Bought a used truck to find out it has a drive shaft issue they made some kind of repair and said if it didn't fix it they would take care of it. Now they say they will only pay half $750.00 very dishonest management

Took my 2016 Honda Civic in for it's first (and complimentary) oil change on 11/15/16. With an appointment, total time was about an hour. The next day I noticed 2 spots of oil in places where I had parked my car. I put the car on my ramps at home and removed the under-engine cover expecting to see that the mechanic had made a mess draining the oil and not wiped it down. No, worse. The drain plug was not even finger tight and oil was slowly dripping from the plug. Two calls to the service manager to complain, got the answering machine. Finally, after 3 hours he decided to call me and left a message on my machine to call him. I had already sent him an email so I had nothing left to say. I certainly do not want another "complimentary" oil change and will be doing it myself in the future. If this dealer cannot perform the simplest of tasks to a Honda, then I have my doubts about the hard stuff.

Your service department will never lay eyes on my car again. After your servicing, my car would not start! Took it back and service writer said it wasn't their fault. He said it was my other mechanic's fault. I have only let honda cars of Aiken work on it.....until now. The service writer was very rude and hateful. He lost my business for your dealership.

It took 35 minutes to convince the sales manager via my salesman of the amount of money I was willing to spend. The exterior cleanup was good except for the front bumper which they did nothing to fix the crack. There was suppose to be a detail of the inside. Nothing. The inside of the windows were more streaked than before the detail job. I would not buy another car from this dealer.

We bought a car here 2 months later they took it back saying the bank did not appove us not only that we went down there several times to do paper work and to sign another contract with when we returned the car we wanted our deposit back they ate giving us the run around about our money we put down they have the car but we don't have our deposit back yet I will never come here again

I visited Honda Cars of Aiken to inquiry about a Toyota Camry 2014. Levar Butler assisted me with a test drive. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. Even the minute questions, he was able to provide an answer. He worked with me to get the car to a great price range. I normally don't like people in sales but his approach was so refreshing- honest, straight with the facts and willing to work with the customers. I don't know what else you can ask for! Philipp Moore, and Clint were amazing salesman. My wife and I were anxious but they were so respectful and helpful we were able to actually enjoy the car buying experience. They honored the true car certificate and didn't use any bait-and-switch tactics. They were not pushy at all. The stars are for the service personal not the service manager.All of this is True but I would like to say a special THANK YOU, to John Perara the Finance Director for personally bending over backward to help me with this problem and rescuing HONDA'S reputation. If you have a problem he is great to work with and can help with almost any problem. The service personal at Honda Cars of Aiken are great to work with except CESAR, the service manager. So if you ever have a problem at this DEALERSHIP that seems impossible John's your man.This is the problem that started the whole stressful experience: JOHN TO THE RESCUE!!My husband and I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot with four wheel drive. On the invoice it stated that it has a "Integrated Class 3 Trailer Hitch" and "Pre-Wired for Trailer Harness". Honda wants $320 for a harness kit and to put it on the vehicle. We bought thinking would only needed the receiver and ball to connect to a trailer. When I went to HONDA CARS of AIKEN everyone seem to think the same thing including the managers of the dealership until CESAR informed them that none of us knew what we talking about with HONDA. Although, the day before when I took it in, he was surprised that it stop close to the back fender. We went to the parts department and found out we had to buy the whole harness kit to get the parts to finish connecting it to the back bump. Even he was surprised. This morning he was not the same person. I felt Shocked and insulted by the tone of the Service Manager CESAR at HONDA CARS OF AIKEN and the comments coming out of his mouth when he said "NO ONE BUYS A HONDA TO HAUL ANYTHING" then said that's just crazy. Why would anyone buy a Honda to haul something. You don't haul with a Honda. There's special changes that have to be done to the water pump, brakes and transmission that Honda doesn't tell customers about, makes no sense to haul with a Honda".

Came to trade in a 2006 Ford F150 King Ranch in April. As soon as I pulled up, Dustin came up to greet me and wasn't pushy or forceful - kept it informative and easy going. I'm still chuckling about the "conversational mirror" in the CRV, but I ended up getting a 2015 Honda Fit. Got a much better trade in value for the truck than I anticipated, solid discounts and everyone was very easy to talk to and down to earth. I really anticipated entering a "thunder dome" situation of having to deal with jerks but I was extremely pleased with just how relaxed everyone was. If you're looking for quality dealership, this is the place to go.

Anyone notice that the service dept has gone down hill over the last 2yrs or so. Been going for service since i bought the car in 2009, observe everything, even looking thru window while my car is worked on. All new mechanics and new people at the computers when you enter. Last visit i noticed my car was left repeatedly by the mechanic and he went somewhere else. I'm sure my 75000 service had a hour and a half window and it took exactly that long with all the moving around. The service rep got me when it was over and i noticed the paper with all the check marks was not among them. He went back and had the mechanic fill it out. Things have changed in the sevice dept. and i hope it improves.

Me and my Daughter went to the dealership just looking and spoke to Taylor Stone (Salesman). He was a total knowledgeable person and looked at every available item/action that we asked about. He treated us with the utmost dignity. We left to think about the car and he even called to ask if there was anything else that we had thought about after we left. We went back the next day and purchased a 2014 Honda Civic LX. Everyone in the dealership that we talked to made us feel important and took care of all our needs. The General Manager even came over to be sure that we were satisfied and stated that if we needed anything we could always ask for him. Was looking to lease 2 Honda Fit Sports, initially contacted several dealers, However, Phillip Moore (internet manager) and Perrin Lovett (sales associate) of Honda Aiken both did an outstanding job at finding the cars, optimizing the price (amazing) and expediting prep of the new cars so I could take immediate delivery. Whole process took place in less than 24 hours. Honda Aiken is a smaller hometown dealer, so service is personlized; they also had the best selection re: color/trim. I will return and would recommend to others.

