What a night/day difference between buying my current infiniti there which was very smooth and going back 6 years later to buy another one. My salesman Mike was nice. However the Anthony the Finance Manager was overwhelmingly controlling, he would not let me speak to share my viewpoints to the point where I felt Uncomfortable with the combative tone he was using. I had to say thank you but I think we are done here. That extremely poor experience laid lingering to the point where I could not sleep for 2 days.

I have had horrible car buying experiences in the past, so I was very nervous. I came to Westboro Infiniti knowing what I wanted, but not sure I could afford it. I worked with Avein Watson. There were no games, no gimics, and no waiting around. Thanks to this stellar group of men Avein Watson, Christian Urraca, Anthony Fortes, John Cantlin, and James Bulger who made this car buying experience Pleasurable and stress free. Every one of them went out of their way to make sure that I would be comfortable and would enjoy my purchase. They had me driving my Q50 the very next day. Having worked at car dealerships before I know for a fact herb chambers Infiniti cares about the customers and has worked with me on the price every time. They know that because they provide such a great experience , people are more apt to give great reviews to friends and family. This is why they will work with every customer who comes in the door and will try their hardest to get the customer in the car they want.. They provided me with great service and even check in periodically to make sure everything is going good even after they already had your business . That's why I keep going back to them and nobody else. I don't live close to the dealership , but I'll will take that ride in order to make sure I get the best service. Jonathan Stanhope, Jonathan cantlin, and Anthony were all awesome. I really can't say enough great things. We had a great experience with Infiniti of Westborough and our sales rep, Jonathan Stanhope. Jonathan in particular has been very responsive in answering our questions before and after the sale. We checked their price with other Infiniti dealers and found it to be the most competitive, and he searched around for discounts, including finding one through an employer incentive. My wife and I traded our 2009 g37x coupe for the exact same model a few years newer with a lot less miles. We ended up seeing a 2013 certified coupe at Herb Chambers on autotrader.com at a price that was lower than other similar vehicles that did not include certification or even a carfax in some cases. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Sy Smit, our salesperson. He has a great sense of humor and was really on the ball. He had us watch a somewhat boring video about certified vehicles and gave us a great breakdown about what Herb Chambers does in terms of standing behind their vehicles. He hung in with us through trade-in negotiation, price negotiation, financing and even transferring things into our new vehicle. It seemed like we had an ally on the inside with Sy. He has also been in touch since then and is incredibly friendly. I want to also say that the used car manager, Anthony, has been amazing to deal with. There was one minor thing we had asked them to check out after we purchased the vehicle that we thought may need adjustment on our door. Not ony did they fix the issue but they checked over the entire vehicle and made some other adjustments that went above and beyond normal service. They detailed the car and were awesome abot giving us a loaner to grab some breakfast while they worked on the vehicle. I have purchased about a dozen cars in my life and tried many different service centers. I have never been as impressed as I was with Sy Smit, Christian in finance, Anthony and John in management and the whole crew in service who are amazingly professional, courteous and clean (they even wear white lab coats on service intake, it's cheesy but gives you the sense of over the top care when it comes to the customers perception and satisfaction). We will continue to buy our cars from Sy and Herb Chambers Infiniti and recommend that anyone interested in over the top, old fashioned customer service with great pricing and care do the same.

I just bought a used 2013 G37x sedan here, and my sales associate, Jonathan Stanhope, was amazingly nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Most car salesmen I've dealt with have been very pushy, trying to sell you only what they want to sell you (usually whatever they've had the longest, or have the most of in stock), and getting you to make the purchase right then and there. Jonathan took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, and then showed me only cars that I would be interested in. He also seemed perfectly comfortable letting me shop around first, and make a purchase on my schedule. So I had a day off and decided to look into the G37x as I have always admired the car seeing it on the roads. I decided to take a ride to the dealership to test drive a 2013 CPO. I walked into the showroom and met a gentleman who greeted me and said he would take me out for a spin. That was Avein. I took it for a ride with him and loved the vehicle. I had a truck that I was considering to trade if the numbers were right. Of course all sales guy will "force" you to sit down and start talking about how you should drive the vehicle home right then and there. Avein wasn't pushy. I told him that I was not planning to buy but if the numbers were right then I would so we started talking about numbers. So I had a number in mind and after going back and forth a bit they agreed to my numbers. It was fairly fast and easy process and things were very professional between both parties. Overall it was very simple process and they were easy to work with. Delivery of the car was exceptional. They stayed open late and I took the car home at about 9:30PM.They did everything needed and even put on 4 new tires. I left my truck there and drove the G home that night. Soon after I discovered that it was missing a rear cargo net in the trunk. I mentioned that to Avein and he had to look around but was able to find one for me and threw it in. It was harder to find because this vehicle has been discontinued.I soon discovered that the vehicle was braking funny and the steering wheel would vibrate when I brake from say 70 MPH. I was really busy so it took me a month before I had them check it out but I got a loaner and Matt took care of it for me. The front rotors were warped (as I had expected since I know how to do brakes on cars) but they took care of it for me so I am a happy camper.I would buy another Infiniti from Avein and this dealership when I am ready for another one and would highly recommend him to friends and family. In fact I was ready to buy a QX60 for my wife but she decided she wanted the RX350 instead.EDIT: Service after the sale has been exceptional. Avein has been great to deal with even after the sale and always responded to any questions and concerns I had. If you are looking for an Infiniti go here and ask for Avein Watson. You won't be disappointed. He takes time and show you the vehicles and isn't pushy. I will definitely buy my next Infiniti from Avein and will recommend others to him.

