I drove 100 miles to purchase my new car, based on a bio I read about specifically Jim Rutelonis. He was interested in finding a car that suited me, not just selling a car. He was prepared when I arrived with a handful of keys that fit my interest. He was not at all pushy like most car dealers. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He made the process much less stressful than it ever has been. If I ever buy a new car again, I will return to him.

A bit disappointed with purchase. Was told by salesman that the trim selected came with moonroof, when vehicle finally arrived, after a two week wait, no moonroof. Felt deceived.

I was completely amazed by the impeccable service provided by the professionals at Honda Cars of Rockwall. As a busy single mother who just experienced a traumatic accident, the thought of going to a car dealership by myself was extremely intimidating. My salesman, Chris Willhaus, was knowledgeable, considerate, and thoughtful when it came to my car buying experience. He patiently helped me select a vehicle that not only meets my needs but one that I absolutely LOVE 100% as well. The entire staff worked hard to ensure that this process was efficient and pleasant. I am thankful that I decided to purchase my new Honda HR-V through them. :)

Austin Bell was our salesman at Honda of Rockwall. He was helpful and courteous without being "pushy'. Austin worked very hard to get us just the right CR-V with affordable monthly payments. We had stopped by to look at used vehicles but much to our surprise, we were able to get a new CR-V. In all, this was the most pleasant car buying experience yet. Thank you Austin.

I have never had the kind of experience I had at Honda Cars of Rockwall. Dan Franco, Scott Durkin were so considerate that I was amazed!! On day one Dan asked my permission to show me a new Honda CRV knowing I wasn't in the market at the time. Now who does that? That was so unusual and has stayed with me. I have told my friends about that. Scott was so helpful also. He knew I was nervous about this. Truthfully I had no intentions of buying a new car but after the experience I had it was so easy. Their manager Vincent Salazar was also very kind. My overall experience was the best I have ever had. I wish there were more people like Dan, Scott and Vincent in the world. I had some very valuable assistance from Keith McFarlin in helping me deicde which vehicle would be best for me. I bought the CRV and am very happy with it. The dealership facilities were very nice, accommodating, and comfortable. Chris Shaw explained the paperwork well and was very helpful. Everyone I talked with at Honda Cars of Rockwall was very courteous and helpful.

On the verge of harrassment

Being a single woman, I knew the process would not be easy. Long story short, I went in a couple times looking to purchase a new car. I dealt with Art in new car sales. He flat out lied to me. Tried to bribe me with a "free" cruise. Called me every morning for a week before 8:30am. Shoved "his" insurance lady on me. Would not wish this experience on anyone.

Emailed inquiring on a 2015 CRV EXL letting them know that I did not want to be contacted by phone. Wasn't interested in multiple phone calls from multiple people. Alan Williams respected my wishes and we only talked by phone when I called him. That was my main reason for coming to Rockwall. Other dealerships we dealt with either didn't read my request or chose to ignore what I wanted. I don't think the price was significantly lower than others but the customer service is by far worth the drive from Arlington. David Oden helped us with the paperwork and there was never any pressure to purchase anything extra. Noticed a small wrinkle in the window tint on one of the windows and I was told they would take care of it. Brought it back without scheduling an appointment not realizing that the tint guy wasn't there due to the holiday. Even though that was my error Lawrence Curry helped to ease the pain with a tank of gas.

I have been a Toyota buyer for years and the level of service at Honda of Rockwall made me proud to join the Honda family! It was the easiest experience I have had in years and they delivered on every promise and well exceeded expectations. Very little back and forth and they treated me as an educated buyer each step of the way. I would highly recommend the salesperson, Cart, to anyone looking for a solid fair deal and a ton of knowledge. He was phenomenal and I will be sending anyone I know to see him. The sales manager John was also incredibly patient and fair and looking to make deals based on how the customer wants vs the olden days of the car business where is was their way or the highway. Keep it up guys!!! You made my new accord experience outstanding and I will always appreciate the time you took!!!

I was on the market for new 2015 CR-V, and I sent a quote request to this dealership among others. Almost immediately I was contacted by Jeremy Bilbo, who, from the first e-mail, showed his exceptional customer care skills and anticipation to the customer's needs. He explain everything to me in highly timely and professional manner. Also, he went extra mile to make sure I'm getting the price and options I want (and I really like that price). I also received follow up emails from Lawrence Curry, and Sean Hodges. They both showed their concerns to my satisfaction. To me this is the sign of great customer service. Thank you so much for having such a great team.

My experience with this dealership was wonderful. I live over 2 hours away, but chose this dealership because they offered the best price by FAR! We were able to finalize a lot by phone, therefore there were no "surprise/hidden" fees. Once I arrived, I think I spent less than 2 hours there (including a test drive, all Q & A's, & finalizing all paperwork), which I believe that is great! All staff was very courteous, and the place was so clean.....even the bathrooms were IMMACULATE! Overall experience was great!

We have been researching a quality van that would last. The Honda Odyessy came out on top. The next step was to find a dealership and then grit your teeth for a visit. I always felt that the process of buying a car was worst than going to the dentist. Anyway, the guys from Deliverymax ,which is a company that markets new car dealerships, recommended Rockwall Honda for its high quality customer service and low pressure sales. I was impressed from parking our old Expedition in their visitors spaces to the top gun general mgr (Sean). We were matched up with Richard Branch who did a great job finding us a 2014 Odyessy at a fair price. The facilities are clean and friendly from the show room to the service dept. My wife and I highly recommend Rockwall Honda. You will not be pressured. Just relax and give Richard a call. I think I will make an appointment for my Dentist now.

My wife and I purchased a pre owned 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Honda Cars of Rockwall. Sales staff was very polite and courteous. We were able to agree on a fair price and financing was an easy process. I recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a pre-owned Honda or other make. Great ,no pressure experience. We traveled from Tyler for the fair pricing and great pre-owned inventory.

I just bought my 4th Honda Odyssey and I had a good experience at Honda Cars of Rockwall. Manny helped me with my purchase and I think that he did a very good job throughout the entire process. He explained everything about the car to me and then followed up with a phone call to see if I had any other questions. When I dropped the old title by the dealership he answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to do several things that I couldn't figure out. I am very pleased with my new car and also with the dealership.

Be careful you check before you get your hopes up. They still have my dream car listed on here. It's a 2014 White CR-Z EX 6-Speed Manual with Navigation under $22K. There are multiple pix with white in the description. Only problem, the car is blue.

Bought a 2012 keyless vehicle.... And they only had the valet key. They assured me that they were going to order it that week. Nothing happened. I went and my sales person told me this had happened before, and not to expect my key. I bought the master key for $370 in another dealership. The manager called me and assured me that they were going to reimburse my money. Its been a month and i still have not received it. Dont go there! A basic request like a master key has been a really bad experience with that dealership.
