First Time Car Buyer
Yesterday I signed a lease for a 2017 Honda Accord. I am a first time car buyer, and ultimately decided to go with leasing based on my current situation. A week ago, George talked to me about the differences in the civic and the accord and we test drove each so I could decide on the vehicle I wanted. Yesterday, Sean and Amanda helped me with the leasing process and made sure my experience at Hendrick was above and beyond expectations. Amael in the finance department helped me out with the paperwork and making sure I understood and was comfortable with everything I was doing. I can't praise Hendrick Honda enough! I would send anybody here. The customer service that I have received so far from them is unmatched.

My daughter and I went into Hendricks Honda on a Saturday afternoon and was treated with such kindness from Mr. Tony Rivens. He took us to our seats offering refreshments making us comfortable. Mr. Rivens took the time with us from the time we walked in, refreshments, test drives and collaboration with his team to ensure we were happy customers. Troy did just that..He'd given us profound customer service! When we left, my daughter drove off driving her first car a Honda Civic..she loves it! I went into the dealership late before closing and was met by Ronnie Russell... great salesman, great attitude, not too pushy and very knowledgeable about the inventory. After telling him what I wanted he showed me what was avail6and didn't push me to buy something else. I had additional requests and he followed through. Thank you for your kind response. I actually have an Acura but prefer your dealership completely over Hendrick Acura. Even though they are both Hendrick owned, the attitude received at Acura is unbearable and unfortunately have a monopoly in Charlotte. I have used Hendrick Honda for years, even before it was Hendrick and I always feel welcome, receive exceptional service and am always happy. That's why I was so surprised about the rain issue on Saturday. Folks please use this dealership! You will not be sorry.

Don't bother trying to negotiate using fair price resources like TrueCar or Edmunds. Go to Scott Clark, McKenney-Salinas, or Honda of Rock Hill if you actually want to get a good deal from reasonable sales managers. Hendrick preys on the ignorant.

Title says it all. I was told one this at purchase time, and later something different. When I tried to rectify situation, no one in management would speak with me. Salesman was short and rude with me.
Very smooth and sharp personal service from Jess Johnson
Jess Johnson was very helpful on our lease of two Hondas, a Fit and CR-V.We came in for a recall on our Fit and decided to release both of our cars, Fit and CR-V, since bothwere near the end of their leases. This was a complicated transaction and Jess was right oftop of both situations. I would certainly recommend Jess to any prospective customer. Jesswas very understanding of our situation and served us to a tee.