I was looking for a clean late model Infiniti G37x sedan with the sport package (which includes the best seats I've ever had in any car). I quickly found a black 2013 model with only 24,000 miles and decided to buy it on the spot.Let me state up front that I'm a car guy, and that I've had several Porsches and Audis, but I've always been just crazy about the G37x. It has a great chassis, a potent V6, and an interior that fits me like a glove. The seats are adjustable 12 ways and provide excellent support for my lousy back. They're quite a value when compared to the Audi A4/S4 and BMW 3 series. The build quality is amazing, and the structure feels as sturdy as any German car. The ride is firm yet supple, and they remain unperturbed on rough roads.I wish I'd done this earlier in this horrific winter, because these cars are tanks in the snow. But I'm glad I bought this car and I've been very happy with my purchase. My salesman, Jeff Hanson, was very helpful and even delivered the car to my door when I had a logistics problem in getting to the dealership to pick it up.

I have been researching Infinity vehicles and watching the TV adds for several months. I visited the Chambers Dealership on Monday and met Wael Hamwi a salesperson. After a ton of online research I stopped in to see a 2008 M35. It was exactly as advertised, and in a wonderful condition. A short wait in the lobby and I was met by Leo S. Leo who was very nice, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked around the clock to find out answer for questions I had about features, and shortly after I decided this was the car I wanted to purchase. I watched the video on SMART pricing, and the negotiation of trade value begun. Leo and I went back and forth a couple times coming to a middle ground when disaster struck - Roman the pre-owned manager. Roman came around introduced himself, and right off the introduction was very short. The discrepancy in value we were negotiating at this point was $500, which I would have happily paid had it not been for Roman's attitude - it made me no longer want the vehicle and stand my ground on the offer. Roman asked me questions on where i got my number for value, and as i tried to answer his question he would just talk over me. Roman neglected to listen to my answer that it was an average of 4 sites (Manheim Auto Auction, NADA, Cars.com, and Autotrader.com) and a previous offer from another dealer. Roman also neglected to look up the correct model of my vehicle, and at this point I decided this was not a dealership that could be trusted. I felt that if Roman was type of person they put into a professional position, and acting face of herb chambers something was wrong with this dealership. I stood shook Roman and Leo's hand and apologized we couldn't come to an agreement. I also mentioned sorry for wasting the time, and at this point Roman muttered "you already did" and walked off. I was appalled that a customer facing manager would do that. I did not take the low offer from their dealership personal, and it is my right as a customer to not be forced to buy a vehicle. I left shocked, and could not believe after all the work Leo S. had done - that Roman had no issues blowing his sale and ruining his commission. All was not lost though!!! Leo contacted me later that day, and mentioned he talked to the GM who would call me the next day. The next day i spoke with James B. the GM, and he apologized for Roman's behavior - he asked what we could do to change the outcome of this situation, but I was completely turned away from the vehicle - no matter how nice it was. A few days later Leo S. and I spoke again about the vehicle, my original offer was met, and i immediately purchased the vehicle! I could not be happier, and completely recommend Leo S! This sale would have been lost, and i would have never done business with a Herb Chambers affiliate again - but Leo S. changed that! Very happy, and would absolutely deal with Herb Chambers Infiniti again.

