Going far and beyond expections for the customer

I recently went into Heritage Chrysler in Brigham City, Ut. Not knowing what options they had for me as far as getting me into a better situation but with the hard work of Jeff, Justin and manager Les I drove away in a very nice 2015 Chrysler 200. No pressure dealership.

Being my first time buying at a dealership I was very skeptical about dealing with a salesman. Surprisingly there was no pressure to buy one car over any other. Although I was probably a customer that required more of a salesman's time, having questions, wanting several test drives etc, I never felt like they were getting impatient or like I was being rushed. Would recommend buying here.

Best prices on the internet

I worked with Justin Terry, I was treated fair and we settled on a good price for the 2015 Ford Fusion. The prices they list on the internet are the best I've seen, so if you're not in the mood to haggle, you will do OK at this dealership. I typically like to buy cars from private owners so I don't have to play the games that car salesman play. They had a long chain of people to "check with" to get the price settled (a favorite salesman game), but most dealerships I've dealt with seem more slimy. Sadly there were not any floor mats for the car and only 1 Key (a replacement key from ford is $275 (ouch)) I'll take the blame for not inquiring about this as I shouldn't have assumed there would be 2, but I wish they mentioned that there was only one key before I gave them the check. I think these guys are honest and trying to build a good business, give them a shot.

We were looking for a new Ram pickup and had shopped around even as far away as Kellog Idaho. We decided to stop at Heritage to look at there selections. A nice young salesman named Jorgie Linares came out and did a great job answering our all questions without making us feel pressured. Great customer service

We recently bought a truck from Heritage. The kid that came out and helped us was refreshingly knowledgeable. So often we will go car/truck shopping and you can tell the sales men/women is blowing smoke to sell the vehicle and knows little to nothing about 98% of the cars on the lot. I get that it would be hard to know everything and that it is my job as a buyer to know what I am looking at. It is just refreshing to by a truck from someone who knows what they are selling. He not only knew the good but also knew some of the posible draw backs and understood why we might be looking at something else. He gave us time to talk alone and took us to spots where we could get a good test drive. The parts guy was nice and honest. The price was fare. There were a few minor things that needed repair and they did them before we left. When I am in the market for something else I will for sure check thier lot. Good people.

Best Car Buying Experience

Best car buying experience ever! No pressure just great information. Bret listened to what vehicles we were most interested in and made sure we had great test drives. We were trying to decide between a Ford Fusion and a Chrysler 200s. Although they only carry new Chrysler and Dodge products at their Brigham dealership he made arrangements for us to drive a 200s to their Tremonton store so we could see and test drive a Fusion there. He then listened to all our questions and made sure we were informed about all the qualities, options and prices of both cars. He then allowed us to make our own choice. We chose the Chrysler 200s! However they didnt have the color we wanted in stock. In less than 24 hours Bret had found us the color and options we wanted!Working with Les in the finance department was also great. I called just as Heritage was closing. Justin Terry answered and asked me to co w by even though he was headed to an Easter weekend family party. I dropped by an hour after closing to meet him for a test drive on a Jeep. He had the vehicle out and ready for my arrival. We went for a delightful drive and I wanted the Jeep. The catch was that I am from Idaho do we had to close the deal by texting and phone. Justin was a joy to work with on this deal. He was professional and dedicated to this sale. Quick and professional

I looked for a (used) Jeep Wrangler for several weeks. After finding multiple Jeeps of roughly the same year and price I spent several days visiting and test driving Jeeps along the Wasatch Front. This dealership had the best price and condition of Jeeps. After working with my salesman we were able to get to a price to both my and the dealerships liking. I was never pressured or tried to be sold on something I didn't want/need. When I will be looking for another vehicle in the future I will definitely go to this dealership again.

My 1st Positive Dealership Experience Ever!!!

I have to say that this was the very first POSITIVE experience with a car dealership that I have ever had and I 57 years old and purchase several new vehicle in my lifetime. First of all, I was not pressured but the sales associate was respectfully persistent in finding me a vehicle. His positive, can do, attitude brought me back and I was introduced to the sales executive that orchestrated my deal. He also was very professional offering multiple options for me. Exceptional customer service with a home town feel!

