Took my car in as the AC was not working. The staff was excellent, friendly and the service was great. They had to get a part for me from another location and I chose to wait there and I was very comfortable reading the paper and watching TV.

Service Repair

I purchased my last 3 vehicles from Hollywood Kia and have been pleased with them. The Service Dept. is extremely helpful in the maintenance of my vehicles and ensure that they follow up with repairs and my overall satisfaction. Yesterday when I picked my car up after being serviced, I noticed it had some new damages that weren't reported right away which is unusual. I was able to talk to the service manager and was pleased with his response to my concerns & the addressing the employee responsible for damaging my vehicle. Overall I am satisfied with all of my experiences at Hollywood Kia, the service area managers know & treat you like family.

I just want to say that Brian was one of the best Sales Men I've ever dealt with. He was very professional and patient with me. He helped me out the most he could. Very sweet and nice man. I am very glad to have had him help me through the experience of purchasing my very first vehicle. EXCELLENT DAY AT KIA HOLLYWOOD

Andrew was an excellent car salesman. He took his time and explain everything in detailed. He was very helpful and kind. His customer services skills were more than a person could expect. He is truly an asset to Kia Hollywood. Everyone who waited on me was very professional and patience. Juan in insurance had a hard time getting into my insurance company. He did not give up. It took it well over to hours to transfer my insurance and still waited on other customer. I call him a super employee. Kia you should be very proud of your staff.

I came in the manager greeted me by name with a smile and was egret to assist, got me in with Randy the service advisor and they took good care of my vehicle. As I waited in the waiting room it was brought to my attention about my tale light on the passenger side was out and fixed it also. It's a fact they give great service and I'm not that far from home.

Fraud fraud fraud!!!

I purchased a new Kia Soul with a Platinum Warranty in 2011. I thought everything was wonderful until recently when I went in for a repair. I got a nail in my tire, something that is clearly covered by the warranty road hazard assistance, and I was told I had no coverage. Long story short, they sold me a lie, a warranty that doesn't exist. Apparently the paperwork was filed incorrectly and I never had coverage. Even though I paid a lot of money for it and I have paperwork that states I have this warranty. Still, they have all the excused why they won't honor it. They haven't even reimbursed me for the tire repair that I had to pay out of pocket. They have lied to my face repeatedly and are currently dodging my calls. So I paid nearly $$ 2,000 for nothing, and I want my money back. I could legitimately sue them and win. They don't care. They say customer service is their top priority, not even close. They have lied to me repeatedly and the receptionists are extremely rude!

Got me my first car out of college!

I went in out of sheer curiosity and on the strength of a recommendation from a relative. Little did I know that the same day I entered the dealership, they were able to conjure a deal that got me one of the latest cars on the lot with no down payment! First impressions last a lifetime and Kia won me over with the help I was able to get from their sales associates. P.S. Internet showed car of interest to me. I drove out there, was informed they had the car, salesman took me to the lot (Labor Day) . Lot was closed. He found someone with the key to the lock, but they could not find the car.Very disappointed, I drove home 20 miles.

The worst service ever!

Unprofessional, dishonest and a complite scam. Took my car to 3600 service. After I paid more than $230. Found that they even didn't fill out its fluids, charged for windshield blades but did not replaced them. They didn't even clear the car but left scratches on it. When question the services representative, he had one excuse after other. Even lied to us about the reazon why "we don't top breaks fluid". Complete disappointed. I would give them zero stars.

Do NOT buy a car here. They will tell you you are not qualified when you ARE or tell you you are qualified and then 3 days later take your car back! They overprice the cars who all have serious mechanical issues and the salesmen are extremely rude and cocky especially J.J who thinks he is God gift to the Earth . Dishonest. Beware before you sign any papers. Poor customer service and very deceptive. Used cars in poor shape. Owners don't seem to care either.

Everyone were so friendly and cheerful, especially Graham and Love. I appreciate them being so down to earth. No hidden agendas. I didn't come there to buy a car but with such hospitality and realness, i couldn't resist!

body shop sucks!