Once we got past the trade in value of my Mercedes, everything went smooth. The salesman Wael did a great job, and was very friendly and professional, and the facility is beautiful, as are the cars. They are all clean, inside and out, and in great condition. The financing went smooth as silk with a great interest rate from Infiniti. I purchased a 2012 G37x with low miles, and I love the car. I don't write many reviews but after being to many dealerships, and their sales staff, I needed to take a minute to write a review. I purchased an Infiniti G37x form Jonathan Stanhope who really made the process amazing. First off, as a car guy, he knew his cars inside and out. I was so tired of going to dealerships that know nothing about their own product, or cars in general. Jon and his managers were upfront, transparent and honest with great pricing. I totaled my car about a month ago and made the mistake of going to Colonial Toyota in Smithfield, RI to purchase a new vehicle. I had owned a 2006 Honda Accord prior to my accident. I loved that car and decided to stick with Honda. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Accord from Colonial Toyota. Customer service was atrocious, and I immediately regretted my decision to do business with this dealership. Not only was the service awful, but I was unhappy with the 2012 model. I called Colonial Toyota less than 24 hours after I purchased the Honda with my concern. They were rude, gave me the run around, and were unwilling to help me in anyway. I was beyond frustrated until I decided to stop at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. I met with salesman, John Corsi, and told him my situation. He was friendly, genuine and eager to help me! John immediately collaborated with his team to figure out a solution. Within a couple of days, I traded in the 2012 Honda Accord, and was a proud owner of a 2009 Infiniti G37x! I went to a dealership about a mile or two down the road named Autobahn USA exactly a week ago to buy an Infinity EX35 I had seen on their website. The salesman explained the car to me inside and out and I was very impressed with him. He told me he could get the sales manager to work the best deal for me and get me the lowest interest rate yadda yadda and I could pick up my car in about two days. I was beyond thrilled!!! I couldnt wait to hear back from him to let me know I am all set to sign papers. Well, that day never came. I left several messages and emails for him but I didnt get a return call or email for two days and when I FINALLY did he told me he couldnt put me in the car I wanted BUT could get me into a Nissan Murano that is exactly the same car and I will be just as happy with it. I said I want my deposit back! I went online and found the exact same car at Herb Chambers with lower mileage so I called and went to Herb Chambers that night and had an appointment with Anthony Carlino. He was so helpful and told me he will do what it takes to get me in the exact car I had in mind. I told him my experience I had at the place down the road and low and behold the salesman that fed me a line of B.S. Mr. Carlino had the displeasure of working with for about six months a while back and had trained him so no wonder why that salesman knew the car inside and out! Herb Chambers has smart pricing and has no tolerance for his sales department lie there to customers to make a purchase. I walked into the dealership to look at a QX 50 on a very busy day. For a few minutes I examined the car inside and out without being approached by a sales person. Anthony Carlino noticed me, then asked if I was being helped. When I answered "No" he quickly came over and we began to discuss my unique needs and instantaneously gained my trust and confidence (not easy to do) with his breadth of knowledge of the QX 50 and the requirements of wintertime driving in a hilly area of rural Massachusetts. Anthony then, demonstrated in detail all the features of the QX 50 in a test ride in snowy slippery conditions to simulate my environment. He was expert in the mechanics and engineering and how they suited my driving situation. He had the patience to answer my 101 questions. There never was any pressure to close a sale and move on. The process was very professional, thorough and pleasurable. Anthony introduced me to the Team that would service the QX 50 after purchase and they answered all my service related questions. I was in the market for a new Infinity and a friend of the family had recommended Herb Chambers Infinity of Westborough because of their no hassle policy. I was greeted by Jonathan Stanhope a professional sales person who was knowledgeable and sincere in his approach to find me the right car. Jonathan spent most of the day discussing options and test driving numerous cars with me. Unlike previous experiences at other dealerships, I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a car. Jonathan really went out of his way to make my time at the dealership a good experience. I have to add, I also had my 7 year old with me and for those of you with children you know how shopping with children can add anxiety to any purchase! Jonathan made it a point to be attentive to my daughter and to get her snacks and engage her in conversation so I could focus on the task at hand. This dealership FAR exceeds the Infiniti Dealership in Norwood. In 2011 I went to Norwood looking for an EX35, and was not treated very well at all. No one took the time to sit down with me, and go over options that would work for my budget or even seemed to care whether or not I purchased a car. Infiniti of Wesborough is about a 40 minute drive from where I live, but I decided I would take a ride out and see if I was treated any better and if anyone there could get me into my EX35. I met Anthony Carlino, and I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked in the door. I truly felt that Anthony wanted to work with me, my budget and come up with a plan that would get me into the car I had wanted. