After you buy the car- then what ??
My Accord was recalled for dangerous passenger air bag . Honda corporation stalled me for 2 months, while I was trying to get a loaner, until the parts came in. Holeman Honda would do nothing for me, and never called me when the parts came in further risking the lives of my passengers . The general manager gave me nothing but excuses and double talk blaming everyone else but his poor service. There's many better places to buy a Honda, I suggest you try them.
Great buying experience
We were ready to buy our sixth Honda and knew exactly what we wanted. Our salesman, Jason Etheridge, was easy to work with and had the car brought from another dealership the next day. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We had purchased a previous car from Holman, and I always felt they treated me well when I took it in for service.
I didn't feel like I was receiving honest information and I got the run around from everyone i spoke with. Very uncomfortable experience. I'm not even sure they fixed the problem I came in with... Oh and they wanted to do an additional $1000 worth of work that I didn't need.
Easiest No-pressure sales experience!
I needed a new car...I had owned 3 Saturns and I wanted a no-haggle, easy trade (2007 Saturn) for a new Honda Civic. I am pleased to say that my experience met all of my criteria ! Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I have my new car!
Nick is the absolute worst
Was working with Nick to purchase a new car for my family, and instead of actually explaining the deal, he treated me like an idiot, bashed other dealers, etc. Most unprofessional dealer ever. Go to Orlando to buy your cars - you will save thousands and not deal with the Miami drama! I drove up there the exact same day Nick gave me a quote and got my car for $4500 less out the door. Don't waste your time.
Storage Charge after 20 years
I dropped my car off for service as I was leaving town.Called back to see what was needed, and they told me I needed4 new tires. Odd, since I bought a new tire a year ago and drive less than5000 miles a year.Told them just to do what was needed. Not the tires.Picked up my car after hours, and the battery was dead.Plus they charged me $75 for storage.Been doing business with that franchise for 20 years.No more. p.s. Went to Tires Plus. Both tech and manager looked at the tires and said they were not needed.There is your answer for the service provided.

BUYING A CAR NEVER SEEMED SO EASY!
The staff is great; however, i have to give most of the props to my salesperson "Adrian" since he made my experience so efficient, enjoyable and fast. He is very straight forward, he will not let you buy a car that does not fit you! Go see him for advice and more, you wont regret it! Love this dealer!

I've been going to Holman Honda since 2004 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I live outside of the area and travel specifically to this dealership just because of Chris D' Amico (whom I have now made at least 4 purchases with). He is reliable, loyal, respectful, and always going above and beyond his duties. I needed a new car within a day and he personally delivered the new car to my house as I was not able to make it back to the dealership. For this family, we will not go anywhere else because of Chris' attentiveness to our families needs. He gets me in my price range and always in the car I am happy with. Just wanted to write a review about the excellent experience we had at Holman Honda. In particular, Chris D'Amico the internet manager was GREAT to work with. I contacted Chris via e-mail requesting a quote on a new 2014 Accord Coupe. He provided me with a detailed and comprehensive price quote indicating what the total "Out The Door Price" would be. I ended up receiving a lower quote from another dealer which I sent to Chris to see if he could match it. Indeed, he not only matched it, but even beat it to earn our business and provided everything up front and in writing. My wife and I went in today to purchase the vehicle and everything was as Chris had indicated with no changes or price switches. He took the time with us to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle and explained everything thoroughly. Kelly Hanlin the finance manager was equally as thorough and up front about financing options and explained everything to us thoroughly. He was even able to obtain a lower financing rate than what I could obtain through my banking institution. From beginning to end it was truly a great buying experience and well worth the 40 mile drive to their location. I would strongly recommend this dealer and Chris D'Amico in particular if you are thinking of purchasing a Honda in the Dade/Broward/Palm Beach area.