We drove all the way from Tooele just to look at a Dodge Durango they were selling. The price was unbeatable. Mike Cunningham with Sales knew we were running late and wouldn't be getting up to Brigham City until closer to closing. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by Dave Bennett the Sales Manager and Adam Doinidis a Client Advisor, who both stayed late waiting for us to arrive. Even though it was past their closing time, neither Dave nor Adam seemed upset having to wait for us. They answered all of our questions, even allowing us plenty of time to test drive the vehicle. They made sure we were both comfortable with the price and even exceeded our expectations on our trade-in. They never rushed us nor pressured us to buy the vehicle, but in the end, we did buy it.We returned back on Monday to finalize the paperwork and Les Barker the Business Manager made sure to explain every detail of all the paperwork we were signing. Les Barker worked his magic to ensure us the best possible lowest interest rate. He made sure all of our questions were answered regarding the financing.I have to say, I do not remember being treated so well by any dealership. They treated us as if we were all long time friends and went above and beyond for us. The fact they stayed till after 8:30 pm the night we initially looked at the vehicle, which was over two and a half hours past closing, is still mind blowing. Heritage Auto Group has a wonxerful, knowledgeable and fun group of people to help you find the right vehicle for you. I went into their dealership with a vehicle in mind; turns out that particular one was unavailable but the salesperson helped me find the right combination for me.

Thankful

Two days ago Dan and I decided, we would not go to Brigham to look at Jeeps, because we had gone to other dealers, and came away feeling like that there is no way we could get one in our price range (450.00 a month range.), and they were less then up front with us, when we would ask questions on interest rates etc. Then Michael and Dave left us super nice messages on our phone, and it made us think twice and we went this morning. We were greeted warmly, they never made us feel like it was impossible, always positive. They were so up front and honest ,showing us step by step how things would go. When it got to the money end of the adventure we saw Les, he was so knowledgeable, business like, but also personable, I personally loved the guy. When we went to the other dealer we looked at 2015 Cherokees they said no way in that price range. Well I guess they were wrong! My husband and I just drove away in a beautiful white 2016 Cherokee in that price range. After we bought the car, they treated us to lunch, washed our car, gave us a free tank of gas, went through all the computer options (slowly, we are in our 60's), it was an amazing experience. Also on our trade in of a 2005 Jeep, the difference between what the other dealer offered us and what Heritage Brigham City offered us was over 3,000.00 more, When we left there we felt like we were their favorite customers ever, but I am sure they treat all the customers like that. We live in Clinton and of course Layton or Riverdale would be more convenient, but I am telling the truth, I would drive out to Brigham City to be treated with respect, kindness, honesty and where I would receive the better deal! I was very happy with the service I received when purchasing my used - but new to me - Jeep Grand Cherokee. The salesman, Brett, was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Product. The only star rating I marked down was quality of work, this vehicle was a new trade-in and the interior detail was not fully completed / well done when I received the Jeep.

We bought a used Jeep today from Heritage in Brigham City. We were impressed with our salesman, Bret Davis, the business manager and other personnel in the dealership. It was a comfortable situation with no sales pressure applied. I knew I wouldn't find the truck I wanted on a dealership lot, and when I decided to order it I solicited a number of Ram dealers by email. Heritage Brigham City gave me the most timely and professional email correspondence, and had the best price on the truck I wanted. The first time I set foot in the dealership was the day I went in to pick up my new Ram 2500, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother buying experience.

Bought a Dodge Dart

So far so good. Pleasant people. Bought the car with 33,000 miles on it so I'd still have some warranty. Took it in for a minor issue and was treated well. Sales people were nice. Very happy with the car after about 4,000 miles.

No hassle great expirence

I can't believe how easy it was to buy a truck at this dealership. We had already checked out their lot and had narrowed it down to two trucks. Jeremy Ayotte was our adviser, he was very knowledgeable about both models and took us through the pros and cons of each one. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. No Pressure!