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I never felt any pressure. Not only did he get em the car of my dreams, he even DROVE IT OUT TO MY HOUSE IN A SNOWSTORM (from Westboro to Newton!!!) I could not believe the service I was getting.. I was totally impressed. When my lease ended on my EX35 I went to Norwood to test drive the new QX70 (I knew I wasn't going to buy from them, but I was in the neighborhood and felt like a test drive). Sure enough, I felt like I was just another face coming through the door. The whole atmosphere was entirely diffferent than that of Westoborough, and after sitting and talking to the "salesman" I knew I had to get out of there and call Anthony right away. I have been searching for a car for the past 4 months. I just graduated from college and I recently started a job in the city that is 45 minutes away from my house, in the healthcare field. I needed an affordable yet dependable car that would be able to bring me to and from work, in no matter what weather condition. When I started my car search, no matter how much I searched, I could not find the perfect car... Until a few days ago! I found my 2011 Nissan Rogue online at the Herb Chambers, Infiniti of Westborough website and it was just what I was looking for and extremely affordable. The minute I requested more information on my car, the Herb Chambers Infiniti Westburough team contacted immediately, arranging for me to come out and see the car. From that moment on, Anthony Carlino began to help me fulfill my dreams of purchasing my very first car. From the beginning, Anthony was extremely warm and friendly and very attentive to my concerns and needs in a vehicle. When I told Anthony I could not find a ride to Westborough, he OFFERED to come pick me up from my home in Randolph (which is a two hour drive) in the midst of a snow storm, so that I could come to the dealership to see the car. I didn't have any credit (not bad credit, just lack of credit history) and where other dealerships would have told me to pound sand, Anthony had me approved at a lower rate than I expected and within a matter of minutes. I would certainly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY out there looking for a pleasant experience in car buying. Those types of experiences are hard to come by, especially in car buying. Overall I had a great experience at herbe chambers infiniti of westborough. I called a day before to tell them which car I wanted (I had already made up my mind at this point) and when I got there the next day it was waiting for me in the parking lot. I went in and was greeted by Anthony who assured me I would be taken care of. And I certainly was. I ended up buying the car that day and was assured that any scratches would be taken care of as well as the small rip in the seat, before I came to pick it up. They did miss the small rip in the seat but Anthony made sure that I would have an appointment to fix it with no charge. When I went to get the rip fixed I also mentioned that the car was pulling to the left. They took care of the rip but when I got the car back it was still pulling to the left on the highway. I told Anthony and he promptly let me know that they were going to send a loaner car out to me (I live an hour away so the drive is slightly annoying) and they would pick my car up to fix it. This was done in a timely fashion which made me very happy. Working with Anthony was great, especially for a first time buyer like me. He was very professional and concerned that I was getting proper service not only from him but from other employees as well.

Before heading to Herb Chambers Infinity in Westborough my fiancee and I had already purchased and returned a "lemon" from another dealership who came highly recommended from coworkers and neighbors. Following trying to work with the dealership for three months to get the safety issues and other problems resolved and having driven the car mainly to and from the garage for repairs during that time, we began our "new car" search again feeling frustrated, and very cautious. We wanted to make sure that we did not end up with another problem vehicle, and were concerned about having to work with difficult sales people who believed that in buying a used car you were simply lucky that it was running. We did a lot of research before heading out this time. We made appointments only after knowing all about the kind of car we wanted, checking the ratings of several local dealerships, as well as the car fax, and ratings on the cars available at those dealerships for the vehicles we were interested in. We looked at several cars in other local dealerships before ending up at Herb Chambers. Many of the cars that we looked at were dirty or had obvious mechanical issues (one sounded like a train when we took it for a test drive, one smelled so moldy it gave us a head ache). The staff at these dealerships were less than professional (one sales employee was outside the office sitting on a bench screaming, literally screaming until he was red in the face, obscenities into his cell phone as we got out of our vehicle with our two young children.) and less than enthusiastic about selling anything to us, one place had not even made sure that the cars that we were coming to see were available or on the lot, despite assuring us the day before that they would be. When questioned about the condition of the cars, or their issues the standard reply was " I don't know, but you expect some issues with used cars in this price range" or "yaa when you buy it we will check it over and fix any noises, but you have to buy it first". We were uphalled and feeling daunted. I walked into Herb Chambers already feeling defensive and stressed. I knew which cars I wanted to look at, what I was looking for and how much I was going to be able to spend. I did not want any more hassle. I wanted to see the cars I came in for. Drive them. and buy one if I liked it, I