Exceptional team work
Excellent sales,under cut the other guys in an email, confined in a call and follow-up email. Got deal closed in 1/2 an hour over 3 days of hard core negotiations with other guys.Really spectacular team. Carol got the paperwork done lickety- split, Moises was a super human breath of fresh air in a sales guy. He managed multiple sales at once and made my son and I feel great. And to Charlie Warren the deal maker, to you, hats off. You got your customer in mind and not just the business of greed. Annual Safety Inspection
Once again, I received excellent service for my Hondas at Hendrick Honda in Woodgbridge, VA. We have been owners of many Hondas since 1983, and with Hendrick since 1991. We have always received excellent service in both purchasing and service each and every time. This visit was to obtainannual Safety Inspection and my service writer was Phil (?). He met me upon my arrival and quickly and efficiently processed me in and in normal time expectations notified me that the inspection had been completed and that the vehicle was in excellent condition. He further advised me where the vehicle was parked and that all of the paperwork was in the vehicle. As stated above, once again I left Hendrick Honda fully satisfied.
New car | Bad Experience
Price of the new car was very good but I need to wait for 4 weeks to get delivery based on my color preferences. On the day of delivery I found some scratches in the vehicle by then I signed all the documents and loan check was also taken. There took the vehicle for cleaning and asked me to come next day. I still found scratches after cleaning and not convinced to buy new car with scratches. There are in no position to replace the car inspite of inventory does exist and asked me to take back my money. I finally quit and asked for money which their paid immediately for cash portion but loan check was already submitted and encashed. It took multiple followup and almost nearly 2 weeks back for the money to be returned to the bank. I had to take the interest and big time pain for shopping in this location. Infact I am royal customer at this location :(. Please don't pay or sign before looking into the car is my learning.
Steve Bagwell, and Hendrick Honda Rock!
Two weeks ago I was involved in an accident that totaled my car. Being a full time engineering student with a full time job, I had zero time for the mess that ensued. I knew I wanted to try an Accord for a commuter car as I had previously had a Camry. As soon as the check came in from my insurance I filled out an Edmunds.com form for an Accord and was contacted by Steve Bagwell at Hendrick Honda. I told him what had happened, what I had driven before, and what I wanted in a car. He was very helpful as I explained my financial situation. Without tooting my own horn, I have great credit, but hadn't planned to purchase a car. In other words I hadn't paid down all of my credit cards, and saved up a large down payment in anticipation of totaling my three year old car. He was very understanding, and was able to map out the situation before I ever arrived at the dealership. He had a comparable car ready for me to test drive, and got me fantastic lease terms, that actually reduced my payment by $100 from what my previous loan had been. I was able to add a few extras, and still come out $40 cheaper with a brand new car. The experience was surreal compared to my experience at other dealers, where I always seemed to struggle for a lower quality vehicle at a much higher price than my credit warranted. In any case, the clear coat and tint were done immediately as soon as I was able to bring in the car, and Steve was very helpful during the entire process. We exchanged phone calls regularly throughout the whole deal. The financing office was also fantastic. I was given great deals, and the paperwork was run through about as painlessly as possible. This all happened between 8:00 pm and 10:30 pm as well. Nobody acted irritated that I kept them at work two hours late because of my own terrible schedule. The overall experience was fantastic, and I look forward to my fiancee' getting her first new car at Hendrick in a few months, and I definitely look forward to trading up there at the end of my lease!
I came to the dealership with little expectations and Ronnie overdid himself and got me the vehicle that I really really wanted. Top notch service!

Being a college student, buying a brand new car can be an overwhelming process with no family close by for support. I walked in simply looking for ideas and walked out happy as can be with my brand new car! Marc Santana jumped right in and helped me find the perfect car for all my wants and needs. He also worked very hard with his manager and was able to get me an even better deal! He was extremely helpful throughout the process and a great guy to work with! I will definitely be recommending this dealer to all my friends and maintaining a relationship with the team during the life of my vehicle.
Best experience I've ever had with a car dealer.
I found Hendrick Honda after visiting 3 other dealerships and having terrible experiences. Hendrick was understanding and easy to work with. We had Troy as a salesman and he was never pushy and made the whole process pleasant. I had to hurry at lunch to get my trade in appraised and he understood that that was all I could do at the time and was fine with it. He didn't try to push a car on me at all. Best of all, they didn't make false promises like other dealerships and they don't completely lowball your trade like other dealers. They take time to actually look at your trade in and drive it instead of offering you an amount that would be for a vehicle in terrible shape or what they all consider "auctioning price" online. I will definitely be back if we decide to get another Honda down the road.

