell, inside and out.

I had found the truck i had purchased from here on the internet. I have no complaints about the trade itself, i really like the truck i purchased. BUT I arrived around 9:30 in the morning and did not get out of there until 1:30 in the afternoon. The people was nice but very slow at doing things, they took their time at everything. If i didn't think the truck i got was worth it, i would of walk out in the middle of everything.