had no more patience or energy. That is when I met Anthony Carlino. We went to his office and I told him what I was looking for I told him that I had called the day before to make sure that the KIA Rondo that I wanted to drive was available that I had checked the price and was ready to test drive it . He realized right away how stressed out I was, and I mentioned some of our previous experiences. He assured me that this dealership was not like the others that I had been to. He assured me that he would personally make sure that we were taken care of and satisfied with any car that we purchased. We went for a test drive and he patiently waited for me to check over the whole car, with the checklist that I had brought to make sure that I did not miss anything. The test drive we went on allowed me to hear everything that I needed to checking for sounds on both left and right turns, the breaks, the acceleration, going over rough road as well as smooth to make sure there was nothing loose and no rattling. When we got back he left me in the parking lot so that I could finish my "inspection" and went in his office to give me time without feeling rushed. When I went in to talk to him about making the purchase (I loved the car!!!!) there was no hassle about the price, it just was the price that was listed plus the paper work fee. There were no exorbitant fees (one dealership told me I would pay in addition to the price of the car $550 in "paperwork fees" ). My car would be registered, insured, and have an inspection sticker on it before I even picked it up. :) Anthony was/ is friendly, patient, and very professional. He made us feel comfortable and confident in making a purchase from Herb Chambers. After we purchased the car we noticed a problem with one of the door locks and he took care of the problem with the service department as soon as possible coming out to personally make sure it was taken care of, and following up with us to make sure that we were satisfied. I recommend Anthony Carlino to anyone that that is looking for a car. I will certainly be returning to Herb Chambers the next time we need to purchase a vehicle.

We looked at several cars in other local dealerships before ending up at Herb Chambers. Many of the cars that we looked at were dirty or had obvious mechanical issues (one sounded like a train when we took it for a test drive, one smelled so moldy it gave us a head ache). The staff at these dealerships were less than professional (one sales employee was outside the office sitting on a bench screaming, literally screaming until he was red in the face, obscenities into his cell phone as we got out of our vehicle with our two young children.) and less than enthusiastic about selling anything to us, one place had not even made sure that the cars that we were coming to see were available or on the lot, despite assuring us the day before that they would be. When questioned about the condition of the cars, or their issues the standard reply was " I don't know, but you expect some issues with used cars in this price range". We were uphalled and feeling daunted. I walked into Herb Chambers already feeling defensive and stressed. I knew which cars I wanted to look at, what I was looking for and how much I was going to be able to spend. I did not want any more hassle. I wanted to see the cars I came in for. Drive them. and buy one if I liked it, I had no more patience or energy. That is when I met Anthony Carlino. We went to his office and I told him what I was looking for I told him that I had called the day before to make sure that the KIA Rondo that I wanted to drive was available that I had checked the price and was ready to test drive it . He realized right away how stressed out I was, and I mentioned some of our previous experiences. He assured me that this dealership was not like the others that I had been to. He assured me that he would personally make sure that we were taken care of and satisfied with any car that we purchased. We went for a test drive and he patiently waited for me to check over the whole car, with the checklist that I had brought to make sure that I did not miss anything. The test drive we went on allowed me to hear everything that I needed to checking for sounds on both left and right turns, the breaks, the acceleration, going over rough road as well as smooth to make sure there was nothing loose and no rattling. When we got back he left me in the parking lot so that I could finish my "inspection" and went in his office to give me time without feeling rushed. When I went in to talk to him about making the purchase (I loved the car!!!!) there was no hassle about the price, it just was the price that was listed plus the paper work fee. There were no exorbitant fees (one dealership told me I would pay in addition to the price of the car $550 in "paperwork fees" ). My car would be registered, insured, and have an inspection sticker on it before I even picked it up. :) Anthony was/ is friendly, patient, and very professional. He made us feel comfortable and confident in making a purchase from Herb Chambers. I purchased an SUV from Sunny about a year ago and recently got in an accident that totaled my truck. Safety wise, I could not have asked for more from my JX35, After some thought on perhaps "starting new" with a different brand car, I came to the decision that "I loved my JX35 before the accident and I still love it, even after the accident!" I went back to Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough to find my truck. Sunny was not there the day we went in, but John C. came right over to greet us. A nice, familiar face, John helped my sister buy an Infiniti a few years prior. John got right down to business with James B, in getting us in to another JX35 and went above and beyond in customer service! I'm never one to boast about customer service because in this day and age, it's a dying service. James B, dealt with Infiniti Corporation directly and