Sales manager claims a $17k 2007 CRV is $490/mo for 72 months + $3k cash down. After taxes tags and mystery fees, I'd estimate that $17k to be more like $20k, and back down to $17k after my cash applied. So essentially, I'd be financing $17k. $490/72 months. In my opinion, what a joke! In fact, regarding said vehicle, I asked several times what the asking price was because I had a fantastic and sure fire idea it was beyond what I had intended to spend, but I was met with, "I'm not sure, but we'll make it work!" I entertained the idea because I really liked the sales person and my wife loved the vehicle. I left, needless to say, feeling insulted, degraded, and mortified. Once home, I was able to do some more in depth math. A whopping 28.1% interest rate. Insanity. How you could stomach looking in my family's eyes and feel such great confidence... confidence that you did your job, your community, and your business well, is perfect proof that you are a defect to humanity in my opinion.

i just wanted to say that this honda cars of aiken has the friendliest staff...EVERYONE was very helpful...tracey (dont know last name because she made me feel like we have been friends forever no need for a last name) when i drove on the lot i was emmediatley aproached but a friendly gentleman whom did say he was tied up with a another customer and called tracy out to help me..i am so glad he did..tracey made me feel confident she could put me in a car i could afford...and she did..the finance person ..(sorry didnt catch his name) was great also..he gave me helpful hints about my purchase....when i came back to have my car detailed (tracey promised me that) tracy was not there at the time but the young gentlemen that was out on the lot didnt even hesitate to assist me...within 5 minutes of talking to him he had my car back getting detailed...the hospitality is outstanding .. i am a general manager in a fast food resturant and i would hope my resturant so i know what good hospitality means...however THE HONDA CARS OF AIKEN ..has GREAT HOSPITALITY... keep up the good work...

I took my car in the have them give me an estimate on repairs. They did not even attempt to do the right thing. Even ignored recalls that applied to my vehicle. If the joke was not on me it would be more of a laughing matter is was so ridiculous. They explained that my car was fine even though it was eating new tires off the car in 2200 miles. I inquired about a transmission issue I seemed to be having and said it was fine as well. Okay, since it was fine and no problem I'll just trade it in. Now they began to point out issues that I had brought to their attention in the first place for this fine car. My car now became worthless and was devalued. If you like being talked to from the side of the neck you will enjoy your time here at this dealership. Just skip sales and talk to Vince in finance. I was about to make a deal and Vince blew it and I simply wanted to walk off and they would not give me clue where my keys were. I gathered myself and one of the sales people helped me do that even though they still would not voluntarily give me my keys. ( They test drove my car and held my keys captive) Don't let them have your keys!I knew my car was worth 15,000.00 at auction and they would only give me 11,000.00 on trade. Retail was 20,000.00.This whole experience was time consuming with there attempt to shister me on one form or another when I got to Vince in finance. He will try and run you over the coal in his backward country since of way of doing business. When I told him that I didn't want to trade in my car that I had it sold otherwise it got even worse. Just avoid this place and save yourself from grief.

My 2011 Honda Pilot has a total of 20,300 miles on it after purchasing it new from Honda Cars of Aiken. I have been taking it totally to this dealership for all services to date. After many oil changes and what my service records indicate, my 4 tires have been rotated in more than one visit. he last visit reulted in an oil/filter change, tire rotation, right passenger rear tire under inflation, and repair of the roof top gasket. I left today after going there for my driver side air bag recall notice and they pointed out to me that I needed two front tires. The rep showed me in person that the center of the two front tire were badly worn but the two rear tires were fine. They told me about my past service record for rotation but said the two front tire wear was caused by over inflation and gave me a quote for two new tires. I will never return to this service dept. since I feel strongly that Honda Cars of Aiken should replace the tires free since they are the only people that ever touched this vehicle. How dare them charge me when I directly went to another tire service center and they inspected my tires and stated, "These tires have not been rotated for a very long time" and this is what caused the tire wear. I agree since it is very interesting that only the two front tires had extreme wear!! Note that the quote received from Honda was over $100 more for the two tires than the above tire service company's quote for the same two new tires!!!!!!!!

Recently purchased a used car from them. Came onto the lot pre-qualified for the loan. Was told that a tire error message could be cleared by simply checking the air in the tire (incorrect). Was told a small plastic part would be ordered for the car (never happened). Was lied to about the origins of the car AFTER we had the car fax report in hand. When the salesman was called on the lie, he brushed it off. The car was simply rinsed off after the sale and the inside was still dirty. We purchased the car because it was exactly what I was looking for but I will not deal with them again nor will I recommend them. Have pulled the front advertising plate, stickers, and plate surround from the car. Anything that has their name on it has been removed. This is the 21st car I currently own and I have no idea how many I have purchased prior to this and can honestly say this is the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

This dealership is corrupt in their business practices. We dealt with a salesman for three days regarding a vehicle we desired to purchase, he invited us to pay a certain price for the vehicle, we finally agreed and drove onto the lot only to have them tell us they would not sell the truck for the negotiated price after all and then when we asked to speak to the finance manager he was rude and could have cared less that they misled us. He accused us of having "trust issues" . they lied to us from the time we set foot on their lot until they broke our sons heart as he attempted his first substantial auto purchase by trying to pull a bait and swith tactic with the price!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this dealership. Later at a restraunt in the area the hostess said her daughter was grossly cheated by them when she purchased there.