Be careful if you want to have your collision repair! You will sign up with KIA but it will be repaired by american imports car center. And make sure to follow up with your insurance as to the payments if you have signed an authorization that the check be paid to them directly because they will not release your vehicle at the agreed date and time per body shop's order unless they get hold of the check (I believe it's not the customer's job to follow up with the payment in order to comply with the promised date and time. I, myself could have followed it up if I did not sign the authorization). What's the use of signing the authorization if they will still ask you if you have received the check? Stay away from this dealership and just follow your insurance-authorized body shop!

False advertisement

Used 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8 S 104,233 miles Stock No. 7334KA VIN 3N1CB51D96L560068 I called yesterday and confirmed the car was still available. I drove for 1 hour to the location only to find out it wasnt true as I was told the car was not available. Now you post another photo of the vehicle I wanted to see yesterday as it is still for sale. If it isnt available why are you advertising. This is false advertisement and will be reported to online sites to warn others.

I would not recommend this place for service

I will never bring my car back to this dealership for servicing. I used to love bringing my car here, but Their customer service seems to not matter anymore. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated by the service manager Byron. He told me one thing and then did not keep his word.

Lack of knowledge of online availabilities

Spoke with gentleman regarding a specific vehicle and possible others. When we went to test drive, we saw a salesperson (which was fine because the original person was strictly online) who took us to see the van, but the bumper was pushed in by a car parked right on it. When we asked of other vehicles, the salesperson did not have any knowledge of them, did not listen to what we stated we wanted and when he drove us back to the main lot, he couldn't get us out fast enough. I would still recommend here, but not for online

Tremendous Buying Experience

I bought a used car at Hollywood Kia. Very painless experience. I knew which car I wanted from seeing it on Cars.com. Salesman showed me the car and I took a test drive and we then did all the paperwork and I drove the car home. Whole experience took around an hour. I would highly recommend Hollywood Kia and Cars.com to anyone who is in search of a car.

My experience at Hollywood Kia was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! Stephen and Andrew were terrific sales people. They made sure my purchase went smoothly especially considering we are from Michigan. They also found a reasonable trucking company to have the vehicle shipped to my home. With their professional experience it made this sale possible. I definitely recommend them & their dealership has a lot of nice cars.

Randy is the best service advisor in the industry. He was extremely courteous, friendly and understanding. He identified the issue with the car right away. I had a late appointment but he had the car fixed the same day. I have been going to this dealer to service my Optima for the past four years. Their service department is excellent. I will buy another car there just for the service.

I came in for my scheduled appointment to get a diagnostic on my vehicle. Within the first 15 minutes I was informed of the problem and given a wait time for the service. They started work immediately and my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Hollywood Kia has given me faith back in sending my vehicle to an authorized maintenance facility!! Inspect the car thoroughly

The sale person was very friendly and was very helpful in the process. Unfortunately I trusted them as a dealer to do everything right.... but find out that the rear seat headrest was missing and the jack in the spare tire compartment was missing. when I brought that to the attention of the salesman the day after the purchase he acted like I didn't say nothing. So I would advice anyone buying a car in here to check for all the details.

Scammed out of $3000

Scammed out of $3000 by sales manager Melinda. Got $5500 for trade-in put $2000 down and was told we owe you $3000. Signed WE Owe sheet but NEVER NEVER was this explained to me that this was some kind-of service dept money. Said I would receive this money in two three weeks. Guess what? A Joke. BEWARE

Thiefs and liers!

Took my car for minor repair to Hollywood Kia. Took 3 weeks instead of 2 days that they promised. On top of that My brand new tires got STOLEN and replaced with old worn out ones. I didn't notice that right away. I drove off and because they didn't tighten the bolts properly, one of the wheels fell off in the middle of the street after driving for couple blocks, rotor and bumper got damaged. Thank god I didn't make it to highway, I would've gotten killed together with my baby (I was 8 and a half month pregnant at that time). After another week of arguments they put new tires again, but my bumper never got fixed. They also put wrong size bolts, I had to buy and replace them on my own.