quickly, in order to resolve any issues we had, regarding the accident. John C. made the overall purchase a painless act and Sunny made picking up my car (because of time frames, being in a rental, kids etc.) a snap and a pleasure. I never write reviews but I write this one with a happy heart and an honest smile. James, John and Sunny truly came through in helping me through a difficult time and situation. They've humbled me in proving to me that their customers really are their first priorities! I have always said I would never be that person that writes reviews on websites but with the customer service that I received from Jonathan Stanhope at Herb Chambers Infiniti at Westborough, I have no choice but to share my experience. First off, let me start by stating that if you don't at least give Jonathan a chance to find you your dream car then you are already making a mistake. Jonathan was with me every step of the way from the minute I walked into the dealership to the minute I drove off it (both times). I was actually one of the customers that took advantage of the Herb Chambers 5 day money back policy. I drove off the lot the first time in a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and found out two days later that is wasn't the car for me. That was not an issue for Jonathan. He told me to bring the car back, gave me my full refund on my down payment and gave me my trade in back and continued to help me search for a new car that I would enjoy. Two weeks later after multiple phone calls, visits, and emails, Jonathan and I found the perfect car for me and I could not be happier. What I was really impressed with during this experience is the amount of attention I received from Jonathan. Not only was he emailng and calling from the dealership, he gave me his personal cell phone number and was answering my questions as late at 10/11 at night. He told me that he would go to work for me the very first time I met him and I can honestly say that he did just that. I gave him a list of things I was looking for and he would send me options almost everyday of cars he thought I would enjoy. He takes the time to get to know his client and what they are looking for. Although Jonathan is new to the industry, his professionalism and service makes it seem like he has been doing this for 30 years. Both of my parents bought their Infinities from Anthony Carlino, and when I told them I needed a new car they told me I had to go see him as well. I can now see why, I have never had such an easy and pleasant car buying experience ever. Anthony is one of the few honest salesmen out there. I have never had a salesman not only let me know all of the good and cool things about a car, but he also made sure that I knew all of the things that would make you think twice about buying the car. He didn't sell me a car he helped me buy my car. I ended up getting a Mini Cooper, and he didn't have any on the lot. Anthony made sure I had the Mini I wanted on the lot the next day for me to pick up. I have to say he changed the way I look at buying cars, I no longer dread the trip to the dealership. Because he was so honest and upfront with both myself and my parents I would not hesitate to go buy a car from him on my own. I also can not leave out Anthony Fortes in the Financing department. He worked his magic and got me the best rate avaible. Anthony came in and apologized to me because it was taking so long, he wasn't happy with the rates I was getting and he was determined that he could do better. I have to say I this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will be calling Anthony Carlino for my next car!

This is the third Infiniti vehicle that we have bought. We have used Anthony Carlino for each and every one of our purchases. And quite honestly we continue to buy vehicles from Infiniti because of Anthony Carlino. There has been no other person that has single handedly dispelled the "plaid car salesman" persona than Anthony Carlino. He continually goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and enjoy our vehicles purchases long after the sale is complete. We never feel like we are part of the quota to be met. Our experience of Anthony is genuine and down to earth, and that is what we look for in a sales person. In fact we would consider Anthony not only our sales consultant but a true friend. Your automobile company as well as Herb Chambers is verly lucky to have him as an employee. I certainly hope you take good care of him, otherwise we would have to buy our vehicles from (gasp!) those other luxury car companies. The following morning I received a txt message from him saying that he had found the phone and would hold it for us since we were coming in later that day to pick up the car. When we arrived, James had charged my wife's phone and had all the paperwork ready for us. While I completed the paperwork, Anthony spent over an hour going over all the features of the car with my wife. My experience with Anthony and James has been outstanding. This is my third Infiniti and I absolutely love the M series. I converted my husband from a Maxima to a G last year which he also loves. We started our dealings with James in Boston and have now followed him to Westboro even though it's not as convenient as Boston, but because of the wonderful relationship we built with James, we're willing to travel the distance.James introduced us to Jonthan during this last deal and he has been wonderful. Very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way he can to make the experience easy and fun. He has been in contact several times to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and if there's anything he can do or if there's anything I need. How refreshing to have a dealership and sales people who still care that you are happy once you've left the dealship.I understood that Jonathan was new to the company when we first met but he's obviously fit right in and we really enjoyed working with him.

