Great car buying experience with EVELYN KOPEIKA, Larry's the best service agent bit stay away from their body shop. Two bad experiences with two cars makes me a expert critic of the BS.

I randomly stopped in Holman Ford while car shopping. I knew I liked the Ford Edge as I had already driven it elsewhere. I was specifically looking for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. CPO is always a gamble simply because a dealer may or may not have the color, options, etc. that you happen to want. They had a 2013 white CPO Edge... but it didn't have all of the options I had wanted. I drove it, liked it and then convinced myself I could live without all of the options that I had grown accustomed to in my previous car(s)... It had no navigation, back-up camera, heated seats or moonroof... I put a deposit on the car as the dealership was closing up for the night...then made the long drive home.By the next morning, I feared I had made a terrible mistake. I contacted my salesman Mike Cifaldi immediately. At the time I put the deposit down, we had asked if it was refundable. Mike had said "yes, but if you think you are going to back out don't do it." Honestly, I wasn't truly aware I was going to back out, we just asked because we like to make sure about things like this (particularly because I dealt with some very shady characters on my last car), and cover our bases. When I contacted Mike I feared the worst... But he told me not to worry about it and made sure I got my deposit back in a timely fashion.They may not have had the car I wanted... but if I were ever in the market again, I would definitely go see Mike. I would also recommend him/them to anyone I knew. My last car experience (an Audi A4) turned into a hellish debacle as I was dealing with a less than honest person/car dealership. That is definitely not the case here at Holman. Everyone I encountered: from the touch-up paint guys in the parking lot, to my salesman Mike, to the sales manager and even the woman at the desk who took my deposit... they all seemed very nice and very sincere. And then they proved they were by giving me the deposit back. Thanks Mike!

Andy was a great salesman. He helped us get the right vehicle the way we wanted. Didn't sell us things we didnt need/want but made sure we were completely satisfied. He came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me ands still took the time to go over everything thoroughly. The finance department made a tough situation easy dealing with my other bank. Overall I am beyond satisfied.

Used car manager was ignorant when supporting his position for vehicle pricing, he went as far as to print erroneous details about the vehicle suggesting it should sell at a higher price. When I pointed it out to him that the details on equipment was incorrect he passed over it as no big deal. Then when still attempting to negotiate a price he spoke to us as if we were stupid, very condescending! Still made the attempt to work a deal and they were insulting when offered a trade value, tried to make the wrong higher price back and made us feel as if we were wrong.Will not come back to this or any other Holman dealership as this is a reflection on the training given to their workers. They lost a sale and I found a fantastic dealership down the road to do business with.

Since I had driven a good distance, they changed their mind on my trade price and tried to low ball it badly in hope I wouldn't drive all the way home without the new sale.They then held onto my keys and I had to ask numerous times to get them returned and we ended up there an extra 45 minutes through their BS hoping I'd take $100. more.In the end I found the vehicle at another dealer for the correct trade in price and a cheaper car discount.