Tony Howsare in Sales sold us both of these vehicles-the first one after my Financial Adviso,r Matthew McRee with Ameriprise in Blythewood, SC, told us how great this dealership AND Tony are.From quality inventory for all vehicle price ranges to superb customer customer service from those in Sales with Tony (Nate Pearson, Carlos) to those in Finance particularly Dorian Gordon; this dealership is the best we have met up with after 41 years of marriage!My first purchase in 2012 of my dream retirement car, a Honda Odyssey to hold 5 grandchildren, brought us to Tony Howsare who should teach sales people all over the world and in many companies how to sale with the very best customer service we have ever seen. Amazing experience great price nice people
I went first time just to test drive the car. Charlie and Sam helped very well and gave me upfront price for the 2016 vehicle which I was expecting for 2015 CR-V. I roamed around to few other dealership nobody was near to that price. I went back and purchased car, i should have done it on day 1 itself. service advisor Kyle Blagg
I went to Hendrick Honda for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they check and adjust the tire pressure if necessary. The 2014 Accord EX coupe has nitrogen inflated tires and the low tire pressure light has never come on. As I am driving home I notice a light lit up on the dashboard that I had never seen before. After I got home I checked the owners manual to find out what the light indicated, it was the low tire pressure light. I had to go back to Hendrick Honda in a driving rain storm and inform the service advisor Kyle Blagg that the low tire pressure light is on. He takes the car back to the service dept. and when he comes back says all the tires were 25psi and they should be 33psi , making it seem like it was somehow my fault.The low tire pressure light was not on when I entered the service department, and had never come on before in the 13 months that I have owned the car. Mr. Blagg never offered an apology for the service dept. allowing my car to leave the dealership with under inflated tires and the low tire pressure light on. I told Mr. Blagg I expected Hendrick Honda's service dept. to be better than that and his dismissive response was "your car is parked out front" and he turned and walked away. The service technician's error was compounded when Mr. Blagg chose to take on an arrogant demeanor instead of saying something like I'm sorry this happened or I'm sorry for the in convenience, had he done that, I would never have written this review.
Darron McCullough - Service
I had such an enjoyable experience at Honda Collision. I wanted to thank Darron for his service and our conversation. You are really great at your job. Even though I came to you having been distressed about my car being hit, you made the experience very delightful and easy.
I bought a car there 5 and a half years ago. I called back 2 hours after buying the car and told the person who did my financing and sold me an extended warranty that i no longer wanted the exrended warranty. He said tye loan had been made and that he would cancel the extended warranty and i would get the money back when the loan was paid off. The extended warranty was never cancelled and that person no longer works there. $2000
They only want your money
Quick service replacing the recalled airbag in my CR-V, but when I tried to pick up the car, it had a check engine light and stalled repeatedly in the parking lot. Neither had ever been issues prior to dropping it off, but the service department refused to look into it without charging $110 for diagnostics. I spoke to management and they agreed to read the check engine light. The results eventually showed the issue to be unrelated to the airbag replacement, but it also revealed their lack of commitment to customer service and their only goal to be taking your money.
I brought my Honda Accord in for my 2nd service. Chris Curran has helped me both times. Both times have been great. Chris was very attentive to what I needed. He kept me up to date on my service. Took the time to discuss in detail what they were doing and also answered all my questions that I had for future service. I would definitely recommend them for all your service needs.
"Smart and Personal Approach"
Jess Johnson was the salesperson who helped me with my recent purchase of a Honda Odyssey. She is pleasant, professional, and competent without being overbearing. She answered all questions quickly and completely. Once I had made the purchase, Jess spent a great deal of time orienting me to the new car and all its features. She has since followed up with me to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Hendricks is fortunate to have her in their sales department. When it was time to negotiate the price of the car, I was introduced to Sean McLane. I had done my research prior to car shopping and did not want to spend any more time than necessary. Sales games are wasted on me. Sean is a polished sales person/negotiator. He initially made a suggestion about the negotiating process which would have necessitated my returning to the dealership before getting a price. When he realized I had no interest in that, he quickly revised his approach. I didnt buy the car on the spot, but, when I left, I had all the information I needed to make a decision. Without that, I may well have purchased from the dealership I had previously purchased from.
I brought my car in to get it's second service since purchasing it, and my advisor Daniel was fantastic! He had my car in and out in a timely manor and was super nice and very friendly! He kept me well informed while I was waiting and answered all of my questions!!! This is my third time working with him and he's still as wonderful as he was the first time! I look forward to using him again!!

I have always had positive experiences with Hendrick Honda. My most recent experience was the purchase/lease of a 2015 Honda from Tony Tyshchuck. It was an easy process and at NO time did I feel like I was haggling as I have at other dealerships in the past. I just discussed what I was looking for and Tony and his manager Andrew were fantastic. I also have been utilizing the Service team and Jeffery Smith specifically for previous service work needed on my 2003 Honda. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Hendrick Honda and Scott Wendel the Service Consultant. The service performed on my car was relative complicated and Scott did a good job explaining what would be done, the estimated cost and when the work would be completed. The work was completed without any problems and at a cost consistent with the estimate.