I needed a car with specific needs, I told Bret what I was looking for and he showed me several options. After deciding on a Dodge Journey the finance process was easy as well! We had some credit issues and that wasn't a problem at all! They also gave us a great price for our trade in. Great Service, Highly recommended!

Best encounter in new vehicle purchasing yet experienced.

In searching for a new pickup, I was attracted first by the growth in quality and consumer acceptance of the Ram. Secondly, the pricing at Heritage seemed to match or better the long-distance mega dealers we're so familiar with. Thirdly, it became obvious early in the encounter that I was dealing with a refreshed policy of business competiveness; and, with mature and professional sales associates. Patience, product knowledge, and customer approach by the entire Heritage team were outstanding as I went through the normally traumatic process of purchasing a new vehicle. My new Ram is evidence that Justin Terry and his associates are now my new best friends. They will have my return business.

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service, weren't pushy gave me several options. I found a truck that i really liked, the process was quick. The next day Justin sent me a text asking me how i liked the truck. Just so happens the check engine light happen to come on not only did the service department get my truck right back in and fix the problem (dirt build up around the air filter sensor) they did a thorough inspection to make sure no other issues could be found. The service department gave me a ride to my house while the truck was being looked at, and Justin went out of his way to make sure i had a ride back into the dealership to get the truck. all around great customer service

Enjoyable, friendly and no pressure

The sales person came out to meet me and asked how he could help. He showed me used cars with no pressure to buy up above what I said I could afford. He was patient in answering my questions. All the employees I dealt with did everything to make me comfortable with the sales process. It was worth the drive to Brigham City to find this jewel of a dealership.

The best car buying experince ever.

They were quick to come out and help us. They were very friendly and helped guide us to cars that would fit our budget and need. I was not forced into a car I didn't want and I feel they did the best they could to help me get into my new vehicle. I had the best car buying experience with them. This is what buying a car should be like. We will go back here to make a purchase in the future.

Honest upfront dealer that listens without high pressure!

The sales people were very friendly and low pressure. We had been looking for a vehicle for a few months and had some awful experiences at other dealers with sales people not listening and trying to shove us into a vehicle we did not want and treating us like we were idiots. We drove 1.5 hours to go see a truck that Heritage had that looked like what we were after. The description and photos were spot on and we never felt like they were trying to be deceitful which is a rarity in dealers now days in my opinion. The staff were upfront and the price was fair for everyone involved. Overall great expirience!

I just have to say that this is an amazing dealership! From the moment we arrived they were right there to assist us with all of our needs! New Car

I bought a new Chrysler 200S from Heritage Chrysler. It was a long process over a couple of months of making a decision while I weighed pros and cons and did a lot of research on the Internet and chrysler.com. I went in with specs in hand, expecting to have to order. They had one on the lot that was almost exactly what I had spec'd out. By working with them, I was able to save about 15%, before state sales tax kicked in. I feel they were honest and helpful with me, which is different than experiences I've had with other dealerships over the years. This was my second car from that dealership. There was no 'just a second, I need to check with my manager' tactics - the manager was right there. Kudos to Justin and the team.

Great hometown feel with prices to match

I have been in the market for a new heavy duty diesel truck for about 3 months now. the folks at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were very inviting and up front about their pricing and philosophy. They found every way to save us as much as possible and took care of all of our worries. Patient, friendly, and very helpful

I had a good idea of what I wanted when I went to take a look and test drive a couple of Jeeps. Dan Hobbs helped me and he was very kind, patient, and helpful. He did not pressure me into anything. I did not feel obligated or tied to any vehicle at all. I did my research throughout the week and went back for what I wanted. After my purchase Dan was very helpful in assisting me with making my phone work with my new Jeep and showing me how to use all the gadgets and whatnots. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, smiling, and makes you feel like they are all happy to help. I am so happy that I purchased a vehicle from them because I feel confident I will always be taken care of with my concerns or needs with my vehicle. :)

Satisfied with what I got

I went in looking for anything I could get into. I found a car I liked. I was told the price listed was a "no dicker" price and when I went to get financing was told I had paid top dollar for the car. I was a little disappointed, usually you expect to see top dollar listed and then the dealer will come down a little. They would not budge and when I found out what I paid in comparison to others I was a little disappointed. Would recommend them to others, just do you home work first and know what you are willing to pay. Sometimes the price is not what it seems.

