I went there to buy a fx4 truck in race red color with black leather interior. sales manager try to sell me a ruby red 4x4 xlt instead, I told him no, I want a race red fx4! what is even worse, he try to sell me the xlt model ruby red and said " I can get you the fx4 sticker put in on and we all be happy! " put a fx4 sticker on a 4x4 xlt?? really you that's your sell pitch? I walked out of there. He kept bugging and bugging screaming almost lol let me find you one than, I can, just let get your business. Pathetic!!

12 days ago I gave Heritage Ford my vehicle. They said I need a new transfer case. They installed the wrong one. Service advisor stated that they were sent the wrong part and failed to check it before installing it. After receiving the new and supposedly correct transfer case they called and told me that the front axle is no longer working. This morning on day 12, while stranded out of state, on the day the vehicle is supposed to be ready, the service advisor informs me that the part will not be in for another week.

It is hard to give the dealership a rating. The sales department and finance department were great when I got my new vehicle. But about a month later the AC went out and my dealings with the service department have been sub-par. So bad in fact I would not recommend this dealership. I don't care that they offer lifetime oil changes, I would rather pay than deal with the service department again. Add the fact that I have contacted them about the lack of service and still have not heard from anyone with even so much as an apology. Service Department needs to get their Customer Service act together.

We took delivery of our new Ford Edge today and we couldn't be more pleased. A big thank you to our sales rep Dennis who was just fabulous!! No pressure, very professional (and a wicked sense of humor I would add) and very patient since we looked at a number of vehicles before we selected the Edge. We traded in a 2007 Chevy Silverado and were more than pleased with the amount they gave us plus the Ford incentives. I would highly recommend Heritage Ford to anyone that is looking to deal with professionals and a "no hassle" experience!! Thank you again Dennis and to all of the staff that we met.

Bought my son a new 2014 Ford Focus that was absolutely perfect for him! I worked with Oscar in the internet department and he had the car washed and clean for me when I got there! He was very patient and worked with me to get me the price I needed. The finance lady was very nice and made the paperwork process quick and easy. Highly recommend purchasing from them!

I simply love Heritage Ford! I have purchased two vehicles (both Ford Fusions) from Heritage Ford Modesto, and both times have been great experiences. Heritage Ford employee Oscar Salas was the one to help me in my purchases both time and he was very helpful the entire time. The staff there is so nice, and they simply go above and beyond so you leave happy with your new purchase. I just purchase my new 2014 Ford Fusion and I simply love it!! I worked with Oscar Salas on the purchase of my pre owned certified 2007 Lincoln Navigator. I explained to Oscar what my income is and what payment would fit into my budget. I live 70 miles from Modesto, CA. and so Oscar and I worked together via email and phone in terms of forwarding the documents required to review my credit and get myself approved for a loan. I was approved at an excellent interest rate !! I made the 70 mile trip down to Heritage Ford Modesto, met with Oscar Salas, test drove my car and sealed the deal. The staff was so friendly and professional. I drove away feeling very good about my purchase and I have recommended Heritage Ford Modesto, CA. to those who took an interest in my car when I got back home. I was the envy of all my neighbors and friends. Thank you Oscar Salas and Heritage Ford!!

On a Wed. I verbally agreed to purchase a vehicle. As I live out of town, I advised the sales rep via text msg that I would be at the dealership on Saturday to pickup the car. He did not ask for a deposit. The next day he sent a text advising me another sales rep had sold the vehicle. He then offered a higher priced vehicle. It reeked of "bait and switch." The showroom was not inviting. It was freezing cold. Even the employees were wearing coats.


Sales person heard my concerns.