Last week I assisted my friend Isabel B. in obtaining a Lease for a 2016 Sportage & Hollywood Kia offered us several different options, all with no pressure whatsoever! They made 2 ladies very content, happy as well as most appreciative! Darren was our salesperson & he went the extra mile to do whatever was possible to assist us! Customer Service

I ave been trying to call Hollywood KIA since yesterday in regards to my new car purchase a month ago. The phone rings continually and a recorded voice asks you to leave your name and number and they will call you back. Well its been more than a day and no one has called back. I tried calling again this morning - the receptionist is cool and frosty in her response then I get transferred 3 different times and finally end up being cut off by a salesman. I call again only to come across the recorded message again .. come on Hollywood KIA, your customer service need a total revamp!

Never reccommend buying a car!

First off I want to say that I love my 2012 Kia Optima Turbo that I bought from Hollywood Kia. But they were kind of rude at first, but I bought the car cash, few months down the road, the motor blew up. They sold me a car with the cars ECU tampered with and it didn't notify me that there wasn't oil in the car. I brought the car in and they gave me every excuse in the book for me to pay for everything yet they told me i have 100k mile warranty. After hassling for days and me still paying $300 just to open my hood, they fixed everything ; put a whole NEW MOTOR. Then few more months later i got a check engine light and my car wasn't running correctly. Once again i brought the car in and they gave me even more hassel, still wanted me to pay for everything and wouldn't even give me a rental while they did the repairs!!!! After renting a car with my own money I got the car back everything seemed fine untill 4 days later, my car was running horrible and was leaking oil AFTER THEY JUST FIXED IT! There service is HORRIBLE!! I love there cars there great but the service at the dealerships are HORRIBLE! And I wouldn't recommended anyone to these dealerships!!!!!!! If my have to return my car again I will sue under LEMON LAW and my cash back in FULLLLLL!

Quick to answer my questions

I was interested in a car at Hollywood Kia. We live out of town and the car sold before we made a decision, so I never visited the actual dealership. However, the sales rep was quick to answer my questions and made sure to follow up. They were the perfect mix of attentive and not overwhelming.

Car wouldn't start, the one that did, stopped test driving!

I am very disappointed with the service at Hollywood Kia. First, I called the dealership to check if the car I liked online was still available. After confirming with the internet manager that it was, I made an appointment to see it. "Alex" guaranteed that at 6, the car was going to be ready for me to see it. When I got there, Alex was nowhere to be found but I was greeted by a salesperson that was going to "help" me. He looked for the car and after about 15 minutes said the car would not even start and that he could not show me the vehicle. Since I had walked around looking for the car with him, he ended up showing me some other options, only to find out that the one I was almost signing a contract for was actually a manual car, which I can't drive. 2 hours later and a lot of stress, I was still determined to buy my girlfriend a car she would like... So, we decided to test drive (the first car we actually test drove with Kia). After driving for about a minute, I realized the car didn't feel right as it would not go faster than 35 miles per hour. I spoke to the salesperson only to hear that it was only a 4 cylinder car and that was normal. About a minute after that, the car engine light among other lights started blinking on the display and the car completely stopped while we were test driving it. Is this dealership servicing the car before showing them to their clients? I am still upset that I wasted so much time out of my day and that my girlfriend got out of there upset and without a car. Terrible experience!

Car broke down day after purchase and wont help

We bought a chrysler sebring 2004 and the next day it broke down on us, nor the salesman or manager seem to care about our sutiuation! Its been over a week and all they keep saying is we will call you back! Extremly unprofessional place!