Immeasurably helpful

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I went in. I just knew what I wanted my SUV to have. They looked up all of my options & worked with me (for 3 days, lol) to find the perfect fit. I love my Liberty.

Very helpful.

I was super worried I wouldn't qualify for a loan. They were super positive and walked me through the whole process. They found a car that I love that I could afford and didn't stop looking till they found me the best deal in financing. I definatly will keep them in mind when I need to purchase another vehicle.

Honest, Non-pushy good group of guys!!

I went in super leery- I have just moved from Ohio to brigham city and my car died! I walked in thinking I would just "get an idea" of what buying a vehicle looked like since I had never bought one on my own (my dad did the haggling for my last car). Within 10 minutes the guys were telling me which trails in the canyons were the best to hike, which app on my phone I need for Avalanche info and many more things a "new to utah" person would need to know living here! All the little things people take for granted knowing because they grew up here they were telling me about - and that's how car buying went. I hadn't bought a car before but Bret Davis told me every thing I would need to know, even stuff I didn't think of and suprisingly he showed me cars UNDER my budget to give me an idea of different payments! I left that evening with papers in hand to go home and make my choice, I ended up looking at 4 other dealerships in the area that evening and hated the way I was treated- the others were pushy and deceitful. The next morning at 9am I met Bret Davis at the door and he helped me come up with lots of options and plans to look over with my husband. That night we signed papers and bought a Jeep Patriot. Bret Davis (salesmen who I worked with) said it best "I have to find the car that's right for you, it's YOUR car" (unlike other dealers who just try to sell you something out of your price range that you don't even want). Simple and to the point. And that's how they do business. Will be back for sure in the future!!

I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership - 1 new, 3 used. Bob Davis has trained his people well and they do an outstanding job, both in sales and in service (when I purchased my last [used] car from them, Bob himself drove it from where they did a courtesy car wash to where we were just finishing up the sale paperwork - a nice touch!)One time I had a car at their dealership for service and it accidentally got damaged by a not-so-careful driver. Bob's people repaired the damaged area and had it re-painted (all without charge, of course). That was several years ago, and today you still cannot tell where the damage was done.Great people to deal with, good service, and a local business. Can't ask for much more than that...

Small town dealerships

They say that small town dealerships can't get it done. Those people who have credit issues give them a call. This dealership works for you, if there's anyone who can help this would be my first choice. I will recommend all family and friends to go enjoy a curtious, no pressure, no hassle experience. I have now purchased two vehicles from Justin and both times he was right there making sure things were going in the right direction, with a positive attitude. Justin took the time to ensure I knew how to operate and know all the controls inside and out of vehicle.

Some what disappointed

should not have sold us the jeep till they had all keys back from previous owner, keep telling me still working on it I delivered on my trade in bringing extra key and back seat and title.

Smooth process

From point of initial contact to final signing, my experience purchasing a new car was smooth with no surprises. They made every effort to find the car I wanted and not try to sell what was only available on their lot.

Beyond horrible customer service

We picked up our Dodge Neon after 2 weeks in the service department for an overheating issue only to get 20 miles down the road and have it overheat again. We called them to let them know we were broken down on the side of the road in 100 degree weather with a 3 year old and they pretended that they we're going to help us out initially. We paid them $460 to replace the thermostat, radiator, radiator cap and bleed the lines out. This was obviously not the problem. After being told they would take care of the problem and get us in a rental they changed their mind and left us high and dry 80 miles away from home. We had the car towed to another Dodge dealer 5 miles away and it is sitting there because this company took all of our money and we don't know what to do now. to top it all off they sent us off with a dead battery we had to replace (another $109) and the tech there used all our gas test driving the car out and didn't have the decency to replace it. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