I came to look at cars here and I told them I don't like pushy salesmen and they set me up with Anthony Carlino. He was so helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for and he gave me a good trade in for my older mercedes I brought in. He helped me out BIG time with financing, and when I picked up my car- he had candy and flowers in the car waiting for me! I came back a couple times with questions and he had batteries replaced in my remotes, and always was there right away to help me. He follows up every once in a while to make sure I'm still enjoying the car and that I don't need help or have questions. Excellent customer service and above and beyond when it comes to establishing a friendly relationship with customers. They say come back anytime and they mean it. Great staff and super helpful.

Great experience. I generally, correction, always, stay away from dealerships because of the usual stereotypes. I am up front with any sales consultant I work with and I expect the same. I am a picky (and fairly informed) buyer. My preference is to buy 1-2 year old loaded vehicles and I have become an Infiniti loyalist. My experience buying my latest vehicle at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, specifically, working with Anthony Carlino was fantastic and may have changed my opinion for good. I have been searching online for a vehicle that met my criteria for some time. I found the car I was interested in (that had the must have features at a fair price) and emailed the dealership at 11pm. I had a response by 8am the next morning and an appointment at 9:30am. I worked with Anthony Carlino. Anthony actually listened to me. He is attentive, courteous and knows his product line (something that I cannot say for another Infiniti dealership I visited the day before.) I was out the door by 11am with the deal done. I greatly appreciate the rapid follow-up I have had with questions since I took the car home last week. Great car (Infiniti M37x) and great car buying experience!

Herb Chambers makes buying a new car simple, stress free, and fun. I used to have my Infiniti serviced at Herb Chambers Westborough and the folks there were top notch. Then when I found a newer car online located at Herb Chambers of Westborough I decided to take a test drive, the overall the sales experience was great. I made an appointment and showed up that day. This is where I met the sales person, Anthony Carlino who was nice, up front, and knowledgeable. Immediately he made me feel comfortable and I trusted him, the day could not have gone any smoother. During the test drive he knew the nuances of the car I wanted to hear about, he listened, and the best part he convinced me to get this exact color and car without any pressure. Afterwards he let me borrow his office for a conference call where I admired his photos with Herb and all of Anthonys awards of excellence. I think Herb knows this guy can sell. Took a half day from work to go and check out a used 2010 G37x. I came from NH, so it took me about an hour and a half to get there; but I had heard great things about this dealership. Upon walking into the dealership, I saw that it was a beautiful showroom and the building was immaculate. I did have to walk around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help. I was not approached by any salespeople, even after making a few laps around the showroom. I had to ask the receptionist if I could speak with someone about a pre-owned car, and she apologized and paged sales right away. I guess that is what bugged me the most; I am 25 years old with a corporate job, and even wore my work clothing into the dealership. I got the slight feeling that they didn't want to acknowledge me because they thought I was yound and not going to buy a car. I can certainly see where this stereotype comes from, but I was in fact a customer so I should have been greeted more promptly. After meeting my sales consultant, Marc Miller, I asked to look at 2 G37 sedans that I saw online. He was new there, about 6 months, but showed me the cars and he was very nice and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured at all when he was showing me the vehicles. I was looking at an 09 and a 10 G37, but after driving both I decided I did like the 2010 better due to the exterior color and low miles. When I advised Marc that I was interested in the car, we sat down to talk numbers. I was not impressed with the presented value of my trade in (2009 Altima with 19k miles, very clean), but of course no consumer is going to be 100% satisfied in that area. I did really want the new vehicle, so I was introduced to the sales manager John Cantlin. He was a nice guy, and explained how they price things and do business. I eventually agreed to the deal as I thought the car was fairly priced for what it was. I did see some scratches on the vehicle, which they offered to fix. As another review mentioned, the process did take awhile (about 5 hours), and when it was all said and done it was about dinner time. It would have been nice if they offered me $10-$15 for dinner since I had been there so long, and bought a vehicle, but I work very hard in the customer service industry so I am always thinking about ways to make operations better. Overall I would recommend the dealership as they were very nice once they knew I was serious about my purchase. However I read reviews from others (couples, families, etc) who were greeted right away and probably taken a little more seriously from the get-go. There was minimal sales pressure and I will visit them again when considering my next car. I have yet to pick up the vehicle due to vehicle preparation. My visit was two days ago.