Buying a Honda
My mom was looking for a new car she liked the Honda Civic so we went to look at Holman Honda. Our salesman Brian Bohem took his time with my mom showing her every option and not making her feel rushed. All other places we looked at they were quite short with her didn't seem to want to take time with her. Brian and his manager Greg Williams worked with us to get her monthly payment where it needed to be for her budget. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. The woman in the Finance office was great too explaining all the optional coverage that was offered but she wasn't pushy like most that I have dealt with. I will recommend Holman Honda to everyone and I will go to Holman next year when I will be getting a new car.

I don't usually write any feedback or testimonial. But this awesome experience has forced me to write this feedback. The transaction was as easy as buying a milk from a grocery store. My price/payment was set even before I entered the dealership. So as soon as I went to the dealership..took a short test drive, signed papers and that's it. Was out with my new car in an hour! I leased my 2010 Insight from this dealer and gave them the opportunity to sell it to me at lease end. I was told to come in and they would do a free inspection and have the deal done in an hour. The total had a "Dealer fee of $599.00. I asked about this and was told all the dealers have this fee so I told them I would call a few. Well no other dealers have one this high and a dealer I used in Atlanta a few years back "Curry Honda" has no dealer fee so I gave them the opportunity to either waive the fee or I would go to Curry to buy my end of lease Honda. They would not so when I asked for my keys they suddenly said that I would owe them for the free inspection. What makes them think they can keep my keys for any reason. I told them I would gladly see them in court if they thought I owed them anything and asked to speak to the manager. No manager, Tracey disappears and after demanding my keys several times they give me back my keys. I will never use this dealer again for anything. Bait and switch tactics and free but not free inspections and the audacity to not give me my keys when asked are absolutely unethical and bad business. Buyer Beware of this Dealership. Never again will I go there. I did file a complaint with Honda USA and they agreed with me that this was improper. Run!

We purchased a "CERTIFIED" Honda Accord in September 2011.The salesperson and manager both indicated certifed Hondas get new brakes and tires.The tires were defective and had to be replaced in less than a month (Holman Honda relaced them at no charge). I just had the car serviced and was told the rear brakes are totally shot and need immediate replacing.We have only put 9700 miles since purchase and the brakes were supposed to be new.Upon further research we discovered there was a lawsiut and recall on the rear brakes of the 08 Accord.Still,Holman Honda refused to replace the brakes.The car I replaced a 2002 Toyota Camry,had 88,000 miles before needing to be changed.As a 5 Honda family we certainly will not do any more business with Holman Honda of Ft lauderdale.

I'm not one to really write reviews online or anywhere at that, However, the experience I had at Holman really changed my mind and made me go out of my way to educate prospective customers on where they plan on bringing there cars. I am accustomed to getting my personal vehicle serviced at Hendrick Honda but because I was doing a favor for a family member they specifically asked me to bring it there for a diagnostic check. When I first got there, I was greeted by Eddy and everything seemed fine until I was asked to sit in the waiting area! I sat there for TWO WHOLE HOURS, with no updates on the car! At Hendrick Pompano Honda, they make it a PRIORITY to keep the customer involved in the process but at Holman, I guess that isn't apart of there serivce. I finally approached Eddy about an 1hr and a half into my wait and he said he would be with my in a second; the longest "second" of my life! Finally, he noticed my growing anger and started to tell me about the car. The first thing he mentioned that they were doing a repair on the car, a repair that I DID NOT give him authorization to make! I couldn't believe what he was telling me, I didn't know that repair centers had the authority to make repairs without the customers consent! I was so angry and brought up the fact that I was waiting for so long without any update on the car and asked him about the car transportation service so I could be taken home because I had to be to work in an hour and this diagnostic check and this unauthorized repair was taking a lot longer then I expected. He then had the AUDASITY to say "oh, well you could have been done that!" in such an unprofessional manor! I felt like a complete idiot! Then the driver for the car service overheard me saying that I would need a ride home, I told him where I lived and he said that "I lived out the way and he didn't know about that" then genius Eddy asked me bluntly, if I had another ride home!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing, especially since I only live ten minutes away!!! It made me even more upset because when my personal vehicle needed to stay at Hendrick Honda overnight they gracefully took me home and offered to pick me up the next day to retrieve my car with no hassle and I live about 20 minutes minutes away!!! The driver from Holman ended up taking me home but WITHOUT a smile on his face to say the least. What made it even worse, was the fact that another customer exploded with anger as well before I left for the same reason, POOR customer service! Not only is there customer service more than horrible, but the atmosphere there is as a whole was terrible as well. In no way shape or from am I affiliated with Hendrick Honda but there customer service and employees are just so welcoming and awesome that I just can't help but applaud and commend them whenever I can! I brought my car in for a repair. The service represenative Cy, was very busy. He was very friendly and helpful, when he got to me. I left my car for the needed repair. When I returned to retrieve my car, Cy was again very busy. He spotted me waiting and requested that another employee, check me out. After paying the bill, I was told to go to the lot and retrieve my car.. . . I bought this car at this dealership and a couple of cars before that...At that time they had a cashier, who had your paperwork and would quickly check you out. The an employee would drive your car up to the service bay for you. I would always find a paper mat on the floor, which showed they took car care of my car. When I got to my car in the lot, no paper floor mat... I recently bought my wife a VW Tiguan (she previously had a Honda) when I take it into Gunther VW, I get the treatment I was used to at Holman Honda. Not only are the friendly and bring the car up for me (with the paper mat) but the wash each car before returning it to you. NO THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!I would hope that HOLMAN would get back to that. The employees there are covering too many areas! I will be buying a new car soon. . .I love my Element, which has been discontinued???? I hope HONDA cares enough about their customers to bring me back!