Super decepcionado

Hace tres semana compre un camion en jumbo y la experiencia fue super mala,,lo habian preparado para venderlo, nada mas que sali del dealer comenzo a encender sensores entre otros fallos luego de que yo lo probara antes de comprarlo,,llamo al vendedor y me dice que el no puede ayudarme ya que con el como es logico no lo habia hecho,,no obstante tuve que volver a ir tres dias mas tarde por otra negligencia de ellos y todavia hoy 25 de julio del 2015 me hacen volver a ir para recoger el tag del carro y cuando llego me dice la muchacha que no estaba todavia,,una ves mas me hacen perder mi tiempo por causa de una falta de comunicacion de ellos ,,es inaudita la desinformacion y la falta de profesionalismo de los empleados ,,esoero que esta critica le sirva a muchos y no sean enganados como me paso a mi con estos senores,g

No one ever gets back to you

I have spoken to two different people on the phone. I called about a car on autotrader. There are no pictures or information about the vehicle. The sales people said they will call me back in 20 minutes. It's been two days. Then I get a call back this morning about my experience and the lady apologizes and says a manager will call me right back. That was this am. It's now 11 at night. All they ever say is come in and we will make a deal. How do you make a deal if you can't see the vehicle or have a description.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE

OMG WHERE DO I START DONT EVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE I PURCHASED MY CAR THERE NOV 2014 I WAS PROMISED A WHOLE LOT OF THINGS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED SUCH AS A SPARE KEY AND TWO FREE OIL CHANGES IF I WROTE TWO REVIEWS WHICH I DID AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE OIL CHANGES. Oh LET ME NOT FORGET THAT THERE WAS A SMALL DENT IN ONE OF MY DOORS AND I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY THEY WOULD SEND A DENT REMOVAL COMPANY TO MY HOUSE OR I COULD MEET HIM AT KIA WHEN HE CAME. EVERYTIME I CALLED THEY TOLD ME THAT HE WASNT THERE SO EVENTUALLY I FIGURED OUT THEY LIED AGAIN AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE DENT. I have a 2013 KIA OPTIMA AND I HEARD A KNOCKING SOUND I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO HOLLYWOOD KIA WHEN I FIRST HEARD IT AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT WHATEVER I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9:20am I DROPPED MY CAR OFF AT 09:05 and WAS INFORMED BY THE "SERVICE ADVISOR" WHO INITIALS ARE R.R THAT IT WOULD BE READY IN TWO AND A HALF HOURS AT THE MOST. SINCE I WAS DROPPING MY CAR TO THE DEALER I FIGURED THEY WOULD HAVE A LOANER FOR ME BUT I WAS TOLD NO THEY DIDNT AND THAT THEY ONLY GIVE OUT LOANERS WHEN THE SERVICE BEING RENDERED WOULD TAKE ALL DAY BETWEEN 6-8 HOURS. SO I WAS SENT ON MY WAY EXPECTING TO PICK UP MY CAR IN THREE HOURS THE MOST. I CALLED AT TWELVE THIRTY VERY UPSET THAT IT HAD BEEN APPROX THREE HOURS AND THIRTY MINUTES AND I HAD HEARD NOTHING. I spoke with a RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD HAVE HIM GIVE ME A CALL. AN HOUR LATER I DIDNT RECEIVE A CALL BACK SO I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND WAS GIVEN A SOB STORY THAT THE PART WAS A "SPECIAL ORDER" AND I INFORMED HIM THAT HE KNEW THE DAY PRIOR ALL OF MY CAR INFORMATION AND WHAT PART WOULD BE NEEDED. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE READY AT THREE O CLOCK . THREE O CLOCK COME NO PHONE CALL, THREE THIRTY COME NO PHONE CALL. THREE THIRTY EIGHT I GET A CALL STATING THAT MY CAR WILL BE READY. I GET THERE ABOUT FOUR O CLOCK SINCE THEY HAD LIED ABOUT MY CAR AND TIMING ALL DAY LONG. HE INFORMED ME THAT MY CAR WAS GETTING A "TOP NOTCH" CAR WASH . HA! BARELY VACUUMED AND WATER SPOTS EVERYWHERE. BUT THANKS AND NO THANKS HOLLYWOOD KIA YOU RUINED EVERYTHING I HAD PLANNED TODAY AND IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

I dealt with Bill at Hollywood Kia to purchase a 2015 Kia Optima. He did not pressure me at all and answered all questions posed. Bill quickly obtained great financing for me and his manager was very helpful in negotiating a lower price. Overall, best car buying experience I have had.

