Beware of all the credit score dings
I had no idea when I agreed to let Hertz run my credit that they "shop" around for interest rates with other companies...each of those companies shows up on my credit report as an inquiry which lowered my credit score. I have found out it is common with car dealerships so it isn't only Hertz. However it would have been nice to know this upfront. Other than that the sales person I dealt with was very nice.
Fast, Easy and Professional
Claudia is the bomb! She is quick and gets you where you want to be. There is no messing around and haggling. The prices are already as low as they can go. Hertz sets the prices. Our new and gently used 2015 Toyota Camry is awesome.
Great service and prices
We had great service from all of the staff. I had never bought a car from a dealer before because I didn't want to go through all the haggling and high pressure sales. There was none of that here. Their prices were great and there was zero pressure to buy. The van we decided to buy wasn't ready, so they let us borrow a similar van until they could get it detailed and put new tires on it. A 12 month, 12,000 mile, warranty was included, which we really liked. We would definitely buy another car from Hertz.
Great Experience
First time buying a car in 10 years. Due to our expanding family we needed something bigger and Claudia was amazing! She answered all our questions and made the experience very pleasant! We would go back to her in a heartbeat.
Friendly staff
Worked with Claudia and she was very friendly and helpful throughout the time we worked with her. She took our concerns seriously and was not a push sales person at all. She allowed us time to ourselves to discuss the vehicle we were looking at and made the process very simple.
Wonderful experience
Our vehicle was $2000 under what other dealers were selling the exact same car for, with similar mileage. Then they gave me more for m6 trade than I expected. I would definitely buy from them again.
Best buying experience!
I bought the vehicle at a great price. My sales lady Claudia Hasslock, was nice and not "salesy" at all. Furthermore, the finance guy didn't try to trick or pressure me into buying any warranties or upgrades. The truck had a full tank of gas, a recent oil change and almost brand new tires. Claudia was so personable and professional as well as low pressure. I also appreciated a true "No Haggle" pricing. Highest of reccomendations! Also, I checked 5 stars for "Overall" above and it kept defaulting to four. Someone fix that!
Excellent Service selection and prices
Daniel Martinez at Hertz was awesome. All of the salespeople I worked with were laid back and very low pressure. We drove several cars and felt no pressure to rush our decision.