I was buying out my 2008 Honda Civic Si that I leased from Coral Springs Honda for an exorbitant amount of $509.49 a month for 48 months. I made the drive from Coral Springs to Holman, and after my experience there, I will never go back to Coral Springs Honda despite it being 5 minutes from my house. The staff there is very friendly, and Chris and Glenn are the two most non-bs salesmen I've ever met. They told me exactly what I needed to pay for and there were no surprises. They followed me out after I successfully made the purchase and saw me off after. Tracey made everything in the finance office so fast my hand was tired from signing everything. When I got home, I read over all the financing paperwork and there were no surprise fees. I didn't feel any pressure from them at all, they did not push me to buy a new car from them and try to trade in my Si. I felt comfortable telling them how much I enjoyed my car, and was not afraid of them adding any extra charges. Any of you thinking of buying from Rick Case or Coral Springs Honda need to take the extra drive over to Holman, they don't offer bs, just good service.

I was in the market for the Fit. I researched mutiple dealers and in the end Chris gave me the best deal. He blew the competition away and I got exactly what I was looking for. He was straight foward and friendly, even stayed late, though his football team was playing during the sale. Defintely recommend anyone looking for a Honda to go to him. If managers reveiw this, promote him because if all followed his example, you would be the best in the business.

Like others here, I had a terrific experience at Holman. I requested pricing on a new Honda Fit through an online service. Chris D'Amico called promptly and, right off the bat, offered their drive away price (no attempt to low-ball with their vehicle cost), as well as some nice incentives. I got a very good feeling from Chris over the phone - but decided to visit Maroone Honda (closer to my home) to see if they would match the deal. My experience at Maroone was not great. The sales associate spent the first 3 minutes telling me that Holman's offer was probably not legit, and that they (Maroone) didn't even want the deal, but had a policy not to be beat. So they would match it. Of course, they then offered me an insultingly low amount on my trade-in (surprise). So the next morning I was at Holman. Chris D'Amico was as terrific in person as he was over the phone. (If you are considering Holman, I strongly suggest you ask for Chris.) Great young guy, very nice, polite and a straight shooter. The entire process at Holman was excellent. They honored the deal, of course, and offered me a fair trade-in value. In addition to Chris, I deal with Mark D'Sa in Finance. Also very nice, efficient and courteous. Net-net, I was very pleased with the deal, exceptionally pleased with the experience and would ABSOLUTELY go back to Holman again without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Over a span of 6 weeks, I had to bring my 02 Accord in 3 times for the same problem. Car was overheating and they misdiagnosed it the first two times but charged me $1K to "fix" it. Third time around for the same problem, they said I would need a new engine which would cost me $2700. Shop foreman, Tom Ryan, was nice and explained things well but still couldn't get the job done. Mark Greene, the service rep, was abrupt and kind of rude and did not seem that apologetic about the fact that I had to bring my car in so many times for the same problem!! After my recent experience with Rick Case, I did not have a lot of faith in Holman. But, after just 20 minutes of talking to Daivis, the sales person, it all changed. Daivis not only provided me with great customer service, he also found my car (that they brought from Stuart, FL) and negotiated (with the manager) the financing terms.It's important to note that Rick Case had "red flagged" me so no other dealer would sell me the car. Amazing!Holman Honda took care of me in no time, and I drove away in my brand new Honda Accord SE in the color I wanted!I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I have tried going to this dealership on 3 or 4 different occasions. Every time