quick easy painless

I recently purchased a 2014 ford focus I hate dealing with car dealerships this dealership was different they did my loan and most of paperwork before i even got there I called one day the next day i was driving away with a car and I'm not kidding I spent tops 45 min at the dealership probably one of the easiest car purchases I've ever done. They even give you a Car fax without asking. Once I purchased the car they sent me a box of Dads cookies within a week I was also referred to them from a friend who purchased a car from them they gave him $100,.00 within a week of purchase. I would recommend them to any one. The next car I get will be from them.

Amazing service

I was car hunting and this my first and only stop. I was greeted instantly by Micah "the doctor" bond. I had time to look at various vehicles and was not rushed at all. I saw at least 3 vehicles I was interested in. Once I picked one I was able to test drive immediately. I got approved for a vehicle without a co signer and no down and I have bad credit. I felt very comfortable being here. I will definitely recommend this company and most definitely Micah "the doctor".

I was blown away not only by the level of professionalism and honesty, but especially by the service department's (lead by Tom) can-do attitude and commitment to excellence. This place is a joke nothing but waiting around, and when you try to get ahold of robbie he is never anywhere to be found! Nothing but a lier and a cheapskate! Don't do anything with this company! Very rude!!!!!

This was my first experience purchasing a car. I have to say things went pretty smooth, quick and easy. Everything was thoroughly explained and they helped me throughout the entire process . Tell you to go away. they are rude

Owner tries to come across friendly but shows his true colors when something happens around him he does not like. Unprofessional place. Look to a more reputable dealer for your car needs. this place is NOT REPUTABLE.

Horrible Experience

Ive had the worst experie.ce with these people. First off, im being charged 3 times what I should be paying for the car that i have. Secondly, they sold me a car, knowing both windows we're broken, one speaker was blown out, and my fuel pressure regulator went out, and of course none of it was included in the warranty, and they refused to fix either of them without me paying for it, which i think is a croc of bs. I have never been late on a payment, and i have never went off on anyone there. They wont refinance me, nor will they give me a different car. My advice, dont ever buy from here, you'll get robbed blind, you'll get attitude, and some of the worst customer service. Once I get done paying for this car, I will never do business with these people again. I also find it funny how the person that sold me the car, was no longer working there awhile after i bought it.

Pay Attention with the dealers

I put down 1000 on a 2010 avenger that I had for 1 day only to find out the bank had denied my loan and stated being part time I would need a cosigner..I was not successful in this action so now the sales men that were oh so nice at first, lied to get me to the dealership and would not refund my down payment after only two days and receiving their vehicle back.Rob is the rudest and scariest Man I ever met as he got me to the car dealership and pounded on the desk screaming "give me my paperwork to my car"...I do not have my down payment back as of yet but I do have messages telling me to come get my check, a typed letter, all my receipt and the title and now have to take legal action. They are super secretive about overall prices and explaining how things work for first time buyers...i have been back to the dealership several times and even have the police involved. This company will harass every number you give them in trying to contact you for the most minute of things and they are very rude to the people they talk to...Please Please read your fine print, know what you're signing because they talk and try to get you out really fast....I hate I came to this dealership, one of the worst experiences of my life.!!

The manager at Hollywood Motor Company was one of the rudest, most condescending guy I have ever had a interaction with. I am trying to purchase a vehicle for a family member who is out of the state for when he is in town on business after his son wrecked the other one. I wanted to take it for a test drive, but because I didn't want to fill out a credit application, I was not allowed. I asked if he would like to speak to the family member and run his credit, since this is who was buying the car, he walked away and said he didn't want to sell a car to us. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the owner.

Long story short: Check the vehicle you are interested in VERY thoroughly before making any deals, and make sure you get your drivers' license before they send you on a test drive, or else they will hold it hostage.I was interested in a Toyota on the lot that looked okay--decent shape, though it hadn't been detailed after sitting on their lot for 4 weeks. That should have been the first tipoff that things weren't quite right. It was listed at an ideal KBB price, but had several minor cosmetic issues and one real issue: the front frame had been dented inwards in a V (obviously from a minor collision with a pole). Even the foam inside of the metal frame was cracked, so this had been considerable, and not repaired. This wasn't noticeable from the outside of the car, but once we popped the hood, it was incredibly easy to see.When we told him about this issue, Rob just repeated "The CARFAX says there have been no accidents, so it hasn't been in an accident!" Again, this dealership expects women to be uninformed about cars and willing to take whatever they are given. He would not come out to look at the car and stated "It is illegal for me to sell a car with frame damage." Probably that's why he would not come out to look at the car--plausible deniability.If you decide to buy from this dealership, I would recommend:1. A full inspection by your mechanic and a body shop to make sure you are not getting a clean CARFAX for a rotten car;2. A new CARFAX run in front of you, not in the back room;3. Keeping your license on you at all times;4. Walking out if you are kept waiting more than 5 minutes, as we were four or more times (every time we asked a question). This is designed to stall you and punish you for being a smart buyer, so you get impatient to sign, as another review has stated;5. Do all your research, print it out, and don't budge;6. Don't buy on your first visit. I found a mint condition 2012 comparable model car less than a week later, and it is sitting in my driveway now.

Never worked with a dealer before that was so secretive about prices, from value of my trade in to list value of car desired and of course monthly financed payment! Impossible to find anything out til signing papers! I suppose 30 day warranty is good, but haven't had to deal with that yet.. Had small problem with misplaced title on my end, and resent implication my vehicle was never titled to me..(BY Chuck) Cleared up in 5 min at DMV. Mike the salesman was nice but condescending about my knowledge about cars when I insisted on a car mechanical issue being looked into and fixed before leaving with the car.Addendum after 30 day warranty:Wow.... Where to begin...!Bait and Switch.., refusal to give any prices(on any car, trade in or payments) til I was kept in office for 10 hrs and by then ready to sign anything to be allowed to leave...!!Women are treated in a very condescending manner when asking about obvious repairs needed on test driven cars. Interest rates are horrendous and totally up to buyer to come up with options for lower payments . As to the Bait and Switch, I was totally lied to over the phone as to the particular model of car I was looking for and would never have come in if told the truth.You have to go thru a credit check to be able to even test drive and the salesman tells you the cars you are "ALLOWED"to test drive.., still no idea about prices though!!!!!After finally seeing prices on contract, finance guy(Chuck) states bank required them to lower price 2000$ .(to Blue Book value price) .When I ask why they think bank would OK 2000 over BBV..., no answer from Chuck. I suppose , since I was a woman, I obviously never heard of BBV and no way would check????When you finally sign contract and pick up car... No inspection or car fax in packet as promised on numerous occasions which requires a return trip to a place you never want to see again... And whoops , no safety emission included or even done..! So have to wait for that to be completed...!( it's like this is the first car they ever actually sold..?)PS: picked up car with totally empty gas tank and had to go back again to have them put in a few dollars of gas they promised...
