An Awesome Experience!!!

My husband went to the dealership expecting to just look around, little did he know that he would be leaving with a vehicle. He looked around and found a truck on the lot that he really liked, a red Dodge Ram 2012. We told Chrystal what we were interested in and she immediately went right to work. She could tell that he really wanted it and was willing to make sure that she did everythig she could to make that happen. She went away and came back and said "lets get that paper work started". We both had the biggest grin on our face, we couldnt believe it!!! I was also in need of a car soon so Chrystal said she would keep a look out for me. Not more that than a month later i went back looking for a vehicle, Chrystal had called and said that she wanted me to come in and look around because she said that they had a few things that she thought i might like. She was right, there were a few vehicles i was really interested in. I set my eyes on this black Volkswagon Jetta 2010, it was awesome! I was really nervous but once again Chrystal made it happen. Chrystal and also Kasey were both very helpful in helping me and my husband to find safe, reliable, and beautiful vehicles. Chrystal had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. She was very accomodating and friendly and worked hard to get me the absolute best deal! I appreciate all of their hard work. I would recommend the Dealership to anyone that is interested in buying a car and i most definitely recommend Chrystal Scott as your dealer.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DONW TO EARTH AND HONEST PEOPLE!!! BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN FACILITY!I just wanted to thank the dealership for their incredible customer service and integrity, especially Chrystal and Chris. Chrystal is by far the best car sales person I've had the pleasure to do business with! She is friendly, helpful, positive, committed, honest, and provide a level of customer service that is second to none. She had helped made the transaction completed smoothly and as pleasantly as possible from the beginning. She is always quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. She even went above and beyond her job duty by calling insurance companies to help me shop for the most affordable rate after I purchased the car. I also want to extend my gratitude to Chris also. When I bought the car, it only had one key and as part of the deal, I was promised that they will get a second key for me. Since it was more convenient for me to go get the key made at the dealership that was near me, Chris had asked me to go get it made and will reimburse me the full amount. I went and get the key made, faxed over the invoices and three days later, I got a check in the mail for a the full amount. Integrity like this is hard to find nowadays with most car saling businesses. This dealership in my book is A , 5 Stars all the way. Thank you for an incredible car buying experience!!!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! EVER!!

This is by far the best car buying experience in my life. Chrystal is a "above and beyond" saleslady. She is responsive, thorough, helpful, honest, friendly, and extremely positive. She went out of her way to make sure that my car buying experience is a positive one. She even help me call and shop around for an affordable insurance. In my opinion, Chrystal should receive an award for "Saleswoman of the year". I would like to also add that Chris is equally helpful and honest. I needed a second key and were promised that one will be purchased for me or will be reimbursed if I buy it myself. I ended up have to purchase the key myself since it was more convenient for both parties; and Chris made sure that the dealership reimbursed the money to me. I received the check in the mail 3 days after faxing over the invoice. The staff at this dealership are honest, friendly and down to earth. They really will do what they promise you. Such a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!!