I have gone there I end up standing alone in the lot starring at a car and looking at the building wondering if this place is even open. I may Not look like an ideal target, um sorry. I meant customer being that I'm only 25. But my partner and I have been planning on trading in my Pt cruiser and his mazda6 on not 1, but 2 new hondas. I wanted the crz 6-speed and he wanted the top model insight with navigation, since Toyota was being a little shady with their pricing. After standing there for almost half an hour walking back and forth between the 2 cars we are interested in, I decide to go inside and see if anyone was home. I'm greeted very nicely and let the gentleman know I'm interested in seeing how the insight feels inside and how it runs to which I'm directed to a base model sitting in the showroom. No offer to see one of the ones outside or even a chance to start one up. Hell, I've had less trouble having to drop hints when I was looking at a ram srt10 before gas prices went up or when we looked at the Lexus ls470, where I didn't even ask to test drive it, they just showed up with the keys and asked me if I'd like to take a spin and get a feel for her. I refuse to EVER go back to them or recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't even go there if they offered me a FREE car.

I was quoted a price over the phone by Steve and when I showed up 4 hours later the price was still the same. He was very friendly and the entire process was completely painless and pleasant. Steve took the time to tell me about all the features the car and Honda financial offered, I even learned things I hadn't known in the past considering this was my 4th Honda purchase! It was getting late so when it was time to see the finance guy I told him up front I wasn't interested in any extras and he didn't even try and sell me anything after my request. He was so quick and efficient I was out of his office and in my new car 5 minutes later! I highly recommend Holman Honda!!!

Time was of the essence and I called every dealer in town and two private leasing companies. Steve and the team from Holman were very understanding of my wife's situation and worked with great effort to make sure what could have been a difficult process was instead an easy transition. Shopping for a new Honda? Well I was, and after doing extensive research online and in person I was lucky enough to discover Holman Honda in Fort Lauderdale. After I visited the 3 other Honda dealerships within my 25 mile radius for the same car I quickly realized that not all Honda dealerships operate the same way. I was looking for a great price, friendly service, and not to be taken for a fool. Obviously price was on the top of my list, and Holman Honda was lower than the three other Honda dealerships by far. Second on my list was service, I hate when you go into a business to make a big purchase and they make you feel like just another number that they need to turn to make their quota for the month. They really don't care if you buy or don't buy from them. However at Holman Honda they don't make you feel that way at all. Never do they rush you to make your decision, they don't pressure you buy saying well if you don't buy it today I can't give you this offer. Third on my list was not to be taken for a fool, nothing is worse than going to a car dealership and getting a sales person that is too 'salesy' and thinks because you are a woman that you didn't do your 'homework' or that this is your first time buying a car. I worked with the most patient, nice, and honest car salesman- David Abraham. The first time we communicated was via email, then he followed up with a phone call. I have never had a salesman go above and beyond the way David did for me. Everything was so clearly written out in his email quotes, there were no hidden fees- it was all in writing. Which for some reason none of the other 3 Honda dealerships in the area would do that for me which was so frustrating. I highly recommend Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale over any other Honda dealership in the area, this had to be the BEST car experience I have ever had and this is my fifth Honda. I will definitely be back when it time for a new Honda!