Where to begin, from start to finish everything was fantastic. Anthony made the experiences of buying a car very pleasant, I just felt as if my family and I was the only customer he dealt with during my visit. I have never meet someone that work in sales that truly knows his things like Anthony did. The service and knowledge he provided for me was impressive. What a great experience!!! I have been shopping for a high-end SUV for 7 passengers for months. I came across the the JX35 on line and was extremely impressed with the features and luxury for the price. My practical side encouraged me to look at the Ford SUVs next door to the Herb Chambers Infiniti before looking at the JX35. The Explorer and the Edge are nice SUVs, but I was looking for something special. I walked over to the the Herb Chambers Infiniti Westborough dealership. I was greeted by the smiling face of the Senior Director of Sales, Anthony Carlino. Anthony immediately made me feel at ease. He asked me to tell him a little about my goals, background and made me understand that he is there working for me to make sure my needs are met. Anthony Carlino is a true professional and made me feel as if I was the most important customer in the world. He has tremendous experience with the models and is a true asset to the Herb Chambers family. I felt like I had someone on my side the entire time. My car buying experience with Andrew was an excellent! He was very professional, knowledgable and straight forward. We had been to 4 other dealerships in the past month and our experience with Andrew was the selling point! I would like to thank Anthony Carlino for making the car buying process (which can be very stressful!) extremely easy. I was very particular in what I wanted and Anthony went through every detail thoroughly ensuring I was getting exactly what I was looking for. 22APR12 - Our friend mentioned to my husband that there is a new SUV from Infinity that just launched for 2013 so after church we all decided to go see it at the Herb Chambers Infinity of Westboro, MA. Now my husband and I had just put a deposit down on a Toyota Highlander the day before so we really were just going to eyeball the new model.Not really knowing anything about the Infinity line, we were very impressed with their lineup of vehicles, the quality and style that they have to offer. In fact so much so, that we asked if we could test drive one.Since our friends had previously purchased a car from the Sr. Sales Director, Anthony M. Carlino, they were excited for us to meet him as they had nothing but a very positive experience in dealing with Anthony. Anthony walked up to us with a big smile, an extended hand and completely welcomed us to the Infinity dealership. We immediately felt very comfortable with him and asked if we could test drive the new 2013 SUV. Even knowing that we had no intentions of buying anything, Anthony had the keys in our hands in no time at all and away we went. While test-driving, Anthony explained all the features and capabilities of the new SUV. It was truly amazing and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE from him in any way while 'just looking' at this vehicle. After seeing the difference in the ride and level of quality, we thought, we should think about this?..."hmmm...really? but we just put a deposit down on another car!" Once we returned to the showroom, while my husband was still circling the SUV, I noticed a nice looking sedan across the showroom floor. It caught my eye and after a closer look, I asked Anthony if we could possibly drive it. He immediately handed us the keys to the G37 and we were off. Wow! - this car just wants to move and move fast!!!! It was a totally awesome ride and completely loaded with every feature. I fell in love with it and knew then, the Highlander would end up living with another family. When we explained our circumstances with the other vehicle and that the G37 is what we really wanted, Anthony advised us very professionally and properly on what to do. Anthony should have gone home to his family at 6:00, but stayed late just for us! He never made us feel rushed or that he wanted to hurry up and get us out because it was after closing. He treated us with much care and consideration. Anthony took care of every single detail and even sent the installer for the Low-Jack to our home to install it the next day! We can't say enough about how happy we were to have Anthony handle our purchase. He is nothing less than completely professional, well mannered, knowledgeable and just an honest guy. We will be going back to Herb Chambers Infinity of Westboro and looking for Anthony when we are ready to purchase our next car.I should also mention that Anthony stood in a constant downpour, walking each of the car models we wanted that was on the lot to find 'our car'. He never complained, just kept a very helpful and friendly attitude the entire time. I know when Anthony told us he wanted us to be happy with whatever we ended up with, he meant it, and we do too when we say he is an awesome salesman and is totally trustworthy. Thanks again Anthony, you are great salesman and very nice person to know!

A very good friend of mine shopped around for a car and finally landed at Anthony's desk. He was telling me about how great his experience was with Anthony and without hesitation, knowing I was about to enter the market for a car, assured me I needed to go no further than Anthony. The deal he got was better than any deal he searched on the market. I called Anthony and within 1 weekend, I had the right car, right price, and within 2 hours was at the dealership and driving my car home. Anthony and his staff made the process easy, unstressful, and thorough. This is one of the first times I have coem out of a car buying experience feeling good about the dealer, the salesman, the car and the price. Wow! Where do I begin? I visited the Herb Chambers Infiniti Westborough dealership on Saturday, March 31st...yes, I know, the last day of the month. I was ready to battle through what I thought would be a chaotic, end of the month situation. It was quite the opposite. Upon stepping into the dealership, I was greeted by the smiling face of the hostess and a sales rep who took my name.