Recall for air valves of the wheels

I did the online appointment for Tuesday June 23, 2015 at nine am, when the technician arrives, he notifies me that he had no spares (not telephone notification the day before or same day) he apologies and offers to bring the car back Thursday June 25, 2015 at the same time without need for appointment.Today we went back and again no spare parts, not notification again and not solution, in the meanwhile I need to drive a car with the Airless light in the dashboard on and my three kids riding in that car.A disaster for customer service and unprofessional team.Do not go there.

Great during the sale, poor follow-up

I purchased the vehicle on a very busy sales day, and the sales manager was fantastic. The car I purchased has been excellent.Unfortunately, there was also a "We Owe" (something that they promised me post-sale) that they promised to ship me. I have sent numerous emails and called a few times, but still no resolution. They also have not mailed me my registration information, which they promised to do at the time of sale.As I've tried to resolve these items, all I get is that is "not my department". Nobody is willing to get me to the right person.I give the sales experience 4.5 stars, and post-sale follow-up 1 star. Since I'm going to be owning the car much longer than it took me to buy it, I landed on a review of 2 stars. Would I buy there again? Definitely not.

A little over a year ago I bought my Kia Forte from Egal and it was a smooth transacton and I've been happy with my Kia Forte ever since. Yesterday, I purchased a truck from Les and Kevin at Jumbo, a division of Hollywood Kia, and once again, it was a smooth and easy purchase. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. Be Carefully

I bought a 2008 Rav4 around 10 months ago please be careful when buying a used car from here make sure you really check out the vehicle closely and don't assume anything! It did not have a jack I thought all the tires looked the same but I now know they are all different I had the tires rotated and found one inside tread is worn to the point I'm going to have to buy a new one. it was raining when I first looked at it since I lived an hour away it was a few days before I could come back to purchase it then I noticed many scratches and over spray from body work but was pushed into going though with buying it. Yes it was my fault so please check out the vehicle carefully before you sign!!!

Worst Customer Experience Ever

My salesman suggested I write a good review for a free oil change.I guess I won't be getting one.Bought a car in Dec 2014 and they were awesome until I walked out the door.They forget I ever existed after they got paid. My mistake - I paid in full.I received a "We Owe" the day I bought the car - 3 months and still waiting.I even made the trek in time and again looking for help.They shuffled me around, then asked that I call back in a week - still waiting no return phone calls. Buyer BEWARE - Run, RUN and don't look back.I can't believe that I will need to hire an attorney if I want to get my car fixed.Last time I ever set foot in Hollywood Kia.FYI my F150 & my Murano both get better gas mileage than my new noisy 4cyl Kia.

Marvelous! A perfect experience!!

Antonio Raposo was patient and caring. He bent over backward to make sure I had the best experience possible. He stayed late to make sure I understood how everything worked. I will do business with KIA again and it is my hope that I will be able to work with Antonio again. Every aspect of my purchase was taken care of at the dealership. Payment arrangements, license plate, insurance. There was nothing I had to do on my own. Antonio even came to pick me up and take me to the dealership because I had no way to get there.

Went to look at a 2007 Frod F150 HD,

Salesman got the key and the battery was dead, truck would not start. Salesman did not offer to get the jumper out and start the truck. I asked if that was the price of a truck that could not be started and test driven and the salesman said yep and went back into his office, I walked. Would not go back.

Their deals are a sham!