Before I purchased my new car, I did my "homework" to find the best deal. Out of all the dealerships I went to and also got quotes from online, HOLMAN Honda offered the lowest Out The Door price. Their first response to my email was a phone call, in which I was accidentally misquoted for the car. The salesman, Chris D'Amico, called me back with the correct quote which was a bit higher (but still the best deal), and said Greg Williams (the sales mgr.) had a "surprise" waiting for me at the dealership to make up for the mistake.I have to admit, although I wanted and needed a new car, I had much trepidation as I was expecting the typical pushy salesperson of the past. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesperson, Chris, was not pushy in the least. Quite the opposite. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Plus he has a charming personality, that aside from the good deal, made me WANT to purchase a car from this young man! My mind was made up on the Honda Civic EX. The financial transaction went very smoothly. Every piece of paper that I signed was explained to me and again, I felt quite comfortable knowing there weren't any "hidden" fees. (As another dealership had warned me, the price sounded too good to be true.)All in all I went away with my new car knowing I got a great deal, AND had a pleasurable experience. This is my ninth straight Honda purchase. I did some research online and saw that American Honda was offering very low finance rates. So I decided this would be a good time to buy another new Honda. I made several inquiries and phone calls to various Honda dealers and David Abraham at Holman Honda sounded the most reasonable and intelligent of all the people I spoke with. Last week, I went to see David and look at some of the vehicles and to have my 2007 Honda appraised. I got a second appraisal from Carmax which was higher than the dealer's offer, which the dealer then happily matched. I had another conversation with David exploring all of my options on both Accords and CR-V's and with his guidance settled on a new 2011 CR-V SE. Drove it home today and I am extremely happy with my experience.

We decided to buy a 2010 Honda Accord LX after some research. I used internet quotes to avoid haggling with dealers. I picked this dealer as his dealer rating was 4.3. and he offered lowest OTD quote and the salesperson said they have the color I wanted (Black and Tan interior). he said he has black and tan interior and Silver and Black interior. Even though the dealership was 80 miles south of where I live. I setup an appointment the next day considering sales persons availability and called again before we went there again. I took my entire family as We decided to buy (need some one to drive back). Mr. Larson greeted us. We said we wanted to take a look at both the cars. He said they are missing the black and tan. He said the dealership might have sold it but still he has the black and tan in Lx-P. We asked him to check the price. He checked with the mgr and quoted $1700 over what he quoted for LX. We thought for a while and decided to buy a Silver as it was neutral color (my second choice). He said he has a bad news that the price went up and he can't honor the price he quoted and confirmed earlier by email. So, I went out and made a call to another dealer who had a diff color but promised me he can sell the car at much lesser price than what Holman offered.When I was about to leave, he said his manager made a mistake and apologized and he will honor the OTD price he quoted. We signed off the amount we both agreed since we dont want to drive another hour to another dealer to save couple hundred dollars and start the process all over again. My wife applied for the Honda finance and approved. They called her to the finance lady's office to sign the papers. The finance people wanted us to buy Honda care extended warranty for &1800. we said we need couple days to think. They said they will send the papers by mail. When I received the papers I found amount financed was about $86 more than OTD price. When I called the sales person for the difference, he said he does not know about I should talk to finance. I made many calls to finance and they never called me back. When I called the sales person again, he said why $86 is an issue for since they offered a finance. When I pressed him that he explain why the actual OTD price is more than what we agreed and signed, he said he will get back me later as he was busy.Later he called and told it's document fee and it does not go to the dealer. But I reminded him we agreed on Out The door price whcih included all the fee paid to various agencies. he said he will call back again. Later he called again, and toldbecause we took the finance, the American Honda charged a Lien fee for documentation. Then he said, my wife signed the back so, it's her mistake she did not read every number on the page. My wife said she signed a bunch of papers but the first page showed the amount we agreed. This did not sound right to me. I wanted to get it straight and called American Honda, they said they dont charge any such fee and get a better explanation from dealer. I was tired of calling them many times and sent mails. But there are no responses.The bottom line is I did not even haggle for even one dollar less than what he quoted to me earlier in the email. I honored and respected him but I did not get the same back. I don't like the fact that we agree on some OTD price and then they sneak up something without disclosing it. I could have given this businees to another dealer who was nicer to us and who appreciates our business that too at a lower price I eventually paid. We are planning to buy a odyssey in next couple of months. Now we know which one to avoid. I want to pass on my experience to all so they consider this in their research.

