Very disappointed. Not quality business
Made arrangements with Jim on price and what time I would be arriving. Called as I was getting on highway. Drove 4 hours arrived 15 earlier than expected. They sold the van to someone else just before I arrived. They were doing paperwork when I arrived. No one seemed to care. Manager only shrugged his shoulders. They had my phone number and didn't even bother to call. Horrible people that didn't even say sorry!

The vehicle was priced very well, which attracted me to Heritage in the first place. The transaction went as smooth as I could have hoped, closing in around an hour, despite the fact that I forgot the title for the trade-in!
