I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hiley Hyundai. I actually drove over 3 hours because they had the exact car I was interested in...absolutely worth the trip!!! Onye was extremely helpful and fulfilled every request I had!! The prices were more than fair and the process was fast and pain free! I am loving my new car!!Lauren

Went in for a test drive the lady up front was very rude and made ugly faces... luckily I worked with a wonderful sales man Matthew who took care of me and my needs. I suggest they hire a new secretary after all she is the face of the store! Thank you so much Matthew for all your help!

I went to Hiley Hyundai yesterday and purchased the 2012 Chevy Equinox LTZ! I was/still am extremely happy with the customer service I received from the sales representative Jason before, during and even after purchasing the vehicle! He was kind, helpful, very attentive and answered any and all questions that I had and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy the car! I definitely recommend Hiley Hyundai and asking for Jason to help you find the car you'll love as much as I love mine!

Our family bought our first Santa Fe in 2003.....and it turned out to be maybe the best overall car we have ever owned..! So when we came in to purchase a 2016 Santa Fe, our expectations were very high.We were not disappointed....! We test drove a Santa Fe Sport T, and I was blown away with the design conveniences of the vehicle, and the obvious performance of the 4 cylinder engine with a Turbo booster. We were ready to purchase the vehicle. I explained to the sales manager my personal philosophy around purchasing a new car........I expected the dealership's BEST offer on the first shot.....because that was the only shot they would be given. The offer they made, on the first shot, was more than acceptable, and we became the proud owners of a new Hyundai. That car now has 7,000 miles on it and I am bringing it back for the free oil change.....the vehicle has been a real performer, and has flawlessly did what was expected of it....! I can report being a very satisfied and excited repeat customer....!!

Purchased a used Hyundai at this dealership. Cameron , our sales person, was absolutely wonderful to work with . He was knowledgable , courteous , and went above and beyond to help get the purchase completed!! Now it 's time to talk about service on the vehicle, or should I say lack of. The vehicle needed new tires which were put on but never balanced. Started down the road and had to turn around as the steering wheel shook so bad you could hardly drive it. They did balance the tires but forgot to put valve stem cover on new tire.Then we asked numerous times if the oil had been changed. We were assured that it had been but upon further inspection it never had been done. The vehicle supposedly had a 150 point inspection done. Apparently they just checked items off. When we got home with the vehicle we discovered that the rear wiper blade was in shreds, missing clips under the hood(3 in a row) that secures the trim panel between the grill and radiator. We decided to stop looking for other miscellaneous problems. The used car manager,Trey, needs to impress upon his mechanics that they need to service their vehicles correctly and not make excuses for problems that weren't addressed correctly. Service is terrible and the fact that you were caught in lies has determined that we will not bring this vehicle back for service at this dealership. Thank God Cameron was there to calm ruffled feathers. We had seriously considered canceling the deal . Again great job Cameron!! Hyundai is lucky to have you .

I found a 2015 Hyundai Elantra online with the pricing and features where I wanted to be. I went to the dealership to see the vehicles and found a very low stress, low pressure environment. Be warned that Hiley Hyundai does add the obligatory $799 "Nitrogen filled tires and window tint" add-on to the advertised price which I've always found annoying. However, they were willing to negotiate off that and I was happy with what I paid for the car. Not a lot of games and very helpful which I truly appreciated. Lastly, I mentioned that I lived roughly an hour away and would need to arrange to pick up the car. They offered to deliver the car to my house and it showed up that evening. That's how you earn repeat customers and get recommendations and that's what they've earned from me.