They educated me about the policy of returning cars from the lease and what I had to do to purchase a new vehicle that I could afford. They were very friendly and patient with all my needs. I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars and I purchased the car I came in for with in my price range. The features we wanted were included (light color, roomy and flexible interior); the ones we did not want were excluded without any disagreement. The lease was arranged and the car ready for pickup the following day. A very productive experience. We had already looked at two other non-Honda dealerships, so there was information for comparison.

I went to this dealership for a new car since I had previous experience there with getting my previous Honda worked on in their shop. I was apprehensive about buying a car, as it is a stressful experience. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly greeter who introduced me to Jack Manin. He listened to my needs, figured out what is my best fit car (Civic) and he had me sit in a new Civic while explaining all the safety features and extras.When it came time to start test driving, Jack took extra time to point out all the Civics on the lot, explaining the differences between the models from the most basic up to the fully loaded. Once I determined which model I liked the best, we found the right color and immediately got ready for a test drive. Before we even got out of the lot, Jack (who accomodated 2 of my friends joining along) gave me a full tutorial on every feature in the car. We played with the seating, adjusted the mirrors and he took alot of time to familiarize me with the navigation system. We probably spent 10 minutes sitting in the car playing with the features, including the sunroof. He answered every one of our questions, and since there were 3 of us, there were alot of questions!Even after I was fairly certain I test drove the car I wanted to purchase, he did take the time to let me test drive a used Civic.When it came time to start negotiating and setting up financing, he patiently went through all the paperwork and made sure that financing came through for me. The business office worked with my finances and I left that day in a brand new car. They went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to make sure I was in that car and beyond happy with my purchase. They came to the table ready to make a deal that was satisfactory to both of us, and I left with a feeling that I had made the right choice!Jack called the next day to see how the car was, and if I was enjoying it and we probably spent 5 minutes on the phone, with me gushing how much I loved the car, and thanking him for such a great, unstressful experience! I have recommended all my friends and family to this dealership if they wish to purchase a great new (or used) Honda!

After spending $700. for service repairs, I still have the same problems with my vehicle; oil leaks and temperature gauge rising. No one checked their work nor called to inform me that they saw additional problems with my vehicle. Just came in after being told all repairs were made, paid $700.00 and went home. All 3 above employees told me my vehicle was old, had a lot of miles on it and "it's like opening up a can of worms." I bargained for a price of $700. to get my vehicle fixed. I never even received a courtesy call advising that I still had leaks and heat temperature problems. A new fan motor, 0 ring and another seal was replaced. $700.00 later and the day after supposed service repairs and my car leaks oil worst than before. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put a piece of card board down and see that a vehicle still leaks oil. I'm a 60 year old woman with common sense. Something Holman Honda doesn't have nor care to have. Each rep. of Holman Honda told me as much as "TOUGH LUCK LADY".