Chip Connely - GREAT Salesman!!!
My sister and I were fortunate to have Chip greet us at Hendrick Honda! He is so nice, not pushy at all. He's very knowledgable about the cars there. I was interested in a CRV and he was able to help me narrow down the best one for me. I've driven Volvos for 28 years, so I wasn't sure what I wanted to do since I hadn't been to Volvo yet. I went back two days later, on my way to Volvo, to see what they would trade my car in for. Chip showed me a CRV that just came off the truck, made a great deal, and I never made it to Volvo. Chip has a great personality and does not push you to buy anything. He knows what he's selling, explains the car to you, and is still available at any time by phone or by coming by to help you learn your car more.
Great Sales Team
I bought my 2015 Accord from this dealership and my sales consultant Troy Rivens was very knowledgeable and courteous but made the whole process go very smooth. His offer to be of service "after the sale" enhanced my opinion not only of Troy but of the whole Hendrick Honda organization.
Helpful with airbag inflator
I continue to use Hendrick Honda because of their outstanding service department. When I got my second recall notice for another faulty airbag inflator, (both front seat airbags had bad inflators,) the dealership handled them both quickly and professionally. Dave Thomas made sure my car was fixed and did so in a very timely manner. Still a happy customer.
Great Customer Service!!
I went in for a scheduled oil change, and was amazed and how fast and convenient the service was. As soon as I pulled up, they were ready for me, got my information, and showed me to the waiting area. I was only there for 30 minutes...top!! He explained to me what he did, and that everything with my Honda was great. I just purchased her in March....this is my 2nd Honda, and I will never buy any other Make!!
Excellent Customer Service
From the scheduling of the appointment to the service received, I rate this service center EXCELLENT! My Honda Civic Hybrid had an IMA System Malfunction, plus it was due for an oil change. Mid-afternoon, I learned the oil change was done, but the IMA System Malfunction showed the IMA battery had failed - serious deterioration - and had to be replaced. This required the ordering of a new battery. Surprisingly, I received a call from Jeffery Smith 7am the next morning to let me know the battery had come in. At around 9:30am, I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Jeffery answered all the questions I had regarding the new battery and the warranty. New Honda Pilot purchase
I built the Pilot I was interested in on your web site . It was difficult to find the trim model I wanted . Steve Bagwell responded to my email immediately..Although Hendrick did not have it in stock ,Steve looked for one for me and was able to find one that was going to be built and shipped to the dealership in a couple of weeks . I was able to place a deposit to hold it , In the meantime they received one like I wanted so Steve contacted me and the deal was completed. Ahead of schedule! The pilot was transferred to Raleigh and delivered to me !! It is beautiful!! I had built this same pilot at about 10 dealerships and Hendrick delivered ! Thank you. By the way a friend who had always been a " van " person is now considering a pilot and I certainly will recommend she call Steve Bagwell when she is ready !

Good experience, but did not go the extra mile.
I would give them 5 stars but they fell short of my high expectations in 2 areas. 1. Left my wife's car there the whole day for a service. When I got it back it had not been washed. It's not a big deal but my VW dealership I take my car to washes the vehicle every time I take it there unless I ask them not to 'cos of time. It is a nice touch, and a mark of a dealership that goes the extra mile. 2. This was a little annoying, but they take the car key off the set of keys when you drop the car off, then give you just the car key back, and the set of keys are left in the car. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they could reattach the key to the set before they return the car. Again not a big deal, but why not go the extra mile and just do it. If they want a 5 star rating, then they need to address those 2 issues. Otherwise all employees were very friendly, and all other aspects of my visit were fantastic.

I was interested in evaluation of my 2004 Accord. Dennis explained the nature and scope of the checklup. Everything was done satisfactorily. At this time I have not yet decided whether to continue driving my car for another several years, or consider purchase of a new one.For your information, if you are reading this, I despise survey questionnaires of this kind. I think they are demeaning to employees, and insulting to customers. I have had considerable experience with questionnaires in the course of my professional career, and I know that they are nearly worthless as sources of information.For example: as regards automobile service, only two ratings are realistically possible: Satisfactory, and Unsatisfactory.In addition, asking me to connect this with social media is an insult.I am completing this only because Mr. Sanford has assisted me capably several times over the years, and I would not want him to be penalized for absence of a review.