I went to the dealership yesterday after contacting internet sales due to reading their billboards that advertise certain prices for certain vehicles. I arrived at the location and asked for the internet salesperson who initially invited me to talk about a vehicle and to test drive one that I was interested in. The internet salesperson was not available (even though he/she specifically asked the time I was arriving to set an appointment) so I was directed to another salesperson. This sales person, while friendly, let me in on some disturbing news. The sales person told me that the deals advertised were a sham meant to bring in customers in and that the dealership had no intention on honoring what is advertised. Also when I was vague about the time frame of when I planned on purchasing the vehicle, the service stopped at that point. The salesperson cited ridiculous down payments and even larger monthly payments for the vehicles on the lot. Now I know that there are factors that control what you pay for a vehicle when you plan on leasing, but the salesperson didn't know my income, credit history, or anything about me to determine what my payments would be so that would lead me to believe that this dealerships intentions are to get the most out of customers without being honest about the true value that their product is worth. Also when I asked about checking my credit so that I could receive an accurate quote, I was told that the dealership did not do that. Again, the salesperson was very friendly and honest to a fault and this is why I will not mention names as I do not want anyone to get in trouble for the practices of the dealership. I actually appreciate being notified about the sham upfront so I could immediately leave and head to another KIA dealership and receive a better offer and service. All in all the best experience about going there is that now I know that I will never let them touch my business or the business of anyone I know as no one deserves to enter a commitment as large as buying/leasing a vehicle with a business that is unethical.

Freddie is the best!

I HATE dealing with pushy salespeople. And to my surprise, Freddie at Hollywood Kia, was anything but. He seemed more like an adviser than a salesperson. Freddie was straight-forward and pleasant. The sales manager left a little to be desired (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but Freddie and the rest of the team made up for it. Go to Hollywood Kia and ask for Freddie. You'll be glad you did.

would never buy another car from them

First the good things about this dealer:No dealer fees.Reasonable used car prices.Now, the bad part. I purchased a used car and the sales representative that helped me out overall was good. However, the car was sold without they having done a interior detail (super dirty). I was told that they were going to do it for me and they just vacuumed it and that's it. In my experience with buying used car, all of the dealers have filled out the gas tank, in this case they just approved their credit card for $20. What kind of dealer is this? They had to do an oil change and filter change and they agreed to do it, but that meant to leave the car in the morning and pick it up later, seriously? In every single dealer that I have gone to I just uused to get out if work at 3:30 pm take the car to the dealer and they will do it on the spot. In conclusion I would NEVER buy another vehicle from here nor recommend it to anybody.

i walked in and was quickly greeted by a salesman of the name Carlos Salazar. i was looking for something used and he showed me some of the best deals in the lot. when i found what i wanted he gave me a deal of a lifetime. the buying process was pretty smooth also. i would recommend this dealer to anyone out there looking for a vehicle. Worst Car Buying Experience

Drove down from Orlando to purchase a used car. Showed up about 7:00pm, while process took about 4 hours to complete. Part of the negotiated price was a second set of keys and all weather mats. The sales associate checked other cars on the lot and couldn't find any. He couldn't get the second set of keys as the manager had already left and we never got the mats. Called several times and spoke to multiple people and never received what was promised. Added to that it was only two days after getting the car I had to take it into the shop for repairs. The service manager up in Orlando said that it look like they didn't even look as though they never serviced the car. And I still can't get a call back from Hollywood Kia. Poor customer service. I don't even care that I won't get what was promised I just want to be treated with respect. Poor form.

A long day but totally worth it

WENT TO BUY A USED CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ABOUT 25-26K. MY CREDIT ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT I HAD A BIG DOWN PAYMENT. BOTTOM LINE THEY WOULDNT BUDGE FROM THE FACTORY STICKER ONE PENNY. SECONDLY THEY WANTED SUCH A HIGH MONTHLY PMT AND THE INTEREST RATE WAS SO HIGH IN THE END I WOULD HAVE PAID DOUBLE THE STICKER FOR THE CAR BY THE END OF THE LOAN WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER THAT WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND MY PMT WAS $100 LESS AND RATE WAS HIGH BUT STILL LOWER THAN THESE GUYS FOR THE SAME EXACT VEHICLE! MAKE SURE TO SHOP AROUND. THESE GUYS ARE VERY HIGH AND DONT NEGOTIATE TO MAKE A DEAL HAPPEN.