Of course we went back and forth on the price, but 2 hours later, I got the car at the price I wanted to pay.Of course the lady at Finance Dept tried to talk me into buying the 'extended warranty' for like an extra $800. I laughed in her face. I walk in this dealer yesterday trying to deal a 2003 Mazda 6S for my brother-in-law, the sales guy was nice and the manager from used cars sales was also really nice so we left a deposit check to hold on to the car until today so we can inspect it better during the day. I went back today at 5 PM to inspect the car and we took it to a lift and everything, there was a flaw with some clips and some minor stuff but anyway they promised in writing that they will fix it so we closed the deal at a reasonable price.The bitter part of the history is that i only spent 2 minutes at the financial expert guy's office (I didn't get a name but is probably that Mark guy that others are referring to) because as soon as we walked in (Me, my brother-in-law, my mother-in-law, my wife and my 2 months baby) he started handing out paper to my non-english speaker mother-in-law and i kind of asked to slow down because we want to check everything up-front before we start signing stuff.He gave me a bad look but anyway kind of listened to me asking for the interest rate that we were going to get (mother-in-law has a 794 credit score!!!!!!) and the guy inmediately responded 8.5%!!!, so i replied saying that the rate was high because i recently financed a car with my luxurious 590 credit score and got 7%, I also offered him to pay with a Capital one pre-approved check which he replied with a quick one basically saying that its not possible. At this point we still have only been in his office for 1 minute after staying at the dealer for four hours, so i asked: -Me: "What financing bank are you using?"-He: "American Honda Finance"-Me: "That's no good because the sales manager just explained to me that for an off-brand car they are not tipically good, can you try with another bank?"HE REPLIED: "GET YOUR OWN MONEY BUDDY"With his response I started to feel diminished and discriminated (racism? probably....)At that point I told him that he was not being nice and that we will walk out of there if He don't change his attitude to which he replied "GO if you want".I followed his advice and walked out and then the sales manager came out (this was at 9:30 PM) trying to easen up the tension but at the end we went home empty handed and with two days worth of my time and the sales people time totally wasted.Now we are back to square one trying to find another car.I will send a electronic communication to American Honda Finance and American Honda Motors to let them know the kind of representation the have around here.I join my voice to those that say "Go somewhere else if you want to be treated nicely"

My prior experience didn't turn out well. But I decided to give them another chance. The sales people were polite and friendly though. They were able to beat the quote I got from another dealership. The finance department was a bit rushing, without giving much the time to go through the details. Overall, I'll rate the experience a B.

The Internet Sales manager is an idiot! I sent an email request for a pre-owned S2000 and he quoted me $31K (the cost of a new one)! This same car listed for $24K on the Honda website and $21K on the Holman website!! When I told him he was out of his mind, he emailed me and said that I was out of my mind for thinking I could buy a new S2000 for $24K!I was so incredulous that I was going to go down to the dealership and show the General Mgr the printouts of this exchange, but won't bother.I may drop them in the mail to Honda.I had S2000 fever in a big way, but changed my mind as a result of this, so I guess he did me a favor. There is nothing wrong with the car I have, I just wanted an S2000.This guy must be blackmailing the dealership in order to keep his job.

after test driving an s2000, i used the internet to contact several honda dealers within the area. all of the responded to me very quickly with their "best internet prices". i emailed the best offer to holman honda because they had a color i preferred. they not only promised to match it, but they guaranteed to beat it by $100. i had several email exchanges and finally a verbal confirmation that the deal was done and i immediately left work to make the purchase. when i got their, i was met by ariste and taken into to see the "manager". of course, he had no idea how they could possibly sell me this car at this price. i left without being nasty. i contacted honda of america about this practice and even gave them copies of the emails. when they called holman honda, they were told i had walked out on the deal. of course, they believe holman honda because i didn't stay to get the deal in writing. i am very disappointed in honda but hopefully the fact that they called holman will stop them from dealing without integrity in the future (i'm not holding my breath).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The salespeople are great and the sales manager and the general manager were great. The finance "manager" is a scumbag. I had my own financing and he still tried to force me to sign a sales contract with a 17.70% interest rate. I refused. I read this happened to another person on this rating site. I just thank god I had my friend with me who alerted me to what he was trying to do to me. This man is wrong and evil and I am calling Honda's corporate office now and the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of calling. It only takes one bad apple to make the whole dealership look bad. Be careful of this man.