I brought my car in for the door acruators. And an oil change. Amazing service from the second I pulled into the service bay. I went on-line on 7/4/15 and saw a used car ( i am purchasing for my daughter) at Hendrick Honda listed that fit my budget and it was the car i was recommended to get by my insurance company.I left my name and phone number on-line and within 2 hours i was called and told that the car had just been traded in the night before ( therefore it had not even been through their service dept to get checked out ) but they told me that i was welcome to come anyway and see the car and if i wanted it i could put a non-binding down payment on it ( pending inspection ). I went their and met Mr Nidal Hindi at the front door .He was a very pleasant man who did not put any pressure on me and took me around and showed me a few other cars for comparison and then showed the car i was interested in . I wanted that car and they let me hold it till it passed inspection the following Monday . They were very GOOD/FAIR about the final price . They made sure everything was workingand kept it an extra day to make sure. I have two more daughters and i plan to go back to this same dealer when their time comes for a used car.

I have always appreciated the professionalism and great service I receive when I take my Honda in for service. My service rep, Don, is always nice and helpful. The waiting room is nice with plenty of seating, several TV's to watch, Internet, snacks available, etc,". Don gives me updates, letting me know the progress on my car. And most important to me, is I have never felt "ripped off'" there. Don is truthful and doesn't try to add on unnecessary services. I highly recommend this dealership.

Jim Burrows, in one visit, gave me the best experience at Hendrick Honda, since I've been going for the past 2 years. He was knowledgeable, but also willing to educate the customer. Parts Department guy was rude!
I went into the parts department for fluid and a filter for a transmission flush and the guy behind the counter was just plain rude! He was also rude to the guy in front of me. I should have just left right then! He acted like it was a complete inconvenience to help me at all. The only reason I went to Hendrick was because I was in the area and had to pass it to get home. But I will just deal with Honda of Rock Hill for my parts in the future.
I had been a Nissan girl for the past 10 years, but I went to Hendrick Honda to check out a 2015 Accord Coupe and fell in love. From the minute I stepped on to the lot until I left that evening, I was impressed with the dealership. Troy Rivens is an amazing salesman; very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to do business with. Sean McLean is also incredible; very personable, helpful, and easy to work with. My car brings a smile to my face every time I see it and drive it, and I will definitely come back to Hendrick Honda next time I need a new vehicle!

I brought my car in for three recalls and two of the issues were resolved that day. We had to order a part for the third, which will require another visit, but I was very happy to have my car back the same say. Everyone was very nice and helpful. All my questions were answered.

I made an appointment to have the AC serviced. I was there about 2.5 hours. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Our service attendant, Jeff Nall, kept me up to date on both the diagnostics and service of the issue.

The service was the best yet; I was in and out in under 2 hrs. The waiting room is great with computer carrels, fresh newspaper, coffee, TV. Stefanie explained all the work and the good outcome of their inspections.

First service on new vehicle
I recently had the first service on my new 2015 Accord. Stefanie Brunner was the service consultant and did an excellent job of setting up my service and explaining everything. The total mileage was only 2,588 but the car was 6 months old, so I wanted to go ahead with the complimentary first service. I waited for the vehicle, it was ready in about an hour.

Great Follow Up--No Pressure!
I brought my daughters car in to have some recall work done. Don Gunn did a great job. The service department found some other issues but did not pressure us to have work that we did not want done at this time. Don had to make a half dozen calls to property follow up and I appreciate his professionalism, Christian charter, and placing the customer first!

Brakes and check up
I set up a quick and easy appointment with Scott Wendell to have my brake pads replaced and a few things checked out. He was extremely professional and never tried to make me pay for anything I didn't need when it could have been easy to do so. I will not be going anywhere else but here in the future.
